Most of the coffee production areas in Lampung are in the vicinity of production forests andprotected forests, also a catchment area for watersheds in Lampung, namely Sekampung andWay Seputih watersheds. Continuity of sustainable coffee production lines is an importantdemand that needs to be done. The application of coffee production systems with shade(agroforestry) in the catchment area is very important in ensuring environmentalsustainability. This study aims to analyze the income performance of agroforestry coffeebased on the land status in Hulu Das Sekampung. The research uses survey methods. Fielddata exploration conducted in April-November 2016 is located in Datar Lebuay and SinarJawa Villages. Air Naningan, Tanggamus, Lampung. The descriptive statistical analysismethod is used to explain the performance of agroforestry coffee production at the researchlocation. Based on the results and discussion it was concluded that farmers with landownership status had the highest level of coffee farming income compared to the land statusof HKm and non-HKm. Agroforestry coffee farmers obtain sources of income from coffeeproduction, MPTS production, and other crop production (multiple cropping). The averagecontribution of coffee farming income is 22% of the total farm income. Coffee contributes22% to the total income of farmer households. Farmer's household income with the status ofland ownership is the highest compared to the land status of HKm and Non-HKm. Thediversity of income sources of upstream farmers in the watershed. The villages that comefrom various vegetation plants are important in maintaining land cover as a catchment area.The practice of agroforestry coffee is an adaptation of sustainable production in the upperwatershed Sekampung. The pattern of agroforestry coffee production in the area aroundprotected and watershed forests needs to be continuously developed.

Based on literatures, institutions (rules of the game) influence strategy that leads to performance of enterprise. If the relationships hold for SOE, the improvement of institutional environment will enable the improvement of SOE's performance. The aim of this research is to prove the causal relationship of institution-strategy and strategy-performance in SOE environment, and to extend the relationship to institution-performance of SOE. Likert-scaled data have been collected from expert's opinion survey. Structural equation modeling analyses found: 1) institutions significantly influence strategy; 2) strategy does not influence performance significantly; and 3) institutions directly affect performance of SOE. The reserach has been completed with historical institutional analysis to elaborate how institutional factors have emerged and developed. It found a chain of historical events that have become critical junctures and shaped the institutional factors of SOE. The research showed that favorable institutional environment is importance as pre-condition to improve SOE's performance, and it needs time and consistent efforts to develop.Keywords: enterprise performance, historical institutional analysis, institution-based strategy, state-owned enterprise, structural equation modeling

This researchÂ aimed to know the procurement of corn production facilities, farm performance, corn marketing, supporting institutions and index of agribusiness system. Â This research was conducted in Adiluwih Subdistrict of Pringsewu Regency. Â The data were collected on March - April 2018 by survey method. The result of this research showed that the procurement of production facilities that did not accord to the criteria were price and quantity. The average income from the corn agribusiness system was Rp9,973,527.8/ha and it was profitable because the R/C ratio was higher than one. Â Marketing of agribusiness systems was inefficient because its market was oligopsonic structure, farmers did not have the power to determine the price of corn and the profit margin ratio did not spread evenly. Â The supporting institutions in Adiluwih Subdistrict were farmer groups, extension agents, financial institutions, government policies, transportation and markets. Â All supporting institutions were available but not fully utilized by farmers. Â The supporting institutions which related to the agribusiness system were farmer groups, government policies and extension institutions. Â The agribusiness index in terms of production facilities has been good, while the agribusiness index in terms of farming and marketing performance has not been good. Robot kiper merupakan robot yang bertugas menjaga gawang dari masuknya bola oleh robot tim lawan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam merancang robot kiper adalah bagaimana meningkatkan respon robot kiper terhadap bola sehingga kemungkinan terjadinya goal oleh robot lawan lebih sedikit. Robot kiper ini dirancang dengan menerapkan Kalman Filter. Kalman Filter merupakan suatu digital filter yang menggunakan algoritma dalam proses sinyal. Fungsi Kalman Filter sendiri adalah sebagai estimator stokastik untuk memprediksi arah bola terhadap robot kiper sepak bola beroda. Proses prediksi dapat dilakukan dengan mendeteksi bola terlebih dahulu sebagai acuan. Untuk pendeteksian bola sendiri menggunakan metode HSV yaitu Hue, Saturation, Value kemudian akan diolah menggunakan Kalman Filter sehingga mendapatkan nilai-nilai yang diperlukan dalam memprediksi arah datang bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan robot yang berdimensi 52 Ã— 52 Ã— 80 cm sesuai dengan aturan pada Kontes Robot Sepak Bola Indonesia Beroda dengan pemrograman Python dan menggunakan OpenCV untuk pengolahan citra-nya juga Filterpy untuk menerapkan fungsi Kalman Filter. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah robot kiper yang menggunakan Kalman Filter dapat mengenali bola dari sudut pengujian yang sudah dilakukan dan dapat mengenali prediksi dari arah bola yang datang dari Kalman Filter yang digunakan pada robot kiper.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the added value of ?kepok? banana chips, banana marketing system, and to examine the marketing mix of kepok banana chips in agroindustry in Karang Anyar Village, Gedong Tataan District of Pesawaran Regency. The respondents consisted of five owners of banana chipsagroindustry, 12 banana traders, and 35 farmers. Data were collected in October - December 2018, and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. The results showed that chocolate banana chips has greater added value than original and caramel banana chips. The marketing system of Kepok banana is not efficient and tends to be oligopsonistics. The marketing mix in the Kepok banana chips agroindustry follows the four principles of product, prices, places, and promotions. However, location of agroindustry is not strategic and promotions useonly a personal selling method.Keywords: added value, banana chips, marketing.

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the frequency of tourist visits, find out the willingness to pay admission tickets, and analyze the economic value of Tourism Destination Sentulfresh Education Farm in Bogor District. The research location was chosen deliberately in Indonesian Sentulfresh, Sukaraja Subdistrict of Bogor District. Â The sample in this study was 68 respondents for original visitors and potential visitors from Sentulfresh Education Farm who were selected by accidental sampling methods with criteria of age 17 years and above. Â Research data collection were conducted in March-May 2018. Â The analytical method used in this study were qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. Â The results showed that: Frequency of tourist visits was influenced by travel costs, education level, income, and distance.Â Willingness to pay entrance fees by visitors to the tourism destination of Sentulfresh Education Farm in Bogor District was Rp75.367,65/individual for happy kids tour packages, Rp95.220,59/individual for super kids tour packages, and Rp71.323,53/individual for parent travel packages.Â The total economic value of the Tourist Destination for Sentulfresh Education Farm in Bogor District was Rp11.101.412.264,62 with the value of the consumer surplus/individual/visit of Rp504.082,65.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Key words: economic value, sentulfresh, tourism, travel cost

Conventional social responsibility disclosure is measured by an index of global reporting initiative is limited to the material aspects of the course, while the Islamic social responsibility disclosure is not limited to the material aspect alone, but on the spiritual and moral aspects of the social reporting by Islamic index. Limitations of conventional social responsibility disclosure push this study to determine the factors that influence disclosure of social reporting on Islamic sharia banks in Indonesia.The study involved Islamic banks in Indonesia in 2010-2012. The research method used is content analysis are derived from annual reports or corporate websites Indonesian stock exchange in 2010-2012. Statistical program used was Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS 20.0 by using multiple linear regression analysis.The variables used in this study are firm size as measured by total assets, profitability as measured by return on assets, leverage as measured by debt to equity ratio and Islamic governance score as measured by the number, cross membership, educational background, and the reputation of the council supervisor sharia as the independent variable, and Islamic social reporting as the dependent variable. The results pointing to a company that size has a significant influence on the disclosure of Islamic social reporting, while the rest has no effect.DOI: 10.15408/ess.v5i1.2334

Artikel ini menganalisis kebijakan pembangunan pertanian, meliputi konteks makro (pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pertumbuhan sektor pertanian) dan konteks mikro (resiliensi rantai nilai pangan dan titik kritis pasokan komoditas pangan). Data series 1975-1920 pergeseran pangsa produk domestik bruto (PDB) dan pangsa tenaga kerja sektor pertanian, industri dan jasa dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengupas pola transformasi struktural perekonomian Indonesia. Empat tahapan transformasi struktural juga dijelaskan secara terperinci, dengan perhatian khusus pada langkah digitalisasi pertanian dengan melangkai tahapan peningkatan produktivitas, efisiensi dan kualitas sumber daya manusia hanya akan menghasilkan persoalan baru yang lebih serius. Resiliensi sistem rantai nilai pangan amat ditentukan dari efisiensi rantai nilai komoditas pangan tersebut. Semakin efisien suatu rantai nilai, maka peluang terciptanya rantai nilai pangan yang resilien atau tahan banting juga semakin besar. Artikel ini menyampaikan tujuh rekomendasi kebijakan, dari tingkat hulu usahatani, sistem logistik, distribusi, pembiayaan, hingga investasi modal manusia di bidang pertanian.

IntructionalÂ model in Physical Education becomes an important part to achieve the success of learning objectives at every level of education. Physical Education intructionalÂ model consists of various models that can be applied by the teacher. The intructionalÂ model carried out will affect a student mastery, including in passing technique learning in volleyball that has not got maximum results. Physical Education teachers implement several learning modifications, from teaching style to the use of supporting media for passing learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the most suitable intructionalÂ model for the under passing technique mastery in volleyball. The literature review technique was employed by collecting literatures from google scholar, science direct, and research gate websites. The search keyword was passing intructionalÂ model in volleyball or volleyball teaching models. The review method was chosen to find a solution related to the most appropriate volleyball intructionalÂ model for passing technique from the findings of previous research. Fourteen national journals and 1 international journal were selected based on volleyball passing learning model keyword on google scholar and had been reviewed. The results showed that there are various learning methods applied in volleyball passing learning, including practical learning models with various movement drills, pair practice, cooperative learning, game learning, jigsaw, discovery learning, peer teaching, command learning, and use of walls as media. This study concludes that, in the volleyball passing mastery, there are various models that can be applied. It recommends that further research studies the most suitable practical learning models to be applied at the Elementary School, Junior High School, and Senior High School levels.
