This research aims to describe the spirit and the model of human resource development with multicultural insight in general and specifically the development of multicultural Islam at SMA Karangturi Semarang which is also known as a school with a full of achievements. This research use descriptive qualitative approach where data is collected through observation, interview and documentation techiques. These findings indicate that schools create an environment and a school system that promotes the beauty of a harmonious life in terms of ethnic and religious differences. Related to the PAI learning process, PAI teacher is carrying out a creative and contextual learning process. In this context, the teacher has an important role as a represntative role model to represent the values of multicultural Islamic education through giving real examples from teachers, how to live with mutual respect and build good cooperation between students of different ethnicities and religions and how to maintain good relations with the community. Regarding Islamic learning for Muslim students, they also get the same learning process even though they are a minority part of the school. The development of superior school resources with a multicultural Islamic education spirit in SMA Karangturi consists of input (school support with a systematic and regular multicultural environmental conditioning design), processes (learning, school programs, collaboration with communities and exemplary teachers), and output (students with multi-participant character, high achievement and high sensitivity and empathy towards society).

Penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural pada da’i BKMM Kutai Timur memang perlu dilaksanakan demi pengamalan multikulturalisme yang lebih komprehensif karena multikulturalisme merupakan hal yang baru dalam konteks ketimuran seperti di kabupaten Kutai Timur. Artikel ini ditulis tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguraikan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural yang ditanamkan, proses penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural, dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikulturalisme pada da’i BKMM Kutai Timur. Sehingga diharapkan artikel ini bisa menjadi bahan masukan dan sumbangan pemikiran bagi penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural pada BKMM Kutai Timur, dan menambah wawasan dan pengalaman para da’i BKMM Kutai Timur serta sebagai pijakan ilmiyah bagi penulis selanjutnya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasilnya adalah bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural yang ditanamkan pada da’i BKMM Kutai Timur antara lain : nilai toleransi, nilai saling menghargai, nilai saling menghormati, nilai persatuan, nilai kerjasama, dan solidaritas antar etnis, budaya, dan suku. Proses penanamannya melalui ceramah, diskusi, dan khitobah, dan kendalanya adalah terbatasnya kitab rujukan, mindset da’i, tingkat pendidikan sebagian da’i, dan komitmen waktu para da’i.

One of the values of Islamic moderation is equality. Equality in education is very important to ensure a just education process (equity) and equality. The Mu'ādalah pesantren is an exclusive educational unit, with an education system that is autonomous, independent and different from schools, madrasahs or other types of pesantren. This study aims to explore the values and practices of equality in Mu'ādalah pesantren inclusively. With an ethnographic research, Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan Sumenep was chosen as the research locus. This research found that, Al-Amien pesantren is not only an institutionally equal Mu'ādalah Islamic Boarding School, but also has substance and practical equality itself. Spiritual values, integration of Islam and Indonesianness, and the implementation of local pesantren culture in institutional practices justify the essence of the equality of mu'ādalah pesantren vis-a-vis other educational institutions.

The harmony of multi-ethnic and religious communities in an area is always interesting to discuss because it can provide solutions to conflict-affected areas. This phenomenological study aims to analyze the adaptation process of multicultural values carried out by Pesantren Miftahul Qulub in building social harmony in multi-ethnic and religious village of Polagan, Pamekasan, Madura. This phenomenological research demonstrates that multicultural adaptation goes through local culture, moderate school of thoughts, outreach, and social capital. Some of these approaches are the actualization and dissemination of Islamic values and Nahdhatul Ulama (NU) spirit that makes pesantren so easily accepted and mingles within multicultural communities. Seen from a pedagogical perspective, Pesantren Miftahul Qulub emphasizes the community-based learning process. Therefore, this concept can be a reflection for other pesantren, that the curriculum and academic culture must be adapted to the needs of a diverse, dynamic and developing society.

Ulama dan Kiai memiliki peran penting sebagai pejuang kemerdekaan, munculnya resolusi jihad adalah salah satu solusi kebangkitan nusantara dalam melawan penjajah saat itu. Pada kurun revolusi, salah satu nama penting dalam perjuangan kebangsaan yang perlu dicatat adalah Kiai Masjkur. Kiai Masjkur mendirikan dan mengelola lembaga pendidikan Islam yang diberi nama Misbahul Wathan. Kiai Masjkur mendirikan Misbahul Wathon sebagai cita-cita mengembangkan pendidikan kebangsaan untuk bumi putera. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif, jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Tujuannya Dalam kajian ini adalah mengungkap perjuangan Kyai Masjkur dalam dunia pendidikan yaitu tentang 1) mengungkap idiologi ahlisunnah waljamaah dalam pendidikan Islam yang dirintis oleh Kyai Masjkur. 2) Desain penyelenggaraan pendidikan Islam dalam membangun Nasionalisme 3) aksi pengembangan pendidikan Islam yang menunjukkan nasionalisme 4) Pendidikan Islam sebagai realitas sikap Nasionalisme. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kiai Masjkur sebagai ulama’ dan pejuang kemerdekaan Indonesa. Dan yang menjadi penting lagi adalah beliau merintis lembaga pendidikan Islam misbahul wathon yang didasarkan dengan idiologi Aswaja dan beliau mendesain pendidikan modern pada saat masa berjuang menuju kemerdekaan dengan kurikulum yang sudah tertata. Serta hasil dari pendidikan berwawasan kebangsaan yang didirikan oleh kyai masjkur menumbuhkan sikap patriotis, para pejuang yang siap untuk mengorbankan jiwa raga untuk kemerdekaan republic Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people. Of course the solution is not only to prepare strong macroeconomic fundamentals, an increased investment climate, but also the need for programs that encourage many entrepreneurial entrepreneurs in the real and non-formal sectors. This research also reveals about welfare in an Islamic perspective which is characterized by the achievement of welfare in accordance with maqaashid al sharia, as well as revealing about the characteristics of Muslim interpreneurship, namely having a strong vision, being creative, oriented to customer satisfaction, daring to take risks and having a social spirit. The writing method used is a qualitative approach method. While the method used is to analyze the concept and look for relevant reference sources, such as using journals, books, theses, articles, magazines and so on. The analysis used is in the form of a descriptive analysis that provides an explanation of the analysis and synchronizes it with the existing literature. The original of this research is that the welfare of the Indonesian economy requires the role of entrepreneurs who are able to manage natural resources into products with high added value. In order to produce the entrepreneurs above, Muslims need to learn the values of entrepreneurship that have been taught by the Qur'an and Al-Hadith, namely the values contained in Surah Quraish.

Paradigma Pendidikan Islam multikultural (PAIM) adalah ajaran Agama Islam yang menekankan pada sikap toleransi, rukun, moderat, dan kesediaan dialog dalam perbedaan. Realitas bangsa Indonesia yang plural membutuhkan paradigma yang mampu membingkai keberagaman sehingga sesuai dengan asas Bhinneka Tungal Ika. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana mengembangkan Paguyuban Paku Lima sebagai komunitas nelayan melalui edu-ekowisata untuk mendukung ekonomi lokal, pendidikan keagamaan, dan mediasi konflik multikultural di Dusun Mandaran Desa Pesisir Kecamatan Besuki Kabupaten Situbondo. Tujuan pengembangan komunitas masyarakat pesisir ini adalah untuk menghasilkan peluang ekonomi, untuk meningkatkan pendidikan moderasi nelayan dengan memanfaatkan kawasan pesisir pantai sebagai destinasi wisata. Sektor edu-ekowisata Pendidikan Agama Islam Multikultural (PAIM) adalah strategi pengembangan paguyuban yang memadukan pendidikan berorientasi multikultural dengan sektor wisata pantai dan perikanan, selain hal itu pengembangan edu-ekowisata perspektif PAIM menjadikan paguyuban komunitas nelayan ini sebagai wahana kerukunan dan juga berperan sebagai mediator konflik horizontal antar etnis masyarakat sekitar antara masyarakat Mandaran dan masyarakat di luar Mandaran dalam menyelesaikan masalah.

Multicultural Islamic Education Paradigm is an Islamic teaching that emphasizes tolerance, harmony, moderation, and open dialogue in diversity. The reality of the pluralistic Indonesian nation requires a paradigm that can knit diversity. Multicultural Islamic Education is one means that can understand a diverse society about the importance of mutual understanding and cooperation in managing the sustainability of the coastal environment. In essence, beach tourism is also an instrument for scientific activities, beach tourism has an active role as an educational instrument and a playing media. This study aims to find the implementation of the values ??of Multicultural Islamic Religious Education through edu-ecotourism to support religious education, mediation of horizontal social conflicts. The implementation of these values ??is a strategy for developing the community Paku Lima in Mandaran Hamlet, Pesisir Village, Besuki District, Situbondo Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with a qualitative approach that is applied using in-depth interviews and group depth interviews. Determination of informants was done by purposive sampling, the number of respondents was 20 people from the association committee and 10 people from the surrounding community. Data were analyzed and analyzed using an interactive model using the theory of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, namely: (1) data condensation, (2) presentation of data, and (3) drawing conclusions. Based on the results and data analysis, it was concluded that the implementation of PAIM values ??through edu-ecotourism was effectively applied through the community association, especially considering the complexity of problems arising from ethnic diversity and interests between groups. The strategy of developing the association by combining PAIM-oriented education with edu-ecotourism makes the association a vehicle for harmony and also as a mediator in resolving the problem of horizontal conflicts between ethnic communities

Multicultural education become discussion subject that is always interesting and sustainable, especially in Islamic boarding schools such as the Al-Hikam Student Islamic Boarding School which is admired by students. In this discourse, it is qualitative research with genealogical approach to multicultural based PESMA with methods of observation, interviews and documentation studies, there are many phenomenal things from the existence of the Student Islamic Boarding School. Starting from the genealogy of its establishment to its modern system and style, it still has the boarding school specialty. As has also been done at the time of the Prophet, the caliphate time to Indonesia in the past, in terms of its vision and mission to its main goal, it should be used as an example and model for multicultural education in this modern era. With that spirit, the Al-Hikam Student Islamic Boarding School has become pioneer in integrating Islamic boarding school religious knowledge with science in the university environment. In addition to the vision, mission and goals, the diverse students are the response of the founders to the advances of the times, so that the establishment of the Student Islamic Boarding School system until now remains solid and develops in the hope able to provide multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and highly competitive human resources and upholding pluralism.

Accepting other people and other groups regardless of gender, ethnicity, culture, gender and even religion is a concept proposed in multiculturalism. This article will analyze and provide an interpretation of the characteristics of radicalism, efforts to prevent it, and grounding multiculturalism so that it can be an additional insight and experience in the survival of the nation and state. The approach used in this article is a qualitative approach. The type is the type of library research. The result is that radicalism is not only in the form of violence, anarchism, and terrorism but can also be a religious ideology. Efforts to prevent radicalism can be done by building different narratives about radicalism, paying attention to the characteristics of a culture, as well as real social action by planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. Grounding multiculturalism cannot be separated from the life of religion, nation, state and cultural inheritance so that it needs to be studied, applied, and socialized.
