Abstract

AbstractTafsir Al-Qur'an Al-Azim, which is one of the most authoritative commentaries in the Islamic tradition. Motivated by the significance of this monumental work in the treasury of Qur'anic interpretation, the study is conducted to explore its methodology, characteristics and influence in the development of tafsir science. Using descriptive-analytical method with historical approach and content analysis through manuscript search, cataloging, and literature study, the study reveals that Tafsir Ibn Katsir has the main characteristics such as the use of bi al-ma'tsur and tahlili methods, based on authoritative sources, criticism of israiliyat history, straightforward language, rational approach that still adheres to the Qur'an and hadith, attention to historical-linguistic context, balance of literal-contextual interpretation, and practical orientation in the application of Qur'anic values. The results show that the significance of this tafsir lies in its systematic methodology in combining historical and analytical approaches, the accuracy and depth of its analysis, and its ability to answer the challenges of the developing social context, so that it remains relevant in the study of the Qur'an and becomes the main reference for Islamic scholars and students to this day.   AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji Tafsir Al-Qur'an Al-Azim karya Ibn Katsir yang merupakan salah satu kitab tafsir paling otoritatif dalam tradisi Islam. Dilatarbelakangi oleh signifikansi karya monumental ini dalam khazanah penafsiran Al-Qur'an, studi dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi metodologi, karakteristik dan pengaruhnya dalam pengembangan ilmu tafsir. Menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan historis dan content analysis melalui penelusuran manuskrip, katalogisasi, dan studi literatur, penelitian mengungkap bahwa Tafsir Ibn Katsir memiliki karakteristik utama berupa penggunaan metode bi al-ma'tsur dan tahlili, berpijak pada sumber otoritatif, kritik terhadap riwayat israiliyat, bahasa yang lugas, pendekatan rasional yang tetap berpegang pada Al-Qur'an dan hadis, perhatian pada konteks historis-linguistik, keseimbangan penafsiran literal-kontekstual, serta orientasi praktis dalam penerapan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi tafsir ini terletak pada metodologinya yang sistematis dalam memadukan pendekatan riwayat dan analitis, keakuratan dan kedalaman analisisnya, serta kemampuannya menjawab tantangan konteks sosial yang berkembang, sehingga tetap relevan dalam kajian Al-Qur'an dan menjadi rujukan utama bagi para ulama dan pelajar Islam hingga saat ini.Kata Kunci: Al-Qur'an; Bi Al-Ma'tsur; Metodologi Penafsiran; Tafsir Ibn Katsir.

Abstract

This research focuses on SDN 06 Lasi Mudo, which has experienced a decline in new student enrollments. The conflict involves human factors, particularly human resource management, encompassing teachers, administrative staff, and students, withthe school principal as the key leader.The research method employs a case study approach, analyzing human resource conflict, marketing strategies, improvement of educator quality, and infrastructure management at the school. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with the research subjects involving SDN 06 Lasi Mudo. The research results indicate that marketing strategies, improvement of educator quality, and physical resource management can be solutions to address the conflict and the decline in new student enrollments.The effective implementation of conflict management is crucial inresponding to differences in the school environment.This research provides a significant contribution to understanding the complexity of factors influencing the decrease in the number of new students in elementary schools.The implications include the development of more effective policies and strategies to enhance the quality of education at the elementary level. The success of SDN 06 Lasi Mudo demonstrates that the quality of education depends not only on physical facilities but also on human resource management and wise strategies.

Abstract

Abstract: The reputation of the school is a factor in a student's selection while selecting a higher education facility. The study's goal was to examine West Sumatra's PTKIN and determine its distinctiveness. With a case study methodology, this form of research is qualitative. Data collection methods include observations, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis utilizing the Creswell paradigm involves four steps: collaborative reduction, presentation, and verification. The findings revealed, According to Selnes' view, UIN Imam Bonjol Padang is mostly non-academic and has a good name, a reputation among rivals, is well-known, and is simple to recall. Second, both academic and non-academic reputation grounds are consistent with UIN Bukitinggi's reputation; and Thirdly, by raising the standards of top educational institutions, UIN Mahmud Yunus has established an academic reputation (Excellence Learning Institute). Strength and potential in meeting the demands of educational institutions in the field have an impact on reputational distinctiveness. Abstrak: Salah satu aspek keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih lembaga pendidikan tinggi adalah reputasi lembaga. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis PTKIN di Sumatera Barat dan melihat distingsinya. Kualitatif menjadi jenis penelitian ini, dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi digunakan dalam perolehan data. Proses penganalisisan data menggunakan model Creswell yaitu; kolektif, reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Pertama, UIN Imam Bonjol Padang secara dominan bereputasi non-akademik sejalan dengan teori Selnes yaitu; reputasi berupa nama baik, reputasi pesaing, dikenal luas, dan mudah diingat; Kedua, UIN Bukitinggi memiliki dua basis reputasi yang sejalan baik akademik dan non-akademik; dan Ketiga UIN Mahmud Yunus secara kelembagaan bereputasi secara akademik melalui peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan yang unggul (Excellence Learning Institute). Diferensiasi reputasi dipengaruhi oleh kekuatan dan peluang dalam merespon kebutuhan terhadap dinamika tuntutan dunia industri

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of life, one of which is education. The transformation and acceleration of education is a challenge that must be faced by the government and educational institutions. This article aims to find out how education policies during the COVID-19 pandemic are in accordance with Circular No. 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of Coronavirus Disease (covid-19) and various teaching media that can be used to support online teaching and learning activities. /on line. This study uses relevant literature review research methods and surveys of students and teachers in one school using a google form which is processed and interpreted as a result. The data taken in this study came from various sources and research results related to the investigated case, then the data was processed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, which is a way of processing data that is formulated in the form of words or sentences and data collection techniques using observation techniques. , interviews and documentation. Based on research, various teaching media are used such as youtube, educational platforms such as whatsapp, google classroom, google meet, zoom cloud meeting, the teacherscorner. net and others. The results of this study indicate that the use of teaching media and educational platforms may be an alternative solution in learning, for the sake of continuity of learning in every educational unit during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Background: This study explored and evaluated accessibility services at PTKIN (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri or State Islamic Religious Universities) after institutional transformation. The vision of institutional change that is more universal and inclusive is one of the triggers to see the extent to which Islamic higher education institutions have realized their commitment to accessibility services. Purpose: This study had examined the policy and implementation of accessibility services in the aspects of policy, practice, and institutional culture at PTKIN, with the main focus on UIN Imam Bonjol Padang, which has undergone transformation from an institute to a university. Method: This study used a qualitative case study approach. UIN Imam Bonjol Padang as the object of research by considering aspects of the fulfillment of institutional transformation elements from institute to university. Data collection techniques were through interviews, observation, and document analysis. Result: The results of this study showed that the institutional transformation of PTKIN in this study has not been in line with the fulfillment of the accessibility rights of educational institutions. UIN Imam Bonjol Padang, as a case study, still shows a lack of concrete policies in accessibility services for students. The absence of specific policies and limited accessibility infrastructure are the main factors that hinder the fulfillment of educational rights for students with special needs. Conclusion: This study confirms that PTKIN needs to prioritize accessibility as part of its post-transformation institutional policy. The main recommendations in this study are the need for clearer and more implementable policies, the development of infrastructure that supports accessibility, and increasing the awareness of the academic community of the importance of inclusive education services. Thus, institutional transformation is not only a change in administrative status, but also reflects an increase in the quality of educational services for all without discrimination.

Abstract

Fenomena fatherless atau ketidakhadiran figur ayah dalam kehidupan anak menjadi masalah sosial yang terus meningkat, terutama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran ayah dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an, khususnya dalam membangun relasi ayah dan anak yang sehat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka (library research) dengan sumber utama ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang membahas relasi ayah dan anak serta berbagai literatur ilmiah sebagai pendukung. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang lebih menyoroti aspek psikologis atau sosial dari fenomena fatherless, kajian ini berfokus pada solusi yang ditawarkan Al-Qur’an melalui nilai-nilai parenting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an menekankan pentingnya peran ayah dalam membimbing, melindungi, dan memberikan teladan positif untuk perkembangan spiritual, moral, dan emosional anak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keterlibatan ayah berdasarkan nilai-nilai Qur’ani dapat mengatasi dampak negatif fatherless sekaligus memperkuat ketahanan keluarga.

Abstract

Literasi Al-Qur’an merupakan aspek penting dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Namun, para difabel, dalam hal ini yaitu penyandang tunarungu masih menemui kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaannya. Sehingga, pendidikan inklusif bagi siswa penyandang tunarungu menemui tantangan dalam menyelaraskan hak akses pembelajaran dengan kebutuhan khusus, terutama dalam literasi Al-Qur’an sebagai bagian dari pendidikan agama Islam. Latar belakang masalah ini terletak pada kurangnya pendekatan yang adaptif terhadap tunarungu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengajukan rumusan masalah, yakni bagaimana konsep literasi Al-Qur’an dapat diterapkan secara inklusif untuk siswa tunarungu, dengan pertimbangan karakteristik dan kebutuhan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur yang mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai referensi terkait literasi Al-Qur’an, pendidikan inklusif, serta bahasa isyarat untuk siswa tunarungu. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber akademik, artikel jurnal, serta buku-buku yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa isyarat dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dapat membantu siswa tunarungu memahami dan mengakses materi Al-Qur’an lebih baik. Selain itu, penerapan pendidikan inklusif yang memanfaatkan media seperti bahasa isyarat menjadi alternatif efektif dalam literasi Al-Qur’an bagi siswa tunarungu. Kesimpulannya, melaui pendidikan inklusif, yaitu dengan kehadiran Al-Qur’an berbahasa isyarat dapat meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur’an bagi siswa tunarungu dan berpotensi mempeluas aksesibilitas pendidikan agama bagi penyandang disabilitas, khususnya bagi penyandang tunarungu. Akan tetapi, perlu adanya penyesuaian lebih lanjut terkait pengajaran yang efektif terhadap pembelajaran Al-Qur’an, khususnya terkait literasi Al-Qur’an bagi siswa tunarungu.

Abstract

Technological development has significantly changed human social life, especially online social media. In Indonesia, device-based social media users reached 191.4 million in January 2022. This number is still being reduced to several types of social media widely used in Indonesia, such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, based on Data Reportal Research in February 2022. Female social media users could be said to be active on some social media sites. Consumption of content on social media often makes a spectacle a guide for women. Several perspectives on Javanese women, such as sumur-dapur-kasur, macak-masak-manak, swargo nunut, neroko katut, and Konco Wingking, have a positive philosophical meaning by building perceptions through social media. Therefore, this research explores the perspectives and experiences of Javanese women concerning their participation in the digital space. Using the ethnographic approach, a qualitative research strategy, the study involves in-depth observation, active engagement, and interpersonal interactions within a specific cultural group or community. The result of this research is the perspective of more modern Javanese women in a positive perspective and women themselves. In essence, all perspectives on the philosophical values of Javanese women have shifted, including in practice. Javanese women who open themselves to social media can develop their potential with all these perspectives because the opportunity to become more 'modern' lies in the woman's decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengulas makna kecantikan dalam perspektif Al-Qur'an dengan fokus pada tafsir mengenai kecantikan fisik dan batin. Dalam pembahasan ini, kecantikan dipahami sebagai sesuatu yang dapat menyenangkan mata dan memberikan kepuasan estitek. Para ulama dan psikolog mengungkapkan bahwa kecantikan adalah keindahan yang menimbulkan ketenangan jiwa, baik melalui fisik maupun moral. Selain itu, Al-Qur'an memberikan deskripsi tentang bidadari di surga sebagai representasi dari kecantikan sempurna yang tidak sekedar fisik tetapi juga menjaga martabat dan kehormatan. Ayat-ayat seperti QS. Ash-Shaffat:48-49, QS. Ar-Rahman:56, dan QS. Ar-Rahman: 70-72 digunakan untuk menganalisis konsep ini. Dari penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa Islam memandang kecantikan sebagai nilai yang menyeluruh, meliputi aspek luar dan dalam, serta mengingatkan umat untuk tidak berlebihan dalam mempercantik diri.
