Abstract

This research aims to reveal the meaning of the word Fortune and the doors to obtaining sustenance based on the signs of the Koran. This research includes qualitative descriptive research with a thematic interpretive research format. This research data is secondary. Secondary data is data that contains ideas, ideas and interpretations of interpreters. The results of this research show that the word "sustenance" is mentioned 123 times in the Al-Quran with different fi'il forms, contents and meanings. The meaning of sustenance is everything that is useful that Allah makes lawful, in the form of clothing, food, possessions. That all includes sustenance. Likewise, sons or daughters are included in sustenance. Also included in this are health, hearing and vision. Sources of human sustenance based on God's promises to humans include: sustenance from effort, sustenance from gratitude, sustenance that has been guaranteed, sustenance from istitighfar, sustenance from charity, sustenance from marriage, sustenance from children, and unexpected sustenance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the solutions offered by the Qur'an to the musykilat al-iqtisadiyyah in the context of modern economics, by examining the interpretation of Surah Al-Isra' verses 16, 26, and 29. The background of this study focuses on the widening inequality of wealth distribution and social injustice in society, as well as its impact on social and economic stability. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a library research type. The results of this study reveal that the Qur'an provides solutions in the form of fair wealth management, wealth distribution through zakat, alms, and social assistance, as well as avoiding stinginess and wastefulness. The findings of this study indicate that the solutions offered by the Qur'an are very relevant to reducing social inequality, improving the wealth distribution system, and creating a more inclusive and sustainable economy. This study contributes to the development of Islamic economic thought in facing the challenges of the modern economy, by emphasizing the importance of the principles of justice, balance, and social responsibility in the management of economic resources.

Abstract

Pemikiran ekonomi Islam yang distingtif dalam membangun kesejahteraan suatu negera mengandung untuk yaitu pencipta keadilan Sadr menekankan bahwa salah satu peran utama negara adalah menciptakan dan menjaga keadilan sosial. Beberapa indikator dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan dan keadilan masyarakat antara lain tingkat pendidikan, kesehatan, dan atau keterbebasan dari kemiskinan. lndikator-indikator tersebut menjelaskan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat berdasarkan tingkat kepuasannya. metode penelitian kualitatif. Kajian dari Penelitian menyampaikan rangkaian penyaringan data-data secara apa adanya dari data yang dikumpulkan untuk menginvestigasi dan memahami suatu fenomena, data dan fakta yang ditemukan. Dalam metode ini penjelasan mengenai fenomena akan lebih bersifat deskriptif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis dokumen terkait Implementasi Kajian Surah Al-An’am ayat152 dan Al A’raf 85 dalam Konsep Kesejahteraan Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Dari hasil telah surah Al An Am 152 dan Surah Al A’raf 85 dapat diambil Gagasan utilitarianisme Bentham dan Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr terkait dengan penyimpangan dan kecurangan dari prinsip distribusi yang adil dapat mengakibatkan ketidakstabilan sosial dan ekonom. Beberapa indikator dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan dan keadilan masyarakat antara lain tingkat pendidikan, kesehatan, kecukupan pangan dan atau keterbebasan dari kemiskinan. lndikator-indikator tersebut menjelaskan PDRB, Tingkat Pendidikan, IPM, Kemiskinan.

Abstract

The essence of government in an area is to provide assistance to the surrounding environment, basically public authority is "local regional assistance" the public authority has not been made for itself other than serving the surrounding environment. Due to advances in technology, information and correspondence, ideal opportunities in the creation of population records, the use of expert services in handling population reports, the high need for population records has become the cause of assessment problems. Therefore, the reason for conducting this study is to know and describe the development of the data collection framework for the aid implementers and the nature of the administration of population reports at the Medan City Population and Civil Registration Office, to find out the procedures carried out to achieve these goals. make it easier for the public in general to make population information. Therefore, specialists The essence of this logical work is to make use of an emotional procedure that uses the peculiarities that occur in the climate and the reality that arises by collecting data about an object of investigation. The results and discussion of this study are the use of document preparation services at the Medan City Population and Civil Registration Office. Executives' data is essential to ensure the perfection and timeliness spent in making population documents. Precise and complete data: The information expected to prepare the report should be collected carefully and clearly. By carrying out good data management, registration administration services at the Medan City Population and Civil Registration Office can run more productively and smoothly, so that it can provide better assistance to the local area.

Abstract

The article aim is to know how Good Corporate Governance as implementation of trust in QS. Al Mu’minun. The research run by literature studies with qualitative analysis. Source of data this research from documentation studies. The result of study show that trust and promises in Islam are essential to uphold and fulfill if one wishes to be a fortunate and faithful individual. Safeguarding trust in the economic context involves effectively managing the company's resources. This responsible management is referred to as Good Corporate Governance. Based on these principles, the Best Practice Good Corporate Governance in Islam can be formulated to include: Fairness (QS. Al Mu’minun:3), Transparency (QS. Al Mu’minun:3), Accountability (QS. Al Mu’minun:8), and Fulfilling Zakat (QS. Al Mu’minun:4).

Abstract

Islam and Economy: Towards the Islamization of Economic Knowledge offers a profound understanding of Islam's contributions to forming a more inclusive and sustainable economic paradigm. The discussion on Islam and economics, as well as the movement towards the Islamization of economic knowledge, is essential to understand in the context of realizing the vision of justice and social welfare mandated by Islamic teachings. This research method is descriptive and analytical, focusing on the collection of secondary data from various relevant literature sources. The analysis employs qualitative methods by interpreting and summarizing information from various sources to draw conclusions. The results indicate that the understanding and application of Islamic economic principles are becoming increasingly relevant. Islam, as a comprehensive religion and way of life, offers a unique and sustainable perspective on economics that encompasses not only material aspects but also moral and spiritual dimensions. The Islamization of economic knowledge is an effort to develop an economic system that reflects Islamic values. This involves not just the application of Sharia law but also building a foundation for an economy that is fair, ethical, and sustainable. The process of Islamization occurs gradually, beginning with an in-depth study of the discipline of knowledge that is the subject of Islamization. This involves a thorough analysis of the worldview, philosophy, and underlying values of the discipline. The next step is to eliminate elements that do not align with Islamic teachings and integrate those that do.

Abstract

Akuntansi dalam sejarah peradaban Islam telah dikenal sejak masa Rasululullah Shalallahu alaihi wasallam. Turunnya Q.S Al-Baqarah ayat 282 menjadi dasar yang melekat pada praktik pelaporan pencatatan transaksi keuangan umat Muslim dalam kegiatan perdagangan saat itu dan untuk mengantisipasi perselisihan dalam transaksi utang piutang. Dalam dinamika yang terjadi akuntansi yang saat ini dikenal berawal dari Lucas Pacioli penulis Summa de Arithmatica Geometria et Proportinalita, sejarah telah meluruskan bahwa jauh sebelumnya telah ditemukan manuskrip Falakiyah Kitab As Siyaqaat” berisi kaidah-kaidah terkait praktik double entry yang ditulis oleh Al-Mazindarani. Secara kontekstual Q.S Al-Baqarah ayat 282 menjelaskan penerapan akuntansi syariah harus bertanggung jawab dan mematuhi prinsip keadilan dan kebenaran. Urgensi akuntansi dalam Islam didasari oleh kewajiban bertanggung jawab seorang Muslim kepada Allah dan menerapkan etika dalam bertransaksi dengan jujur dan adil.

Abstract

This study explores the Quranic interpretation of Surah An-Nisa, verses 11 and 12, regarding inheritance practices in Indonesia, focusing on justice and gender equality. These verses set rules for inheritance distribution that differentiate male and female heirs, aiming for a balance of rights and responsibilities. However, customary laws in some Indonesian communities often conflict with these rules, hindering women's inheritance rights and causing tension between local customs and Islamic principles. Using a qualitative, library-based approach, this study analyzes how understanding these verses can promote fair and equitable inheritance laws, fostering a more inclusive and socially responsive system in the modern era.

Abstract

There are many factors that are the burden and responsibility of Islamic Hospital Practitioners, experts and regulators in resolving sharia service and accreditation problems and prioritizing effective solutions for Islamic Hospitals. From problems (1)Sharia services that focus on Customer Oriented, Transparency, Healthy Competition and Justice. (2)Patient problems, namely no sharia consultations, unsatisfactory services received, long queues, lack of services for disabled patients (3)Accreditation problems that focus on low classification and accreditation, poor maintenance, unsophisticated information systems and a poor hospital environment. not properly maintained (4)Ethical problems and Islamic hospital Business Management Concepts trigger problems. Planning for future hospital performance is not fulfilled, experts and employees are less professional, coordination of hospital staff is ineffective and does not have a Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS). This thought is the research problem, how to use the ANP method to find a solution that must be solved in this problem, assisted by Super Decision software. The results of this research are Solution Priorities (1) Sharia services, namely focusing on the main priority of Justice, Customer Oriented (2) Solutions for patients with the same priority, namely Sharia consultations, services received that satisfy patients. (3) Accreditation solutions in the order that the hospital environment is well maintained and goes green, maintenance is improved, quality management is improved (4) Islamic hospital Ethics Solutions and Business Concepts with future planning sequences fulfilled and professional employee experts selected, effective staff coordination and forming a DPS. The strategic priorities being developed are the implementation of superior and complete sharia services.

Abstract

This study examines the evolution of human development measurements by comparing the Human Development Index (HDI) and the Islamic Human Development Index (IHDI). The HDI, developed by Mahbub Ul Haq and Amartya Sen, assesses life expectancy, education, and income but has been criticized for overlooking ethical and spiritual dimensions. In response, Umer Chapra proposed the IHDI, which integrates *maqasid al-shari'ah* (objectives of Islamic law), emphasizing religion, intellect, life, lineage, and wealth. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes literature on the HDI and IHDI, assessing their conceptual frameworks and applications. Findings indicate that while the HDI provides a broad measure of well-being, the IHDI offers a more holistic approach by incorporating ethical and spiritual values, though its implementation remains underdeveloped. The study highlights the growing need for development indices that reflect both material and non-material aspects of well-being, as human progress extends beyond economic indicators. To achieve a comprehensive measure of development, future research should explore the practical application of the IHDI, ensuring it effectively captures the multidimensional nature of human flourishing.
