Abstract

Masalah yang akan dipecahkan dalam penelititian ini adalah bentuk perubahan sosial umat Buddha pada sistem kekerabatan kegiatan anjangsana dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kegiatan anjangsana. Objek penelitian yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah umat Buddha yang mengikuti kegiatan anjangsana di Dusun Toleh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan teknik trianggulasi data.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk perubahan sosial pada kegiatan anjangsana di Dusun Toleh, yaitu dalam hal kegiatan anjangsana konsep baru lebih bervariatif, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan sosial yaitu komunikasi, geografis, dan inovasi. Serta dampak perubahan sosial yang ditimbulkan antara lain meningkatnya kualitas keyakinan, meningkatnya kesadaran umat, meningkatnya kekerabatan, meningkatnya solidaritas, meningkatnya loyalitas dan meningkatnya toleransi.

Abstract

Di tengah perubahan lingkungan pendidikan yang semakin cepat, peran guru dan kepala sekolah sebagai aktor utama dalam sistem pendidikan mengalami transformasi signifikan. Guru tidak lagi hanya berfungsi sebagai penyampai materi pelajaran, melainkan juga sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran, inovator, dan motivator yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan siswa yang dinamis. Teknologi yang berkembang pesat menuntut guru untuk mengintegrasikan alat-alat digital dalam proses belajar-mengajar, mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kolaboratif, serta mampu menyesuaikan kurikulum dengan tuntutan zaman. Kepala sekolah, di sisi lain, berperan sebagai pemimpin visioner yang bertanggung jawab dalam menciptakan budaya sekolah yang positif dan mendukung. Mereka harus mampu mengelola perubahan, memotivasi staf, serta menjalin hubungan baik dengan komunitas sekolah dan pemangku kepentingan eksternal. Dalam konteks ini, kepala sekolah dituntut untuk memiliki keterampilan manajerial yang kuat, kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap perubahan regulasi pendidikan, dan visi strategis untuk mengarahkan sekolah menuju pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru dan kepala sekolah meliputi adaptasi terhadap perubahan kurikulum, penerapan teknologi pendidikan, serta peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di tengah keterbatasan sumber daya. Dalam menghadapi tantangan ini, kolaborasi antara guru dan kepala sekolah menjadi krusial. Dengan bekerja sama, mereka dapat mengembangkan strategi inovatif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, memperkuat komunikasi antar-staf, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan mendukung perkembangan holistik siswa. Secara keseluruhan, peran guru dan kepala sekolah sebagai aktor pendidikan di era perubahan cepat ini menuntut adanya fleksibilitas, kemampuan berinovasi, serta kepemimpinan yang kuat. Mereka harus terus belajar dan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan baru dalam dunia pendidikan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap siswa mendapatkan pendidikan berkualitas yang relevan dengan kebutuhan masa kini dan masa depan.

Abstract

Makharijul huruf dan shifatul huruf merupakan pembahasan pertama dan utama dalam ilmu tajwid. Untuk itu Salah satu cara yang dilakukan dalam rangka menunjang keberhasilan pembelajaran tajwid adalah dengan menyediakan bahan ajar yang representatif. Dari observasi awal yang telah peneliti lakukan di Pesantren Qur’an Al-Fida Bengkulu, para santri masih kesulitan memahami letak-letak huruf dikarenakan bahan ajar yang digunakan masih berupa teori untuk itu dibutuhkan bahan ajar dalam bentuk gambar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis gambar yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar tajwid di Pesantren Qur’an Al-Fida Bengkulu. Subjek penelitian yaitu 26 orang anak, 2 dosen, 2 guru, dan peneliti sendiri, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah bahan ajar berbasis gambar. Penelitian ini menggunakan motode penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Dan menggunakan model pengembangan dengan prosedur 4-D. Ada 4 tahapan yang dilakukan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk pengembangan pembelajaran. Adapun tahapan tersebut meliputi Pendefinisian (Define), Perancangan (Design), Pengembangan (Develop) dan Penyebarluasan (Disseminate). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan pedoman wawancara untuk analisis kebutuhan, lembar validasi ahli, lembar uji kepraktisan dan lembar tes uji keefektifan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan sangat valid, sangat praktis dan sangat efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar tajwid di Pesantren Qur’an Al-Fida Bengkulu. Dengan demikian bahan ajar berbasis gambar signifikan dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar tajwid di Pesantren Qur’an Al-Fida Bengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how student learning behavior is viewed from the aspect of motivation and attention in learning EFL in Blended learning. To find out the obstacles or difficulties faced by students while learning English as a foreign language using blended learning. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The technique used in data collection is the technique of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that student learning behavior in terms of motivation and attention in learning English as a foreign language using blended learning has fulfilled the markers of experts employed in theory, however not 100% of students are motivated in blended learning. This is due to a variety of reasons, including signal and quota constraint.

Abstract

Teaching is an activity involving semiotic resources beyond verbal language. Therefore, more studies investigating what semiotic resources are employed and how they are utilized within EFL classroom settings are needed. This study sought to explore the types of semiotic resources employed by two EFL teachers in Indonesia and the roles of these semiotic resources in teaching activities. Through a qualitative case study, two EFL teachers in Bandung and Medan, Indonesia, were purposively selected. Data collection was through a semi-structured interview and document analysis. A six-phase of thematic analysis was employed to analyze the interview results, while a three-step of skimming, reading, and interpretation was used to analyze the documents. This study found that spoken language, pictures, videos, proxemics, gestures, head movements, gaze, and music were the semiotic resources used by both teachers in their teaching. The findings also demonstrated that these semiotic resources were used in the opening, delivering, and closing of the class, explaining learning content, performing interactions with students, checking the students' progress, managing classroom order, showing appreciation, and conducting evaluations. This study implies the crucial roles of all stakeholders in education to help EFL teachers in multimodal knowledge and practical strategy to create better teaching outcomes.

Abstract

Writing dozens of reports every semester in physics practicum is often a heavy burden for students, so a more efficient and innovative reporting method is needed to ease their tasks without reducing the quality of learning. This study analyzes the use of video in reporting physics practicum results to ease the burden on students in writing reports. Through videos, students can present information, explain concepts, and demonstrate the application of physics theories in a dynamic and interactive manner. Videos are expected to improve the quality of practicum reports, provide constructive feedback, and promote UM Metro's physics education program. This study used quantitative and descriptive qualitative methods with purposive sampling, involving 6th semester Physics Education students who took astronomy courses. Data were obtained from practicum video assessment rubrics, student response questionnaires, and in-depth interviews, analyzed through a 1-5 Likert scale. This study found that the Project-Based Learning model with video as a practicum report was effective in improving the self-learning of Physics Education students. The title of the video (97.27%) was most attractive, but improvement was needed in time management (55.00%) and simulation of results (67.27%).

Abstract

To effectively educate the future generation, instructors must keep up with the fast-paced global changes by being updated on advancements in science, technology, and educational trends. A very effective lecturer-teacher partnership program (KDS) that utilises lesson study can accomplish this objective. The primary objectives of the KDS are to foster educational innovation, facilitate academic research and publication, and actively involve educators and students in the field of education. The lesson study was carried out within the English Language Education Study Program, including two classes from the third semester of the Creative Writing Course, IIIA and IIIB. The program aims to cultivate and improve students’ social comportment and creative writing skills. Two iterations were carried out, and there was a noticeable augmentation in the students’ sociability from the first iteration to the second. Throughout Cycle 1, students exhibited tolerance and the ability to appreciate their peers’ perspectives. They enthusiastically participated and interacted during the group work. Their average achievement percentage was 67.47% and witnessed a remarkable increase of 85.14% in Cycle 2. The level of collaboration and unity in project completion rose from 57.61% in cycle 1 to 88.99% in cycle 2. The students’ receptiveness to the learning environment significantly increased from 52.09% in cycle 1 to 85.14% in cycle 2. The cognitive domain has significantly enhanced knowledge acquisition, particularly in students’ creative writing skills. The proportion of students in IIIA, exhibiting this proficiency increased from 37% in cycle 1 to 77% in cycle 2. In class IIIB, there was a significant 40% surge, as the percentage escalated from 43% to 83%. Thus, adopting lesson study allows students to improve their social behaviour and support their writing ability. Abstract

Money laundering poses a serious threat to the integrity of the financial system and the stability of society, prompting the need for effective handling from all parties involved. This research discusses the legal aspects of handling money laundering cases in Indonesia. Using a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach, this study analyses the existing legal framework, its implementation in law enforcement practice, and the challenges faced by law enforcement officials in handling money laundering cases. Data was collected through literature study and analysis of money laundering cases that have been decided by the court. The results show that although Law No. 8/2010 has provided a strong legal foundation, there are still challenges in its implementation including limited resources, inter-agency coordination, and the development of increasingly sophisticated money laundering methods. Based on these findings, this research presents policy recommendations to strengthen law enforcement in handling money laundering offences in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of carrying out this research is to determine the competency of 1st year class of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers at MAN 1 North Bengkulu. To find out how to utilize and use e-learning by teachers in Al-Qur'an Hadith lessons in class the researcher in the thesis is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. And the author's data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the MAN 1 North Bengkulu school has used e-learning in teaching Al-Qur'an Hadith in 1st year class. The results of the research show that the use of e-learning at MAN 1 North Bengkulu has been running. Teachers have sufficient competence in using e-learning and the output is that students are increasingly enthusiastic in learning activities.

Abstract

The data collection technique used was aobservation, questionnaire, documentation. The population is 250 and the sample is 63 students. The data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results research are: the first there is an effect of family education on learning achievement Islamic religious education for class VII students at junior high school Muara Kati Tiang Pumpung Kepungut District, Musi Rawas Regency, tcount > t table (3.164 > 2.00) and a significance level (0.037 <0.05).Secondly there is an influence of character on the learning achievement of Islamic religious education for class VII students at junior high school SMP Negeri Muara Kati Tiang Pumpung Kepungut District Musi Rawas Regency, t count > t table(2.254>2.00) and a significance level (0.047 <0.05).Thirdly there is a motivational effect on the learning achievement of Islamic religious education for class VII students at junior high school Muara Kati Tiang Pumpung Kepungut District Musi Rawas Regency, tcount > t table (2.132 > 2.00) and a significance level (0.049 <0.05).The last there is an influence of family education, character, motivation on learning achievement of Islamic religious education for class VII students at junior high school Muara Kati Tiang Pumpung Kepungut District Musi Rawas Regency which is shown at Fcount > Ftable (1.240 > 3.15) and at a significant level 0.303 <0.05.
