Abstract

Mekanisme penanganan perkara adalah suatu rangkaian kerja untuk menyelesaikan sebuah masalah yang berhubungan dengan proses kerja untuk mengurangi kegagalan sehingga mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Dengan adanya mekanisme penanganan perkara akan mempermudah seseorang atau lembaga dalam menyelesaikan perkara yang dihadapi melalui proses hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan mekanisme penanganan perkara pidana di Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Cirebon, dengan fokus pada aspek-aspek kritis yang mempengaruhi kinerja dan hasil dari penanganan perkara tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua pendekatan utama dalam bidang hukum: pendekatan normatif untuk analisis teoritis dan pendekatan empiris dengan pengumpulan data primer. Data diperoleh dari narasumber diantaranya : Jaksa, Polisi, dan Penyidik PNS di Kota Cirebon. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan studi kepustakaan dan lapangan, dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa penanganan perkara pidana di Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Cirebon melibatkan beberapa tahapan yang harus dilalui sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Tahapan-tahapan tersebut mencakup penyidikan, penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti, penuntutan, pelimpahan perkara ke pengadilan negeri, putusan hakim, dan eksekusi jaksa penuntut umum (JPU). Penyidikan menjadi langkah awal yang penting untuk mengumpulkan bukti dan informasi terkait perkara pidana. Setelahnya, tersangka dan barang bukti diserahkan kepada kejaksaan untuk proses selanjutnya. Kejaksaan kemudian melakukan penuntutan berdasarkan bukti yang telah dikumpulkan. Setelah proses penuntutan, perkara akan dilimpahkan ke pengadilan negeri untuk persidangan. Putusan hakim menjadi titik penting, di mana tersangka dinyatakan bersalah atau tidak. Akhirnya, eksekusi dilakukan sesuai dengan putusan hakim oleh JPU. Proses ini mencerminkan pentingnya pengumpulan bukti, proses yang adil, dan penerapan putusan pengadilan dalam menegakkan hukum dan keadilan.

Abstract

Advertising is currently facing significant difficulties, whether people know the effect of the number of advertisements on advertising saturation. The public is presented with communication tools by the new era media. Anyone involved in advertising should be aware of this situation because the evolution of advertising is parallel to the new media movement. As a result, the expectations of the target market segment will be better met. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini berjudul “Pelatihan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Digital QR (Quick Response) Code Bagi Guru-Guru Di SMA 8 Bengkulu” Kota Bengkulu. Pengabdian ini bersifat bimbingan dan pengarahan serta pelatihan bagi guru - guru yang mengajar semua mata pelajaran di SMA 8 kota Bengkulu yang beralamat di Pematang Gubernur kecamatan Muara Bangkahulu kota Bengkulu. Ada 20 orang guru dan 2 orang wakil kepala sekolah yang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian ini. Kegiatan ini dibuka oleh kepala sekolah yang diwakili oleh wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum lalu dilanjutkan dengan presentasi tentang apa itu kode bar (QR Code) dan cara mengunduh aplikasi QR Code serta cara membuat QR Code. Pelatihan ini berlangsung sekitar 2 jam di Laboratorium komputer SMA 8 Kota Bengkulu. Di acara ini terjadi juga diskusi antara penyaji dan guru. Mereka pada umumnya antusias mengikuti pelatihan ini. Hal ini terlihat dari setiap peserta langsung mencoba dan membuat QR code untuk materi mereka. Ada beberapa guru langsung mengirim tugas dari ruang pelatihan tersebut ke grup whatsapp kelasnya. Mereka sangat berterima kasih dengan ilmu baru ini dan sangat mudah diterapkan. Video kegiatan pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran Digital QR Code bagi guru – guru di SMA 8 kota Bengkulu juga sudah diunggah di youtube.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the rhetorical patterns in the discussion sections of reputable international journals (Q1) in the field of English language teaching using a qualitative content analysis design. The discussion sections of the selected journals are analyzed using the Ruiying  and Allison model (2003). A total of 30 articles served as the research corpus. This study will reveal the rhetorical patterns (based on the Ruiying  and Allison model). The findings indicate that certain moves and steps are consistently present across the articles, reflecting conventional or obligatory rhetorical practices. Moves 2 and all steps of Move 4 were observed in 100% of the articles, identifying them as obligatory elements in structuring discussion sections. Other moves, such as Moves 1, 3, 5, 6–Step 1, and 6–Step 2, appeared in 90–96.6% of the articles, demonstrating their conventional but non-obligatory nature. In contrast, optional steps, including Move 6–Step 3 and Move 7–Step 3, were present in only 30–36.7% of the articles, suggesting that they are not essential to the overall rhetorical structure. These results can serve as valuable resources for academic writing courses.

Abstract

The learning process must be done by a teacher by making careful planning and use of appropriate learning media. Learning media can be a props or other media that provides an element of ease of delivery of learning information. Observation result with IPA / Physics Teacher Forum Muhammadiyah Metro City shows that only 54.5% of physics teachers in Metro city have used the use of visual aids in learning activities. The facts show that not all existing visual aids can represent all the needs of physics subject matter. Therefore implemented training program given to the muhammadiyah teachers in Metro City includes 3 material that is Urgency virtual props in learning Physics, Training of learning media animation learning IPA / Physics Using Macromedia Flash 8 application, and Use of application tracker (Video Based Learning) as a tool in the activities of science / physics lab. The results obtained show that 89% of teachers feel that the materials provided are in accordance with the needs of teachers today. As many as 75% of teachers feel difficulty in using both software. As many as 83% of teachers feel the facilities provided in the training are sufficient, and as many as 86% of teachers have improved their ability to develop virtual props for science / physics subjects. The follow up of this program is the teachers through whatapps social network can ask and discuss in developing learning media using both applications. Outcomes obtained in this devotion is the publication of devotional information in ISSN's devotional journals and mass media through newspapers and online (website). Abstract

This study aims to develop and validate an Arduino-based system for monitoring water quality using NodeMCU ESP8266 to measure Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Electrical Conductivity (EC), and water temperature in fish farming in buckets (Budikdamber). Budikdamber monitoring has never been done in real-time with TDS–EC–temperature at the same time, as well as analyzing the influence of fish density variations on water quality dynamics. ADDIE's development model is used through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The prototype was validated and calibrated with standard instruments, and its accuracy was tested using Pearson, MAE, RMSE, and MAPE correlation. The results showed a high measurement agreement between the prototype and the standard tool, with Pearson correlation values of 0.907 (TDS), 0.973 (EC), and 0.936 (temperature), respectively, signifying the high validity and precision of the measurements. Regression equations result in an effective calibration model to correct measurement bias. water- quality dynamics & density effect to Observations of various fish densities indicate that an increase in the number of fish increases TDS, EC, and pH fluctuations and also affects the thermal characteristics of the water. Regression analysis showed that fish density was a strong predictor of increased TDS (R² = 0.9098) and EC (R² = 0.8988). The study concluded that the prototype is feasible to be used for real-time monitoring and that the ideal density of Budikdamber ranges from 55 to 70 heads per 80-liter bucket to maintain water quality stability. Water management: the safest and optimal time to change pool water is in the afternoon, around 5:30–7:00 PM, with a waiting period of 4-5 days, offering a scalable physics-based monitoring framework for micro-aquaponics systems

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the availability of financial reports and planning in MSMEs and to design a simple financial report preparation processing model for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as well as to provide practical recommendations regarding financial report models that can be immediately implemented for MSME business planning so that business continuity can be maintained. This study is a quantitative and quantitative study using primary and secondary data collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation of 13 respondents of MSMEs assisted by Dharma Wanita of Politeknik Negeri Medan. Data were analyzed using product moment and descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong relationship between the availability of financial reports and MSME planning of 0.979 in the range of 0.80-1.000 (Very Strong). The MSME Financial Report Model using the MSME SAK Standard is adequate for MSME financial management. The application of financial reports in MSME planning involves utilizing information sourced from the financial reports to develop business plans, including sales, production, capital, and profit planning.

Abstract

The issues faced by Lecturers and Students of Islamic Education (PAI) at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar include the suboptimal understanding in preparing teaching materials during field learning practices in schools. Considering the importance of interactive learning media to assist the learning process in schools, there is a need for training in creating interactive video-based learning media through training activities. This training is conducted with the aim of enhancing the knowledge and skills competence of Lecturers and Students of PAI at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar as prospective teachers who require skills in creating interactive digital-based learning media. This community service activity is carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method through training activities involving Lecturers and Students. The implementation consists of three stages: (1) pre-activity, (2) activity implementation, and (3) evaluation of the implementation. The results of this activity indicate an improvement in the competence of lecturers and students of Islamic education at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar in utilizing technology to support the learning process, particularly in creating creative, innovative, and interactive learning videos.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the Webtoon application as a learning medium and to examine students’ perceptions of its use in reading comprehension skills of eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included one English teacher and eight eleventh-grade students who were selected through purposive sampling. The findings indicate that the use of the Webtoon application as a reading learning medium has a positive impact on students’ reading comprehension skills. Webtoon can increase students’ interest, motivation, and engagement in the learning process. Visual support in the form of images, character expressions, and storylines helps students understand the reading content, identify main ideas, comprehend new vocabulary, and follow the storyline coherently. In addition, students showed very positive perceptions of the use of Webtoon because the learning activities became more interesting, enjoyable, and less monotonous. However, this study also identified several challenges in using Webtoon as a learning medium. These challenges include limited internet access, which occasionally disrupted students’ ability to access the application; limited storage capacity on students’ devices, which prevented some students from installing the application; and students’ tendency to focus more on visual elements than on the reading text itself. Nevertheless, these challenges did not significantly hinder the learning process, as they could be addressed through clear instructions, continuous guidance, and effective classroom management by the teacher. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Webtoon application is an effective, relevant, and practical learning medium to support students’ reading comprehension skills at the secondary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of implementing the Wattpad application as an English learning medium for reading comprehension among students at SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah, to analyze students’ perceptions of the use of Wattpad as a learning medium for reading comprehension, and to identify and analyze English teachers’ perceptions regarding the challenges and opportunities during the implementation of Wattpad in reading comprehension instruction. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through classroom observations, interviews, and documentation involving one English teacher and eight eleventh-grade students selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that Wattpad is used as a learning medium that supports reading activities through the selection of reading texts tailored to students’ proficiency levels and interests, followed by discussion activities and reading comprehension tasks. Students showed positive perceptions toward the use of Wattpad because the reading texts were considered more engaging, contextual, and easier to understand compared to those found in textbooks, thereby enhancing students’ engagement and motivation in reading. From the teachers’ perspective, the use of Wattpad provides more opportunities than challenges, particularly in supporting digital literacy and helping students comprehend reading texts in a more natural way through various instructional activities such as identifying main ideas, discussing vocabulary and moral values, and creating summaries. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified during the implementation, including limited internet access, differences in students’ language proficiency levels, and the need for careful selection of reading materials. Overall, with appropriate teacher guidance and suitable selection of reading materials, the Wattpad application can be used as a relevant learning medium to support English reading comprehension skills at the secondary school level.
