Abstract

This study used library research. The techniques used in this study include; Data collection, after the required data has been collected, then several stages are carried out, namely: Data reduction, display data, concluding.  After the process of data collection and data management has been completed, the next step is to analyze the data to get a complete picture related to the problem that is the object of research. This study discusses the issue of referencing, that is, legal reference is carried out without the consent of the wife, as long as she is still in  the period of 'iddah based on the agreement of the ulama.  Meanwhile, in the Compilation of Islamic Law, the legal reference is valid if it has received approval from the wife. From this problem, there are two formulations of problems that will be studied by the author in this study, namely: 1) How women's law rejects reference in the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. 2) How women's law rejects references in the Compilation of Islamic Law. The objectives in this study are twofold, namely: 1) To know the law of women refusing to refer in the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. 2) to know the law women refuse to refer to in the perspective of the Compilation of Islamic Law. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded, namely: 1) In Islamic law, scholars agree that reference is the prerogative of the husband or the absolute right of the husband, so there is no need for consent from the wife. 2) Whereas in the Compilation of Islamic Law it is stated that if a husband is going to make a reference to his ex-wife must first obtain the consent of his ex-wife, and the wife has the right to object to the will of the reference.

Abstract

Religious intolerance has entered an emergency phase both globally and nationally. Overcoming religious intolerance as an effort to fulfill the right to freedom of religion continues to seek the right formulation with various alternative approaches that are easily accepted by society. This article aims to provide a basic understanding of the formation of official state policies through a cultural values approach that includes values of religious tolerance in Indonesia, especially cultural values of the Bugis and Toraja tribes groups in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The method used is normative legal research with historical and statutory approaches, studying secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. Data were analyzed descriptively and prescriptively. The results of the study show that in Indonesia, South Sulawesi Province, especially the Bugis and Toraja tribes, there are cultural values that contain the value of religious tolerance. In the Bugis ethnic group, there are cultural values of Siri' Na Pesse and Assimareng which mean mutual cooperation, mutual respect, and respect regardless of socio-religious status, strong solidarity, and empathy for the suffering of others. Furthermore, the value of tolerance for the Toraja tribe is contained in the Longko and Pasomba Tedong values, which mean feeling grateful by blessing and respecting each other, tolerance is expressed in good speech, body language, perspective of others, and not embarrassing other people on the grounds of religious differences, the Toraja tribes believe that looking down on others is the same as embarrassing yourself.

Abstract

This study investigates the correlation between residential type (village, district, or city) and ecological awareness among students in higher education. Through a quantitative analysis, the research reveals that there are no statistically significant differences in ecological awareness across different residential backgrounds. The mean ecological awareness scores for students from villages, districts, and cities were 3.74, 3.81, and 3.70, respectively, suggesting that factors other than residential type may have a more substantial influence on ecological awareness. These findings challenge the strong version of place attachment theory, which posits that individuals in rural areas would have higher ecological awareness due to their closer proximity to nature. The study also notes the potential influence of other variables such as education level, media exposure, and personal values. Additionally, the research highlights the limitations posed by the small sample size, particularly for district residents, and calls for further studies with larger and more diverse samples to validate the findings. The results underscore the complexity of ecological awareness and the necessity of a multifaceted approach in understanding environmental attitudes and behaviors.

Abstract

The length of time to produce reservoir fluid will definitely experience a decrease in the production rate. The decrease in production rate can be caused by inappropriate tubing sizes and Damage to formations that impede fluid flow.To overcome the decline in production rates, it is necessary to choose the appropriate tubing size and carry out acidizing activities. Appropriate tubing size can avoid pressure drop and extend the life of the well. Acidizing is the injection of acid to eliminate the effect of decreasing permeability. The tubing size of 2 7/8 inches is not suitable for the “REDD-24” well because the target Qopt value of 130.997 bfpd was not achieved and there was an indication of calcium carbonate scale in the formation. This study discusses production optimization by re-designing tubing id after acidizing. Calculating the inflow performance relationship (IPR) using the Wiggin's method and obtaining Qtmax results of 163.74583 bpd, calculating theProductivity Index (PI) of 0.0870911 psi which according to Kermit E. Brown, the PI value is classified as low, calculates the skin value and obtains the results (+) 37.35 which indicates that the formation of the "REDD-24" well has suffered formation Damage. Selection of tubing with Hagedorn & Browns's correlation, analyzing Qopt tubing sizes of 3 1/2 inches, 2 inches, 1 2/3 inches, and 1 1/3 inches. Choose tubing with a size of 1 1/3 inches. matrix acidizing planning by knowing the value of formation fracture pressure (Pf) of 4857 psi, maximum  injection rate (Imax) of 2.829 bbl/min, maximum injection pressure (Pmax) of 1318.24, injected acid volume of 42.13561 bbl, and knowing success rate.
