Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Curriculum innovation ma'had aly Darussalam Blokagung. (2) Interest of prospective students of Ma'had Aly Darussalam Blokagung. (3) The effect of knowing the effect of curriculum innovation on the interest of prospective students of Ma'had Aly Darussalam Blokagung. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Curriculum innovation of Ma'had Aly Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi is classified as good, because the T-test results are 7.885 > 1.29025 t table, which means Ha is accepted; (2) The interest of prospective students of Ma'had Aly Blokagung is good, because the results of the T-test are 6.832 > 1.29025 t table, which means Ha is accepted; (3) there is the effect of curriculum innovation on the interest of prospective students of Ma'had Aly Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi by 46.0% while the remaining 54.0% is influenced by other variables not examined, which means that there is an influence of curriculum innovation on the interests of prospective students of Ma' had Aly Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To find out the implementation of the Education Financing System in financial management innovation of the Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Foundation, (2) To determine the factors in financial management innovation of the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Foundation Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods.In this study, the researcher himself became the instrument (human instrument) with the support of the interview guide grid. data collection is more emphasized on observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses three interactive models, namely data reduction, data presentation and decision making. The validity of the data in this study uses triangulation.The results of the research: Implementation of the Education Financing System in Financial Management Innovation Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi: The first stage is in the form of planning which includes (1) deliberations on foundation management and financial management, (2) design of education financing system, (3) data collection and the calculation of the financial amount, the second stage is organizing which includes (1) recruitment of the management team in charge of the system, (2) determination of responsibility for the management team, (3) guidance to managers, the third stage is implementation which includes (1) preparing payment system application, (2) making the SIS Darussalam application (3) system socialization and in the last stage there is an evaluation in the evaluation regarding (1) system evaluation meetings, (2) payment recapitulation reports (3) formation of a team for handling arrears. While the Financial Management Innovation Factors of the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Foundation: (1) supporting factors: (a) the establishment of cooperation in the service of the santri education financing system (b) Always monitoring the work productivity of financial managers. (2) Inhibiting factors: (a) the facilities are still not perfect (b) the lack of understanding of technological sophistication.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Mengetahui implementasi pemanfaatan media sosial dalam inovasi public relation dalam upaya meningkatkan eksistensi MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung; (2) Mengetahui faktor-faktor dalam inovasi public relations guna meningkatkan eksistensi MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inovasi public relations melalui pemanfaatan media sosial untuk meningkatkan eksistensi MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung tahap pertama ialah perencanaan, yang mana dalam perencanaan tersebut meliputi (1) Musyawarah wakil kepala humas dan pengelola media sosial (2) Perancangan pengelolaan media sosial MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung, tahap kedua ada pengorganisasian yang di dalamnya meliputi (1) Perekrutan tim pengelola penanggung jawab media sosial (2) Penetapan tanggung jawab terhadap tim pengelola (3) Pembinaan terhadap pengelola media sosial, tahap ketiga yakni pelaksanaan yang mana didalamnya meliputi (1) Mengaktifkan media sosial MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung yang masih minim dikenal publik (2) Melaksanakan pengelolaan pemanfaatan media sosial, dan tahap terakhir yakni evaluasi yang di dalamnya terdapat (1) Rapat evaluasi pemanfaatan media sosial (2) Laporan pengelolaan media sosial.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out; the implementation, function, and management objectives of the alumni empowerment strategy through tracer study activities and their evaluation; Research location: Madrasah Aliyah al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study: implementation of the management strategy for empowering alumni: (a) Forming a family of alumni in the year of graduation; (b) Forming an alumni management for all members; (c) Appoint alumni who have a national reputation as alumni leaders; (d) Involve outstanding alumni in the publication of acceptance of new students; (e) Inviting alumni to events held both competitions and birthdays; (f) Presenting reputable alumni as motivators and fillers for activities. The functions and objectives of the management strategy for alumni empowerment are: (a) Evaluating tracer study activities as part of alumni empowerment in each graduate to measure the success of the implemented educational curriculum; (b) The need to review the educational curriculum so that it is able to achieve educational goals as expected by stakeholders; (c) monitoring the development of alumni as madrasah ambassadors for the community and government; (d) Monitoring results as a basis for activities to increase alumni activities that contribute to the development of educational quality. While the evaluation of tracer study activities is through (a) Drawing up a yearly alumni chart containing alumni identities and their activities; (b) holding meetings with alumni which are used to strengthen friendship as well as measure loyalty to the madrasah; (e) accommodate the messages and impressions of alumni to improve the quality of madrasas through a tracer study in the form of a google form application that can be accessed widely; (d) recruit alumni with high achievements and high loyalty as part of Madrasa management.

Abstract

Kurikulum notabene terwujud atas pemikiran idealis, harapan, pemenuhan kebutuhan pengguna jasa dan pengguna lulusan. Tujuan dirumuskannya kurikulum yakni sebagai arah kegiatan pendidikan mulai dari perencanaan sampai pada evaluasi dan penilaian. Oleh sebab itu kurikulum disebut: the heart/core of education, sedangkan pendidik menjadi the prominent role of education, maka kurikulum yang baik disusun dan dikembangkan dan muranya ditentukan pada pelaksana pendidikan yakni pendidik. Maka dalam artikel ini membahas: (1) Landasan atas Pengembangan Kurikulum; (2) Posisi keberadaan Kurikulum serta Model Pengembangannya; (3) Pengembangan dari Rencana Pembelajaran; (4) Integrasi antara ilmu-ilmu agama dengan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi yang tertuang pada Rencana Pengembangan RPS (5) Implementasi Pengembangan Kurikulum di IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi sebagai perguruan tinggi berbasis pesantren. Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian studi kasus yang menggunakan; deep interview, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi dalam pengumpulan datanya, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan inetraktif tiga model Miles and Huberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, pendeskripsian hasil penelitian berupa kesimpulan. IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi dalam implementasi model pengembangan kurikulum menggunakan integrasi model kurikulum serta menerapkan integrasi agama dan iptek yang diwujudkan dalam Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS), yaitu menerapkan model informatif, model korektif, model komplementasi dan model verifikasi serta integrasi agama, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi digital dalam rangka mengakomodir kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat era milenial yang tidak bisa lepas dari teknologi digita;, gadget dan media sosial.

Tujuan yang ditetapkan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui implementasi Sistem Pembiayaan Pendidikan dalam inovasi manajemen keuangan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi, (2) Mengetahui faktor-faktor dalam inovasi manajemen keuangan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini peneliti sendiri yang menjadi instrumen (human instrument) dengan pendukung dari kisi-kisi pedoman wawancara. pengumpulan data lebih ditekankan pada observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan interaktif tiga model yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan keputusan, Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Trianggulasi. Hasil penelitiannya: Implementasi Sistem Pembiayaan Pendidikan Dalam Inovasi Manajemen Keuangan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi : Tahap pertama berupa perencanaan yang didalam perencanaan tersebut meliputi (1) musyawarah pengurus yayasan dan pengelola keuanagan, (2) perancangan sistem pembiayan pendidikan, (3) pendataan dan kalkulasi jumlah keuangan, tahap kedua ada pengorganisasian yang didalamnya meliputi (1) perekrutan team pengelola penanggung jawab sistem, (2) penetapan tanggung jawab terhadap team pengelola, (3) pembinaan terhadap pengelola, tahap ketiga ada pelaksanaan yang didalamnya meliputi (1) menyiapkan aplikasi sistem pembayaran, (2) membuat aplikasi SIS Darussalam (3) sosialisasi sistem dan di tahap yang terakhir ada evaluasi didalam evaluasi menyangkut (1) adanya rapat evaluasi sistem, (2) laporan rekap pembayaran (3) pembentukan team penanganan tunggakan. Sedangkan Faktor-Faktor Inovasi Manajemen Keuangan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung : (1) faktor pendukung : (a) adanya pembentukan kerja sama pelayanan sistem pembiayaan peendidikan santri (b) Selalu monitoring produktifitas kerja pengelola keuangan. (2) Faktor penghambat : (a) fasilitas yang masih belum sempurna (b) masih minimnya pemahaman akan kecanggihan tekhnologi Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.

Abstract

Every Islamic educational institution needs to have an organizational design based on the vision, mission, values, assumptions and goals that have been set. These philosophies and assumptions are known as organizational culture. Organizational culture is needed to change individual behavior into organizational behavior. Therefore, it will explain: (1) The Meaning of Organizational Culture; (2) Organizational Culture Level; (3) How Organizational Culture Begins (4) The Role of Organizational Culture; (5) Implementation of Organizational Culture; (6) Building a Strong Culture in the Organization (7) Recognizing the Environment and Adaptation Process; (8) Organizational Culture at Madrasah Aliyah Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi; (9) The Role of Leaders in Socialization and Implementation of Organizational Culture at MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. In simple terms this study can be concluded that organizational culture is defined as a set of assumptions that are built and shared by organizations as moral in adapting to the external environment and the internal integration process. Among them are organizational processes, artifacts; values; and the basic assumptions that the founders of the organization have traditionally influenced. The organizational culture in Madrasah Aliyah al-Amiriyyah Blokagung is divided into three areas, namely: (1). Religious culture, Islamic boarding school activities; (2) Indonesian Culture, (3) Humanity Culture. Those are also supported by the role of the leader in the socialization and implementation of organizational culture at Madrasah Aliyah al-Amiriyyah which is done in writing and not in writing.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to find out: 1) the implementation of education financing management through integrated sharia at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School, 2) the implications of education financing management data through integrated sharia at Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School. The type and research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The collection method used in this study is in-depth interviews, observation, documentation. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation. As for data analysis using interactive analysis of three models which include data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) implementation of education financing management through integrated sharia are: a) deliberations of foundation administrators and system managers, b) Education Financing System Design, c) determination of nominal payments, d) recruitment of the system management team, e) determination of team responsibilities managers, f) coaching for managers, g) preparing payment system applications, h) making Darussalam SIS applications, i) online and offline system socialization, j) periodic system evaluation meetings, k) payment recap reports. 2) implications for education financing management through integrated sharia are: a) form a team to handle payment arrears, b) increase banking cooperation, c) seek to increase the productivity of manager performance, d) seek solutions to disruptions to banking transaction trouble systems, e) provide socialization and assistance to some guardians of students who are technologically illiterate (clueless).

Abstract

The madrasa committee has an important role and function in building a culture of quality at MAN 2 Banyuwangi. The superior quality of MAN 2 Banyuwangi is the main target in madrasa management. This research aims to: (1) analyze the role and function of the madrasa committee in building a quality culture at MAN 2 Banyuwangi, (2) analyze the appropriate strategy for the madrasa committee to implement in building a quality culture at MAN 2 Banyuwangi, (3). identify the obstacles faced by the madrasa committee in building a culture of quality at MAN 2 Banyuwangi. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis which consists of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research: (1) the role and function of the committee in building quality is to be a controller, a mediator, and a manager of donations. (2) Strategy for building a quality culture at MAN 2 Banyuwangi, the committee team created 6 strategies, namely: utilizing committee figures, building networks, collaborating with community leaders, building public trust, branding image and regular meetings. (3) The obstacle for madrasah committees in building a quality culture is the different paradigms of each HR party which influence the performance of the committee, the awareness of committee members and the busyness of each member so that there is less focus on performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the characteristics of transformative leadership by a Kyai at a pesantren-based campus, specifically at Universitas Nurul Jadid (UNUJA) in Paiton, Probolinggo. This qualitative research utilizes a case study methodology. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The data analysis process involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study is grounded in Bernard M. Bass's theory of transformational leadership and Michael Armstrong's performance theory. The results indicate that Kyai Abdul Hamid Wahid, as the rector of Universitas Nurul Jadid, implements transformative leadership in several ways: 1) as an Agent of Change, he transformed IAI Nurul Jadid, STT Nurul Jadid, and STIKES Nurul Jadid into Universitas Nurul Jadid; 2) as a Master Planner, he formulated the milestones for Universitas Nurul Jadid as an international Islamic university.
