Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) To know Nyai leadership type. Hj. Dra. Mahmudah Hisyam in leading the roudlotul Qur’an boarding school of Darussalam daughters of Blokagung; (2) To know the efforts made Nyai. Hj. Mahmudah Hisyam in improving the success of the recitation santri tahfidzul Qur’an; (3) To know Nyai's leadership technique. Hj. Dra. Mahmudah Hisyam in leading santri tahfidzul Qur’an.Dengan using qualitative research methods and three techniques of data collection that is observation partisispan, in-depth interviews and documentation obtained the results of research indicating that: (1) In leading dormitory Roudlotul Qur`an Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Ny. Hj. Dra. Mahmudah Hisyam uses the Laissez Faire type but is still under observation of kyai, democratic and charismatic but the most dominant among the three types is the type of charismatic. (2) Efforts made by Ny. Hj. Dra. Mahmudah Hisyam in leading boarding Roudlotul Qur'an Pondok Pesantren Darussalam North Princess is: (a) Good example; (b) Religious leaders; (c) Protector; (d) Communicators; (e) Advisers; (f) Person in charge; (g) Teachers and educators. (3) Technique performed by Ny. Hj. Dra. Mahmudah Hisyam in leading santri tahfidzul Qur`an is to provide supervision or supervision that coordinate directly with related stakeholders, namely the chairman of boarding Roudlotul Qur`an, head of Darussalam Putri pesantren, wali santri and boarding board of tahfidzul Qur'an as Banyuwangi district which is incorporated in the Jam'iyah Hifdzul Qur'an (JHQ) organization.

Abstract

Leadership as a process of influencing individuals (personal) or groups to achieve certain goals. Meanwhile, someone who is a role model and must be followed by not deviating from the praises of Allah and the Prophet. This type of qualitative uses a literature study approach, data collecting by searching and collecting data or information related to themes from literature, both in the form of books (books), reports, notes, magazines, newspapers, and others. Meanwhile, the analysis uses historical analysis. The results showed that one of the leadership styles that are recognized as ammunition to achieve better leadership in the future is based on the Qur'anic spiritual leadership. Leadership is a leadership style that puts forward all policies, the performance of an organization rests on values ​​that come from the Qur'an. Starting from the value of honesty, mandate sermon, fatonah, all of these can be applied in any organization to achieve the goals desired and blessed by Allah SWT, S.W.T.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find; planning, implementation, evaluation, follow-up, characteristics and impacts of quality standards on the application of integrated quality management in Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung and Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Kautsar Banyuwangi. This study uses a qualitative approach to the data collection techniques used that are: observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses interactive three models that are: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results of this research: first, the pattern of MMT application in pesantren is influenced by the typology of the education system used, but substantially has the same pattern of organizing, planning, implementing, monitoring and innovation. The pattern formed a cycle that repeated itself in the implementation of quality activities with the control of the person responsible for quality in collaboration with all stakeholders in the Islamic boarding school, especially the organizers of the managed educational activities; second, characteristics of MMT in pesantren that is focus on customers in providing satisfaction, total stakeholder involvement both internal and external in organizing quality activities, quality standards that are in line with customer desires, commitment of pesantren education service providers in supporting the improvement of quality culture, continuous improvement through improving quality standards in line with increasing customer expectations and innovation values ​​of the quality of the pesantren so that the public is increasingly in demand, prospective students and users, the integration of education and dual graduation is now increasingly in demand by the community; third the impact of implementing integrated quality management in pesantren is improvement of quality culture that triggers public appeal, to register their children in Islamic boarding schools and increasing number of students in pesantren, the increasing recognition of the quality (education) of pesantren in the community.

Abstract

Every Islamic educational institution needs to have an organizational design based on the vision, mission, values, assumptions and goals that have been set. These philosophies and assumptions are known as organizational culture. Organizational culture is needed to change individual behavior into organizational behavior. Therefore, it will explain: (1) The Meaning of Organizational Culture; (2) Organizational Culture Level; (3) How Organizational Culture Begins (4) The Role of Organizational Culture; (5) Implementation of Organizational Culture; (6) Building a Strong Culture in the Organization (7) Recognizing the Environment and Adaptation Process; (8) Organizational Culture at Madrasah Aliyah Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi; (9) The Role of Leaders in Socialization and Implementation of Organizational Culture at MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. In simple terms this study can be concluded that organizational culture is defined as a set of assumptions that are built and shared by organizations as moral in adapting to the external environment and the internal integration process. Among them are organizational processes, artifacts; values; and the basic assumptions that the founders of the organization have traditionally influenced. The organizational culture in Madrasah Aliyah al-Amiriyyah Blokagung is divided into three areas, namely: (1). Religious culture, Islamic boarding school activities; (2) Indonesian Culture, (3) Humanity Culture. Those are also supported by the role of the leader in the socialization and implementation of organizational culture at Madrasah Aliyah al-Amiriyyah which is done in writing and not in writing.

Abstract

The objectives set in this study are: (1) To find out how the implementation of strategic management in MAN 1 Banyuwangi in the 2018/2019 academic year; (2) To find out how the quality of education in MAN 1 Banyuwangi in the 2018/2019 study year; (3) To find out what factors can improve the quality of education in MAN 1 Banyuwangi; (4) To find out how the right strategy is applied in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Banyuwangi. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using SWOT analysis and interactive three models, while the data validity techniques using triangulation. The results of his research: Implementation of Strategy in MAN 1 Banyuwangi: Implementation of activities involves internal and external stakeholders so as to create a sense of kinship, evaluation in accordance with the basic competencies of all subjects so that 87% MAN 1 Banyuwangi output is widely accepted in several Indonesian PTNs. While developing the quality of education: Selective in recruiting students, the existence of Sarpras Innovations outside SNP Improvement of human resource educators and education personnel with training by the Ministry of Religion. The strategy was formulated to improve the quality of education in MAN 1 Banyuwangi: There is a need for the totality of madrasa managers in fostering self-awareness of educators and educators in every activity that is nuanced in a religious environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of public relations management at Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi Senior High School of State. Second, how is the quality of academic services at Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi Senior High School of State. Third, is there any influence of public relations management on the quality of academic services at Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi Senior High School of State. Fourth, how much influence does public relations management have on the quality of academic services at Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi Senior High School of State. The data collection methods used in this study are questionnaire, observation, documentation. As for the data validity test using the product moment formula, to look for data reliability using the Cornbach, Alpha formula. Then for hypothesis testing using the T test and F test, for the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov formula. In the analysis of data using Simple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study indicate there is an influence of public relations management on the academic service quality of Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi Senior High School of State by 74.4% while the remaining 25.6% is influenced by other variables not examined, which means the effect of public relations management on the academic quality of Darussholah Singojuruh Banyuwangi Senior High School of State is good.

Abstract

The applied objectives in this study are: (1) Knowing the recruitment of educational personnel at MA Unggulan Mukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Schooling Year 2019/2020; (2) Knowing a placement of educational staff at MA UnggulanMukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Schooling Year 2019/2020; (3) Knowing the empowerment of educational staff at MA UnggulanMukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Schooling Year 2019/2020; (4) Knowing the supporting and obstacles process of empowering educational staff at MA Unggulan Mukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Schooling Year 2019/2020. This research method uses the descriptive qualitative. The data collection through out the observation, interview and documentation. The analysis data uses 3 models of interactive analysis while the technical validity data uses triangulation. The result of the research : the recruitment process of the educational staff at MA unggulan Mukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi has been running systematically. The placement of adecation personnel at MA unggulan Mukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi is in accordance with the field of expertise and skills possessed and continued with the guidance which is carried out by the foundation’s management. The process of educational staff empowering has been very good. Supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of empowering educational staff at MA unggulan Mukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangiis: (a) Supporting factors includes the systematic education personnel recruitment (b) Inhibiting factors : (1) there is a limitation of the employees that causes there are currently work educational staff who get unfinished task in accordance with their fields of expertise. (2) There are several types of work that have not been filled.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi's human resources, about the quality of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung educators, is there any influence of human resource management on the quality of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi educators, the effect of human resource management on the quality of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi educators.This research uses descriptive quantitative method.The data collection methods used in this study are questionnaire, observation, documentation. As for the data validity test using the product moment formula, to find the reliability of the data using the formula Cornbach, Alpha. Then for hypothesis testing using the T test and F test, for the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov formula. In data analysis using Simple Linear Regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the management of human resources on the quality of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019/2020 Academic Year is classified as good, because the T test results of 81.524> 1.305 t tables, which means Ha is accepted. there is an influence of human resource management on the quality of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi educators by 99.5% while the remaining 0.05% is influenced by other variables not examined, which means the effect of human resource management on the quality of MTs al-Amiriyyah Blokagung educators is good.

Abstract

The objectives set in this study are: (1) to find out how the implementation of Ma'had Darul Muta'alimin as the branding of MAN 1 Banyuwangi; (2) to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for Ma'had Darul Muta'alimin innovation as the branding of MAN 1 Banyuwangi. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is data analysis by Milles and Huberman with the analysis steps, namely: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the data validity test uses credibility, audibility, dependibility, and confirmability tests. The results of the research: Implementation of Ma'had Darul Muta'alimin as the branding of MAN 1 Banyuwangi, the planning includes: (1) MAN 1 Banyuwangi is a literacy madrasah, (2) the concept of activities, (3) Development of student character, organizing the implementation of ma'had as branding Madrasah include: (1) ustadz who are competent in the field of Islamic religion, (2) measurable and structured activity programs, the implementation of ma'had as madrasah branding includes: (1) preparing the facilities needed by students in ma'had, (2) ma'had 'had as a religious center in madrasah, (3) achievements achieved, (4) direct mentoring of madrasah heads, evaluation of the implementation of ma'had as madrasa branding, including (1) monthly meetings with madrasah heads and ma'had managers, ( 2) external stakeholder meetings, (3) improving the competence of Ustadz Ma'had Darul Muta'alimin.

Abstract

In realizing quality students who are able to compete in various fields, for example in the field of knowledge, experience, abilities and skills that underlie the values ??and norms of life, one of the responsibilities of education, especially focused on preparing students to become subjects who increasingly play a role in displaying their superiority. , have a strong stand, creative, independent, and professional in their respective fields. This study aims to describe the management of students at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi and to describe the competitiveness of students at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The methods used in data collection are observations related to the implementation of student management in increasing competitiveness, interviews with school principals and student waka, as well as documentation and archive data of activities from management at MTs Al-Amiriyyah Darussalam Blokagung. The researcher uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of student management at MTs AL-Amiriyyah blokagung banyuwangi has been well organized. where the management of students starting from: acceptance of students, grouping students, fostering student discipline and evaluation has been implemented by all units of MTs AL-Amiriyyah blokagung banyuwangi
