The presentence of marriage guardian is a must which should be considered. This research learn about Imam syafi'i viewpoint and Mahkamah Konstitusi Decision no 16-VIII-PUU/2010 about the authority of bioligical father to be marriage guardian for his out of marriage children.This purpose research is to analyst how Imam Syafii viewpoint and Mahkamah Konstitusi Decision about the authority of bioligical father to be marriage guatdian for his out of marriage children. This research is using yuridis normatif proccess with deskriptip kualitatif method. The result of this research is imam syafii gave 2 viewpoint about bioligical father to be marriage guardian for his out of marriage children. First, its allowed a father to be marriage guardian for his out of marriage children with provision the daughter born at least 6 month after her parents akad. Meanwhile, mahkamah konstitusi decision said "a child that was born out of marriage have a civil relation with her mother and mothers family and then a man as her father that could be prove by sains and technology or another evidence according to law has blood relation including civil relation with the father's family. ."this legal logic decision has consequence to out of marriage children descendants with her father. It is mean if we look at Mahkamah Decision a father could be a marriage guardian for out of children marriage without to see how old the womb that born after the marriage. In today's modern era, it is not uncommon for women to be able to earn income by doing entrepreneurship, both traditional and modern with various perspectives. Entrepreneurial women are sometimes used to channel their hobbies, as well as being the backbone of the family to meet the needs of family life. So that the current rights of women entrepreneurs can be studied with the maqasid sharia approach. From this, researchers are interested in examining the rights of women entrepreneurs with a Sharia perspective. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach with literature data that was analyzed inductively and deductively. This study found that according to maqasid sharia women have rights in entrepreneurship, including the right to channel hobbies, which in the concept of maqasid sharia are included in the category of hifdzul aqli, the second right to earn income in the maqasid sharia concept is called hifdzul nafs.

Building a home life is not always about harmony, there is often a problem whether it is small or great, internal or external factors, and one or both cannot carry out their duties as husband and wife. If both cannot control themselves in dealing with each problem, not eliminating the likelihood will only increase the larger one, so the final solution to resolve it is divorce. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influenced a person to file a divorce at the cibinong religious court in 2021. The methods used are descriptive methods using a qualitative approach, the research used is field research (field research) to get the needed data. A divorce lawsuit taking place at the cibinong religious court in 2021 is affected by a continuing factor of contention and contention with a percentage of 69.04%, an economy with a percentage of 19.20%, abandoning one party with a percentage of 9.41%, apostasy and violence of a similar percentage of 0.77%, polygamy with a percentage of 0.33%, a moral/ moral crisis with a percentage of 0.30%, a husband is sentenced to prison by a percentage of 0.04%, a body defect of 0.04%, And forced mating with a percentage of 0.03%.Keyword: divorce, court, factors.

Humans are creatures who have desires or desires within themselves. Marriage is one of the desires and obligations of a human being which is a command from Allah SWT. Marriage has a goal, namely to build a sakinah mawaddah warrahmah family, to make it happen, knowledge and commitment of husband and wife are needed in carrying out their respective rights and obligations. However, in reality there are still many husbands and wives who ignore their rights and obligations and ultimately lead to domestic violence. The purpose of this study is to find out how the impact of neglecting the rights and obligations of husband and wife on domestic violence and to find out the law of neglecting the rights and obligations of husband and wife according to Islamic law and law. This study uses a qualitative method through a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were obtained from the results of interviews and document studies. The results of this study indicate that the factors and impacts of neglecting the rights and obligations of husband and wife on domestic violence are as follows: 1) Communication factor, lack of communication between husband and wife, causing difficulties in establishing cooperation between the two. 2) Economic factors, lack of a husband's sense of responsibility in terms of providing a living, so that the wife has to earn her own money and does not depend on her husband. 3) Social factors, there are no social boundaries between husband and wife so that the rights and obligations in the household are not fulfilled. Zakat profession it self is one of the themes of contemporary jurisprudence that has not been fully accepted among Islamic scholars. Some circles still doubt even reject the validity of the withdrawal of profession zakat imposed on various professions "wet" which results far above the farmers' income. But the supporters of zakat profession seem to be more powerful influence and its teachings proved in "Act No. 23 of 2011 on the management of zakat in Article 4 point h on income and services has been declared by the Act as one of the objects of zakat mal in Indonesia". This research uses quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis assisted SPSS program 16. This paper aims to determine the level of awareness of the implementation of professional zakat in the measure of variables such as the perception of zakat profession and other factors affecting the implementation of professional zakat . The results showed that perception, other factors together have positive and significant effect on the implementation of zakat profession and affect the level of kedasaran on the implementation of professional zakat.

Intense competition in the era of digital marketing and the use of social media requires entrepreneurs to adapt and formulate marketing strategies to survive and develop businesses. In the midst of business competition in capturing the market, fraud and fraudulent actions are vulnerable to be carried out. Moral and Islamic values are important to be implemented in the business operations that are carried out. Hana Nadhira is a business brand that was founded by a married couple and managed to take advantage of business opportunities through digital media with encouraging developments. This research is a qualitative research with the aim of analyzing how sharia marketing is implemented by Hana Nadhira Clothing in increasing profitability. The results of the research show that Hana Nadhira has succeeded in developing from a minimal profit with a narrow market coverage to a profitable business with a turnover of more than Rp. 50,000,000 per month and market penetrating overseas market. Continuous quality improvement in terms of products, promotions that are updated based on trends, as well as the use of communication media that is busy being used are the keys to the success of the business. The purpose of this study was to observe the implementation of the Al-Qur'an therapy program through an evaluation model of the Context, Input, Process, and Product aspects of the Al-Qur'an Therapy Program at SPS Alam Atifa Bogor. This study uses a qualitative approach in the field (field research). The object of this research is the implementation of the Qur'anic therapy program which is then reviewed through the CIPP evaluation model. The resource selection technique used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of the resource person being able to answer the researcher's questions and in direct contact with the Qur'anic therapy process which involved nine resource persons consisting of the principal, four teachers, four guardians of students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research with the criteria of a relationship with Allah SWT, oneself, nature and others. In addition, it also shows that: 1) The background of the implementation is because students with special needs were found at SPS Alam Atifa Bogor, the objectives and curriculum (context aspects), 2) Criteria for organizers, criteria for teachers, participants, therapeutic methods and therapeutic media used in program implementation Al-Qur'an therapy (Input aspect), 3) Implementation of Al-Qur'an Therapy Program related to therapy schedule, teacher performance, student activities and evaluation (Process aspect), 4) Changes in therapy results in the form of good emotional control, formation of spirituality in children with special needs and the success of students in recognizing hijaiyyah letters and memorizing short suras (product aspect). Early marriage or called underage marriage is a marriage carried out by two married couples between a man and a woman, both of whom do not meet the age requirements for holding a legally valid marriage as stipulated in Law Number 16 of 2019 Regarding Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. In this law, it is stated that marriage can only be allowed if both male and female have reached the age of 19 years. The approach used by the author is a case study (case study). This research method is descriptive qualitative, which means that the data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, analysis, field notes, and then compiled directly at the research site. From the results of the study we can conclude that there was an increase in the number of underage marriages, especially in the city of Bogor, Tanah Sareal sub-district, both before and before the enactment of Law Number 16 of 2019 in October 2019. This is evidenced by the percentage of early marriage rates in the city of Bogor from year to year. In addition, based on the results of the study, there are several backgrounds that cause early marriage in the city of Bogor, including the lack of religious understanding, economic factors, lack of education, pregnancy out of wedlock (married by accident). This study aims to determine (1) the Implementation of Al-Qur'an Habituation in the Formation of Religious Character of Class VIII Students of MTS Al-Ahsan Bogor. (2) The Impact of the Implementation of Tadarus Al-Qur'an Habituation in the Formation of the Religious Character of Class VIII Students of MTS Al-Ahsan Bogor. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. It was carried out from June 1, 2022 to July 20, 2022. The research location was at MTS Al-Ahsan Bogor. In the data collection procedure the author uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, in data analysis, researchers used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found that (1) The implementation of the habituation of tadarus Al-Qur'an was carried out before the teaching and learning process began, namely at 07:00 WIB. every Tuesday to Friday, except on Mondays because there is a flag ceremony. The place for the implementation of the Qur'anic tadarus is carried out in the mosque. This activity is not only attended by students but also by teachers and staff participating in carrying out tadarus Al-Qur'an. (2) The impact of the implementation of tadarus Al-Qur'an habituation in the formation of the religious character of students of class VIII MTS Al-Ahsan Bogor, namely, Obedience to Allah, namely students having morality towards teachers by applying 5S (greetings, smiles, greetings, polite, polite). Patience is being able to control emotions during the learning process. Sincerity is sincerely carrying out the habit of tadarus Al-Qur'an because of Allah SWT. Marriage is one of the acts of worship that can perfect one's faith and piety. The purpose of a marriage that every couple wants to achieve is the creation of a sakinah, mawaddah and warohmah family. Based on the research that has been done, West Java is a province with a very high number of divorce cases from year to year. For example, in West Java, there were 55,876 divorce cases in 2020. There are indicators that lead to easy divorce, namely the lack of religious understanding which has an impact on the ease of taking divorce decisions. So, it is very necessary for the role of parents to improve children's religious understanding for their provisions to live a household life. The purpose of this study was to determine the background of increasing religious understanding by parents in children and to find out how the role of parents in increasing religious understanding to prepare their children for marriage. The researcher uses a qualitative research type with a case study approach. The research was conducted at the Ibn Khaldun University in Bogor on FAI lecturers. The results of the study show that the role of parents is to care for children with love, provide education including religious education, adab and moral education, education to read the Qur'an, economic education and pre-marital education, and provide materially.
