Abstract

The development of an infrastructure in the region can have the effect of increasing people's access to resources so that the increase in productivity can encourage economic growth. Ports as sea transportation infrastructure have a very important and strategic role for industrial and trade growth and are business segments that can contribute to the economy and national development because they are part of the chain of transportation and logistics systems. For this reason, a risk analysis is needed so that the implementation of port construction can be completed on time, in terms of cost, quality and time. This study aims to analyze the risk of port construction using a systematic literature review method. Based on research results, risk in port construction projects is influenced by external non technical (22.807%), technical project (21.053%), external technical (21.053%), internal technical (18.421%), internal non technical (8.772%) and non technical project (7.895%).

Abstract

Risk is defined as an uncertain event or condition that, if it occurs, can have either a positive or negative effect on the project objectives. This effect can be avoided by using risk management methods, to identify risks, assessing risks either quantitatively or qualitatively, and choosing the appropriate method for handling risks will minimalized the effects. In the study, the scope was to identify the potential risk occurs on steel building work based on the previous research. Using sources based on the previous research, here will be identifying what types of risk factors are most commonly occurs for steel building work. The types of risk that will be discussed here will be divided into three types based on internal risk, external risk, and project risk. Each type of risk includes technical and non-technical risks. Based on the data this study identify that internal risk with technical aspects is the most common type of potential risk occurs on steel structure building work.

Abstract

The current environment, with lots of fast changes, is full of uncertain strings and risks. Therefore, it is necessary to make the correct and fast decisions necessary for survival and success in the world of construction. This study aims to analyze the application and gaps (gap analysis) and identify steps that companies need to take (action plans) for the gaps that occur so that they can increase the application of risk maturity level ISO 31000: 2018 in state-owned construction companies in Indonesia where this research is conducted. The system consists of 8 variables, each of which is associated with 55 parameters. The review's discoveries explain that BUMN Development Tasks in Indonesia line up with Hazard The Board Standards, Structures, and Cycles, showing their suitability. Overall, the highest average risk maturity level is at PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) Tbk, namely at level 4.43, and the lowest is at PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero) at level 3.83. The ISO 31000-based risk maturity level is referred to in the action plan, which is adjusted for each attribute's risk maturity level. In 2018, this activity plan is a significant direct that must be finished by expanding the gamble development level to one level higher than the ongoing level. ABSTRAK Lingkungan saat ini dengan banyak perubahan cepat penuh dengan ikatan dan risiko yang tidak pasti. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengambilan keputusan yang benar dan cepat diperlukan untuk keberlangsungan hidup dan kesuksesan di dalam dunia konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan, kesenjangan (gap analysis) serta mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah yang perlu diambil perusahaan (action plan) atas kesenjangan yang terjadi agar dapat dilakukan peningkatan penerapan risk maturity level ISO 31000:2018 pada perusahan BUMN konstruksi di Indonesia dimana penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 variabel dengan 55 parameter. Hasil dari penelitian menjelaskan bahwa BUMN Karya Konstruksi di Indonesia dinilai sudah sesuai berdasarkan Prinsip, Kerangka Kerja, dan Proses Manajemen Risiko. Secara umum, tingkat perkembangan tipikal judi yang paling menonjol di PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) Tbk, khususnya pada level 4.43 dan yang paling turun adalah PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero) pada level 3,83. Rencana kegiatan diubah sesuai dengan tingkat pengembangan taruhan untuk setiap fitur dan mengacu pada tingkat pengembangan perjudian berdasarkan ISO 31000: 2018 di mana rencana kegiatan ini merupakan petunjuk penting yang harus diselesaikan dengan memperluas tingkat pengembangan perjudian ke satu tingkat lebih tinggi dari tingkat yang sedang berlangsung.

Abstract

One of the efforts to carry out promotions is by targeting attractive tourist objects, namely by creating content that attracts the attention of tourists. Interesting content must be captured or captured through posting photos and videos on social media or other communication media. These tourism promotion messages should be carried out by the whole community, especially the younger generation. Based on this, photography and videography skills are needed for the younger generation, as well as promoting them through social media. Photography is one of the media that can inform an object or event that occurs using pictures or visuals. Photography plays several important roles in describing an object and representing the actual object in an image medium. The purpose of community service activities at SMA Negeri 20 Tangerang Regency, Banten Province is to increase the competence of value innovation-based tourism promotion. The method used in this community service is direct observation, training and implementation and ends with an evaluation of the results of the activity. The results obtained from this activity are that students are able to understand the concept of value innovation in the field of photography and videography so that they can produce interesting and creative photo and video works for tourism development in Tangerang which are documented and published on the website.

Abstract

More specific knowledge about Quality Function Deployment (QFD) has grown rapidly. There is a lot of research on the application of QFD in various industrial sectors including manufacturing, construction and services. However, it is still found at least the implementation of QFD in health services. This paper aims to provide a broad understanding and knowledge of the application of QFD in the healthcare industry. This paper also informs that QFD is a method that is not yet popular to be applied in the service industry, including health services. The approach used is Systematic Literature Review. This paper involves a review study of various papers from well-known databases related to the implementation of QFD in the healthcare industry. The results showed that QFD can improve service and create customer satisfaction. QFD is a tool that can be used to assist companies in improving services by translating consumer desires into the company's technical characteristics. QFD applications are also often integrated with other approaches so that QFD can be said as a complementary method that is able to provide maximum results. This paper provides benefits for practitioners to increase knowledge and references to improve company performance related to QFD applications in health services.

Abstract

The main purpose of this white paper is to analyze current research on Six Sigma in the auto parts industry and identify opportunities for further research. This study used a systematic literature search of the most recent scientific articles (2013-2022) searched using specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. His two main categories of research goals emerged. The development of Six Sigma and the impact of Six Sigma. In recent years, research on the impact of Six Sigma is the most popular and has always been there from year to year, while research on the development of Six Sigma is the least popular. The study can provide insights to researchers, consultants and quality managers in developing and implementing Six Sigma in the automotive components industry sector. This research found that there is a lot of research on the complete Six Sigma methodology in the automotive component industry, especially research on the impact of implementing Six Sigma. From these findings, the main avenue for future research can be identified, namely Six Sigma Digitalization.

Abstract

The main focus of this study is educational institutions with results showing variables and indicators affecting customer satisfaction. A systematic literature review was used in this study, covering Indonesian national journals from 2017 to 2021 at various educational institutions. The review explores common variables used in website quality assessment using WebQual 4.0 and explores gaps within each theme. The results show variables and indicators affecting customer satisfaction. Society 5.0 (society 5.0), is indispensable in the development of the Industry 4.0 revolution where by using WebQual 4.0 the psychological variables that are part of society 5.0 can be one part of the measurement variables from the human aspect in the use of technology. Basically, the measurement object can vary and can be combined with various other service quality measurement methods in educational institutions. So that the measurement results and also the improvement suggestions obtained can be applied directly.

Abstract

Industri furnitur kayu di Indonesia memiliki peranan penting dalam ekonomi nasional dikarenakan mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dalam jumlah besar. Salah satu perusahaan furniture nasional yang berada di daerah Cikarang memiliki kapasitas  produksi 70,03% atau di bawah rata-rata nasional sebesar 74,16%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menge­tahui tingkat utilitas produksi saat ini dan strategi dalam meningkatkan tingkat produk­tivitas beserta implementasi solusi yang dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Value Stream Mapping (VSM) dalam memvisualisasikan dan menganalisis alur proses produksi furnitur untuk mengetahui potensi penyebab waste atau pemborosan operasional proses produksi serta penerapan pendekatan Root Cause Analysis (RCA) berupa metode 5W1H untuk menghilangkan akar penyebab masalah pada proses produksi furnitur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat utilitas jam kerja produksi sebelum dilakukan perbaikan adalah sebesar 108,67% yang mengindi­kasikan bahwa fasilitas produksi saat ini sudah dalam posisi maksimal. Penelitian ini berhasil melakukan identifikasi waste terbesar pada Movement, Overproduction dan Waiting. Dengan melakukan perubahan Batch Process baru sebanyak 50 set, pengadaan Mesin CNC Cutting for Leather and Fabric sebanyak empat unit, pengadaan Mesin CNC Cutting for Woodworking sebanyak tiga unit serta penambahan operator sebanyak 43 orang didapatkan perbaikan signifikan pada Lead Time Process menjadi 8,01 hari dari sebelumnya 11,98 hari dan total Cycle Time produksi menjadi 850 menit dari sebelumnya 1.068 menit; kapasitas produksi meningkat dari rata-rata 70,03% menjadi 92,38% atau terjadi kenaikan sebesar 22,35% serta rasio biaya terhadap revenue yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar Rp.674.406.962,80 menghasilkan kontribusi pendapatan sebesar Rp.190.277.737.037,20.

Abstract

Small and Medium Industry (SMEs) is one type of business that has experienced a fairly developed growth valuation. Consumer goods wholesale SMEs have experienced rapid growth in the sales sector, specifically in the Babelan sub-district the consumer goods wholesale industry still uses a manual control system in running its business. The sales process with the Conventional System is carried out starting from stock control, sales activity control, sales process, cashier and revenue generation is still done manually. The manual control process causes a slow counting process, and a long process of re- ordering goods and losing assets. The solution needed at this time is the creation of a framework for Digital Transformation Steps in the sales process to facilitate the control of wholesale consumer goods business processes. The digital transformation framework is expected to modernize the sales process starting from the cashier system, revenue control system, sales activity control process and make it easier for wholesalers to order goods. This applied research is expected to be able to provide suggestions for wholesale consumer goods businesses in running their business in a more efficient and practical direction and can be a recommendation to be able to carry out a digitally transformed sales process.

Abstract

Monitoring laboratory testing competence and performance is a critical factor that requires constant attention. Timely corrective actions must be taken whenever non-conformities arise. This research investigates the benefits and proposed application of the New Seven QC Tools across various industries through a literature review. The articles were selected using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) approach from online databases such as Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Crossref, Semantic Scholar, and Scopus, focusing on publications between 2013 to 2024. 30 selected articles were analysed in terms of demographics (research objectives, results, country of origin, publication year, number of tools used, and sequence of tool usage at each step) and the benefits and proposed applications for testing laboratories. The analysis results indicate that the implementation of the New Seven QC Tools can be applied to identify and propose improvements for existing problems in testing laboratories, ultimately leading to enhanced test result quality.
