Abstract

Narkoba menjadi permasalahan kompleks dalam lingkungan bermasyarakat. Peran masyarakat dan lembaga pemerintahan berperan penting dalam mengatasi permasalahan narkoba yang ada, serta pemasyarakatan juga berperan dalam menjalankan pembinaan untuk narapidana kasus narkoba. Perlu diketahuinya pola pembinaan yang bisa dilakukan dalam melaksanakan pembinaan kepada narapidana narkoba agar dapat menyadari kesalahannya dan tidak kembali mengulangi kesalahannya. Penelitian kualitatif normatif bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mengenai data yang berdasarkan norma-norma hukum, kaidah hukum, teori dan doktrin hukum yang sesuai dengan pokok permasalahan. Data yang didapat berdasarkan dari peraturan perundang-undangan dan penelitian terdahulu mengenai pokok permasalahan. Pembinaan kepada narapidana berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2022 tentang Pemasyarakatan yaitu pembinaan kemandirian dan pembinaan kepribadian. Adanya hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan narapidana mempengaruhi tercapainya tujuan pemasyarakatan dan perlunya penyelesaian dengan solusi yang sudah direncakanan untuk dapat mengatasi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan kepada narapidana.

Abstract

The penitentiary system in Indonesia has an important role in coaching prisoners to restore their lives and reduce recidivism rates. However, high recidivism rates indicate problems in the effectiveness of coaching, with many inmates reoffending after release. This research aims to examine the influence of religiosity on recidivism in the Class IIA Yogyakarta Detention Center. The research method used was descriptive quantitative, with a sample consisting of 40 recidivist prisoners who were analyzed using simple linear regression. The research results show that the levels of religiosity and recidivism are in the medium category, which indicates the potential for interaction between the two. Further analysis shows that there is a significant positive influence between religiosity and recidivism, with a calculated t value of 3.467, greater than the t table, which means that the higher the religiosity, the greater the possibility of recidivism increasing. Regression tests show that religiosity contributes 24% to the variation in recidivism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui standart pelayanan kesehatan dan hambatannya terhadap pemenuhan hak warga binaan pemasyarakatan di rumah tahanan negara klas I Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan metode pengambilan data melalui studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan membandingkan pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan yang dilakukan dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Upaya pemenuhan hak warga binaan dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan pada rumah sakit Rumah Tahanan negara klas 1 depok berjalan kurang baik, hal ini dikarenakan adanya keterbatasan fasilitas sarana prasarana dan jumlah petugas sehingga menyebabkan upaya promotif,preventif,kuratif dan rehabilitatif menjadi tidak optimal serta menjadi penghambat pemenuhan hak warga binaan dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan. This study aims to determine the standard of health services and barriers to the fulfillment of prisoners' rights in class I Depok state prison. This study uses a normative legal research method with data collection methods through library research and interviews. The data obtained are then analyzed by comparing the implementation of health services carried out with the applicable provisions. The results showed that the efforts to fulfill the rights of fostered citizens in the implementation of health services in the Class 1 deputy state hospital hospitals were running poorly, this was due to the limited facilities and infrastructure and the number of officers, causing promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative efforts to be suboptimal. as well as being an obstacle in fulfilling the rights of fostered citizens in the implementation of health services.

Abstract

Wabah virus corona (Covid-19) yang sedang melanda dunia pada dewasa ini, hal tersebut bukan suatu wabah yang dianggap remeh atau diabaikan begitu saja. Implementasi kebijakan pemerintah terkait pembebasan narapidana melalui program integrasi dan program asimilasi adalah wujud upaya dalam menanggulangi penyebaran corona virus Covid-19 pada lembaga pemasyarakatan, lembaga pembinaan khusus anak, maupun rumah tahanan negara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui respon masyarakat mengenai kebijakan pembebasan narapidana guna penanggulangan penyebaran covid-19 di RT 022 RW 006 Dusun Punjul Desa Punjul Kecamatan Karangrejo Kabupaten Tulungagung yang dilihat dari tiga dimensi yaitu afektif, kognitif, dan konatif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi yang berjumlah 102 orang , diambil sampel secara acak sejumlah 42 responden. Menggunakan angket skala Likert dalam teknik pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa masyarakat memiliki kognitif yang cukup terhadap kebijakan pembebasan narapidana dengan nilai mean sebesar 2,96, Afektif sebesar 2,83, Konatif sebesar 3,83. Kemudian disimpulkan dari ketiga dimensi tersebut menjadi suatu respon masyarakat dengan nilai mean sebesar 3,20 dan diperlukan suatu sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat terkait kebijakan pembebasan narapidana.

Abstract

The existence of knowledge-sharing behavior allows the knowledge base of correctional employees to increase and gives rise to opportunities for new ideas and encourages innovative work behavior of employees. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge-sharing behavior on the innovative work behavior of employees at the Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan Kelas IIB Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods with a non-probability sampling technique of 63 employees. The data analysis techniques were processed using IBM SPSS version 25. The results of the determination test shows that the knowledge sharing behavior variable has an influence of 47.5% on the innovative work behavior variable, while the remaining 52.5% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between knowledge-sharing behavior and innovative work behavior in the Class IIB Yogyakarta Women’s Correctional Institution. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at the Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Bangli. Work-life balance is an important factor that can influence the level of job satisfaction, especially in the context of a work environment that has high demands and pressure. This research uses quantitative research methods with techniques of non-probability sampling with as many as 84 employees. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. There are 20 statements used as indicators in this research. The data analysis technique used was through normality tests, significance tests, and determination tests, which were processed using IBM SPSS version 27 software. The results showed that there is an influence of work-life balance on employee job satisfaction. The determination test results indicate that the work-life balance has an influence of 57.3% on the job satisfaction variable, while the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social support on the resilience of narcotics prisoners at the Class IIA Madiun Youth Correctional Institution. The research method used is quantitative research with survey design. The sample in the study was narcotics prisoners who had completed rehabilitation with a total of 80 people. This study used a sampling technique with simple random sampling. Data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using univariate analysis, normality test, simple linear regression, significance test and determination test using IBM SPSS 27 software. The results of the analysis showed that there is an effect of social support on the resilience of prisoners. The results of the determination test indicate that the social support variable has an influence of 44.1% on the resilience variable, while the remaining 55.9% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. Abstract

This study focuses on the influence of self-disclosure on the resilience of drug offenders in Class IIB Prabumulih Prison. Self-disclosure, defined as the process of sharing personal information and feelings with others, plays a crucial role in helping inmates adapt to the challenging prison environment. By openly communicating their thoughts and experiences, inmates can foster supportive relationships with peers and prison staff, which can significantly impact their resilience. Resilience, in this context, refers to the ability of individuals to endure and recover from stressors and difficult situations, such as the experience of incarceration. It encompasses various dimensions, including emotional strength, adaptability, and social support. This research employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing questionnaires to collect data from inmates regarding their levels of self-disclosure and resilience. The findings reveal a positive relationship between these two variables, suggesting that higher levels of self-disclosure are associated with greater resilience among inmates. This research contributes to the understanding of psychological dynamics within correctional facilities and underscores the importance of fostering communication among inmates as a means to enhance their resilience. Abstract

This article discusses the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Class IIB Sukadana Prison. This research measures emotional intelligence through several dimensions, such as the ability to assess one's own emotions, understand other people's emotions, regulate emotions, and utilize emotions. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and work performance. To maintain high performance and competitive advantage, it is important to develop and improve emotional intelligence systematically and consistently. Abstract

At Pamekasan Class IIA Prison, job performance must be maintained in a comfortable and prosperous manner because employees are an asset to the organization. However, job stress can result in decreased employee performance because of excessive demands and tasks. This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress on job performance at Pamekasan Class IIA Prison. The research method used is quantitative, and SPSS is a statistical tool for assistance. The population was 130 people, and a sample of 97 people was taken with probability sampling and random sampling techniques. The result of the significance test shows the effect of job stress on job performance at Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Facility is 27.9%, and the other 72.1% is influenced by other variables.
