Abstract

Tujuan di balik penelitian ini adalah untuk memutuskan penyusunan program, pelaksanaan dan penilaian pelaksanaan pendidik di SMA BPI 2 dan SMA Kartika XIX-3 Bandung. Ulasan ini menggunakan strategi yang jelas dengan metodologi kualitatif. Prosedur pemilahan informasi melalui observasi, pertemuan, dan dokumentasi. Subyek eksplorasi yaitu kepala sekolah maupun pengajar. Informasi diperiksa dengan cara mengurangi, menunjukkan, mencapai kesimpulan dan memeriksa informasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan: 1) Program untuk lebih mengembangkan kinerja pendidik yaitu menyusun RPP, perencanaan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran, pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam memahami, pembentukan guru dan tenaga kependidikan sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh kebutuhan, lebih mengembangkan administrasi dalam mendukung latihan memahami, mempersiapkan dan berputar kembali ke efek samping dari penilaian pelaksanaan latihan pembelajaran. 2) Pelaksanaan program dimulai dengan pembagian tugas yang ditunjukkan dengan kemampuan dan penguasaan dengan menerapkan contoh pendekatan pendekatan lesson study antar pendidik. 3) Evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut kinerja guru belum sesuai jadwal dan dilakukan secara normal dan tidak ada instrumen penilaian yang jelas maupun terukur.

Abstract

Higher education is the highest level of the education system, where graduates of undergraduate programs are expected to be competent and ready to work. Universities have a strategic role and great responsibility in the process of developing quality Indonesian human resources. Therefore, KKNI is used as a reference in creating learning outcomes for graduates of all levels of education at the national level. To achieve this, all universities refer to the KKNI in making or developing higher education curricula. The application of the curriculum that refers to the KKNI aims to clarify how individuals or graduates have a profile and learning outcomes that are expected and will be achieved by students after attending lectures. This paper aims to examine the implementation of the IQF-Based Curriculum in Higher Education. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method based on literature review or library research. The results of the study show that the implementation of the IQF-based curriculum has a significant impact both for lecturers as educators and for students, especially in improving skills and forming a better attitude. Based on this, the IQF curriculum is good to implement.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Planning, Organizing, Implementing, and Controlling Curriculum Development in Realizing Quality Education at MIN 1 Purbalingga. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation, and the validity of the data uses triangulation, and data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawing. This research resulted that: (1) Planning was carried out by holding a joint meeting to discuss curriculum development; (2) Organizing is carried out by forming a curriculum development implementation team; (3) Implementation is carried out through pre-instructional, instructional and follow-up activities; (4) Controlling is carried out through monitoring and evaluation activities. Supervision is carried out by the head of the Madrasah directly, unannounced inspections, and periodic, continuous, and comprehensive briefings. The activity of evaluating student learning outcomes is carried out by the teacher council through exams.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and follow-up of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen, Kebumen Regency and (2) to determine the success of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in realizing effective schools in SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen. The method used is school action research at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen, Kebumen Regency in Semester 1 of the 2021/2022 academic year. The method of data collection was done by using observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive technique with data validity techniques using triangulation of data collection techniques and sources. The research procedure includes (1) planning, namely preparation, socialization, and testing, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen Kebumen Regency is carried out through implementation procedures, namely (1) planning, which includes the formation of a work team, preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (POS), preparation of facilities and infrastructure, preparation of development instruments, socialization and strengthening capacity for teachers and administration, students, school committees and parents, as well as implementation trials, (2) implementation, and (3) monitoring, evaluation, reporting and follow- up. Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in realizing effective schools at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen, which is characterized by (1) input efficiency, (2) process effectiveness, (3) output productivity (4) outcome relevance.

Abstract

This research article aims to get an overview and analysis of the internal quality assurance system (SPMI) in universities. The research was conducted at the Islamic Religious Education Study Program (Prodi PAI) IAINU Kebumen in October-December 2021. The research was qualitative in nature using interviews, observation, and documentation methods. Documentation related to the SPMI PAI Study Program IAINU Kebumen document, interviews with a number of related officials/lecturers, and observations related to the things needed. The results of the research show that the SPMI PAI IAINU Kebumen Study Program has been going well in accordance with applicable standards. There are regular improvement efforts. Recommendations, the need to oversee the revision of a number of guidelines.

Abstract

Abstract: Education since the early childhood is the greatest content and become an investment for education in the future. Early Childhood Education (ECD) become one level of education which was instrumental in introducing systematic directionally life of a child with a variety of patterns and formats. Therefore philosophically, Early Childhood Education is not talking about ‘learning’ something or get to know new things. Early Childhood Education actually promote the formation of a child’s orientation on any matter that requires processes and interaction to things that can enrich naturally he thought nature. Abstract

Abstract: Learning process trully combine between what’s learning aims and what’s the essential learning, because too much interaction on process happened. Educational philosophy became an essential process, to be normative direct in many condition. Educational philosophy trully play its role as a catalis, which is not just connected between cognitive knowledge, but enrichment also. Each learning process needs ’space’ to learn deeply dedicated that can build an ecological environment which give more access to learn. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya perubahan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang berkembang dengan pesat dan membawa banyak perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, pendidikan dewasa ini harus dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang ada termasuk diantaranya perubahan kebiasaan karena keadaan dunia yang sedang mengalami pandemi covid 19. Merdeka Belajar dan Kampus Merdeka merupakan salah satu kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nadiem Anwar Makarim yang bertujuan untuk merespon perubahan tersebut dengan salah satu program yang terdapat di program MBKM yaitu proyek di desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif berdasarkan kajian literatur atau riset kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian mengatakan bahwa proyek di desa menjadi salah satu sarana penguatan karakter mahasiswa. Sebagai calon pemimpin masa depan, mahasiswa ditantang untuk keluar dari zona nyamannya dan berlatih menghadirkan solusi dari problem yang ditemuinya di desa. Diharapkan dengan adanya program MBKM ini juga dapat membantu mewujudkan desa-desa mandiri di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low implementation of ICT-based chemistry learning, schools have not been able to implement ICT-based chemistry learning in achieving graduate quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of integrated quality management of ICT-based chemistry learning as an effort to improve the quality of graduates. This research is a qualitative research with case study method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the data is by triangulation of sources and techniques. Regulation of the minister of education and culture Number 20 of 2016 concerning competency standards for elementary and secondary education graduates, regarding the meaning, purpose, and scope of SKL as well as Monitoring and Evaluation. Definition of Graduate Competency Standards are criteria regarding the qualifications of graduates' abilities which include attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The results of research at SMAN 1 Bandung City and SMA Al Azhar Syifa Budi Parahyangan West Bandung in general indicate that the implementation of integrated quality management of ICT-based chemistry learning in both schools has been going well so that it can improve the quality of graduates.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic which began to spread in Indonesia at the end of 2019 had a major impact on the world of education. With the outbreak pandemic, it has spawned new innovations, namely technology-based learning and internet networks. The essence of the problem formulation in this study is the leadership of the Principal in fostering teacher performance. The problem of improving teacher performance is an unresolved problem in line with the complexity of environmental changes, both in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation. The theological basis in the Al-Qur'an letter Al-Muj is verse 11 and the words of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which means "Indeed, those who act justly, later by Allah's side will be placed on the pulpit of light, are those who are fair in law towards families and whatever handed over (authorized) to them." The main theoretical foundation of this thesis is Leader Shift, John C Maxwell. The research uses a qualitative approach, descriptive method, descriptive study at SDN 1 Grogol and SDN 2 Winong, Cirebon Regency. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation on the Principal. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the teacher's performance is quite good with the implementation of a good Principal's leadership and is in accordance with the basic concepts described earlier, although there are still a few obstacles in reality. The obstacle that arises is that the teacher's self-actualization process is still not maximal against the programs set by the Principal. The conclusion from this study is that in general, the leadership of a school principal has more or less influenced the performance of teachers, a school principal has many important roles in his efforts to manage and organize the school and all the people involved in it.
