Abstract

Perkembangan informasi teknologi memberikan pengaruh yang besar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama di dunia bisnis. Setiap perusahaan berlomba-lomba untuk menawarkan layanan terbaik kepada pelanggannya. PT. Halindo Berjaya Mandiri adalah perusahaan perdagangan hasil laut yang fokus pada distribusi ikan segar dan olahan. Saat ini, perusahaan kesulitan memprediksi penjualan secara akurat karena hanya mengandalkan catatan penjualan sebelumnya tanpa metode peramalan yang tepat, sehingga hasil penjualan tidak memenuhi target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan sistem menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) dan Double Moving Average (DMA) dalam informasi prediksi penjualan ikan di PT. Halindo Berjaya Mandiri. Dengan perkembangan informasi teknologi yang pesat, perusahaan perlu memanfaatkan metode peramalan yang akurat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan sistem informasi menggunakan metode DES dan DMA dalam prediksi penjualan ikan. Data penjualan ikan dari bulan September 2022 hingga September 2024 digunakan sebagai dasar analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode DES menghasilkan nilai MAPE sebesar 0.0948%, lebih baik dibandingkan dengan DMA yang mencapai 0.1124%. Pada hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode DES lebih efektif dalam memprediksi penjualan ikan, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar metode peramalan ini dapat diterapkan pada sektor bisnis lainnya untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi penjualan.

Abstract

The Building Materials E-commerce application is a digital platform designed to make it easier for consumers to find and buy building materials. This application is designed to help building stores in reaching more customers by offering a variety of building materials through a web-based platform. By using the cross selling method, the app automatically recommends relevant additional products to customers based on the items they choose, thereby increasing the chances of selling related products. The obstacle faced by Nazir Panglong is that there is no special digitalization touch for the products sold and customers have difficulty finding information related to what goods are sold due to the absence of a product catalog. Therefore, the application of building material ecoomerce was designed to overcome this problem. This application offers easy access for consumers and helps businesses in expanding their market reach, making a positive contribution to the development of the building materials industry in the digital era. This research aims to design and build a web-based e-commerce application that specializes in selling building materials, by integrating the cross-selling method as a sales increase strategy. The type of research method used by the author in this study is the Research and Development research method. By using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and literature studies. And the system development method used is RAD (Rapid Application Development) which consists of three phases, namely Requitment Planning, Design Workshop and Implementation. The results of the system trial show that the building materials e-commerce application can be implemented in Nazir Panglong to increase transaction value by offering additional products to customers so as to increase sales of goods and make it easier for customers to purchase products.

Abstract

The culinary industry, particularly the bakery business, is experiencing rapid growth with increasing competition. Changes in consumer trends, the rising number of market players, and fluctuating market dynamics pose significant challenges in maintaining stable sales. Queen Bakery, a bakery located in Medan, faces issues with fluctuating monthly sales, indicating that certain products are less in demand and that more effective marketing strategies are needed. To address this issue, the utilization of technology in data analysis is essential, particularly through the implementation of data mining techniques. Data mining enables the identification of consumer purchasing patterns more accurately and data-driven. One of the most effective algorithms for sales pattern analysis is FPGrowth, which can identify frequently occurring itemsets in transactions. Unlike the Apriori algorithm, which requires extensive computations, FPGrowth is more efficient in discovering product associations frequently purchased together. This study aims to analyze sales patterns at Queen Bakery using the FPGrowth algorithm to provide strategic insights into inventory management and product marketing. The results of this research are expected to assist Queen Bakery in improving operational efficiency, optimizing product offerings, and formulating more competitive business strategies. By implementing data mining, the bakery can gain a deeper understanding of consumer preferences, ultimately enhancing sales performance and competitiveness in the dynamic culinary market.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Web-Based Shoe Damage Identification System in K2N Store using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology and the Cosine Similarity method. This system is designed to help the process of automatically identifying shoe damage based on the description of the symptoms that the user inputs. There are several main menus in this system, namely Login, Damage, Symptoms, and Case Base, each of which supports an effective flow of damage and symptom data management. The Login menu is used for user authorization, while the Crash and Symptoms menu allows for the management of data on crash types and related symptoms. The Case Base menu serves as the main reference in the identification process with the Cosine method, where the system calculates the degree of similarity between the new damage description and the existing reference data. Based on the test results, this system is able to provide accurate damage identification results, taking into account the similarity of the symptom description mathematically. The use of the Cosine method in RAD has proven to be effective in producing a fast and flexible solution for K2N Store Stores. Thus, this system is expected to increase efficiency and accuracy in the process of identifying shoe damage, as well as provide better service to customers.

Abstract

Saat ini, di era digital, setiap orang mempunyai akses mudah terhadap berbagai informasi, dimana pun dan kapan pun. Teknologi sistem informasi membantu dalam memecahkan berbagai masalah, seperti pengelolaan data, administrasi, keuangan, pengendalian inventaris, dan lain-lain. Sistem informasi manajemen adalah perangkat dalam suatu organisasi yang dimaksudkan untuk menangani transaksi sehari-hari, mendukung operasi, tugas administratif, dan perencanaan strategis. Selama ini, persediaan stok mengacu pada daftar barang yang disimpan untuk mengantisipasi penjualan di masa depan. Persediaan ini diklasifikasikan menjadi dua kategori, stok awal dan stok akhir. Dalam menyediakan persediaan ini dibutuhkan manajemen agar barang dapat dikelola dengan mudah. Saat ini CV Azrael Grafika melakukan pencatatan barang terjual yang ditulis di buku, dan barang yang stoknya kosong dapat dilihat ketika ada pelanggan yang memesan barang tersebut dan akan dikelola di bagian administrasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi untuk mengelola data komoditas agar persediaan barang dapat dikelola dengan lebih baik. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode average yang bertujuan untuk mencatat, memantau dan mengolah data persediaan. Hasil pengolahan data nantinya dapat disajikan dalam bentuk laporan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen persediaan barang berbasis website yang diterapkan pada CV Azrael Grafika.

Abstract

CV Jon Indo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang material pabrik sebagai supplier, kontraktor, dan stockist yang memperdagangkan material pabrik lainnya. Untuk bersaing secara global, salah satu alat atau tools yang dapat menjangkau pasar yang diharapkan dalam hal ini adalah peningkatan penjualan produk. CV. Jon Indo belum memiliki sistem pemesanan yang mampu menjangkau banyak konsumen yaitu masih menjual barangnya melalui WhatsApp dan merekapitulasi data penjualan secara manual sehingga terdapat permasalahan seperti kesalahan penjadwalan pengiriman barang, serta kesalahan input produk. pesanan sehingga menyebabkan penjualan menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi yang ditampilkan pada CV Jon Indo untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan dan memperluas pemasaran produk CV Jon Indo. Sistem yang dibangun mempunyai fitur promosi dan penambahan CTA (call to action) pada website, kemudian pada sistem pengiriman barang peneliti membuat fitur tracking dan fitur permintaan barang sesuai keinginan pelanggan. Aplikasi berbasis web ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dan Metode Web Engginering sebagai perancangan aplikasi E-Commarece. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk implementasi E-comarece menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySql. Aplikasi yang dibuat dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan penjualan, pembelian dan penyebaran informasi produk terbaru.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, website sekolah berperan penting dalam mendukung administrasi dan pembelajaran daring. Selain sebagai media informasi, website juga menjadi platform interaksi antara siswa, guru, dan staf administrasi. Namun, efektivitas sistem informasi website Sekolah Semandu Kara masih belum optimal, terutama dalam pengelolaan dan pemantauan sistem. Beberapa kendala yang ditemukan meliputi kurangnya standar operasional, belum optimalnya peran pengelola TI, serta minimnya evaluasi kinerja sistem secara berkala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem informasi website sekolah menggunakan framework COBIT 5, khususnya domain APO01 (Manage the IT Management Framework), guna mengidentifikasi kelemahan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, serta penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna sistem, termasuk guru, siswa, dan staf TI sekolah. Data dianalisis menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur tingkat kapabilitas sistem berdasarkan standar COBIT 5. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem saat ini berada pada level 3 (Defined Process), sedangkan target yang diharapkan adalah level 4 (Managed and Measurable), dengan kesenjangan 1 tingkat. Untuk mencapai target tersebut, direkomendasikan peningkatan manajemen TI, implementasi kebijakan yang lebih ketat, serta pelatihan SDM secara berkala guna meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan sistem dan memastikan website dapat berjalan optimal. Dengan perbaikan ini, sistem informasi website diharapkan lebih efisien dalam mendukung pembelajaran digital, meningkatkan kualitas layanan akademik, serta memperkuat tata kelola TI sekolah sesuai dengan standar COBIT 5.

Abstract

The large number of varieties of hybrid corn seeds on the market and farmers' lack of understanding of the characteristics of each variety often make it difficult for farmers to make the right choice according to the conditions of their agricultural land. This is a major challenge for farmer groups in Hamlet III, Pantoan Maju Village, who experience difficulties in selecting superior hybrid corn seed varieties to increase agricultural productivity. To overcome this problem, a web-based decision support system was built that combines the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP is used to calculate weights on the criteria used such as crop quality, resistance to pests, and environmental adaptability, while TOPSIS is used to rank preferences for each alternative used. This system is expected to help farmers make more objective and targeted decisions. Test results show that this system is able to provide accurate and relevant recommendations, according to the needs of local farmers. And from the test results of the combination of the two methods, a decision was made on the alternative with the highest preference value of 0.928 from the Bisi-18 corn seed variety.

Abstract

The high rate of stunting in toddlers shows the need for accurate early diagnosis to prevent long-term impacts on children's growth and development. One of the main obstacles to early diagnosis is parents' lack of knowledge about the early symptoms of stunting, so treatment is often delayed. To overcome this problem, a web-based expert system was developed that applies the Naïve Bayes and Forward Chaining methods in diagnosing stunting in toddlers. The Naïve Bayes method is used to calculate the possibility of stunting based on the symptoms experienced by toddlers. This method is a probability-based algorithm that is used to classify the possibility of a condition based on existing symptoms. The process begins by calculating the probability of each symptom of stunting disease based on historical data that has been collected from experts. Then, using Bayes' Theorem, the system calculates the greatest probability of a disease based on the symptoms selected by the user. The final output is the diagnosis that has the highest probability, along with the recommended solution. Meanwhile, Forward Chaining is used to trace the rules that lead to a diagnosis conclusion. The Naïve Bayes method focuses more on calculating probabilities to determine a diagnosis with a certain level of confidence, while the Forward Chaining method works by matching rules to obtain conclusions based on the facts provided. The combination of these two methods allows the expert system to make a more accurate diagnosis by considering the probabilities and rules set by the expert. The web-based system built using these two methods aims to help parents detect stunting in toddlers early, so they can immediately take appropriate preventive or treatment steps. The results of the research show that it is found that the symptoms experienced by children are likely to be diagnosed as Not Stunting with the highest value of 0.5192 or around 51.9% with the solution being that children who do not experience stunting show growth and development appropriate to their age. The system developed is able to provide diagnoses in accordance with expert evaluations, so that it can be used as a tool to assist parents in providing.
