Abstract

Absract : This research is motivated because of the growing number of street children in the city of Pekanbaru from year to year were forced to take to the streets for food just to survive. In accordance with the policy of the Department of Social and Funeral Pekanbaru against street children is a coaching program. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of policies and the Social Service Pekanbaru City Cemetery on Street Children. This study aims to determine the policy implementation of Social Service and Burial Pekanbaru on Street Children. As for the population in this study is the Employees Social Service and Funeral Pekanbaru and street children Pekanbaru totaling 560 people, while the sample in this study is the Head of Service and Social Empowerment as many as 1 person, Head of Section for Child Welfare Family and the elderly as much as one person, the coach street children as much as one person, and street children as many as 53 people. A sampling technique that uses a technique purposive sampling area. The technique of collecting data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature, and documentation. The results showed that the Social Service Policy Implementation Analysis and Funeral Pekanbaru About Street Children answer "yes" for (37.15%) and who answered "no" for (62.85%) are the benchmark of 51% - 100% if referring to the opinion Husaini Usman. It can be concluded that the Office of Policy Implementation Analysis of Social and Pekanbaru City Cemetery About Street Children is Not Good.Keywords: Policy, Street Children

Abstract

Abstract: This study was motivated by the presence of teenagers whose lifestyles are not appropriately done by a teenager who visits from parenting parents, consisting of authoritarian, democratic, and Permissive. Formulation of the problem in this research is: "Is there any significant influence parenting parents (Authoritarian, Democratic, Permissive) against the practice of responsible teen characters" ?. This study aims to determine the effect of significantly Parenting Parents (Authoritarian, Democratic, Permissive) against the practice of Responsible Youth Character. Total population of 974 respondents (adolescents), with sampling using Proportional Random sampling techniques gained 97 Youth. Data collection through questionnaire, interview and observation. Mechanical analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis using Multiple linear regression equation with the process through the program SPSS version 17.00. For a proof of the hypothesis then tested the whole (test F) and partial test to see the effects of each predikator. Results are obtained F count larger than F table (4,331> 2,70) thus rejected Ho Ha accepted, meaning that there is significant influence parenting parents to practice responsible teenage characters in Kampung Bukit Agung Subdistrict Siak Kerinci Kanan. Authoritarian parenting to influence the results obtained sig. (0.174> 0.05) means insignificant, to influence the results obtained parenting Democratic sig. (0.009 <0.05) significant meaning, for the results obtained Permissive parenting sig. (0.109> 0.05) means insignificant. Rated R Square in this study amounted to 0.123, or 12.3%. This means that donations are significant effect between the effect of parenting parents against the practice of responsible teen character is at 12.3%, while 87.7% (100% -12.3%) influenced by other variables not included in this study.Key Words : Parenting Parents, character Responsible Teens.

Abstract

Abstract : This research is based on the low motivation of learning PPKn students in SMK Labor Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is " Is there any significant effect of using Domino learning modeltoward students’ motivation in learning PPKn atat SMK Labor Pekanbaru?". This study aims to determine the effect of of using Domino learning modeltoward students’ motivation in learning PPKn at SMK Labor Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at SMK Labor Pekanbaru in March 2018. This research was a quantitative descriptive study that was experimental.Population in this study were students of class X SMK Labor Pekanbaru. The sample in this research was taken based on "Random Sampling" technique. Where the class taken into the sample was the students of class X RPL (experimental class) who were given the domino learning model, and class X TKJ (control class) were students who were given the conventional method. Then data analysis by using homogeneity test and "t" test. Based on the result of research indicated that there wasan effect of learning motivation between student who using Domino learning model and conventional method in SMK Labor Pekanbaru ( > ).Where there was an average increase towardmotivation in learning PPKn of experimental class  from 30.92 to 33.84 and the average of PPKn learning motivation of control class from 20,82 to 20,14. Thus the hypothesis which reads that there is an effect of using Domino learning model toward learning motivation of PPKn student at SMK Labor Pekanbaru, can be accepted. Key Words : Effect, Domino, Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: this research in the background with the student movement as a representation of the political knowledge of students also assessed the more relegation evidenced by the low level of their role in the escort and the correct policy. Low level of political participation of students to make them feel not care because students are less concerned with political activities, as well as feeling busy with academic and Personal Affairs. As for problems this research is how political participation at the level of students at the university of riau?. The goal of this research is to know the political participation of students at the level of the university of riau. Based on the results of the study can be inferred that the percentage of recap of the respondents answer the poll about the analysis of political participation at the level of student at the university of riau, who said, " very often " 4,44 %, replied " often " 24,72 %, replied " sometimes Sometimes " 42,56 %, and the answer is " never " 28,83 %, the fourth response of the respondents, the representation of the most high to answer " sometimes " is available at 60,56 % on those apolitis, 55,56 % on talking about political issues and 50,56 % to give an assessment of politics. From the results of the interview, the respondents reveals that the low level of participation of students against political activities that students are less concerned with political activities, as well as feeling busy with academic or personal matters and also less student discussion following the political discussion as stimulants to participate in politics.Keywords: political participation, University students, the level of an observer.

The formulation of the problem of this research are:(1) Are there differences in learning motivation of men and women with the Articulationmodel in SMPN 21 Pekanbaru, (2) Are there differences in learning motivation of menand women with conventional models in SMPN 21 Pekanbaru, (3 ) Is there a differencebetween learning motivation that is taught using Articulation and Conventional models,(4) Is There a Significant Effect on the Use of Articulation Learning Models onLearning Motivation of men and women. The study aims to determine the effect of theArticulation Learning Model on Student Learning Motivation at PPPN 21 Pekanbaru.The study was conducted at SMPN 21 Pekanbaru in February 2020. This research wasan experimental quantitative descriptive study. With a population of eighth gradestudents in Pekanbaru 21 Junior High School and Samples using the Random Samplingtechnique, the sample is students of class VIII 7 (experimental class) and class VIII 6(control class) which is tested for homogeneity. Based on the research results, theformulation of the problem (1) there are differences in learning motivation of men andwomen using the Articulation Learning model (2) there are differences in learningmotivation of conventional methods (3) there is a difference between the articulationand conventional models and (4) there is a significant influence. Then the hypothesisthat says there is an influence of the use of the articulation learning model on thelearning motivation of students in class VIII in SMP 21 Pekanbaru, "ACCEPTED".Key Words: Articulation, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract:this research have a background of decline of child characters. Especially the religion character of generation responsible for continuing. The first and principal place for child religion character formation is family. Therefore, the formulation of problem from this research is how the influence of parenting parents toward child religion character formation in Dusun Tegal Sari Desa Pasir Jaya Kecamatan Rambah Hilir Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of parenting parents toward child religion character formation in Dusun Tegal Sari Desa Pasir Jaya Kecamatan Rambah Hilir Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection instrument is by using questionnaire consist of 25 questions ofparenting parents (variable X) and 43 questionsof child religion character formation (variable Y) that share to 34 muslim respondent. Analysis of data is multiple linear regression. So the hypothesis that explain “there is the influence of parenting parents toward child religion character formation in Dusun Tegal Sari Desa Pasir Jaya Kecamatan Rambah Hilir Kabupaten Rokan Hulu’ is accepted. This case is evidenced by a series of multiple linear regression test between variable X and variable Y, obtained Fcount 4,744 and Ftable 2,92, from disribution list table Ftable with N=34 at a significant level of 5%, thereby Fcount ≥ Ftable or 4,744≥2,92. Based on significant level, authoritarian parenting is not significant that is 0,496≥0,05, permissive parenting is not significantthat is 0,130≥0,05 and authoritative is significant that is 0,043≤0,05. Abstract

Abstract : This research was motivated by the abuse of authority by apparatus of the central government or local government in Indonesia. With the law of enforcement of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), this proves that the duties and authority of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is deemed bad. With the background of the establishment of the KPK as the eradication and prevention of corruption in order to improve public services in Indonesia. So the writer was conducted a research entitled “Riau University Students’ Perception of the Duties and Authority of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)”. The formulation of the problem in this research “is how the Riau University Students’ perception on the duties and authority of KPK?”. This was aimed to know the Riau University students’ perception on the duties and authority of KPK. The sample in this research was selected by employing purposive sampling. There were 180 respondents and each faculty has 20 respondents. The data collection instrument was questionnaire and interview. There are fourteen (14) questions which are seven (7) questions for the duties of KPK and seven (7) questions for authority of KPK. Based on the data analysis, the students’ perception on the duties of KPK was rated as good with the percentage 61,51% and the percentage for authority of KPK was 68,74%. Based on both of indicators, the duties and authority of KPK, the average percentage was 60,24%, the respondents answered “good” in the range 50,01%-75%. It can be concluded that the duties and authority of KPK in good category.                                                                                            Keywords : Studen’s, Duties and Authority of Corruption Eradication Commission.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by failure of Regional houseRepresentatives (DPRD) of Riau Province to carried out function of establi shing regional regulations, budgetary functions and supervisory func tions. This was indicated by existence of regional regulations that make it diffic ult for c ommunity, waste of budg et by regional government and DPRD. In addition, the f ollow up of cases pl ant waste was not responsive and other case s have caused reactions from community, especiall ystudents. In the student raises a reaction in the form of discussion, audience, carrying out demonstrations that indicate that there were injustice s and irregular ities felt by community. Therefore, the researcher raised the research entitled " The Perception of Riau University Students on Im plementation the Function of Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Riau Province 20 14 2019". The formulation of problem i nthis r esearch was how the Riau University Student's Per ception on Implementation the Functions of Regional house of Representatives of Riau Province. This research aim ed at knowing the Perception of Riau University Students on Implementation the Function of Regional H ouse of Representatives (DPRD) of Riau Province. 150 students were thesamples of this research that were taken by using purposive sampling technique, 15 repondents each faculty. The instruments of data collection that were done by using que stionnaires and interviews . 13 questions of question annire, 4 question for function offormation r egional regulations, 5 question s for budget functions, and 4 questions for supervisory functions. Based on the data analysis, student ’s percepti ons of impleme ntation the function of forming regional regulations were still considered good with percentage 74.17%, for budget function s it was considered good with percentage 70.13%, and for supervisory functions it was considered go od at 55.33%. The averageof three indicators above was 66.54%. A ccording to benchmark in the range 50.01% 75%. It can be concluded that the Perception of University Riau Student on the implementation of Functioning D PRD of Riau province was in Good category.Key Words : Students, Impl ementation of DPRD Function

Abstract

Abstract : The background of this study was the aesthetic concept of kayat tradition shifting, from before implamantation up to the implamantation of kayat in Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The purpose of the study was to know the aspects of kayat tradition shifting in Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The population of this studyis was society that they domiciled in Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi numbered 12.771 people. The technique of collecting data was qualitative descriptive analysis, purposive sampling. The sampling of this study was 80 people .the kind of this study was descriptive qualitative. Technic of collecting data was collected by observation, interview, questionnaire, documents and bibliography. Data analysed by descriptive kualitative passes through percentage. Of respondent answer percentage count as a whole acquired Yes answer as much 55,4% one lays in rank 50,01%-100%. Hypothesis thus that aspects of kayat tradition shifting in Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi was accepted. Base observational result, therefore gets to be concluded that kayat tradition in Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi which is gets shifting.Key words : Shifting, Kayat Tradition.

Abstract: This research was motivated by the many people who are less actively participate in activities of political participation. The research problems are whether the inhibiting and supporting factors of the Malay ethnic political participation in Tanjung Pinang east village Bukit Bestari District of Kepulauan Riau province and whether the inhibiting and supporting factors of the Chinese ethnic political participation in Tanjung Pinang Bukit Bestari Eastern District of kepulauan Riau province.This study aimed to determine what are the inhibiting factors and supporting factors the political participation of Malays ethnic in Tanjung Pinang Bukit Bestari Eastern District of kepulauan Riau Province and What are inhibiting factors and supporting factors the political participation of Chinese ethnic in Tanjung Pinang Bukit Bestari Eastern District of Riau Islands province. By using purposive sampling technique was obtained 80 people as a community sample of this research. The Data collected through questionnaire and interview.The results of the research showed the inhibiting factors Political Participation of Malays ethnic in Tanjung Pinang East was found 46.67% are answered yes and 53.33% are answered no whereas the Supporting factors Political Participation of Malays ethnic in Tanjung Pinang East was found 61.04% are answered yes and 38.96% are answered no. After that, the Inhibiting Factors Political Participation of Chinese ethnic in Tanjung Pinang East was found 51.46% are answered yes and 48.54% are answered no whereas the Supporting factors Chinese ethnic Political Participation in Tanjung Pinang East was found 60.84% are answered yes and 39.16% are answered no. Based on the results from overall recapitulation was obtained the average amount of each recapitulation percentage is 55% said Yes and 45% said No.Keywords: Political Participation, Malay, Chinese
