Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the many movements carried out by student institutions that criticize the policies of the Riau provincial government in dealing with forest and land fires (illegal logging) in Riau. The formulation of the problem in this study are, What is the perception of Riau university students towards the G17S conducted by the PTN-PTS BEM in Pekanbaru, What is the most dominant factor that gave birth to G17S movement conducted by BEM PTN-PTS in Pekanbaru. The research objectives are, This study aims to determine the perception of Riau University students towards the G17S movement conducted by BEM PTN-PTS in Pekanbaru, To find out the dominant factor that gave birth to G17S movement conducted by BEM PTN-PTS in Pekanbaru. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the data collection instrument used in this research is a questionnaire and also an interview consisting of 16 indicators with 26 questions, will then be analyzed by the combination method (mix method). The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the average percentage value of the respondents' alternative answers "strongly agree" and "agree" that is equal to 77.5% with an existence in the range of 75.01%-100%. Thus, students' perceptions of G17S conducted by BEM PTN-PTS in Pekanbaru are "Very Good". And the most dominant factor giving birth to G17S conducted by BEM PTN-PTS in Pekanbaru is social conditions with a percentage of 65% of respondents answering "strongly agree".Key Words: perception, student, G17S

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes of PPKn at SMPN 6 Merangin. The formulation of the problem in this study is "is there any influence of the use of Crossword Puzzle learning models on learning outcomes whether students in class VII SMPN 6 Merangin?". This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Crossword Puzzle learning models in improving the learning outcomes of PPKn grade VII SMPN 6 Merangin. This research was conducted at SMPN 6 Merangin in July 2018.  This research is a quantitative descriptive research that was experimental. The population in this study were students of class VII SMPN 6 Merangin. The sample in this study was taken based on "Random Sampling" technique. where the classes taken into the sample were students of class VII C (experimental class) who were given a crossword puzzle learning model, and class VII A (control class) were students who were given conventional methods. Then the data were analyzed using homogeneity test and "t" test. The subject matter that is applied  is the "Norms and Justice". Based on the results of the study indicate that there is an influence of learning outcomes between students who use Crossoword Puzzle models and conventional methods in SMPN 6 Merangin  this can be seen from the results (>). Thus there is an effect of the use of Crossword Puzzle learning models on student learning outcomes VII. The magnitude of the effect after being calculated with a gain test shows the crossword puzzle leraning model gives an effect on learning outcomes of 0,5 in the medium category. Where there was an increase in the average learning outcomes of the experimental class to 84,56 and the average increase in the learning outcomes of the control class was 76,13. Key Words : Crossword Puzzle, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine whether there are changes in the implementation of traditional Javanese wedding ceremony (solo) and the factors that affect changes in traditional Javanese traditional marriage ceremonies (solo) di Desa Kepenuhan Jaya Kecamatan Kepenuhan Hulu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Respondents in this study was 43 patriarch and 2 people pinisepuh (the elder). Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The method used is the method of combination of quantitative and qualitative (mixed methodes). This method is done with the data processing data results are presented through the calculation of the percentage and given an explanation. The results showed that Based on the research that the author carried on the analysis of the factors affecting changes in the marriage ceremony traditional Javanese (solo) di Desa Kepenuhan Jaya Kecamatan Kepenuhan Hulu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu is that the implementation of the marriage ceremony traditional Javanese (solo) is still carried out is the consent granted, Adicara Sungkeman, determine the marriage ceremony, the ceremony Panggih temanten, lamaran,ceremony ngidak tigan lan wijik sekarsetaman,ceremonytukar cincin and Srah-srahan,asrah sangganlan kembar Mayang ceremony and buncalan adicara ceremony. Abstract

Abstract: This study reported research that motivated by the enactment about the regulation of the minister of education and culture number 20 of 2019 in the Republic of Indonesia on the acceptance of new students. The students of FKIP are the students who are predicted as a teacher after graduating from university. The students of FKIP will continue the estafet of education in the teaching and learning process in the school in both formal and non-formal. Therefore, students of FKIP as a candidate of educator or teacher must know and give their perceptions towards the problem that happens in the community especially on the acceptance of new students. The formulation of the problem in this study is how students’ perception in FKIP Universitas Riau towards the regulation of the minister of education and culture number 20 of 2019 in the Republic of Indonesia on the acceptance of new students. The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of students of FKIP Universitas Riau towards the regulation of the minister of education and culture number 20 of 2019 in the Republic of Indonesia on the acceptance of new students. In this study, the researcher uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study was the entire students of FKIP in Universitas Riau with the total population amounted to 5.476 students. In selecting the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was 160 students from the population. The result of this study can be concluded that the perception of students of FKIP Universitas Riau towards the regulation of the minister of education and culture number 20 of 2019 in the Republic of Indonesia on the acceptance of new students is in the “Good” category.Key Words: Perception, Acceptance Of New Students

Abstract

Abstract: This study is motivated by problems that arise from observationsmade by researchers. Students do not listen to teachers when explaining lessons, fallasleep during school hours, often disturbing friends while studying, lackingconcentration in learning, cheating on exams, doing homework at school. Problemformulation in this research is (1) How parenting pattern? (2) What is student's interestin learning? (3) What is the study habits of students? (4) How does the parentingpattern influence the learning habits? (5) How does parental parenting and learninghabits influence learning interest? The purpose of this study are (1) to know parentalcare pattern? (2) to know interest in student learning? (3) to know the student's learninghabits? (4) to know the effect of parenting pattern to study habit? (5) to know theinfluence of parental parenting and learning habits towards learning interest ?. Thisresearch is useful for readers to add insight and information about education. Thisresearch method is descriptive quantitative with data collection instrument that isquestionnaire consisting of 16 items of parenting and 10 items of interest and studyhabit. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. Thus the hypothesis which states(1) Parenting pattern of parents of SMP Negeri 14 Pekanbaru majority Democraticwith a percentage of 93.5%. (2) Student interest is very high with 75.5% percentage. (3)Student learning habit is good with percentage 57,76%. (4) there is influence betweenparenting parenting to student learning interest accepted. This is evidenced by multiplelinear regression test between variables X and Y, obtained Fcount> Ftable or 3.782>2.77 (5) there is influence between parenting parenting to student learning habitsaccepted. This is evidenced by multiple linear regression test between variables X andY, obtained Fcount> Ftable or 8.303> 2.77.Keywords: Parents Parenting Patterns, Interest in Learning, Learning Habits

Abstract

Abstract :The background of this analysis is due to online learning which causes the need for research to see learning outcomes seen from the gender. The problems of this analysis is how learning results perspectives by counting the gender of the students of Pancasila and Civic Education in University of Riau during the pandemic covid-19. This analysis is using type of quantitative and descriptive quantitative research that used the data collection techniques of observation, interviews, questionnaire and documentation. The location of this research are conducted at the Faculty of Teaching and Education of University of Riau. Population to be used in research is PPKn Students.Sample of 66 students of Pancasila and Civic Education consisting of 16 male students and 50 female students in this study.Based on the results of the research acquired, to be specific the aftereffects of the investigation above, it tends to be seen that taking in results are seen from the entire, 75% of men answered "Yes" and 25% answered "No", while women answered "Yes" 78.15% and who answered "No" as much as 21.85%. The difference between "Yes" answers between women and men is 3.15%, and the difference in "No" answers between men and women is 3.15%.While IP of female students of 2020 is higher than the IP of men ie men by or 3.67, while female students were 3.7.Key Words :Learning Outcomes, Types Of Gender.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by there are still people who do not have a marriage certificate in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The formulations of the research problems are: (1) What is the level of legal awareness of the community in ownership of a marriage certificate in Muara Musu Village, Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency, (2) What are the factors that influence under-handed marriage in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research aims (1) to determine the level of legal awareness of the community in ownership of a marriage certificate in Muara Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, (2) to determine the factors that influence under-handed marriage in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research was conducted in Muara Musu Village from September 2019-June 2020. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. With the entire population of Muara Musu Village and the sample using purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 34 people as respondents who have met the characteristics or criteria as a sample. Based on the results of the research, the problem formulation (1) the level of legal awareness of the community in ownership of a marriage certificate in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency is relatively high (2) the factors that affect under-handed marriage in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency are economic factors and biological factors. The results obtained in this study were the high level of community legal awareness in ownership of a marriage certificate in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, so the hypothesis which states that the community's lack of legal awareness in ownership of a marriage certificate is rejected.Key Words: Legal Awareness, Marriage Certificate

Abstract

Abstract: This study was motivated by the low motivation to learn PKn student at SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru. Formulation of the problem in this research is: "Is there any Influence Learning methods C3T Against Motivation PPKn Class IX SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru?".This study aims to determine Is There Influence of Cooperative Learning methods C3T in Improving Learning Motivation PKn Class IX SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru ". This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru in June 2017. This research is quantitative descriptive the population in this research is class IX SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru.The sample in this study was based technique of "Random Sampling". Where classes are taken into the sample are students of class IXa (experimental grade) were given learning methods C3T, and class IXd (control class) is a student who was given the conventional method and then the data analysis using the homogeneity test and test " t ". Based on the results of the study indicate that there are significant learning motivation among students who use learning methods C3T and conventional methods in SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru (t = 8.9> table = 2.00). Where there is an average increase learning motivation PKn experimental class of 22.87 into 30.13 and an average increase learning motivation PPKn control classes of 25.51 into 26.15. Thus the hypothesis which says there are significant learning methods use C3T on motivation to learn PKn class IX SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru, unacceptable.Keywords:C3T, Motivation to learn.

Abstract

Abstrack: This research background to the phenomenon that occurs in the student environment at the time of the elections simultaneously in 2015 that dilaksanaka in the province of Riau, which is where the students are not able to maximize participation in the restoration of Regional Head simultaneously performed by Riau Province in 2015, dikarnakan there are different obstacles. The research problems are whether the factors causing students Riau Universiats not berpartisiapsi on the elections simultaneously in 2015 in the province. The purpose of this study was to ascertain the Causes of University Students Riau Not Participate In Elections Simultaneously In Riau province, 2015. The population in this study is 27 568 people and a sample of 180 respondents, with the data collection techniques with the use of questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation, library research and analysis technique with the formula P = F / N × 100. The results of this study are from the percentage recapitulation of the answers to the questionnaire respondents can be concluded that the most important reason is to encourage students at the University of Riau did not participate in the elections Unison 2015 in Riau Province is a political factor by reason of suspicion against the government, favorable ruling, politics is dirty, are outside the city ( distances) from TPS, and no stimulants of political discussions, regardless of the purpose of society, not alienate, no stimulants of banners, do not have identity cards of voters, not realizing that having Hamasa / electronics, not enrolled in DPT , not realizing that it has an obligation, participate only in vain, fearing negative consequences, not interested in the implementation of the election, the economy is low, a factor not have ID cardsKeywords: Students, of participation , elections Unison

Abstract : This event will be based on research by the problems that arose fromobservations made by researchers, namely the low learning motivation of students thisis due with the application of full day school. Formulation of the problem in thisresearch is: How does the application of the Full Day School in SMA Negeri 9Pekanbaru, how learning motivation of students in SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, howimplementation of Full Day School students learning motivation against in SMA Negeri9 Pekanbaru, how to influence the implementation of Full Day School students learningmotivation against in SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. The purpose of the research to knowthe application of Full Day School in SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, to know the learningmotivation of students in SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, to know the relationship of theapplication of the Full Day School students learning motivation against in SMA Negeri9 Pekanbaru, to know how the implementation of Full Day School students learningmotivation against in SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. The population in this research is theclass XI which amounted to 349 with a sample of 78 students. Data collectioninstruments namely observation, question form, interview and documentation. Dataanalysis with quantitative descriptive. Based on this research, there is a correlationbetween variables full day school with learning motivation variables can be expressedpositively then the direct relation. And can be known Fcount > Ftable, or simpleregression significance test turned out Fcount > Ftable or 27.716 > 3.97, then thehypothesis is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence between theimplementation of full day school with learning motivation SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru.Keywords : Full Day School, Learning Motivation
