Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa di kelas, yang ditunjukkan oleh beberapa indikator seperti kedisiplinan, partisipasi aktif, antusiasme, konsentrasi, dan keinginan berprestasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menerapkan manajemen kelas melalui pendekatan saintifik. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan dua siklus yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pada Siklus 1, strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa, meskipun belum mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Oleh karena itu, pada Siklus 2 dilakukan beberapa perbaikan seperti penyesuaian strategi pembelajaran, penggunaan media yang lebih variatif, serta pemberian penguatan positif kepada siswa yang aktif berpartisipasi. Hasil dari Siklus 2 menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 80% siswa memiliki motivasi belajar yang baik, yang berarti target penelitian tercapai. Dampak dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kelas dengan pendekatan saintifik dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi perluasan sampel, studi longitudinal untuk menilai keberlanjutan dampak, serta eksplorasi interaksi pendekatan saintifik dengan faktor eksternal lainnya, seperti dukungan keluarga dan teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and evaluate whether the Implementation of Accounting Information Systems and Accountability for Regular School Operational Assistance (BOS) at SMP Plus Hidayatul Mubtadiin Singosari is by "Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia number 2 of 2022" concerning Technical Instructions BOSS. The analysis tool uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research shows that the implementation of accounting information systems and accountability for regular BOS funds at SMP Plus Hidayatul Mubtadiin in 2022 has worked well according to the Regulations of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. However, there are still some areas for improvement, such as a lack of parental involvement in students in the BOS financial management process, delays in the disbursement of funds, and the existence of multiple roles related to the responsibilities of the Treasurer.

Abstract

Pendekatan pembelajaran di abad 21 menekankan pentingnya menguasai konten, metode pengajaran, dan teknologi. Guru juga dituntut harus aktif  menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran. Tantangan terkini dalam pembelajaran di Era Society 5.0 mendorong guru untuk memiliki keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan TPACK  calon guru matematika melalui Microteaching Lesson Study (MLS).  Analisis TPACK calon guru merupakan hal penting sebelum melaksanakan pembelajaran yang sebenarnya di dalam kelas pada kemampuan pedagogik, penguasaaan materi,  maupun teknologi. Data yang diperoleh dapat digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi sejauh mana calon guru mengintegrasikan TPACK dalam pembelajaran. Selain untuk melihat sejauh mana calon guru memanfaatkan TPACK dalam pembelajaran, hasil analisis ini juga digunakan  sebagai informasi terkait kemampuan calon guru yang sudah baik maupun yang masih perlu perbaikan dan peningkatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan TPACK calon guru matematika. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang menempuh mata kuliah microteaching lesson study pada semester genap 2023/2024. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan analisis dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan TPACK pada mahasiswa calon guru matematika sebesar 87,49% (kategori baik sekali).

Abstract

Lahan merupakan salah satu sumber daya utama dalam melakukan usaha pertanian. Pertanian merupakan sektor yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis situasi bahwa sebagian besar ibu-ibu di desa Kerjen berprofesi sebagai ibu rumah tangga sehingga memiliki waktu luang yang cukup untuk menambah penghasilan sendiri. Dengan sasaran wanita PKK, pembudidayaan hidroponik cocok bagi ibu rumah tangga selain menambah penghasilan, perawatan hidroponik juga sangat mudah. Program pengabdian kuliah kerja nyata tentang Pelatihan pembudidayaan hidroponik bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu-ibu desa Kerjen terhadap tanaman hidroponik, memberdayakan ibu-ibu desa Kerjen dengan memberikan pelatihan pembudidayaan hidroponik, menambah penghasilan ibu-ibu desa Kerjen di sektor pertanian. Kelebihan dari hidroponik dibanding bertanam menggunakan tanah antara lain, kondisi tempat yang cenderung bersih sehingga lebih mudah diterapkan, tanaman terlindung dari curahan hujan langsung dan penggunaan media tanam yang bersih, meminimalisir penyakit dan hama yang menyerang tanaman sehingga tanaman lebih berkualitas sehat dan awet, tanaman memiliki produktivitas tinggi serta harga jual yang tinggi. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan empat tahap terdiri dari : (1) tahap persiapan, (2) tahap pelatihan, (3) tahan pendampingan, dan (4) tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan pembudidayaan hidroponik yang di tempatkan di balai desa Kerjen dikelola bersama-sama oleh wanita PKK yang nantinya akan di bagikan masing-masing untuk di optimalkan secara maksimal.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk  memberikan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbantu berbantu wordwall di Madrasah Aliyah Sabiilul Muttaqien.  Kegiatan pengabdian diikuti oleh mitra pengabdian yaitu para guru di MA Sabiilul Muttaqien di Desa Sukaraja Nuban, Kecamatan Batanghari Nuban, Kabupaten Lampung Timur sebanyak 20 peserta.  Metode pelaksanan pengabdian meiputi metode ceramah untuk memamparkan materi oleh tim pengabdi,  diskusi dan tanya jawab, praktik pembuatan media interaktif, dan metode angketuntuk mengukur pemahaman peserta pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa  95 % peserta pelatihan memiliki pemahaman dan keterampilan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbantu wordwall

Abstract

The ability to solve mathematical problems at SMP Negeri 1 Kibang is still relatively low, this is proven by test data show that 61.76% of students were able to understand the problem, 35.29% planned problem solving, 26.47% carried out problem solving, 0% checked again. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the PBL model with the scaffolding method on the ability to solve mathematics problems in class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Kibang. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with Post-TestOnly Control Design. This research was carried out at SMPN 1 Kibang with a population of 7 classes of class VIII students and the sample in this research was two classes taken using cluster random sampling. Before the instrument is used, its validity and reliability are first tested. The data collection method in this research uses a test method with test questions in the form of 5 essay questions. The data analysis used is a t-test where before carrying out the t-test it is necessary to carry out a prerequisite test analysis, namely the normality test and homogeneity test. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was obtained that the value tcount > ttable or 4.90>2.003, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the PBL learning model with the scaffolding method on students' mathematical problem solving abilities at SMP Negeri 1 Kibang for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the system of join responsibility for minimizing credit risk. Realizing the active participants can be applied by join responsibility system. Join responsibility has some elements that are able to improve the sense of togetherness among the participants. They are group, obligation, and rule. The local values contained in the join responsibility system are togetherness, honesty meeting, open-minded, and responsibility. Those can change the behavior of the members to be more disciplined, honest, and responsibility about the right and obligation to fill their load on time. The accuracy of the payment time period can minimize credit risk. Therefore, the capital running out of cooperation would be smoother and fast-developing

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of coaching-based academic supervision anddifferentiated methods in improving teacher competency in junior high schools in Jayapuradistrict, Papua. Coaching-based supervision is applied to create collaborative and reflectivecommunication between supervisors and teachers, while a differentiated approach allowssupervision to be tailored to individual teacher needs. This research uses a descriptive qualitativeapproach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participatoryobservation and open questionnaires. The research results show that the coaching approach iseffective in identifying teachers' strengths and challenges and improving their skills in teachingand classroom management. The differentiated method allows for more personalized supervision,increasing teachers' self-confidence and reflective abilities. Overall, this research found that bothapproaches were able to create an inclusive and collaborative supervision environment, increaseteacher professional competence, and form a culture of cooperation in schools. These findingssupport the implementation of more adaptive academic supervision in schools to improve thequality of education.

Abstract

Teacher performance is one of the important factors in improving the quality of education. However, suboptimal teacher performance is often caused by the principal's situational leadership style not meeting expectations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of situational leadership styles that do not meet expectations on teacher performance and student learning outcomes. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to teachers and educational staff at SMPN 1 Kemtuk Gresi as respondents. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to identify the patterns of relationships between leadership styles, teacher performance, and student learning outcomes. The research results indicate that situational leadership styles that do not align with conditions and needs can reduce teacher work motivation, which negatively impacts student learning outcomes. The conclusion of this research is the need for the school principal to apply a flexible and appropriate leadership style to improve teacher performance and support student learning outcomes. The implication of this research is the need to enhance the principal's leadership competencies to effectively apply a situational leadership style that is suitable for the conditions at the school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) evaluation on the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 4 Sentani.This study is a mixed method (quantitative and qualitative) study that combines quantitative and qualitative methods. Participants in this study included lecturers, students, and the principal or head of administration at SMP Negeri 4 Senatni. One administrator, twenty-three educators, and one hundred and twenty-two students were all selected by purposive sampling based on their ability to provide the necessary data. Interviews, surveys, and documentation were the tools used in this study. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification were used to analyze qualitative data, while percentage techniques were used for quantitative data.The results of the study showed that the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 4 Sentani, the results were in the very good category. Each aspect of the evaluation consists of, (1) Context evaluation with a value of 3.67, using the implementation of KOSP in schools as a guideline for its implementation is very good, (2) Input evaluation with a value of 3.28, input evaluation consisting of eight indicators is very good in supporting the implementation of the independent learning curriculum (3) Process evaluation with a value of 3.32, consisting of learning planning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation is in accordance with the guidelines for implementing the independent learning curriculum used at SMPN 4 Sentani (4) Product evaluation with a value of 3.42, product evaluation must be carried out frequently in order to determine the development and progress of student learning outcomes and encourage learning motivation after completing the learning program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the evaluation of the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMPN 4 Sentani has been very good and effective in schools that have implemented the independent learning curriculum.
