The Influence of Learning Discipline on Students Independent Learning. Primary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pakuan University, Bogor 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a causal approach. This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline on the learning independence of fifth grade students at Gunung Gede State Elementary School, North Bogor District, Bogor City. The population of this study was 117 students with a total sample of 54 students. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The results of the study show that the influence of learning discipline on student learning independence is shown by statistical analysis that shows produce a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.38. This shows that there is an influence between learning discipline on student learning independence, while the coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.14 or 14%. The remaining 86% is determined by another factor. The average student learning independence of 14% is determined by the discipline of learning through the regression equation = 54.93+(0.41X), meaning that each unit increase in the value of learning discipline will cause an increase in student learning independence by 0.41 units. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between learning discipline on student learning independence in fifth grade students of Gunung Gede State Elementary School, North Bogor District, Bogor City, Even Semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year.

The research is conducted at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of DKI Jakarta III to obtain information on the effect of training, quality assurance, pedagogic competence, and self-efficacy towards lecturers’ job effectiveness. The research used 60 out of 145 lecturers as the population selected using simple random sampling. The research is conducted by using a method of causal with path analysis. The result of the research showed that: (1). there is a direct positive effect of training on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (2) there is a direct effect quality assurance on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (3) there is a direct effect of pedagogic competence on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (4) there is a direct effect of self-efficacy on lecturers’ job effectiveness. Therefore, job effectiveness of Health Polytechnic lecturers of the Ministry of Health Jakarta III can be enhanced by carrying out training, quality assurance, pedagogic competence, and self-efficacy.

Work immersion, for lecturers, is a crucial element to the development of a university. Efforts to foster their contributions have to be continuously improved. This research aims to investigate the best way to advance lecturer’s work participation by examining causal relationship between lecturer’s work involvement with leadership variables, organizational justice and organizational trust. This research employs quantitative approach using path analysis, and was conducted in three private universities in Bogor. Total population of this research is 707 lecturers, whereas the sample taken was 130 people. The research found that: (1) there is a significant direct positive impact of leadership toward lecturer’s work involvement; (2) there is a significant positive impact of organizational justice toward lecturer’s work participation; and (3) there is a significant direct impact between trust toward organization and lecturer’s work contribution. Based on that findings, effective leadership, justice, and trust to the organization would improve lecturer’s work involvement in private university.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find statement items that can measure accurately and at the same time find statement items that can be submitted as materials for improving educational leadership in schools. This study used a quantitative research design with data obtained through a research instrument filled with 449 teachers from Indonesia through purposive sampling method and data analysis techniques using Rasch modeling. Before the questionnaire is used, it first gets input from the expert and it tested on 10 teachers. The findings of this research are: (1) There are 11 items are stated to measure accurately the variable of the principal's educational leadership; (2) There are priorities for improving educational leadership in schools, namely: (i) increasing respect for all differences (diversity) in schools; (ii) the principal should provide inspiration in implementing the best education; (iii) school principals should be more collaborative in the success of school programs; (iv) the principal should be better able to resolve internal conflicts in schoolsKeywords: leadership behavior; educational leadership; Rasch Model Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menemukan butir-butir pernyataan yang dapat mengukur dengan tepat sekaligus menemukan butir pernyataan yang dapat diajukan sebagai bahan perbaikan kepemimpinan pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data diperoleh melalui instrumen penelitian yang diisi oleh 449 guru dari wilayah Indonesia melalui metode purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan Pemodelan Rasch. Sebelum instrumen digunakan terlebih dahulu mendapat masukan dari ahli (expert judgement) dan diujicobakan kepada 10 guru. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of the implementation of the discovery learning model on learning outcomes for the Sub-theme of Gratitude for Diversity. This study used an experimental method with a quasi-experimental type of two-group design at the Cibarusah Jaya 04 State Elementary School, West Java. Data collection techniques using test instruments, data analysis using descriptive statistics, testing prerequisite analysis and finally hypothesis testing using t test. The population is 72 students with the sampling technique using purposive sampling, so that 72 students are sampled. This research was conducted in the first semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The results of the research show that there is an effect of the implementation of the Discovery Learning model on learning outcomes for the Sub-theme of Gratitude for Diversity. This can be seen from the N-Gain in the experimental class group of 80, while the control class group got an N-Gain value of 71. The completeness of learning outcomes obtained by the experimental group was 92% while in the control class group it was 56%. The results of testing the research hypothesis show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because tstatistic (2.9785) > ttable (1.99). Based on these findings, the use of the discovery learning model is highly recommended to improve the learning outcomes in elementary schools

Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu mendapatkan butir instrumen implementasi supervisi pendidikan di era pandemic Covid-19 dan sekaligus merekomendasikan butir-butir yang harus diperbaiki dalam konteks pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan. Butir-butir instrumen yang diuji dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil kajian konsep dan teori supervisi pendidikan, kemudian sebelum disebarkan dilaksanakan pengujian keterbacaan oleh i10 guru. Berdasarkan masukan mereka instrumen diperbaiki, kemudian hasilnya disebarkan melalui online. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 212 guru yang didapat melalui purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan pemodelan Rasch (Rasch Model). Temuan penelitiannya sebagai berikut: (1) Direkomendasikan 11 butir pernyataan untuk instrumen implementasi supervisi pendidikan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian; (2) Terdapat butir-butir yang perlu perbaikan dalam implementasi supervisi di era pandemic Covid 19 iyaitu: (i) imemperbaiki rutinitas pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan; (ii) memperbaiki kolaborasi antara orang tua/komite sekolah dengan sekolah; (iii) memperbaiki peran pengawas dalam membantu dan membimbing guru dalam pembelajaran; (iv) memperbaiki peran kepala sekolah dalam memecahkan masalah-masalah pembelaran di era Covid-19; dan (v) mendorong kepala sekolah/pengawas agar guru mempersiapkan RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di era pandemic Covid-19.

Peningkatan daya saing di bidang pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) dikembangkan karena bidang ini menjadi salah satu pilar strategi nasional dalam nawacita pemerintah. Tantangan pendidikan di era edukasional 4.0 sangat besar terutama dalam meningkatkan daya saing bangsa. Upaya dilakukan dengan peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan keterkaitannya dengan literasi digital yang dihadapi ketika guru akan mengikuti Ujian Kompetensi Guru, pengisian data peserta didik secara online, pengisian borang akreditasi, pembuatan media pembelajaran yang inovatif. Pembinaan sudah banyak dilakukan baik untuk pembinaan manajemen, kompetensi guru, parenting dan penelurusan bakat anak didik. Hal ini menjadi masalah baru yang perlu dipetakan dalam sistem yang akan dibangun berupa peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam upaya pemberdayaan kemampuan literasi digital. Kegiatan tahap awal akan diintegrasikan pada pelatihan-pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam mengerjakan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan teknogi sehingga diperoleh luaran ketrampilan literasi digital para tenaga pengajar PAUD. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam mengakses program yang terkait dengan digitalisasi yang kemudian dikembangkan dalam bentuk kreativitas guru mendesain bahan ajar berbasis multimedia. Manfaat yang diperoleh adalah peningkatan kompetensi digital guru yang juga akan meningkatkan kualitas mutu lulusan. THE IMPROVEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) BY MEANS OF ADVERSITY QUOTIENT (AQ) AND SERVANT LEADERSHIP OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOL TEACHERS WITH PNS STATUS IN KOTA BOGORThe aim of this research was to explain the increase of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by means of Adversity Quotient (AQ) and Servant Leadership. The research was an empirical study using a correlational approach and SITOREM analysis. The research was conducted in several vocational school Bogor by taking teachers with civil servants PNS status. The population in this study was 257 with a sample of 157 respondents that determined by using Proportional Random Sampling technique. The Hypothesis was tested by using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple linear regression and multiple analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis as well as partial correlation analysis where the significance levels a = 0.01 and a = 0.05. The research came up with three conclusions. Firstly, there was a significant positive relationship between Adversity Quotient and Organizational Citizenship Behavior where its correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.636 and the coefficient of determination ry12 = 0.7172. Secondly, there was a significant positive relationship between Servant Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior where its correlation coefficient ry2= 0.069 and coefficient of determination ry22 = 0.0257. Thirdly, there was a significant positive relationship between Adversity Quotient and Servant Leadership with Organizational Citizenship Behavior where its correlation coefficient ry.12 = 0.4137 and the coefficient of determination ry.122 = 0.7218. It means, in order to improve the Organizational Citizenship Behavior, teachers have to strengthening their Adversity Quotient, and schools’ principal need to have a better Servant Leadership either in group or individually.

INCREASING TEACHER CREATIVITY THROUGH ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURETeachers are required to be creative in developing learning activity. This study aimed to find out how teacher creativity has strongly relationships with the achievement motivation and organizational culture. This study was conducted on 134 samples of foundation permanent teachers (GTY) of Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools. They were selected proportionally by using proportional random sampling techniques spread across 9 schools in Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City with a significance level of 0.05. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with correlation techniques. The findings of this study, namely: (1) There was a positive relationship with the level of a strong relationship on achievement motivation (X1) with teacher creativity (Y) with a correlation coefficient (ry1) of 0.7836 and a regression equation Ŷ = 32.539 + 0.730X1; (2) There was a positive relationship with the level of strong relationship in organizational culture (X2) with teacher creativity (Y) with a correlation coefficient (ry2) of 0.6100 and a regression equation Ŷ = 51.915+ 0.520X2; and (3) There was a positive relationship with the level a very strong of relationship in achievement motivation (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together with teacher creativity (Y) with a correlation coefficient (ry12) of 0.8232 and a regression equation Ŷ = 14.787 + 0.594X1 + 0,248X2. Based on these findings, teacher creativity can be enhanced by increasing teacher achievement motivation and school organizational culture as well.
