Abstract

Frozen banana ice, or what used to be called ice kul kul, is actually not a new product. This type of dessert has actually been known for a long time, but because its shape is too simple, it is not very popular. Developing an entrepreneurial spirit in students is one way or alternative to overcome the problem of unemployment in Indonesia. That's why undergraduate graduates are directed and guided so that they don't just think about becoming a job seeker. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data comes from student practice and observation. students can develop students because entrepreneurship can benefit themselves and others. This course requires students to practice directly in practice, so that it can build an entrepreneurial spirit in students. So from these activities they can gain a lot of experience on how to do business properly and correctly. Market their products in a way that makes them known to many consumers, without violating ethics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan kinerja guru serta apakah terdapat hubungan antara supervisi akademik  dengan kinerja guru di SD se-Kecamatan Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar, seberapa besar kontribusi yang diberikan, dan apakah hal tersebut memiliki signifikasi atau tidak. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-September 2024 di SD se-Kecamatan Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis korelasional. Popolasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 115 guru kemudian ditentukan sampel penelitian menggunakan proporsional random sampling dengan rumus slovin yaitu berjumlah 53 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat data yaitu uji normalitas, uji linearitas, analisis korelasi product moment dan uji signifikansi (uji t) dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang mencakup perencanaan supervisi, pelaksanaan supervisi, dan tindak lanjut supervisi tingkat pelaksanaannya masuk dalam kategori “sangat baik”; (2) Kinerja guru yang mencakup perencanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi/penilaian hasil pembelajaran pelaksanaannya masuk dalam kategori “sangat tinggi”; dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dengan kinerja guru di SD se Kecamatan Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pricing, sales promotions, and stock availability on sales volume at H&G Collection. In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, companies need to manage marketing strategies effectively to maintain and increase sales. Appropriate pricing can influence product appeal to consumers, planned sales promotions can increase purchasing interest, while maintained stock availability ensures that consumer demand is met without interruption. This study used a quantitative approach with primary data sources obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study was all H&G Collection employees in the marketing, finance, and general administration divisions. The sampling technique used a saturated or census sampling method, where all members of the population were sampled. The number of respondents involved in this study was 37. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability before being used in data collection. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 19 software. The analysis methods included classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests to determine partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables, namely pricing (X₁), sales promotion (X₂), and stock availability (X₃), have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely sales volume (Y). This proves that the right pricing strategy, effective promotions, and optimal inventory management can significantly increase sales volume. This finding implies that H&G Collection management needs to maintain and even improve the quality of the implementation of these three variables in an integrated manner to support sales growth and the company's competitiveness in the market.

Noteworthy changes in customer behavior due to the advancement of data and communication innovation have driven to an increment in online shopping, particularly amid the Covid-19 widespread. This ponder points to analyze the impact of electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) and believe on buy deliberate within the setting of e-commerce in Indonesia. With information appearing a surge in exchanges on different marketplaces, this consider distinguishes that positive e-WOM can increment buy deliberate, whereas negative e-WOM tends to diminish it. In expansion, consumers' level of believe in online shopping stages emphatically impacts buy choices. The discoveries appear that both e-WOM and believe have a critical positive impact on buy deliberate. The comes about of this consider give experiences for companies to develop effective promoting techniques to extend buy deliberate and construct shopper believe within the computerized time.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the role of increasing learning motivation in developing children's creativity at the Al Ikhwaniya Orphanage, West Mangu Gorge, South Tangerang. The background of the research departs from the need to strengthen the quality of learning in the orphanage environment, where limited facilities, mentoring, and learning stimuli often have an impact on low motivation and the development of children's creativity. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that strategies to increase learning motivation, such as the application of activity-based learning methods, providing positive feedback, and creating a supportive learning environment, significantly contribute to improving creative thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and children's courage in coming up with new ideas. These findings confirm that learning motivation is a key factor in encouraging the development of children's creativity in orphanages. Thus, a sustainable and structured mentoring program is needed to maintain and optimize the development of children's creativity in the long term. Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid advances in information technology, the challenges of shaping children’s religious character have become increasingly complex. This study aims to investigate the role of parents as the primary educators in the development of children’s religious character. Using a qualitative approach, the research explores the experiences and perspectives of parents and children through semi-structured interviews. The findings indicate that parents can shape children’s religious character through various approaches, such as serving as positive role models, creating a supportive environment, and accompanying children in religious practices. Effective communication and positive reinforcement play an important role in the development of a strong personality in children. By involving children in religious activities and explaining moral values, their understanding and internalization of religious teachings can be strengthened. These findings are expected to provide new perspectives for parents and the wider community on the importance of religious character education in fostering a generation that not only understands but also practices religious values in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ethical dilemmas faced by public accountants in the implementation of financial statement audits at the Public Accounting Firm Heru Satria Rukmana for the 2022-2024 period. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through interviews with three parties, namely public accountants, clients, and audit managers. The results of the study show that public accountants in this office often experience ethical dilemmas in the form of pressure from clients to adjust audit results according to the interests of management. Despite this, the majority of accountants still adhere to the applicable professional code of ethics and auditing standards. Clients rated the auditor as having good integrity and independence, although some clients admitted to having tried to put pressure on the auditor. On the other hand, audit managers have an important role in handling dilemmatic situations and maintaining the implementation of the code of ethics in the office environment. Overall, Public Accounting Firm Heru Satria Rukmana has made efforts to implement professional ethical standards well, although challenges from external pressures are still the main obstacles that need to be anticipated. This research is expected to be a reference for the public accounting profession in facing ethical dilemmas and maintaining professionalism and integrity in the implementation of duties.
