Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dalam pendidikan mendorong penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS) untuk mendukung akses materi, pengumpulan tugas, dan interaksi daring. Namun, banyak LMS masih memiliki antarmuka yang kurang optimal, sehingga menghambat pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini merancang UI/UX LMS NeoClass dengan metode Design thinking melalui lima siklus: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Testing. Survei pengguna dilaksanakan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, yang diterapkan dalam desain. Evaluasi dengan System Usability Scale (SUS) mendapat angka 90,83 masuk kategori "Sangat Baik." Hasil evaluasi menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor 90,83 dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat praktis bagi pengguna akhir, yaitu efektivitas pembelajaran, dan kepuasan pengguna LMS di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This research discusses the development of a recommendation information system to make it easier for customers to select and purchase Klampar batik in Pamekasan. This process is often complicated because it involves many factors such as various motifs, quality and prices of batik on the market. To overcome this challenge, we developed a chatbot-based system using the Chatbase Website platform. This approach involves a preliminary study to identify customer problems, an analysis of their needs, and a literature review of current recommendation systems and chatbot technology. This research designs the architecture of a web-based chatbot system, determines a recommendation algorithm based on customer preferences, and integrates a database containing information on various motifs, prices and quality of Klampar batik. Next, build a user-friendly website and chatbot, train a recommendation model with historical customer data, and integrate the system with social media and popular messaging services to reach more customers. This research conducts system testing to ensure optimal performance and evaluates customer responses to chatbot recommendations. The results show that customers feel more confident in choosing Klampar batik after using this system. Additionally, the system also provides manufacturers with insight into customer preferences, which can be used to improve their production and offerings. This research concludes that the development of a chatbot-based Klampar batik recommendation information system with the Chatbase Website can overcome initial problems in selecting batik in Pamekasan.

Abstract

Museums are a source of knowledge and literacy for their visitors. However, so far, museum visitors only stop by and don't discuss comprehensive data related to objects seen by visitors. Others create interest in museums by digitizing the objects in them. So this research is a preliminary study before developing barcodes. This research is a preliminary study prior to the development of learning media for literary language and its barcode-based teaching for reading skills to facilitate the learning process in museums and educate local knowledge about relics that are full of information and knowledge. Understanding the contents of the object description utilizes barcode-based technology. The development design used is Research and Development Borg and Gall. There are seven research stages: problems, information collection, product design, product testing, design revision, design validation, and product revision. The barcode application developed can be used on Android phones or the like by utilizing barcodes, while its development is on the use of technology in objects in museums in Cakraningrat Bangkalan Madura of Ajhar Museum. Abstract

Information systems and social media are a form of rapid development in the era of society 5.0. Both of these can be used in an agency in disseminating information and can be used as promotional media. One institution that is very closely related to this is an educational institution. An existing educational institution has used social media and a website-based information system. SMK PGRI 1 Bangkalan is one of the vocational schools in Bangkalan Regency which does not yet have a website and social media accounts to disseminate information. A website-based social media integrated information system is one of the recommendations in solving this problem. This study uses the waterfall research model in developing the system. The results of this research are a website-based school information system that is integrated with social media, namely WhatsApp and Instagram. In addition, the website that has been created also meets several quality aspects of ISO 25010, namely functional suitability which gets a percentage of 100% and is declared very good, portability which gets a percentage of 100% and is declared very good, performance efficiency which has an average speed of 1,193 which fall into the very good category, and the usability aspect which gets a percentage of 90% and is declared very feasible.

Abstract

Jaringan komputer terdiri dari dua atau lebih perangkat komputasi yang saling berhubungan atau terhubung dan digunakan untuk sumber data yang berbeda.. SMK Negeri 3 Bangkalan  selama ini tekah memiliki rangkaian jaringan LAN  yang sudah dan telah menerapkan sistem teknologi komputer pada beberapa aktivitas di  lingkungan sekolah, sehingga  kondisi jaringan komputer yang ada di sekolah tersebut dalam kondisi baik, cepat dan aman namun seiring berjalannya waktu rangkaian jaringan LAN yang terbentuk dengan mulai mengalami gangguan pada kabel koneksi jaringan, SMKN 3 Bangkalan  yang mungkin mengalami masalah pada kinerja jaringan karena komputer. Metode top-down banyak digunakan untuk pengembangan jaringan, dan metode top-down itu sendiri adalah metode untuk membangun jaringan area lokal di mana setiap unit dibangun pada waktu yang sama. Hasil analisis perbandingan PING pada IP awal dengan IP tujuan diketahui dalam kondisi jaringan existing mendapatkan nilai waktu PING 1072 ms dan average 52. 48 ms untuk TTL yang didapatkan dengan nilai waktu 28421 ms dan average 1561.86 ms, sedangkan pada kondisi jaringan yang diusulkan mendapatkan nilai waktu PING 59 ms dan average 2.7776 ms untuk TTL yang didapatkan dengan nilai waktu 27741 ms dan average 1566.67 ms, dapat disimpulkan pada kondisi jaringan yang di usulkan untuk nilai  waktu PING  lebih baik dari kondisi existing. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, diharapkan dapat membuat jaringan baru dengan fungsionalitas yang lebih baik.Kata kunci: Jaringan Komputer, SMKN 3 Bangkalan , Top Down

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong meningkatnya penggunaan e-wallet sebagai alat transaksi keuangan yang praktis dan efisien. OVO, sebagai salah satu e-wallet populer di Indonesia, menghadapi berbagai tantangan terkait pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini memiliki sasaran untuk menganalisis tingkat usability dari aplikasi OVO dengan memanfaatkan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Pelaksanaan studi ini melibatkan penyebaran kuesioner SUS kepada 50 responden, di mana mayoritas di antaranya merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Dari data yang terkumpul, mendapatkan nilai rata-rata SUS sebesar 66,6, yang dikategorikan sebagai "Poor" dan berada pada tingkat "Marginal" dalam skala akseptabilitas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa masih terdapat kendala dalam penggunaan aplikasi, seperti kurangnya konsistensi fitur dan kompleksitas dalam operasionalnya. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perbaikan usability diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna, terutama dalam aspek kemudahan navigasi dan kejelasan fitur. Selain itu, penelitian lanjutan dapat menggunakan metode evaluasi usability lain untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih komprehensif dan mendalam.

Abstract

Literacy and character education in schools still often use conventional methods that are less appealing to students and do not utilize technology relevant to the local culture. This problem causes students to have low motivation to learn and difficulty understanding material based on folklore. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Information System Integrated with Artificial Intelligence and Gamification of the Jokotole Folklore as an interactive learning medium that is appropriate to the cultural context of Madura. The research method used a waterfall model that included needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The resulting product was the "Lakaran Jokotole" platform, which contained folk tale material, an AI chatbot feature, gamified quizzes, mini games, and a teacher dashboard. The results of the expert system validation test showed a functionality percentage of 100% (highly valid), while the user trial results obtained a usability score of 90% (highly feasible). These findings indicate that the system has fulfilled technical and pedagogical aspects and is effective as a medium for multiliteracy learning and character education for junior high school students in Madura.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has driven the transformation of conventional student ID cards (KTM) into digital-based cards with various additional functions. This study aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of a digital-based multifunctional e-KTM at Trunojoyo University, Madura using the prototype method. This method was chosen because it allows rapid design iteration based on user feedback. This e-KTM is expected to not only function as a student identity, but can also be used for library access, attendance, payments, and other academic services. The design process involves needs analysis, initial design creation, user testing, and improvements based on evaluation results. The results of the study show that the application of the prototype method improves the quality of UI/UX design by better meeting user needs. With this multifunctional e-KTM, it is hoped that the efficiency of campus services will increase and provide a more practical experience for students.

Abstract

Abstrak: PIECES Framework menilai enam faktor Kinerja, Informasi, Ekonomi, Kontrol, Efisiensi, dan Layanan digunakan dalam studi ini untuk menguji kepuasan pengguna terhadap Telegram. Kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 115 responden dari berbagai demografi pengguna digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Skor yang diterima—Kinerja (4,65), Informasi (4,54), Ekonomi (4,50), Kontrol dan Keamanan (4,72), Efisiensi (4,94), dan Layanan (4,77) menunjukkan bahwa pengguna Telegram cukup senang dengan aplikasi tersebut. Pengguna menghargai pengoperasian aplikasi yang lancar, data yang akurat, fitur yang terjangkau, protokol keamanan yang kuat, kemudahan penggunaan, dan layanan tambahan seperti saluran dan bot. Menurut temuan ini, Telegram telah berhasil memenuhi harapan pengguna dan menawarkan informasi yang mendalam untuk pembuatan layanan baru.Kata kunci: Efisiensi, Kepuasan Pengguna, Kinerja, PIECES Framework, Telegram Abstract: The PIECES Framework assesses six factors—Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service used in this study to test User satisfaction with Telegram. A questionnaire administered to 115 respondents from various user demographics was used to collect data. The scores received—Performance (4.65), Information (4.54), Economy (4.50), Control and Security (4.72), Efficiency (4.94), and Service (4.77) indicate that Telegram users are quite happy with the app. Users appreciate the smooth operation of the app, accurate data, affordable features, strong security protocols, ease of use, and additional services such as channels and bots. Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 5.0, many changes occurred in various fields one of the revolution is information system. The information system discussed this time refers to an agency's information system in schools. SMK PGRI 1 Bangkalan is one of the schools at the vocational secondary education level in Bangkalan Regency which does not yet have a website-based information system and has a total of no more than 50 students. A website-based information system can be a recommendation in overcoming these problems. This system can be used by the school to disseminate information about SMK which can be used as a promotional medium and will be integrated directly with social media. This study uses the waterfall model which is analogous to a waterfall. The waterfall model is used as a model reference in developing an information system. The results of this study are the design of a school information system that is integrated by social media account as a promotional medium in the form such as use case diagrams, flowcharts, database designs, and website interface designs.
