Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian tentang metode perkuatan pelat jembatan komposit dek baja bergelombang (CSD) telah dilakukan dengan mempertebal pelat menggunakan overlay beton bertulang. Pengujian Laboratorium dalam skala 1:2 dilakukan dengan membuat dan menguji 12 komponen pelat komposit tebal 95 mm, lebar 500 mm dan panjang 2 kali 700 mm berupa pelat menerus satu arah. Tiga pelat kontrol dan 9 pelat dengan perkuatan diuji sampai runtuh, delapan pelat diberikan pembebanan awal sampai terjadi retak awal pada daerah tumpuan tengah untuk menirukan pelat yang sudah retak. Analisis dengan model elemen hingga (MEH) menggunakan program LUSAS v 13.57 juga dilakukan sebagai perbandingan. Perilaku lentur pelat akibat dua beban garis diamati dalam bentuk grafik beban-lendutan pada umur beton overlay 3, 7 dan 28 hari, dengan bahan accelerator pada beton overlay. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan dan kekakuan lentur pelat dengan overlay beton meningkat secara meyakinkan dengan nilai masing-masing 45% dan 100% pada umur overlay 3 hari. Pada umur overlay 3 dan 7 hari kekuatan pelat komposit hampir mencapai kekuatan pelat pada umur 28 hari. Model Elemen Hingga memberikan kekuatan dan kekakuan pelat yang lebih besar dari hasil pengujian laboratorium, namun perilaku kedua pelat mirip, dimana, pada pembebanan yang lebih tinggi kekakuan pelat menurun. Abstract. Research on strengthening method of bridge deck with corrugated steel deck by increasing its thickness using reinforced concrete overlay was conducted by casting and testing 12 slab specimens with total thickness of 95 mm, width 500 mm and length 2 times 700 mm, which is a 1:2 scale of continuous one way slab. Three control slabs and 9 strengthened slabs were tested until failure, 8 slabs were preloaded until initial crack occurs on the middle support region to simulate cracked deck. Finite element model (FEM) using LUSAS v 13.57 was also done as comparison. Slab behavior under two strip loadings was recorded as load-deformation graph at concrete overlay age of 3, 7, and 28 days, with accelerator in concrete overlay. Test result showed that the strength and stiffness of deck with concrete overlay improved by 45% and 100%, respectively, at concrete overlay age of 3 days. Interestingly enough, at the overlay age of 3 and 7 days, the strength of composite slab almost reach its 28 days strength. Finite Element Model showed that the deck strength and stiffness are larger than those of the test results, however, their behavior is similar in which, at higher load level, the stiffness of the slab reduce noticeably.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk membandingkan hasil prediksi kekuatan sambungan momen pada konstruksi kayu memakai baut, menggunakan teori pusat sesaat, dengan hasil experimen. Untuk itu dilakukan dua jenis pengujian yaitu; pengujian kuat tumpu baut, untuk mencari hubungan antara gaya tumpu terhadap deformasi dari baut, pada berbagai arah gaya, dan pengujian sambungan momen yang menerima beban eksentris. Ada empat jenis kayu yang dipakai pada pengujian kuat tumpu yaitu kayu jenis kamper, merbau, bengkirai dan kempas. Benda uji kuat tumpu terdiri dari sebuah baut yang menempel pada kayu sehingga menyerupai sambungan tampang dua yang menerima beban tekan sentris. Pada pengujian sambungan momen hanya dibuat 1 jenis benda uji dengan tiga pengulangan. Hasil pengujian kuat tumpu mendapatkan kurva hubungan gaya tumpu terhadap deformasi baut yang berbentuk linier pada tahap awal sampai deformasi 1 mm, kemudian nonlinier sampai keruntuhan. Selanjutnya, memakai kurva hubungan gaya dan deformasi pada bagian yang linier tersebut, untuk menghitung kapasitas sambungan menggunakan teori pusat rotasi sesaat, memberikan hasil yang hampir bersesuaian dengan hasil penelitan.

Abstract

Balinese was one of the local languages that needed to be preserved. To preserve them requires the planting of understanding that starts with children. The Balinese language lesson got into the local content, so the Balinese study was short. Given matter does not fit the field of possession. The Balinese textbook was also very scant, and the teacher was a class teacher rather than a field teacher. It is to be the student of sd Bestala. Students in the possession of language materials, the characters and literature of Bali are not at maximum. On the basis of this, the Bali language education program with the Balinese learning group provides an additional Balinese lesson outside school hours. In general, the aim of the study is to learn Balinese will be able to improve the Balinese ability of Bestala elementary students, silirite district, buleleng district. Specifically assessed: 1. The upgrade of the grade school student Balinese language skills at Bestala village, 2. The process of learning Balinese in meningthe Balinese language skills at Bestala village, and 3. The implication of the Balinese skills on elementary students in Bestala village. As for the theories used in this study are structural functional theories, constructive theories and behavioristic.

Abstract

This study identified the practices, issues and concerns, and key elements of a succession planning model for academic heads for the five private sectarian schools in the Philippines. It was conducted in school year 2018-2019, and participated by fifty-eight (58) religious administrators and lay academic heads and teachers Using the key features of participatory method, workshops, focus group discussion, and interviews were conducted for data gathering. The results showed that the practices in the selection and appointment of academic heads were administration’s preference, and criteria for selection and appointment of academic heads. From these practices, the issues and concerns that emerged were objectivity of decision, professional growth, spirituality and culture, and motivation. The elements of succession planning which are vision-mission, spirituality and culture, institutional policies, processes, and procedures, and professional growth were identified based on the practices, and issues and concerns. From these data, the succession planning model for academic heads was developed. The steps in the succession planning are understand the school organizational culture, build a shared vision, set and implement policies and leadership standards, provide personal and moral development programs, provide leadership development programs, and select and appoint academic heads. All policies and programs of the succession planning model must be anchored on the vision-mission of the schools. The faith and spiritual development programs (for private sectarian schools) or the personal and moral development programs (non-sectarian and public schools) are important in the preparation and appointment of future academic heads.

Abstract

Salah satu indikator tercapainya pemenuhan hak-hak karyawan yang baik adalah dengan diperhatikannya kualitas makanan dan minuman yang disajikan oleh pihak manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan mana yang paling baik diterapkan oleh seorang General Manager dalam meningkatkan kualitas makanan karyawan (employee meal) sesuai dengan Standard Food and Beverage Cost yang berlaku. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan berbagai referensi yang ditemukan dari hotel X, buku, jurnal daring, dan internet mengenai data yang dibutuhkan, kemudian dipaparkan dalam bentuk teks secara deskriptif serta ditampilkan dalam tabel. Data dikumpulkan menjadi satu kesatuan, kemudian dianalisis dan diklasifikasi dalam rangka mencari pertimbangan. Proses analisis data dilakukan secara terperinci dengan melibatkan identifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwasanya persentase manajemen hotel dalam memberikan makanan yang berkualitas, baik itu sehat dan bergizi bagi karyawannya masih tergolong rendah. Adapun gaya kepemimpinan yang paling baik untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut ialah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, dimana seorang General Manager harus mau dan mampu untuk mempertimbangkan segala macam masukan dari bawahannya dalam rangka evaluasi dan perkembangan bersama. Sekaligus, dengan adanya gaya kepemimpinan ini diharapkan General Manager sebagai pimpinan puncak dapatmemberikan solusi terbaik dengan menyesuaikan dan merencanakan budget atau anggaran operasional hotel yang sesuai, akan tetapi dengan tanpa mengurangi perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan karyawannya terutama dalam segi pemenuhan makanan dan minuman karyawan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan serta kemajuan dalam membangun literasi digital mengenai kemampuan membaca siswa dikelas IV di SD Negeri 6 Sepang Kecamatan Busungbiu,dalam hal ini sebelum melakukan sebuah penelitian,peneliti melakukan sebuah observasi untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kemampuan siswa serta minat siswa dalam membaca,dengan adanya literasi digital ini tentunya dapat mengpengaruhi siswa dalam minat membaca serta adanya rasa ingin tau terkait literasi digital,dalam hal ini peneliti melakukan observasi dengan menggunakan pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan melalui kegiatan berupa literasi digital dengan menggunakan informasi tingkat dasar yang diajarkan dengan memakai media praktik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun media pembelajaran yang memiliki kreatifitas yang tinggi dengan adanya media pembelajaran seperti canva ini maka memudahkan guru dalam Menyusun media pembelajaran yang inovatif tentunya akan ada daya Tarik siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran siswa kelas V SD N6 sepang memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran desain dan mengimplentasikan penggunaan aplikasi canva dengan adanya aplikasi canva memudahkan guru siswa dalam memahami materi yang diberikan,tentunya dalam aplikasi canva ini juga memudahkan kita untuk mengaksesnya karena anyak fitur fitur yang terdapat pada web canva,dalam aplikasi terdapat juga fitur fitur tentang desain grafik atau kita sendiri bisa membuat desain sebagian besar siswa lebih suka belajar menggunakan media pembelajaran video melalui canva karena mudah dimengerti dan dipahami.

Abstract

Sad dharma is six methods of learning Hindu religious education and character in the concept of Hinduism, including: dharma wacana, dharma tula, dharma yatra, dharma santhi, dharma gita and dharma sadhana. This method aims to actualize religious teachings so that harmony is created in religious life. In learning Hinduism in the formal realm, there is one Hindu religious learning that is important as a form of implementation of religious teachings, these teachings are packaged in the sad dharma method in achieving physical and spiritual happiness, so Hindu religious values ​​are needed as a strengthening fortress. The problems discussed are (1) How is the implementation of the sad dharma method in Hindu religious and character education at SD No. 3 Legian?, (2) What are the obstacles and efforts made in the implementation of the sad dharma method in Hindu religious and character education at SD No. 3 Legian?, (3) What are the implications of the implementation of the sad dharma method in Hindu religious and character education at SD No. 3 Legian?. Abstract

The religious character of Hindu students plays a crucial role in shaping their personalintegrity, particularly in the face of negative social media influences that may erode their sradha anddevotion to God. This study, titled “Implementation of SEMARAK (Monday-Thursday Character)Program in Improving Hindu Religious Character of Students of SMP Negeri 4 Bangli,” aims toexplore the implementation, challenges, and implications of the SEMARAK program. Guided by B.F.Skinner’s Behaviorism Theory, Talcott Parsons’ Structural Functional Theory, and ThomasLickona’s Character Education Theory, this research employs qualitative descriptive methods withdata collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. Informantswere selected using purposive sampling. The study reveals that: (1) The SEMARAK program isimplemented consistently every Monday and Thursday through joint prayers, religious songs,spiritual reflections, and discussions on Hindu teachings; (2) The main obstacles include limitedparental involvement and the influence of social media, addressed by strengthening the role ofteachers and fostering collaboration with the community; (3) The program positively impactsstudents by enhancing their spiritual discipline, sense of gratitude, and social care, therebystrengthening their overall religious character.

Abstract

PPKN learning in schools is often focused on cognitive aspects only, such as memorization of concepts and theories, so it is less effective in shaping students' religious behavior motivations. It is a challenge for teachers to create learning that can tailor methods, materials, and levels of difficulty according to students' unique needs, so that it can help motivate students to behave religiously with a more contextual and individualized approach. Therefore, the application of differentiated learning in PPKN subjects is important to be analyzed. The data collected were then analyzed with Vigotsky's theory of Social Constructivism, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory, and Piaget's Theory of Cognitive Development. The results of this study show that the role of schools in supporting differentiated learning is to provide facilities and innovations to improve teachercompetence. Teachers as educators in schools play a role in providing stimulation and adaptive learning models in supporting differentiated PPKN learning. The maximum role of teachers and school managers is directly a manifestation of the school's role in supporting differentiated learning. The role of school interns in the success of differentiated learning in PPKN subjects shows success that can be seen through students' enthusiasm in participating in learning activities. Obstacles in the application of differentiated learning in PPKN subjects are more towards the aspect of opportunity and the strength of conventional learning ideologies of senior teachers. Meanwhile, factors that support the application of differentiated learning in PPKN subjects are the existence of adequate competence from teachers, as well as psychological approaches carried out by parents in the realm of informal education. The impact of differentiated learning on PPKN subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Tembuku is the development of students' religious behavior as shown by the emergence of internal motivation from students to be honest, empathetic, and independent in making decisions.
