Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan ditemukan permasalahan terkait turnover intention dan job insecurity yang dialami oleh karyawan dilingkungan kerja. Maka penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai pengaruh job insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan di Grand Basko Hotel Padang. Jenis dari penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal, jenis penelitian digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan yang bekerja di Grand Basko Hotel Padang. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang berkerja di Grand Basko Hotel Padang dengan total sampel 76 .Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan dapat dilakukan melalui data primer dan sekunder dengan cara penyebaran angket kepada karyawan hotel. Pengujian hipotesisdari penelitian penulis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana yang dikelola dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 26.00. Hasil penelitian: 1) Job Insecurity termasuk dalam kategori cukup tinggi (67.93%), 2) Turnover intention dengan kategori tinggi (66.60%). Dapat dilihat pengaruh dari variabel independenjob insecurity dengan variabel dependen turnover intention sehingga didapatkan hasil nilai R squareyaitu 0.085 sehingga dapat diterjemahkan pengaruh antara variabel independen job insecurity terhadap variabel dependenturnover intention yaitu 8,5%. Hasil yang diperoleh dari Uji hipotesis regresi linear sederhana mendapatkan nilai F hitung sebesar 6.898 dengan sign 0.010 dengan taraf signifikansi ˂ 0.05 dan didapatkan nilai t 3.311 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dimana variabel job insecurity atau variabel X memiliki pengaruh signifikansi terhadap turnover intention sehingga penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi acuan atau pedoman untuk peneliti lainnya tentang pengaruh job insecurity terhadap turnover intention di sebuah Hotel.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah visitor experience memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap minat berkunjung kembali yang di mediasi oleh kepuasan pengunjung di Museum Adityawarman Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan memakai pendekatan asosiatif kausal yang bersifat menanyakan ikatan antara 2 ataupun lebih variabel yang bersifat sebab akibat. Sampel dari penelitian ini merupakan 120 responden, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan merupakan non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Prosedur analisis data pada penelitian ini memakai path analysis dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0 guna menguji ikatan variabel mediasi dalam hipotesis. Hasil riset menunjukkan jika visitor experience mempunyai pengaruh yang disignifikan baik secara langsung serta tidak langsung terhadap minat berkunjung kembali dengan kepuasan pengunjung sebagai variabel intervening pada pengunjung di Museum Adityawarman Padang.

Pemandian Lubuk Napa memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan, namun mengalami kendala utama berupa belum memiliki fasilitas toilet dan sarana ibadah. Hasil observasi tim pengusul dan wawancara dengan pengunjung menunjukkan adanya keluhan terkait kebutuhan akan fasilitas toilet dan kamar bilas, yang mengakibatkan sungai menjadi alternatif tempat buang air. Tantangan ini dapat menjadi hambatan serius dalam pengembangan objek wisata dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Nagari Salibutan secara menyeluruh. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dilakukan kerjasama melalui pengabdian dari Perguruan Tinggi dengan masyarakat setempat. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar objek wisata Pemandian Lubuk Napa dengan menyediakan fasilitas toilet dan sarana ibadah, serta mengelola fasilitas tersebut secara efektif. Proses ini melibatkan kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan komunitas, dimulai dengan penyediaan fasilitas toilet dan sarana ibadah melalui partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait manajemen toilet dan sarana ibadah, dengan tujuan agar fasilitas yang telah disediakan dapat dijaga dengan baik dan dimanfaatkan secara optimal dalam mendukung kegiatan pariwisata di objek wisata ini. Hasil konkrit dari kegiatan ini adalah penyediaan bahan untuk sarana ibadah dan toilet, serta pembangunan yang melibatkan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dan pokdarwis, yang bersatu dalam semangat gotong royong.

This research began with the discovery of problems related to public design, meeting room design, ambience conditions and guest satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of public design, room meeting design and ambience conditions on guest satisfaction in meeting activities at Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang. The population of this study was 300 respondents with a sampling technique using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire which had been tested for validity and reliability using a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression testing using SPSS version 25.00 shows that the variables X1, X2 and So hypotheses H1 to H4 are accepted. The public design variable is included in the good category using a master scale of 5 scales with an average value of 4.11. Meeting room design is included in the good category with an average value of 4.26, ambience condition is included in the good category with an average value of 4.26 and guest satisfaction is included in the very good category with an average value of 4.40. The R Square value obtained was 0.73, meaning that the influence of variables X1, X2 and X3 on Y was 73%, while 27% was influenced by other factors.

Objectives - This study aims to analyze the effect of anxiety communicating in English on the work attitude of hospitality management students in the hospitality industry during the internship program. Methodology - A quantitative approach was used on 539 hotel management students who had carried out internships in the hotel industry based on a stratified random sampling technique. The sample size researchers took and managed to collect 76 respondents from hotel management students who had carried out internships in the hotel industry. Then the data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings - The results of the study show that the influence of anxiety affects the work attitude of hospitality students while doing internships. Originality – The effect of anxiety in communicating using English makes findings to get various kinds of anxiety faced so that it becomes better learning when communication in English and reduces anxiety. The novelty in this study found that many students still had anxiety in communicating using English during their internships.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of sharia compliance and customer satisfaction towards Muslim purchase behavior in sharia hotels in West Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative methodology with a causal associative approach. Muslim guests who have stayed at sharia hotels constitute the population, and a purposive sampling technique is used to determine the number of research samples. The sample size for this study was 99 Muslim guests who had stayed at a sharia hotel in West Sumatra. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is the analytical method used. From the results of research that has been carried out, the variables of sharia compliance and customers satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the purchase behavior of sharia hotels in West Sumatra. It can be said that based on this research, purchase behavior occurs if the hotel is compliant and guests feel satisfied during their stay, then guests will consider purchase behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of hotel image and trust on guest loyalty at Grand Basko Hotel Padang. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research with a causal associative approach, data collected through surveys of guests who have stayed at Grand Basko Hotel Padang using 98 respondents from a population of 7,560 guests staying at Grand Basko Hotel Padang because the sample determination based on the type of non-probability sampling used is purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis using Smart PLS with the results of Cronbach's each variable 4.245, 9.506 and 4.446 shows that hotel image has a positive and significant effect on guest loyalty, as well as hotel image has a positive and significant effect on trust and trust also has a positive and significant effect on guest loyalty, on the mediating variable hotel image has a direct effect on customer loyalty and indirectly affects customer loyalty through trust as the mediating variable.

This research is based on phenomena related to destination image, tourist satisfaction, and revisit intention at Padang Beach Tourism Attraction. This research applies a quantitative approach with a causal-associative method. The sample consisted of 100 tourists selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through the use of questionnaires that have been validated and tested for reliability. The data were processed through multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26.00. The results showed that destination image and tourist satisfaction play a positive and significant role in the intention to return to visit Padang Beach Tourism Attraction. The results state that destination image and tourist satisfaction together contribute significantly (around 20%) to the intention to return to visit Padang Beach.

The general purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Brand Trust on the decision to stay at The Axana Hotel Padang. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach and causal associations. Guests who have stayed at Axana Hotel Padang participated in the study. The sample consisted of 204 guests who followed a nonvoluntary review strategy. The data collection strategy uses Likert scale surveys that attempt to explore speculation. Data for this study were processed using SPSS 26.00. The results of this study prove that Brand Trust is in the appropriate category (80%). In addition, the decision to stay on the category is enough ie. (75%). Brand Trust had a significant effect on overnight decisions with an R-squared value of 0.397 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there are 0.603 that are influenced by other factors.

This research discusses the impact of tourist attractions on interest in returning to the Sajuta Janjang in Agam Regency, which is motivated by a significant decrease in the visits every year number, pre-research which states that as many as 72% of visitors are not interested in visiting again and there are still negative comments on Google review about Sajuta Janjang. The method for research used is a technique of quantitative method with a approach in causal associative and the technique for sampling uses a purposive sampling which is determined at 220 samples. The technique for data collection uses a questionnaire prepared on a Likert scale which has been tested for validity and reliability. The technique for data analysis uses PLS-SEM software. The R square results show that tourist attraction has a big influence on interest in returning to visit with a percentage value of 70.5% while the remaining percentage of 29.5% is influenced by other factors. The test of hypothesis results obtained a t-statistic of 48.1 > 1.96 and a p value of 0.00 < 0.05, so the research results indicate that the tourist attraction variable has a significant effect on interest in returning to visit. In this research, the conclusion that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.
