Abstract

Penelitian di lakukan di PT. Horti Jaya Lestari Medan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan prestasi       kerja terhadap pemberian bonus karyawan PT. Horti Jaya Lestari Medan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 karyawan sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan pembagian kuesioner, wawancara, studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisa data mengunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, análisis regresi linear berganda, determinasi, uji hipotesis secara simultan dan parsial. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Bonus karyawan PT. Horti Jaya Lestasi Medan, Prestasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Bonus karyawan PT. Horti Jaya Lestasi Medan dan Disiplin Kerja dan Prestasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Bonus karyawan PT. Horti Jaya Lestasi Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to know the impact of capital adequacy and loan to deposit ratio on financial performance with credit risk as a moderating variable in the banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2015 to 2019.We have 43 banking companies in population, and we take 23 companies as our samples. The data analysis model is an interaction method, usually referred to as Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that capital adequacy has an impact on financial performance in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. The loan to deposit ratio does not effect financial performance. The existence of credit risk, as the moderating variable, will strengthen the relationship between capital adequacy and financial performance and the relationship between the loan to deposit ratio and financial performance. Also, the existence of credit risk as the moderating variable will strengthen capital adequacy and loan to deposit ratio on financial performance.

Abstract

The economic downturn in Indonesia has been experienced since Covid-19. Impact on various sectors of the world economy. Significant changes experienced by Indonesian citizens. Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge for the business world, including the banking financial services industry. This caused the state financial system to be shaken until 2021. This study aimed to examine how the development of credit at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) during pandemic. BRI in carrying out its function as an intermediary banking institution, such as collecting funds and distributing funds to run its duties and functions amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological method approach since the research was conducted in a conditionsof social phenomena specifically in Gegesik sub-district, Cirebon Regency, with four customers as primary subjects, two marketing and one teller as secondary subjects. The discussion is described in the form of descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the decline in the world economy for micro and macro business actors in Indonesia, including the MSME sector. To overcome this, the Government seeks to overcome these problems by issuing the People's Business Credit (KUR) program. There is a change in the 2022 period when the monthly installments are smooth. However this medium growth rate is not enough to answer the problem of disease and mission. To overcome this, optimism is needed that the MSME sector can recover in 2022 and of course it is supported by the right policies.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted on consumers who work at PT. Andalas Nusa Perkasa Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and brand image on brand loyalty. The population and sample in this study amounted to 58 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously price and brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty PT. Andalas Nusa Perkasa Medan. Partially, the price has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty PT. Andalas Nusa Perkasa Medan. Partially, brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty of PT. Andalas Nusa Perkasa Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the RSquare value of 0.223 which means that price and brand image can explain brand loyalty by 22.3% while the remaining 77.7% is influenced by variables not examined such as: product design, distribution channels, and so on. Keywords: Price, Brand Image, Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid industrial growth, energy efficiency and resource management are crucial to addressing complex environmental and economic challenges. Efficient management reduces costs and contributes to sustainability. Technological advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhance energy efficiency and resource management through faster data analysis, better predictions, and automation. Despite progress, challenges like inaccurate energy demand predictions and inefficient resource allocation persist. This study explores AI's role in improving energy and resource management efficiency, focusing on prediction, optimization, and automation using Deep Learning approaches, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks. The findings show that AI models significantly enhance efficiency and sustainability by providing accurate predictions and automation recommendations. This research underscores AI's practical relevance, suggesting companies integrate these technologies to optimize energy use and achieve sustainability goals.

Abstract

Research originality: This research adds the exchange rate variable and the use of the Vector Autoregressive (VAR) model that can add to the financial literature.Research Objectives: This study examines how macroeconomics can impact a business during a crisis. The stock market has associated access with new COVID-19 cases and new deaths in Indonesia. During the pandemic, the exchange rate is critical, so this study observes the exchange rate of IDR against USD. This paper investigates the relationship between new cases, new deaths, and the exchange rate with the stock market index.Research Methods: The study retrieves the daily data from March 2, 2020, to June 30, 2022, from Our World in Data, Indonesia's stock exchange, and Indonesia's Statistic Central Bureau. We have used the ADF, Vector Autoregressive (VAR) Model, impulse response function, and the Toda Yamamoto causality test. Empirical Results: The findings reveal a significant negative impact of new COVID-19 cases, new deaths, and exchange rates on the stock market. Toda Yamamoto's causality analysis reveals substantial evidence of unidirectional daily growth of new COVID-19 deaths in the stock market and a bidirectional causality of new COVID-19 cases and new COVID-19 deaths.Implications: The policy implications of this study are to stabilize markets, impact overall financial stability, support entrepreneurship, and develop a competitive market environment that can encourage innovation. JEL Classification: C5, E31, F31How to Cite:Goh, T. Abstract

PT Syukur Jamin Mulia adalah: sebuah perusahaan yang berlokasi di Komplek Cemara Hijau Blok. FF No. 17, Medan dan bergerak dalam bidang penjualan pupuk. Menurunnya loyalitas kerja karyawan membuat karyawan menjadi tidak taat pada peraturan dan berbagai kebijakan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Proses rekrutmen yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan masih kurang selektif sehingga menghasilkan karyawan yang tidak dapat tahan bekerja lama dalam perusahaan. Selama aktivitas kerja berlangsung, karyawan telihat sedikit khawatir dengan pekerjaannya karena karyawan takut tidak dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya tepat waktu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian sebanyak 38 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, penyebaran daftar pertanyaan, studi dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara rekrutmen dan stres kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan PT Syukur Jamin Mulia Medan. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara rekrutmen terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan PT Syukur Jamin Mulia Medan. Secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh antara stres kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan PT Syukur Jamin Mulia Medan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel rekrutmen lebih banyak memberikan pengaruh daripada variabel stres kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan PT Syukur Jamin Mulia Medan.

Abstract

PT. Era Musika Indah adalah: perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang seni dan hiburan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisi pengaruh Kepribadian dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kompetensi Kerja PT. Era Musika Indah Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi kerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian yaitu 88 karyawan dan sampel diambil dengan sensus sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 88 responden. Hasil uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, Kepribadian dan Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Kerja PT. Era Musika Indah Medan. Secara parsial, masing-masing variabel Kepribadian dan Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Kerja PT. Era Musika Indah Medan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between digital marketing and financial performance, analyze the relationship between digital transformation and financial performance and analyze the relationship between digital transformation and digital marketing. This research method is quantitative through surveys, the research population is SMEs owners in Indonesia. The results of data analysis show that digital marketing has a positive and significant relationship to financial performance, digital transformation has a positive and significant relationship to financial performance, digital transformation has a positive and significant relationship to digital marketing. The results of the mediation effect test on the influence of digital marketing on financial performance through digital transformation mediation can be concluded that digital transformation is full mediation on the influence of digital marketing on financial performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of Voluntary Disclosure, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership partially and simultaneously on Earnings Quality. The population in this study is 28 Coal Sector Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this research was 20 companies. The observation year for this research is 3 years starting from 2019 to 2021. The data in this research was obtained from www.idx.co.id. This research uses quantitative methods and uses the SPSS application for data processing in research. The results obtained from this research are that partially Voluntary Disclosure and Institutional Ownership do not have a significant effect, while Managerial Ownership has a significant effect on Earnings Quality. Simultaneously, Voluntary Disclosure, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership have a significant effect on Earnings Quality.
