Abstract : Increasingly high business competition requires companies to maintain a competitive advantage to be able to maintain the value of the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), dividend policy, and debt policy on firm value in conventional banking companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This research is quantitative. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that managerial ownership, credit risk, independent board of commissioners, and dividend policy do not affect firm value. Institutional ownership, liquidity risk, and debt policy affect firm value. Implementing media in education is needed to improve the quality of the process and student learning outcomes, including in Arabic language learning. This study aims to explore how the implementation of the image description method using pictorial banner media in Arabic language learning, especially in learning listening and speaking skills. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The study was conducted at one of the MTsN in the Sidoarjo city area, East Java, with a sample size of 33 students. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through several stages: data collection stage, data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and data summarization. The results showed that the implementation of the image description method using banner media in Arabic language learning was able to improve students' Maharah al-Kalam, train students Maharah al-istima', make it easier for students to memorize microdata, and make it easier for teachers to identify each student's listening skills and speaking skills.

This research aims to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model on students' learning motivation and students' problem solving abilities on number pattern material for class 8 B students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Assimachi. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. This research was conducted at MTs Miftahul Ulum Assimachi, Grati District, Pasuruan Regency, with 28 students in class 8B for the 2023/2024 academic year. The guided inquiry learning model has a significant influence on the problem-solving abilities and learning motivation of class 8B students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Assimachi. This is shown by the average score obtained and the level of student activity increasing during learning with the guided inquiry model.

Competition in the business world is one phenomenon that cannot be avoided in the economic sphere. Strength and resilience in competition in a strong trade market can have a positive impact on the economy so that the economy grows positively. The approach to the study of this article is a literature review study using the systematic literature review (SLR) method. Data collection method using literature study. The data analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results and discussion of the review of this article is that financial risk management is an of efforts to achieve economic stability where through good financial risks management it can have a positive impact on the economy so that the economy can grow stably and can provide opportunities to remain competitive in the global market. Pandemic has changed microteaching models from offline to fully online. This requires skills that integrate technology into the lesson planning and teaching practice. This study aims to describe the implementation of fully online microteaching models to improve the teaching competence of Arabic language pre-service student teachers, its problems and solutions. This study uses qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques and analyzed with Miles, Huberman, and Saldana interactive model of qualitative analysis technique. The study results show that the Arabic Microteaching course at the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training of Sunan Ampel Islamic State University was designed to be fully online using two models, namely synchronous and asynchronous models, using the media of Google Classroom and Google Meet. This model has its problems. The limited internet package made the students unable to turn on their cameras. This made the teaching practice less interactive. It also hampered the development of the social skills of the teaching practice students. The problem was overcome by regulating the turn to turn on the camera in the synchronous model and maximizing the offline asynchronous model by getting the students to attend [the class] and by recording the teaching practice in video. In this way, the fully online microteaching model can make Arabic language pre-service student teachers more competent in designing their lesson plans and in practicing digital-based learning creatively and innovatively.

Entrepreneur is a promising profession if it is occupied seriously for the future. On entrepreneur where they could get the opportunity to show their potential fully also could do a change and have freedom to reach the purpose they need without depending on others.Ngringo village as an economic point at Karanganyar regency which putting forward the entrepreneurship side. The independence power of community of Ngringo village has been tested independently by IPD (Development of Village Index) categorize as independent village. It is implied that the Ngringo villages community is much participated on independence as improving their economic. That statement is proved by Ngringo village which placed the 4th of 100 the best village in Indonesia released by village ministry, Development remote village, and transmigration on 2018.Entrepreneurial trend which carrying the economic creative in Ngringo village is developing nowadays, and more spreading by the social development that occurred. The actor of economic creative obviously that is the entrepreneur which actually a young age who trying a new one. The young people paradigm gives different color at Ngringo village. Therefore, the research is going to analyze the link between the spirit of young entrepreneur as an effort of economic creative improvement.This research is done at Ngringo village, Karanganyar regency. The data analyzing method which is used is qualitative method by phenomenology approach by collecting data technique, interview, observation and documentation.The output target is the released of national journal accreditation. The research is expected to be able to give additional insight for the reader and also as the reference of researches at University of Duta Bangsa Surakarta area at the future time.

This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing a case study of early childhood learners at the Miftahul Ulum Panyeppen Islamic Boarding School. The research findings indicate that students who have studied the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method and the Fathul Qorib book exhibit several advantages in vocabulary learning within the context of Arabic language education. Some of these advantages are as follows: 1. Increased responsiveness in memorizing Arabic vocabulary: Children are more adept at memorizing Arabic vocabulary as they are already familiar with it through the Fathul Qorib learning process. 2. Ease in constructing sentences with memorized vocabulary: They find it easier to construct sentences using the vocabulary they have memorized, as they have mastered the principles of Nahwu (Arabic syntax) in the Al-Miftah Lil-Ulum instruction. 3. Ability to expand memorized vocabulary: They can develop the vocabulary they have memorized because they have also mastered Sarraf (Arabic morphology) in the Al-Miftah Lil-Ulum instruction. The benefits of this research are expected to contribute to both practical and conceptual understandings of Arabic language instruction for beginner-level children in Islamic boarding schools. The implications extend to the development of more effective curricula and teaching strategies within the boarding school environment. These findings also provide a foundation for further research in Arabic language education and the success of the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method in enhancing the Arabic language proficiency of beginner-level children.

ABSTRAK: Gagasan islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan muncul pada saat diselenggarakan konferensi dunia yang pertama tentang pendidikan Islam di Makkah pada tahun 1977. Salah satu gagasan yang direkomendasikan dalam konferensi tersebut adalah menyangkut islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan yang dilontarkan oleh Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas dan Ismail Raji al- Faruqi. Dari gagasan islamisasi dua tokoh inilah lahir wacana tentang integrasi keilmuandi berbagai institusi Pendidikan Tinggi Islam dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Pengembangan IAIN menjadi UIN merupakan contoh wujud integrasi keilmuan itu sendiri. Dewasa ini, beberapa Pendidikan Tinggi Islam di Indonesia, terutama UIN se-Indonesia sedang mengembangkan paradigma integrative dalam ilmu keislaman. Di antaranya, integrasi ilmu umum dan ilmu agama UIN Jakarta, integrasi-interkoneksi dengan metafora jaring laba-laba UIN Yogyakarta, pohon ilmu UIN Malang, Roda Pedati atau wahyu memandu ilmu UIN Bandung, dan integrated twin towers UIN Surabaya. Dari kajian tentang konsep integrasi keilmuan 5 UIN tersebut didapatkan temuan, bahwa Sesungguhnya integrasi keilmuan di masing-masing UIN di-Indonesia secara substansial adalah sama, yakni memadukan ilmu-ilmu agama dan ilmu umum dan menghilangkan dikotomi antar dua keilmuan tersebut. Kata Kunci: Islamisasi ilmu; Integrasi Keilmuan; Universitas Islam. ABSTRACT: The idea of Islamization of science emerged when the first world conference on Islamic education was held in Mecca in 1977. One of the ideas recommended at the conference was concerning the Islamization of science presented by Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas and Ismail Raji al-Faruqi. From the idea of Islamization of these two figures, a discourse on the integration of science in various global Islamic Higher Education institutions was born, including in Indonesia. The development of IAIN into UIN is an example of the form of scientific integration itself. Today, several Islamic Higher Education in Indonesia, especially UIN throughout Indonesia are developing an integrative paradigm in Islamic sciences. Among other things, the integration of general science and the UIN Jakarta religion, the integration of interconnections with the metaphor of the UIN Yogyakarta spider web, the science tree UIN Malang, Roda Pedati or revelation guided the knowledge of UIN Bandung, and the integrated twin towers of UIN Surabaya. From the study of the concept of scientific integration 5 UIN, it was found that the scientific integration in each UIN in Indonesia was substantially the same, namely combining the religious sciences and general science and removing the dichotomy between the two sciences. This literature review examines how mathematics education uses the Technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge (TPACK). This study examines how TPACK affects mathematics classroom instruction, student engagement, and learning outcomes. A detailed examination and synthesis of pertinent publications over the last decade will accomplish this. The study illuminates significant topics, including digital technology utilization, teacher professional development program enhancement, and TPACK acceptability. It also highlights long-standing issues such as limited technology budgets, teacher training issues, and the need for ongoing support. This post provides current ideas and a full literature review to assist us in understanding TPACK. The findings impact educational policymakers, teacher professional development programs, and math teachers. The paper then advises future research. One is a longitudinal study of different educational environments to determine long-term effects on teaching and student growth. Policymakers, educators, and academics can utilize this study review to advocate for acceptable technology usage in mathematics education.
