Abstract

Education is not a strange thing anymore. After the establishment of schools for the people of Indonesia, then develop and become several levels and some parts in education. Not only schools are educational for children, but education is divided into formal education, Non-Formal education, and InFormal education. Formal education is also divided into several levels. There are an elementary school or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Junior High School or Madrasah Tsanawiyah, vocational or secondary middle school, or Madrasah Aliyah. In non-formal education, there are various types and levels, informal learning that comes from the community or the surrounding environment, education such as Koran in mosques, and diverse other non-formal education, which now has many pursuivants in the community. Often we find the understanding of general and specific education, such as Islamic education, that education is a process that is done to change one's behavior (morality) to be better. The method of education does not serve as formal education. Some aspects need to be completed through non-formal education such as Akhlakul Karimah, deepen the knowledge of religion and hone the skills that have been able to develop it as a useful thing. Formal educational education that is implemented deliberately planned and systematic to help prepare students' potential and non-formal education is present as complementary, reinforcing, and upbringing of its formal education. In the implementation of education, the process should be neatly packaged and supported by a positive environment. Thus the results achieved are as expected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Studi ini melibatkan 96 responden, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring menggunakan Google Form serta secara langsung (luring) melalui interaksi dengan responden, yakni mahasiswa yang bekerja di PT. Eclat Textile Internasional. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampling jenuh menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan alat uji statistik. Skala Likert diterapkan dalam pengukuran variabel penelitian, sedangkan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Eclat Textile Internasional. Secara statistik, pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan terbukti signifikan, dengan hasil uji F sebesar 44,001 yang lebih besar dari nilai F tabel (2,70) serta nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil uji Adjusted R Square menunjukkan nilai 0,576, yang mengindikasikan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut menjelaskan 57,6% variabilitas kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research discusses three curriculum development models, namely the Beauchamp Model, Roger Model, and Douglas Brown Model. The Beauchamp Model emphasizes a systematic and administrative approach in curriculum development, the Roger Model focuses on interpersonal interactions and direct experiences in learning, while the Douglas Brown Model prioritizes cognitive, socio-affective and linguistic principles in language teaching. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data was collected from various academic sources, such as books, scientific journals, and educational documents related to curriculum development. The analysis was carried out through a comparative study of the three models to identify their strengths, weaknesses and relevance in the educational context in Indonesia. The research results show that each model has its own unique approach to curriculum development. The Beauchamp Model is more suitable for a structured and centralized education system, the Roger Model is suitable for an experience-based approach and active participation of students, while the Douglas Brown Model is more effective in language learning. By understanding these various models, educational institutions can select and adapt the most relevant models according to their learning needs.

Abstract

This study also examines the management of interactive multimedia-based Arabic language teaching development. It evaluates the effectiveness of the teaching material, which uses interactive multimedia-based, in enhancing the learning process of the Arabic language in Islamic universities in Indonesia. Given students' diverse backgrounds, interactive multimedia has proven effective in promoting engagement and independent language acquisition. Pre-test and post-test results from UIN A, UIN B, and IAIN C show significant differences between the results of the experimental group and the results of the control groups. At UIN A (t-count 16.83 > t-table 1.684), UIN B (t-count 14.278 > t-table 1.682), and IAIN C (t-count 9.34 > t-table 1.682), students in the experimental groups demonstrated substantial improvement compared to the control groups. These findings confirm that interactive multimedia effectively enhances student engagement and learning outcomes in Arabic language programs at Islamic universities in Indonesia.

Abstract

The researcher conducted a study at MAN Sidoarjo, grade 10-4 with the aim of increasing students' motivation in learning the Arabic language, because many students have little or no interest in learning the Arabic language, which is considered the most difficult subject to comprehend. To increase this motivation, there is a need for appropriate means to increase this motivation, namely tests. This research utilizes the case study and literature study research methods, which use different elements of the same research at different times. The case study was applied by administering tests to students. The research was conducted by observing the students' condition when learning the Arabic language, i.e. students' motivation decreased to 48%, and with the use of Quizizz media students experienced an increase in students' learning motivation to an average of 73% with an increase in the category of students' learning motivation. The use of quiz media has a significant impact on students' learning motivation. Most of the students fall into the high motivation category, 73.3%. Compared to the low-motivated category of 26.6%.  Therefore, it is highly recommended that teachers use Quizizzizz media as a means of learning Arabic.

Abstract

Komunikasi Matematika adalah aktivitas seseorang untuk mengekspresikn sebuah ide, konsep, ide matematika secara lisan maupun tulisan dalam bentuk simbol, gambar, data, grafik, tabel, dan lain sebagainya. Kemampuan komunikasi matematika juga mendapat perhatian khusus pada pendidikan di Indonesia. Masih banyak siswa yang mengomunikasian ide-ide matematikanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi siswa berdasarkan jenis kelaminnya. Tes kemampuan komunikasi siswa dalam penelitian ini menggunakan soal terbuka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah empat orang siswa menengah yang terdiri dari dua subjek laki-laki dan dua subjek perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematika di antara empat subjek tersebut. Perbeaan kemampuan komunikasi matematika ditemukan pada cara atau srategi mereka dalam mengekspresikan ide matematika dan menjelaskan strategi penyelesaian soal

Abstract

Mathematics has a significant influence on the development of technology andscience. Both of these fields use mathematics as a tool for further study. At the same time, mathematics influences science and technology by creating new theories and methods(Siagian, 2016). Math is important for many other subjects, including science and technology. It is important to understand other subjects as it requires critical thinking and decision making. Students must learn the material before they can negotiate its use in theirreasoning and decisions. In an effort the researcher wants to increase the title of the problem and research into a specific subject. The reason is because he has analyzed thisproblem from the same background "Analysis of Student Interests in Mathematics in Islamic Boarding School-Based Schools at Madrasah Tsanawiyah".

Abstract

In this study, the authors focused on learning Arabic through songs media. The research method in this study is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Through studies from various sources in the form of books, journals, research reports, and the phenomenon of Arabic learning in Indonesia, the author describes how the concept of songs as a medium of Arabic learning and how the implementation of songs media in Arabic learning as an effort to improve the quality of Arabic learning. The conclusion of this study is that the song is an appropriate medium of Arabic learning in arousing students' interest and motivation to learn. The use of songs media in Arabic learning can create an atmosphere of learning that is relaxed, fun and exciting, so students do not feel bored and fed up in following the learning process in class. The selection of songs that suits students' emotional and intellectual needs and the teacher's skills in practicing the technique of using song media in Arabic learning is the main key to the success of a learning that uses songs as a instructional medium.

Abstract

Global warming and climate change are problems that require entities or companies to respond to these phenomena, so hat companies are required to be responsible for environmental problems related to emissions resulting from company activities. This research aims to determine the effect of profitability and carbon emission disclosure on trading carbon in energy sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This research usesa quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis, calssical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research result show that profitability has no effect on trading carbon, while carbon emission disclosure as an effect on trading carbon. Profitability and carbon emission disclosure effect simultaneously on the trading carbon.

Abstract

Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, menuntut penerapan strategi pembelajaran inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Guru memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa di abad ke-21. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran inovatif serta tantangan yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis teknologi, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan model pembelajaran kolaboratif menjadi strategi utama dalam pembelajaran inovatif. Namun, terdapat berbagai tantangan dalam implementasinya, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan, optimalisasi sumber daya sekolah, serta dukungan dari stakeholder pendidikan. Dengan strategi yang tepat, pembelajaran inovatif dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, mendorong kreativitas, serta mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif
