Learning speaking skills is an essential aspect in Islamic boarding schools, particularly at Darul Lughah Al-‘Arabiyah wa Al-Fiqh As-Salafi Annuqayah Latee. However, many students are not motivated to develop speaking skills because they feel bored with the learning content, which hinders the process. While many studies have explored learning motivation, little research has focused on the implementation strategy of Arabic competition, especially in this pesantren. This study aims to examine the implementation strategy of Arabic competition and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its practice. A qualitative field research design with a descriptive approach was employed, using observations and interviews with mentors and students. Data were analyzed through data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the practice. The findings show that the implementation of Arabic competition consists of three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Although both supporting and inhibiting factors were found, the supporting factors were more dominant in increasing students’ motivation to speak Arabic. This research contributes to the study of Arabic language learning strategies in Islamic boarding schools and offers a practical model that can be adapted to increase motivation to speak Arabic. دراسة مهارة الكلام من الجوانب المهمة في التعليم داخل المعاهد الإسلامية، خاصة في دار اللغة العربية والفقه السلفي النقاية لاتي. ومع ذلك، فإن العديد من الطلاب غير متحفزين لتطوير مهارة الكلام لأنهم يشعرون بالملل من محتوى التعلم، مما يعيق العملية التعليمية. على الرغم من وجود العديد من الدراسات التي تناولت دافعية التعلم، إلا أن القليل منها ركّز على استراتيجيات إقامة المسابقة العربية، وخصوصًا في هذا المعهد. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة استراتيجيات إقامة المسابقة العربية، بالإضافة إلى دراسة العوامل المساعدة والمعوقة في إقامتها. تم استخدام تصميم بحثي ميداني نوعي بالنهج الوصفي، من خلال الملاحظة والمقابلات مع المشرفين والطلاب. وتم تحليل البيانات عبر خطوات تقليص البيانات، وعرضها، واستنتاج النتائج للحصول على فهم شامل للممارسة. أظهرت نتائج البحث كما يلي: إقامة المسابقة العربية بدار اللغة العربية والفقه السلفي لها المراحل الثلاثة: المرحلة الاستعدادية والمرحلة الإجرائية والمرحلة التقييمية، وإقامة المسابقة العربية لزيادة الدافعية في تعلم مهارة الكلام لها العوامل المساعدة والمعوّقة، والعوامل المساعدة لها تأثير إيجابي أكثر بالنسبة من العوامل المعوّقة. تسهم هذه الدراسة في إثراء بحوث استراتيجيات تعليم اللغة العربية في المعاهد الإسلامية، وتقدّم نموذجًا عمليًا يمكن تكييفه لتعزيز دافعية مهارة الكلام في اللغة العربية.

This study analyzes the impact of Carbon Emission Disclosure (CED), Carbon Performance (CP), and Green Intellectual Capital (GIC) on firm value, with Media Exposure (ME) acting as a moderating variable. The research focuses on energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2024 period. Using panel data analysis, the Random Effect Model (REM) was identified as the most appropriate model after conducting Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests, as well as classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation). The findings indicate that CED, CP, and GIC significantly influence firm value. However, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) revealed that ME only moderates the relationship between GIC and firm value, failing to moderate the effects of CED and CP. This suggests that media coverage concerning a company's green innovations and sustainability practices effectively enhances investor visibility and understanding of intangible assets, thereby contributing to positive perception and increased confidence.

Penelitian menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, growth opportunity dan carbon emission disclosure terhadap trading carbon. Kami menggunakan perusahaan-perusahaan sektor energi di Indonesia sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data yang kami gunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan random effect sebagai estimator yang terpilih. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kami menemukan bahwa carbon emission disclosure berpengaruh negatif terhadap trading carbon. Variabel-variabel lain seperti profitabilitas dan growth opportunity tidak berpengaruh terhadap trading carbon. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bertolak belakang antara carbon emission disclosure dengan trading carbon di Indonesia. Dengan kata lain, semakin baik perusahaan mengungkapkan carbon emission-nya, maka kebutuhan perusahaan tersebut untuk melakukan trading carbon menjadi lebih rendah

The background of the researcher to discuss this research is there is a discrepancy in the delivery of teaching material by some teachers. Therefore, researchers want to know, 1) how the teacher plans to deliver the material when teaching Arabic, 2) how the application of the material is delivered, and 3) how is the suitability of the delivery of teacher teaching material with cybernetics theory. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by taking place in the Darul Ulum Jombang Superior Madrasah Aliyah. The rearch subjects were Arabic teachers and IAI 3 class X students at the superior Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Jombang. Data collection using observation, interview, quessionare and documentation. This study. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of delivering Arabic language teaching materials with cybernatics in the Darul Ulum Superior Madrasah Aliyah. Latar belakang peneliti membahas penelitian ini adalah adanya ketidaksesuaian penyampaian materi ajar oleh sebagian guru. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti ingin melihat 1) bagaimana perencanaan guru dalam menyampaikan materi ketika mengajar bahasa Arab, 2) bagaimana penerapan dari penyampaian materi tersebut dan 3) bagaimana kesesuaian penyampaian materi ajar guru dengan teori sibernetik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengambil latar tempat di Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan Darul Ulum Jombang. Subyek penelitiannya adalah guru bahasa Arab dan siswa kelas X IAI 3 di Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan Darul Ulum Jombang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Observasi? Wawancara? Angket dan Dokumentasi. Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk menguji ke efektifan penyampaian materi ajar bahasa arab dengan teori sibernetik di Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan Darul Ulum.

Language learning in most schools is still conventional, especially during kitabah learning. Teacher only uses the tarjamah method and provides objective training to students, so that student’s understanding is still abstract and passive in kitabah learning. Therefore, researchers apply writing literacy with an observation method that aims to improve student’s writing skills. The type of research that uses in this study is quantitative research with experimental classes to determine the causes and consequences of the application of writing literacy with the observation method. The research subjects were class VII the number of students there were 40 students and the research instruments used are: 1) Observations, 2) interviews, 3) documentation, and 4) tests. The results of this study indicate that the influence of writing literacy application with the observation method in improving student’s writing skills.

The majority of Eighth grade students at Sunan Kali Jaga Islamic High School Surabaya are weak in our Islamic scholarship. They have difficulty in composing sentences in accordance with the correct rules of writing Arabic. This study aims to determine how effective the use of the game "Fairy Tale Chains" to improve the maharah of students of the eighth grade of Sunan Kali Jaga Islamic High School Surabaya. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using data collection methods consists of methods of observation? tests? interviews? and documents by taking a sample of 40 eighth grade students of Sunan Kali Jaga Islamic High School Surabaya. From this research it can be seen that there is an increase in our students' happiness after applying the game "Fairy Tale Chains". with the analysis obtained with the t-test: t_0 the result is 16.29 and tt is 1.699 because t_0 is greater than tt then the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is acceptable.

Objective- This study aims to find out whether the book Muhawaratul Haditsah first chapter complies with the four criteria for teaching materials put forward by Abdul Ghali and whether this book is suitable for learning Arabic. Design / Methodology / Qualitative- This research uses the documentation method or what is often referred to as library research or library research with a content analysis approach. What was used to collect data and information in this study were documents related to research and analysis of the textbooks examined by researchers. Findings- This research shows that the book "Muhawarotil Haditsah" first chapter as a whole focuses on the contents of the book learning about Islamic culture and learning adab or noble character, this aims so that students can learn how to be a Muslim and socialize well in their environment both at school and at home. And although the four criteria for teaching materials put forward by Abdul Ghali are not one hundred percent fulfilled by this book, this book is very feasible to use, especially for students who are in Islamic boarding schools. Research Limitations/Implications- In this study, the researcher focused on researching or analyzing the contents of the book "Muhawarotul Haditsah" first chapter using the basis of the subject matter proposed by Nasir Abdul Ghali. Namely, the basis of culture, psychology, language and education.

This study aims to explain how to plan the authentic assessment according to 2013 Curriculum in Arabic teaching, how to apply the authentic assessment according to 2013 Curriculum in Arabic teaching and what problems in applying the authentic assessment according to 2013 Curriculum in Arabic teaching and the solution. Thus, this study is very important for Arabic language teachers in implementing the authentic assessment according to 2013 properly. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study were Arabic teachers in class XI at State Islamic Senior High schooI 2 Bojonegoro, East Java. Data collection uses observationØŒ interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the planning of authentic assessment according to curriculum 2013 in Arabic teaching at State Islamic Senior High schooI 2 Bojonegoro was carried out properly. Teachers have used several forms of authentic assessmentØŒ such as in cognitive assessmentØŒ they use written and oral testsØŒ in affective assessmentsØŒ they use observationØŒ self-assessmentØŒ peer assessmentØŒ and journalsØŒ in psychomotor assessments they use performance assessmentsØŒ projectsØŒ and portfolios. The problematic of teachers in implementing authentic assessment in Arabic teaching are the teachers find it difficult to develop instruments and determine authentic forms of assessment. The solution to these problems is that the teacher tries to understand the guidelines for authentic assessment and applies the basic form of authentic assessment in teaching.

Covid-19 is an epidemic originating from Wuhan, China that spread rapidly throughout the world. Covid-19 spread in Indonesia in early March 2020. The spread of this virus caused losses to many countries in various fields ranging from the economy, tourism, to education. In the field of education, the impact of Covid-19 was forced to make the government change the learning system drastically; all learning activities are carried out online starting from elementary school to college. The purpose of this study is was to describe the impact of online learning policies on the learning motivation of high school students and their equivalents during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection uses a research questionnaire through a Google form that is distributed to high school students and their equivalents in East Java. Based on the results of the study, respondents revealed more negative impacts than positive impacts. From the results of this research the government is expected to be more mature in determining policies even though it is an emergency policy.

AbstrakÂ Artikel ini berjudul â€œAnalisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Masyarakat Dalam Membayar Pajak Kendaraan Bermotorâ€.Artikel ini ditulis oleh Friska Amelia Putri, Program Studi Akuntansi, Fakultas Hukum dan Bisnis, Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Latar belakang penulis dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan masyarakat dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor.Pajak kendaraan bermotor adalah pajak yang harus dibayar oleh pemilik kendaraan bermotor.Pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor biasanya dilakukan di Samsat, Polres, atau Samsat Keliling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara langsung dengan informan. Output dari hasil jurnal diharapkan dapat dipublikasikan di jurnal Bismak.
