Abstract

ABSTRAK Dengan memberikan forum kegiatan diskusi pengabdian yang mengulas tentang pendidikan anak melalui pemanfaatan kreativitas dalam produksi sabun cuci piring di Dusun Mumbul Sari bertujuan untuk menambahkan keahlian dan wawasan dalam hal pemanfaatan barang guna untuk sehari-hari seperti sabun cuci piring. Selain itu, fokus utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana aktivitas tersebut dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mentransmisikan nilai-nilai pendidikan kepada anak-anak, sekaligus memberikan dampak positif kepada masyarakat setempat. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa produksi sabun cuci piring tidak hanya menjadi kegiatan kreatif yang menyenangkan, tetapi juga membuka jalan untuk membangun karakter dan nilai-nilai positif pada anak-anak. Sosialisasi pendidikan melalui kreativitas ini dapat meningkatkan keterampilan anak, seperti kerjasama, inovasi, dan tanggung jawab. Peran orang tua sangat krusial dalam memberikan arahan dan dukungan, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung proses pembelajaran anak. Kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan waktu luang dengan melibatkan kegiatan kreatif, seperti produksi sabun cuci piring, dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam merancang pendidikan informal yang berfokus pada nilai-nilai. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang bagaimana kegiatan sehari-hari di lingkungan lokal dapat dijadikan peluang pembelajaran yang berharga bagi anak-anak, sekaligus mendukung perkembangan masyarakat secara menyeluruh. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Kreativitas, Produksi, Pemanfaatan ABSTRACT By providing a forum for service discussion activities that review children's education through the utilization of creativity in the production of dish soap in Mumbul Sari Hamlet, it aims to add expertise and insight in terms of utilizing goods for daily use such as dish soap. In addition, the main focus of this activity is to explore how the activity can be an effective tool in transmitting educational values to children, as well as having a positive impact on the local community. The results of this activity show that dish soap production is not only a fun creative activity, but also paves the way for building character and positive values in children. This socialization of education through creativity can improve children's skills, such as cooperation, innovation, and responsibility. The role of parents is crucial in providing direction and support, creating an environment that supports children's learning process. This activity confirms that utilizing leisure time by involving creative activities, such as dish soap production, can be an effective strategy in designing informal education that focuses on values. The implications of this research contribute to the understanding of how everyday activities in the local environment can be valuable learning opportunities for children while supporting the overall development of the community. Abstract

This article discusses the importance of lecturer professionalism in achieving national education goals in universities, especially in the Informatics Engineering Education Study Program at Bumigora University. The professionalism of lecturers includes pedagogic, professional, personality, and social competencies, which play a role in creating a quality educational environment. This study explains how the evaluation of lecturer performance is carried out through questionnaires filled out by students and how the results of this evaluation are used to motivate lecturers to improve the quality of education. The evaluation results show that the level of student satisfaction with the overall performance of lecturers is very good, but there is still room for improvement. Social Competence was rated highest, while Personality Competence had the lowest level of satisfaction. These results show that the professionalism of lecturers in terms of social interaction can be improved. Evaluation of lecturer performance is an important step in ensuring the quality of higher education and encouraging lecturers to continuously improve their professionalism. This article concludes that efforts to improve the professionalism of lecturers need to continue so that higher education remains of high quality and in accordance with national education goals

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) helps improve efficiency, personalized learning, effective feedback, teaching effectiveness, as well as prepare students for a world increasingly dominated by technology. In today's digital era, the field of education has witnessed a significant transformation through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of AI in high school learning. The research approach that the compiler uses is a qualitative method with a type of literature study. Data is collected through various relevant article sources. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this study is that the use of artificial intelligence (AI) has a significant impact on technological development in high school students and the education system, the application of new technology and new programs certainly has positive and negative impacts depending on how the user is. So it can be concluded that AI in high school learning if used properly and correctly will have a positive impact and avoid negative impacts

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence is a system designed using technology that can make a computer system that can imitate human intellectual abilities. Chat-GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) is a platform from Artificial Intelligence where it works using a conversational format. Simply put, it's like we ask a lecturer in class, but in Chat-GPT we ask an application that has been programmed to imitate human intellectual abilities so that it is able to provide answers in a short time. This study will use a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The data of the research results was obtained through a survey by distributing questionnaires to Bumigora University students at random. Data from the study showed that most students (72%) used Chat-GPT to obtain information related to learning. By using Chat-GPT, 38.11% of students felt helped in learning and obtaining information related to learning. Chat-GPT in addition to having many benefits, also has a negative impact so there needs to be supervision for students in using this Chat-GPT platform so that academic ethical and moral values are maintained and upheld so that what students do brings benefits.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendemonstrasikan langkah demi langkah analisis sistematis data bibliografi oleh VOSViewer. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja dosen dapat dipadukan dengan bidang lain untuk penelitian. Analisis langkah demi langkah disediakan untuk membuat pengguna pertama kali mengakses dan memanfaatkan VOSViewers dengan lebih mudah. Kajian ini menyajikan analisis data terkait kinerja dosen dan perkembangannya selama enambelas tahun (2009–2023) dengan memanfaatkan alat pemetaan di VOSViewer. Untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja analisis bibliometrik dengan menghasilkan visualisasi jaringan dari topik yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil pencarian, ditemukan 994 jurnal terbitan yang relevan, mulai dari tahun 2008–2023, yang kemudian dikelompokkan menjadi 15 kategori sesuai dengan tahun terbitnya. Setelah mengelompokkan data jurnal, penulis menemukan bahwa jumlah artikel yang paling banyak diterbitkan pada tahun 2017-2019. Ada banyak peluang untuk menemukan hal baru dalam topik ini. Selanjutnya, Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber bahan bagi penulis untuk melakukan penelitian dan mengidentifikasi topik penelitian selanjtunya.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is: to provide counseling, socialization, and understanding of the importance of education for children given to the people of Salut Kendal Hamlet, Salut Village, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency. the socialization activity was a collaboration between the Non-Governmental Organization Selaksa Sejahtera Foundation (YASERA) Mataram and Bumigora University. Participants were residents of Salut Kendal Hamlet, 40 people out of the planned 70 people carried out in one day. The method of implementing this service is the preparation and socialization stage which is packaged in the form of a workshop at the location of the savings for life family meeting. The results of the implementation of Community Service show that the level of understanding of community service participants is more aware of the importance of education for children in efforts to fulfill children's rights and prevent child marriage and to build parents' commitment to send their children at least to high school graduation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas metode pembelajaran interaktif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa di tingkat sekolah menengah. Menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental, sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 siswa kelas XI di SMKN 2 Tambolaka yang dibagi secara acak menjadi dua kelompok: kontrol (pembelajaran konvensional) dan eksperimen (pembelajaran interaktif). Instrumen penelitian meliputi kuesioner keterlibatan siswa, tes pemahaman materi pelajaran, dan observasi kelas. Setelah pre-test, kelompok eksperimen menerima pembelajaran interaktif selama 8 minggu, sedangkan kelompok kontrol menerima pembelajaran konvensional. Post-test dilakukan untuk mengukur pemahaman akhir siswa, dan data dianalisis dengan uji t. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen memiliki keterlibatan yang lebih tinggi (M=4.5, SD=0.5) dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (M=3.2, SD=0.7) dan pemahaman yang lebih baik (M=85, SD=6 dibandingkan M=70, SD=10; p < 0.05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran interaktif secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa. Integrasi metode ini dalam kurikulum dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk eksplorasi lebih luas dan pengembangan alat yang lebih inovatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur dan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam mitos-mitos lokal serta mengidentifikasi relevansinya dalam konteks pendidikan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif struktural, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap narasumber yang memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang mitos-mitos seperti "Perak Api," "Putri Mandalika," dan "Duduk di Sembarangan Tempat bagi Ibu Hamil." Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mitos-mitos ini mengandung nilai-nilai moral, etika, dan sosial yang signifikan, yang dapat diintegrasikan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk membentuk karakter dan memperkuat nilai-nilai sosial pada siswa. Analisis struktural mengungkapkan elemen-elemen naratif dan tematik yang membangun setiap mitos, sementara analisis tematik mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai yang relevan dengan teori pembelajaran. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai budaya lokal dalam kurikulum pendidikan untuk menciptakan individu yang berkarakter kuat dan berkontribusi positif dalam masyarakat

Abstract

Background. The 5.0 era generation is a generation that has developed knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Some of the skills that students must have are: Productive thinking, innovative, artistic, mastery of communication and mastery of cooperation. Strengthening character education certainly needs to be realized, this aims to instill moral traits (ethical character) which makes morals an individual characteristic. Purpose. The aim of this research is to understand the outline and system for determining character education for students at Madrasah Aliyah. Apart from that, this research also aims to explain to students what character education looks like in passing through the 5.0 education era. Method. The method used is a quantitative survey model, a survey using online-based Google Form and in-depth interviews with students.    Results. The results of the research can explain that the implementation of character education is actually very important to equip students for the future. Character education is implemented with a system that utilizes information technology available in schools, so that morals can be formed and at the same time can also develop mastery of skills in the field of ICT, think productively, innovatively and can be achieved by students in the future in the 5.0 era. Conclusion. Research limitations that is, researchers cannot explain the overall implementation of character education for students at Madrasah Aliyah in depth and effectively. Researchers hope that future research can handle the implementation of character education for Madarasah Aliyah students in the 5.0 era well and more thoroughly.

Abstract

Kecanduan game online saat ini menjadi permasalahan yang dominan dihadapi remaja Indonesia. Tingkat kecanduan terhadap game online di Indonesia menjadi salah satu yang tertinggi untuk Kawasan Asia Tenggara. Keberadaan game online yang awalnya menjadi hiburan yang murah meriah, semakin hari malah menjadi suatu penyakit jiwa yang meresahkan para orangtua. Kehadiaran game online banyak menarik perhatian kalangan remaja di masayarakat. Sampai saat ini, permainan game online sangat digemari para remaja, terutama yang masih duduk dibangku sekolah. Kemudahan untuk mengakses game online ini dapat berdampak buruk jika tidak disikapi dengan baik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa sosialisasi bahaya kecanduan game online yang dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ishlahuddiny yang berlokasi di Kediri Lombok Barat NTB. Kegiatan ini secara umum terlaksana dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab dan/atau diskusi interaktif antara peserta dan narasumber. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kapada para peserta sosialisasi yaitu para santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Ishlahuddiny tentang bahaya kecannduan game online, dan bagaimana mengatasi permasalahan untuk orang yang sudah terlanjur kecanduan game online.
