Abstract

Undang-undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan mengatur secara menyeluruh perlindungan hukum bagi penumpang angkutan bus umum, terutama pada saat terjadi kecelakaan. Ketentuan ini merupakan wujud tanggung jawab negara dalam menjamin keselamatan, keamanan, kenyamanan serta kepastian hukum bagi pengguna jasa transportasi umum. Namun dalam praktiknya, pelaksanaan di Lapangan masih lemah, banyak penumpang Bus angkutan umum yang belum mendapatkan ganti rugi yang layak jika terjadi kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan hukum dan tanggung jawab jawaban yang diberikan kepada penumpang Bus angkutan umum apabila terjadi kecelakaan, sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Berdasarkan Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa Perlindungan hukum dan pertanggungan jawaban perusahaan Bus angkutan umum terhadap penumpang Bus angkutan umum di Lhokseumawe belum sepenuhnya terlaksana secara efektif dan optimal dimana perusahaan Bus hanya menyalurkan santunan dari pihak asuransi wajib (Jasa Raharja) dan tidak memberikan ganti rugi tambahan atas kerugian yang diderita korban, baik kerugian materil maupun imateril. Disarankan kepada agar pengguna terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, baik dalam aspek keselamatan, kenyamanan, maupun perlindungan hukum terhadap penumpang.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the prototype of the little gamelan art learning model for inculcating Pancasila values ​​in kindergarten children, (2) determine the feasibility and practicality of the little gamelan art learning model (3) determine the effectiveness of the little gamelan art learning model (4) knowing the process of growing Pancasila values ​​in kindergarten children while playing a little gamelan art. The subjects of the study were group B kindergarten children, kindergarten leaders, and kindergarten educators in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Need assessment data collection is done through interviews, list of documents, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the assessors of the validity of gamelan experts and children's learning are met according to criteria 0.9 in the Validity Coefficient Table with an error rate of 5%. Likewise, the reliability between raters with the test-retest method obtained a consistency score according to the criteria in the Reliability Table with an error rate of 5%. The effectiveness of the little gamelan in stimulating Pancasila for early childhood is very significant. This is based on a one-sample t-test that the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis and the rejection of the null hypothesis is that the children's Pancasila achievement during and after playing the gamelan exceeds the Pancasila scores achieved by most of the PAUD teachers involved in this study. The values ​​that are stimulated in playing the little gamelan are praying, knowing God's creation, being grateful, appreciating, polite, appreciating, compact, harmonious, deliberation, leadership, fair, taking turns.

Abstract

Today we have entered the millennial era, which is happening so fast. Digital technology accompanies all human activities, in the current millennial, people are more preoccupied with technology such as using social media. Islamic leadership that adheres to Islamic principles will certainly make Islamic education able to overcome challenges and changes that occur so quickly. The type of research used was library research. The results of the study in the form of Islamic education leadership concept mean that not only includes influencing and facilitating what have been done but, including the ability used to ensure readiness to face challenges. The process must always be within Islamic values, namely the values ​​that bring up to shari'ah norms that was compatible with Islamic education. The problems of Islamic education leadership in millennial era was humans in the millennial era more concerned with the reason, leaving the spiritual, and decreasing millenial generation character. The solutions of Islamic education leadership problems in millenial era are the leaders have to have a character-based paradigm, able to develop Islamic education that responds to the development and demands of the times.

Abstract

Children aged 5–7 years are in the preoperational stage of cognitive development. The problem that occurs in children of this age is that their ability to express their imagination through drawings is still limited. Previous research has not examined how visual expression emerges in early childhood drawings, particularly regarding drawing stages, object shapes, drawing duration, and sources of inspiration. This study aims to analyze the visual expression of drawings by children aged 5–7 years, focusing on drawing stages, object shapes, drawing duration, and sources of inspiration. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects were 70 kindergarten children in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using reduction, presentation, and conclusion-drawing techniques. The results showed that children's drawing process involves imagination, creativity, and storytelling. The most frequently drawn object was a butterfly, with the longest drawing duration being between 10–15 minutes. Most of the drawings were inspired by children's visual experiences. This study found that 61 children drew based on objects they imagined, while 9 children experienced difficulty expressing ideas visually. This research contributes to early childhood education by stimulating visual expression as a foundation for creativity in kindergarten learning. However, this study was limited to one region and a limited number of subjects, so it does not fully represent the cultural diversity of children. Future research can be conducted on a broader and more diverse range of subjects and children's drawings. Further research may also help children who have difficulty with visual expression.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to evaluate the effect of watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) and coconut water (Cocos nucifera L) combination juice on 10m sprint speed and long jump power in adolescent male Taekwondo athletes at Al-Islam Beber Islamic Boarding School. Materials and methods. The method used was an experiment where 20 athletes aged 14 ± 0.81 years were divided into 2 groups, 10 athletes were given a combination of watermelon juice and coconut water and 10 other athletes were given plain water as a control. Both groups performed taekwondo training in the form of technical and physical training for 1 hour. Before the training and after both groups performed a 10 m sprint and standing long jump. Results. The results showed that the administration of the juice did not produce significant improvements in the 10m sprint with a value of P = 0.365 (P>0.05) and long jump with a value of P = 0.234 (P>0.05), so there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment and control groups. Conclusions. Giving a combination of coconut water and watermelon juice positively improved standing long jump performance but was not statistically significant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian Probiotik herbal dalam pakan pada ikan lele (Clarias gariepinus). Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPR Mina Mandiri, Kecamatan Beutong Kabupaten Nagan Raya mulai April sampai Mei 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 taraf perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan yaitu: 15, 20, 25, 30 dan 35 ml/kg pakan. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan aplikasi probiotik berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan (P<0,05) dan tidak berpengaruh nyata pada kelangsungan hidup. Uji lanjut Duncan terlihat berbeda nyata antar perlakuan pada parameter pertumbuhan ikan, namun tidak berbeda pada perameter kelangsungan hidup. Nilai tertinggi dijumpai pada perlakuan 30 ml/kg pakan yang menghasilkan pertumbuhan berat mutlak 11,62 gr, panjang mutlak 5,24 cm dengan tingkat kelangsungan hidup 72 %.

Abstract

Tilapia has become an important economic fish cultivated by the people of Indonesia in general. Parasitic infections in fish have caused many financial losses and the sustainability of cultivation efforts. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the prevalence and intensity of parasites in tilapia that are maintained in aquaculture ponds, especially in Nagan Raya Regency. The study was conducted from August until September 2022 at UPR Mina Mandiri with the Smeer Method. As many as 30 samples were checked macroscopically and microscopically in the UPR Mina Mandiri laboratory, Nagan Raya. The results of the study showed 4 (four) types of ectoparasites found, namely Trichodina sp., Gyrodactylus sp., Dactyrogylus sp., and Ichthyophthirius multifiliis based on the highest interval of the length of prevalence, it is found at a length of 120 -180 mm with a prevalence of 40 % and the intensity of 10 individuals per sample, this result higher than the fish size of 20-100 mm with a prevalence of 20 % and the intensity of 19 ind/e, This result has also aimed that the highest infection organs are found on the surface of the body and gills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of a recirculation system on seurukan fish (Osteochilus kappeni). The research was conducted at UPR Mina Mandiri, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, from January to April 2022. The research design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatment levels and 4 replications, namely: P1 (6 fish/m3), P2 (12 fish/m3), and P3 (18 fish/m3). The analysis of variance (ANOVA) results showed significant effects in all treatments (P>0.05), with the best results obtained in treatment P1. Duncan's multiple range test revealed significant differences among the treatments. The survival rate of the fish in this study ranged from 91.6% to 100%, the weight growth ranged from 1.9 to 4.4 grams, the length of the fish ranged from 5.7 to 7.2 cm, the feed conversion ratio ranged from 19.8 to 32.1, and the coefficient of variation ranged from 18.0 to 27.5. Background: Worker plantation prone to to risk safety And health high work , however  implementation protection law Still become challenge . Limitations regulation , lack awareness And knowledge , capacity weak , as well lack of monitoring And enforcement law become factor main obstacle protection law for worker plantation . Study about implementation protection law safety and health work on worker plantation need done for evaluate challenge And existing problem as well as look for right solution for increase protection worker plantation. Aim of this study is to describe implementation protection law safety and health work (KS) on worker plantation sector.  Methods: A systematic review , with use article And book as source reference . Election source References done through machine Google search with criteria inclusion form article from journal national accredited Sinta And journal international Scopus accredited or non-Scopus issued No more from year 2020. Analysis done in a manner systematic with consider methodology research, findings main, and conclusion from every included research  in study.  Results: Implementation protection K3 law in plantations important For well-being worker . Required awareness , training, supervision, and enforcement firm law. Protection child laborer still minimal, necessary effort intensive . Expansion of the OSH program, increase of human resources, and repair system information required . Evaluation And repair sustainable important. The hope, effective implementation can upgrade condition work on the plantationour articles were found in this research article.  Conclusion: Implementation K3 law in the sector plantation important For guard safety worker. Needed awareness, training, supervision , and enforcement firm law . Protection child laborer Still need improved . Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini, yaitu untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan di Kabupaten/Kota dan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh :  1) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi, 3) gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 4) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5)  budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, 7) gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan verifikatif dengan melibatkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 200 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota dan Provinsi di Sumatera Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan program aplikasi LISREL 8.70Hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan 2nd CFA (Second Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis), menunjukan bahwa : 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan  dan Budaya organisasi  baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi dan komitmen organisasi tersebut merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai khususnya dimensi tekad bulat/kemauan kuat pada indikator kemauan bekerja keras untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi.Kesimpulan: untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada  Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota dan Provinsi di Sumatera Selatan diperlukan gaya kepemimpinan selling dan komitmen organisasi yang berorientasi pada tekad bulat/kemauan kuat. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi,   dan Kinerja.
