Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of a recirculation system on seurukan fish (Osteochilus kappeni). The research was conducted at UPR Mina Mandiri, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, from January to April 2022. The research design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatment levels and 4 replications, namely: P1 (6 fish/m3), P2 (12 fish/m3), and P3 (18 fish/m3). The analysis of variance (ANOVA) results showed significant effects in all treatments (P>0.05), with the best results obtained in treatment P1. Duncan's multiple range test revealed significant differences among the treatments. The survival rate of the fish in this study ranged from 91.6% to 100%, the weight growth ranged from 1.9 to 4.4 grams, the length of the fish ranged from 5.7 to 7.2 cm, the feed conversion ratio ranged from 19.8 to 32.1, and the coefficient of variation ranged from 18.0 to 27.5. Limitations regulation , lack awareness And knowledge , capacity weak , as well lack of monitoring And enforcement law become factor main obstacle protection law for worker plantation . Study about implementation protection law safety and health work on worker plantation need done for evaluate challenge And existing problem as well as look for right solution for increase protection worker plantation. Aim of this study is to describe implementation protection law safety and health work (KS) on worker plantation sector.  Methods: A systematic review , with use article And book as source reference . Election source References done through machine Google search with criteria inclusion form article from journal national accredited Sinta And journal international Scopus accredited or non-Scopus issued No more from year 2020. Analysis done in a manner systematic with consider methodology research, findings main, and conclusion from every included research  in study.  Results: Implementation protection K3 law in plantations important For well-being worker . Required awareness , training, supervision, and enforcement firm law. Protection child laborer still minimal, necessary effort intensive . Expansion of the OSH program, increase of human resources, and repair system information required . Evaluation And repair sustainable important. Abstract

Shortfin eel cultivation in Indonesia has shown significant development in aquaculture. However, various challenges still hinder its successful implementation. This study aims to investigate the impact of herbal probiotics on the growth and blood profile of elver eels (Anguilla bicolor). The research was conducted at UPR Mina Mandiri in the Beutong District of Nagan Raya Regency, from August to October 2022This research was conducted at UPR Mina Mandiri, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, from August to October 2022. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatment levels and three replications was employed for this study. The treatments consisted of herbal probiotics added to the eels' feed: 0, 15, 20, 25, and 30 ml/kg. The data obtained from the experiment were subjected to an analysis of variance (ANOVA) to assess the significance of the results. ANOVA test results show that probiotics significantly affect survival rate, absolute weight growth, specific weight rates, feed efficiency, and the elver eel blood profile (hemoglobin, erythrocytes, and leukocytes). (P0.05). Duncan's advanced test revealed significant differences in the growth parameters and blood profiles among the various treatments. Treatment B, which utilized a dosage of 15 ml/kg of feed, displayed the most favorable outcomes. It achieved a survival rate of 93.33%, absolute weight growth of 2.69 grams, a specific growth rate of 1.73%, and a feed efficiency of 48.56%. Additionally, the blood profile measurements for treatment B were as follows: hemoglobin levels ranged from 9.53 to 9.73 g/dl, erythrocyte count ranged from 1.12 to 1.23 x 103 cells/mm3, and leukocyte count ranged from 120 to 133 x 103 cells/mm3.Keywords:blood profilefish healthgrowthshortfin eels probiotics

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini, yaitu untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan di Kabupaten/Kota dan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh :  1) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi, 3) gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 4) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5)  budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, 7) gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan verifikatif dengan melibatkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 200 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota dan Provinsi di Sumatera Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan program aplikasi LISREL 8.70Hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan 2nd CFA (Second Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis), menunjukan bahwa : 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan  dan Budaya organisasi  baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi dan komitmen organisasi tersebut merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai khususnya dimensi tekad bulat/kemauan kuat pada indikator kemauan bekerja keras untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi.Kesimpulan: untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada  Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota dan Provinsi di Sumatera Selatan diperlukan gaya kepemimpinan selling dan komitmen organisasi yang berorientasi pada tekad bulat/kemauan kuat. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi,   dan Kinerja.

Abstract

Besi merupakan unsur paling banyak digunakan dalam dikehidupan ini, banyak ilmuwan mengkaji tentang besi, mulai dari proses terbentuknya besi, sejarah besi, manfaat besi dan lain sebagainya. Dalam al-Qur’an kata besi disebutkan 6 kali dalam surat dan ayat berbeda. Namun, literatur yang membahas tentang besi dari sudut Sains dan Agama Islam masih sangat langka dan masih jauh dari fokus dalam kaitan sains modern, adapun literatur yang membahas masalah ayat-ayat kauniyah tentang besi masih sedikit disinggung. Peneliti ingin membahas tentang besi dalam al-Qur’an menurut Zaģlul Rāghib Muḥammad An-Najjār. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif untuk menjelaskan pandangan Zaģlul Rāghib Muḥammad An-Najjār pada besi dan ditambahkan dengan pendapat para mufassir dan ilmuwan lainnya. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa besi merupakan unsur yang berasal dari pecahan bintang, proses tersebut terjadi 15 juta tahun lalu, ada 2 unsur yang terdapat di dalam besi yaitu gas hidrogen dan gas helium. Kekuatan dan kehebatan besi dilihat dari sisi jumlah, atom dan kekuatan material nya. Dan manfaat besi terbagi menjadi 4 bidang, diantaranya: material dan konstruksi, geologi dan geofisika, kesehatan dan botani.

Abstract

Eel is a species with high economic value, but its slow growth and low survival rate are problems that need to be addressed through the development of effective cultivation technology. This study aimed to investigate the effects of vitamin C dosage on the growth and survival of eels (Anguilla bicolor). This study was conducted at the UPR. Mina Mandiri, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, during the period August to October 2023. The method used was a completely randomized design with four treatment levels and three replications, namely 0, 200, 300, and 400 mg/kg feed. ANOVA results showed that the dose of vitamin C had a significant effect on the growth and survival of eels (P < 0.05). Further tests using Duncan's method showed significant differences between treatments in growth parameters, but there was no significant difference in survival. The 200 mg/kg feed dose showed the highest and optimal results in terms of increasing the growth and survival of eel fish.Keywords: Culture technology; eel; growth; vitamin C

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Majene. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan sifat penelitian adalah deskriptif explanatory research. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Majene. Pelaksanaan penelitian selama 3 bulan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 orang pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Majene. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah keseluruhan jumlah populasi diambil sebagai sampel. Dengan demikian jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi (sensus atau sampel jenuh). Sehingga sampel sebanyak 96 orang pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Majene. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi linier berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Majene.

Abstract

The development of tolerance is the main component of Early Childhood Education in Child-Friendly Schools (ECE-CFS). This study aimed to examine the types and quantity distribution of best practices implemented by ECE-CFS to develop tolerance in early childhood. This research used a qualitative approach involving 102 (one hundred and two) ECE-CFS teachers as respondents. Respondents answered 5 questions via Google Forms. Data were analyzed using the open coding and axial coding approach of the Corbin & Strauss model. The results show 19 (nineteen) types of best practices in developing tolerance in ECE-CFS. The dominant types include habituation activities, providing examples, and organizing special activities. The perspective of progressivism philosophy, the characteristics of an emancipatory curriculum, and the optimization of social capital are discussed to provide recommendations to develop tolerance in ECE-CFS.

Abstract

Paparan dan efek merusak residu pestisida yang berasal dari aktifitas pertanian pada sistem budidaya air tawar telah banyak diteliti. Salah satu jenis pestisida yaitu insektisida memiliki efek kronis berbahaya bagi ikan budidaya air tawar dan jika terakumulasi dapat merusak kesehatan manusia yang mengkonsumsi ikan tersebut. Salah satu upaya mengeliminir efek residu tersebut adalah melalui penggunaan adsorben berupa arang aktif dalam pakan ikan melalui teknik re-pelleting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait pemanfaatan arang aktif pada pakan terhadap profil histologi usus ikan nila setelah dipapar insektisida golongan organofosfat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental terdiri dari empat kali perlakuan dan dua kali ulangan. Sebagai perlakuan antara lain tanpa arang aktif atau 0% (A); arang aktif 1% (B); arang aktif 2% (C); dan arang aktif 3% (D). Ikan nila dipilih sebagai ikan uji dengan ukuran panjang 7 ± 0,4 cm serta padat tebar 30 ekor per wadah. Pakan diberikan secara ad-libitum, frekuensi pemberian pakan dua kali sehari. Pengamatan perubahan jaringan usus dilakukan melalui pemeriksaan histologi usus ikan. Pemeriksaan histologi dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali yakni sebelum paparan insektisida, setelah paparan insektisida, dan setelah pemberian arang aktif pada pakan. Preparat usus diwarnai menggunakan Hematoxylin – Eosin (HE) untuk melihat perubahan jaringan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan jaringan pada sampel usus akibat paparan insektisida organofosfat ditandai dengan terjadinya edema, adhesi vili, degenerasi hidropik dan vakuolisasi pada jaringan usus. Sebaliknya penggunaan arang aktif sebanyak 2% mampu menyerap diazinon yang terkontaminasi pada vili usus, ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya sel goblet yang muncul sebagai pelindung dari paparan insektisida organofosfat. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan arang aktif pada tingkat yang tepat secara efektif dapat menyerap residu insektisida dalam usus ikan nila khususnya diazinon. Pesticide residues from agriculture have been well documented to have entered freshwater fish farming systems. One of pesticides, insecticide, is harmful not only to farmed fish but also to human who consume the insecticide-exposed fish. Alternatives to eliminate the residual effect of insecticides are through the addition activated charcoal serving as adsorbent in fish feed through re-pelleting techniques. The purpose of this study was to obtain information related to the use of activated charcoal in feed on the intestinal histological profile of tilapia after exposure to organophosphate insecticides. This study used an experimental method consisting of four treatments and two replicates. The treatments consisted of feed without activated charcoal 0% (A); and with activated charcoal 1% (B); activated charcoal 2% (C); and activated charcoal 3% (D) additions. Tilapia with an average length of 7 ± 0.4 cm and a stocking density of 30 fish per container were used in the experiment. The experimental feeds were given ad-libitum twice a day. Observation of changes in intestinal tissue was carried out through histological examination. Histological examination was carried out three times, namely before exposure to insecticide, after exposure to insecticide, and after applying activated charcoal to feed. Intestinal tissue samples were stained using Hematoxylin – Eosin (HE) to observe potential tissue changes. The result showed that tissue changes in intestinal samples due to exposure of organophosphate insecticide were evident marked by the occurrences of edema, villi adhesion, hydropic degeneration and vacuolization within the intestine tissue. In contrast, the use of activated charcoal as much as 2% was able to absorb contaminated diazinon in intestinal villi, shown by the large number of goblet cells that appeared as protection from exposure to organophosphate insecticide. This study concludes that the use of active charcoal at the right level could effectively adsorb the insecticide residue particularly diazinon.

Abstract

This research developed a measuring instrument in the form of a three-tier diagnostic test to measure students' misconceptions in fraction material in grade V. This research aims to determine (1) the validity, reliability, and item characteristics of the three-tier diagnostic test and (2) the level of misconceptions of grade V elementary school students in Pontianak. This research used quantitative approach and test development model by Mardapi, that has nine steps. The subjects were fifth-grade students in Pontianak City, and the developed test instruments focused on addition-subtraction of fractions, each with two sets of questions A and B. The instrument were analyzed for content and construct validity, reliability, and item characteristics based on IRT using Partial Credit Model (PCM). The results show that the developed test instrument demonstrated strong content and construct validity. Reliability analysis shows high reliability, with Cronbach's Alpha values >0,7. Item fit analysis reveal that 91% and 73% were fit, therefore the unfit items were fixed or eliminated. The analysis of misconceptions shows that 39.52% of students do not understand the concept of fractions’ addition and subtraction, and 29.09% experienced misconceptions. Additionally, 12.61% have false positives, and 8.97% have false negatives. Only 6.30% understood the concept correctly, and 3.52% guessed correctly or understood but had doubts. Generally, the final test instrument demonstrated good validity, reliability and item qualities.
