Abstract

This research aims to find out the description of the needs for learning devices owned by elementary schools in Manokwari. This type of research is development research or what is known as Research and Development (R&D). The location of the research was at Elementary School 04 Sanggeng in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province. The research subjects were fourth grade students at State Elementary School 04 Sanggeng Kab. Manokwari, West Papua Province. The results of data analysis regarding the need for thematic learning tools based on the Tumbu Tanah tradition show that the importance of integrating local culture, such as Tumbu Tanah in learning for student character development in elementary schools, 60% consider the importance of curriculum, guides, learning media and examples of teaching materials based on local culture. Teachers also really need special training and evaluation tools to assess student character. Support from the school is also considered very crucial for the successful integration of local culture in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an E-Module for Entrepreneurship Career Guidance, based on local UMKMs, tailored for students at SMAN 6 Sidrap. Utilizing Rowntree's development model, the research integrates essential components from student needs analysis, collaboration with career counselors, and case studies of successful local entrepreneurs. The novel aspect of this E-Module lies in its focus on local UMKMs in Sidrap, providing students with relatable and inspiring examples of entrepreneurship. Findings indicate that the E-Module significantly enhances students' self-efficacy and interest in pursuing entrepreneurial careers. It also aligns with the Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT), supporting students in understanding entrepreneurial opportunities and fostering realistic career expectations. By including practical simulations and real-life success stories, the E-Module creates a dynamic and engaging learning environment, demonstrating its effectiveness as a career guidance tool.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengetahui gambaran resiliensi anak tunagrahita; 2) Mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan konseling logoterapi terhadap anak tunagrahita, 3) Mengetahui pengaruh konseling logoterapi terhadap Peningkatan resiliensi anak tunagrahita. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi-experimental design dengan pretest-posttest, non-equivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 16 anak tunagrahita ringan yang teridentifikasi memiliki tingkat resiliensi rendah. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling sehingga diperoleh 10 anak tunagrahita ringan yang terbagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (N=5) dan kelompok kontrol (N=5). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan pembagian skala resiliensi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan independent sample t-test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi anak tunagrahita SLB-C YPPLB Makassar sebelum diberikan perlakuan/intervensi konseling logoterapi berada pada kategori rendah dengan nilai mean 33,6 dan setelah diberikan perlakuan/intervensi berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai mean 60,2. Hasil uji independent sample t-test yaitu p = 0,000 dan 0,002 < a 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konseling logoterapi dalam meningkatkan resiliensi anak tunagrahita SLB-C YPPLB Makassar

Abstract

Bullying is a common issue among adolescents. This study analyzes bullying behavior in Makassar City using a descriptive quantitative method. The population includes all junior high school students, with a sample of 317 respondents who completed a questionnaire via Google Forms. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis. Results showed that most respondents were female (204 of 64.4%), with the majority aged 14. bullying remains prevalent, emphasizing the crucial role of school counselors and the school community in prevention and intervention efforts.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and assess an inclusive learning module designed to enhance the language development of children with special educational needs (CSEN) in an early childhood education setting. The module, grounded in Kurikulum Merdeka principles, was specifically tailored to address the language acquisition challenges faced by children with special needs. A Research and Development (R&D) approach, following the 4D model, was employed for module development, involving expert validation, teacher and parent feedback, and pilot testing. The results indicated significant improvements in vocabulary and sentence construction among all children involved in the study. Teachers and parents reported high satisfaction with the module’s usability and its effectiveness in supporting language development, confirming the importance of personalized educational resources. The study demonstrates the value of a structured, child-centered approach in fostering language skills in CSEN, particularly in inclusive early childhood education settings. The findings suggest that this module could serve as a model for other schools, but future research with a larger sample size and longer implementation period is needed to explore the long-term impact and applicability of such educational tools.

Abstract

This study attempts to produce a digital product, especially teaching materials, and calculate its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study uses research and development. SMPN 3 Sungguminasa was the location of the study, which involved 28 students as research subjects. The study involved 1 craft subject teacher and 2 validators, who were content/material experts and media experts. We used various questionnaires for needs identification, validation by media experts, material experts, teachers and student responses, and learning outcome tests to collect data. The results of this study indicate that the identification of student needs meets the required qualifications. The digital book developed was declared very valid by media and material experts. The teacher and student response questionnaires declared the level of practicality to be very high. The pretest (40.71) and posttest (85.71) measured digital books, yielding a statistically significant value of 0.00. It can be concluded that the development of digital teaching materials for craft subjects is very much needed, valid, practical, and effective to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan example non example dalam bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X.Mipa.1 SMA Negeri 4 Barru. Penelitian ini terdiri atas 2 siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri atas 2 kali pertemuan. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi untuk aktivitas, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara analisis kualitatif dan deskriptif komperatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan penggunaan teknik example dan non example dalam bimbingan kelompok. Peningkatan tersebut ditunjukkan oleh hasil penelitian dari siklus I ke siklus II, yaitu pada siklus I dan siklus II yakni  dengan jumlah siswa 15 berada pada kategori rendah dan terjadi perubahan pada siklus I dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 7 siswa dan karegori sedang sebanyak 8 siswa dan dilakukan siklus ke II karena masih perlu peningkatan dalam bentuk layanan yang belum maksimal sehingga pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan dan 6 siswa berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dan 9 siswa berada pada kategori tinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a reality counseling guide to increase students' learning responsibility at SMK Negeri 5 Bulukumba. . The research method used Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg and Gall model modified into seven stages: initial research, planning, product development, internal testing, revision, field trial, and final product. The research subjects were counseling teachers and grade XI students, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The results showed material validity with scores of 83.3% and 95%, as well as media validity with scores of 80% and 93%. Practicality was rated very good, with a score of 84.3% by the counseling teacher and 87% from the small group trial. Based on these results, the reality counseling guide is declared feasible for use in the guidance and counseling process at SMK Negeri 5 Bulukumba.

Abstract

Bullying in schools has become a significant problem, negatively impacting students' well-being and psychological development. This phenomenon requires effective intervention strategies to reduce these behaviors among students. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the intervention using the role-playing technique approach in reducing bullying cases in students in Vocational High Schools (SMK). This study uses an experimental quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design research design, precisely the Pretest-Post-test model, Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample in this study consisted of 8 grade XI students who were identified as experiencing and bullying, which were then divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, each consisting of 4 students. The experimental group was given a role-playing technique intervention, while the control group did not receive a similar intervention. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive tests and inferential statistics. The results showed that before the intervention, students' bullying behavior was at a high level. However, after the intervention through a five-stage role playing technique, student participation in bullying behavior decreased to a very high and high level. There was a significant difference between the experimental group that received this intervention and the control group that did not. The conclusion of this study shows that intervention through the role-playing technique approach is effective in reducing bullying behavior in grade XI students in vocational schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of dumbbell training on the ability to serve over the top of the volleyball game. The population in this study consisted of 30 students from SMA Negeri 6 Kendari. Sampling was done through a total sampling technique, which resulted in a sample of 30 people. The research instrument was the upper service ability test, the training method used was dumbbells. By applying statistical analysis, the t-test was carried out using SPSS version 25 software, it was revealed that there was a positive influence between arm muscle strength and upper service ability, with a value (t count) of 2.218 and a value that had a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. It was proven that there was a percentage increase of 20.05% in the pre-test and post-test after doing arm muscle strength training. These results mean the effectiveness of dumbbell training on the ability to serve over the top of the volleyball game.
