Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya anak dhuafa dan yatim yang kurang memerhatikan tentang pentingnya pendidikan anak meraih prestasi khususnya di bidang Al-Qur’an. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi anak muslim di Pondok Penyantunan Yatamasakin Bogor dalam belajar agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara informan kunci, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sebaliknya, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif interpretatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, memberikan gambaran umum keadaan pondok. Kedua, peran guru memotivasi santri. ketiga, faktor-faktor pendukung yaitu motivasi internal yang berpengaruh terhadap santri, manajemen waktu yang tepat, menerapkan nilai Adab terhadap Al-Qur’an, mengulang-ulang membaca Al-Qur’an, lingkungan yang sejuk dan nyaman. Keempat, faktor penghambat antara lain: Kemampuan yang berbeda-beda, pengaruh teman, rasa jenuh, Kelima, solusinya antara lain: menambah belajar, memberikan motivasi dan membangun kesadaran diri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the gaps and policy directions for strengthening Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Majene Regency from the perspective of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Theory (Stam, 2015). This theoretical approach emphasizes that entrepreneurial success is not only determined by individual entrepreneurs, but also by the systemic interaction between capital, market access, knowledge, talent, social networks, local culture, and institutional and infrastructure support. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through literature studies, regional policy documentation, reports from supporting institutions, and triangulation of media data and the latest scientific journals. The results of the study indicate that the MSME entrepreneurial ecosystem in Majene is in the early stages of formation, with various government and institutional interventions such as digital training, Business Development Services programs, and facilitation of export market access through Rumah BUMN. However, significant gaps are still found in aspects of digital access, limited capital and talent, and weak networks between entrepreneurs. Institutional support and physical infrastructure have begun to be built, but have not been integrated into holistic and sustainable MSME development policies. Therefore, a regional policy formulation that is data-based, participatory, and integrated between sectors is needed to strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem in an inclusive manner.

Abstract

Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), or pure coconut oil, is obtained through a modified coconut oil production mechanism. This process aims to produce a product with very low water content, controlled free fatty acid levels, clear color, fragrant aroma, and the ability to last for more than a year. The purpose of this study was to determine how the concentration of baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) affects Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). The method used was a randomized block design (RBD) with 6 treatments and 4 replicates. The VCO produced through fermentation with yeast concentrations of 0.5%, 0.8%, 1.1%, 1.4%, 1.7%, and 2% was analyzed for free fatty acid (FFA) content, moisture content, yield, and subjected to hedonic organoleptic testing (taste, aroma, color). The results showed that yeast concentration significantly affected ALB, yield, and organoleptic tests, but did not affect moisture content. Treatment with a yeast concentration of 0.5% produced VCO with the lowest ALB content (0.297%) and the highest hedonic scores for taste, aroma, and color. The highest VCO yield (20.72%) was obtained at a yeast concentration of 1.7%. Thus, a yeast concentration of 0.5% produced VCO with the best chemical and organoleptic quality, while a concentration of 1.7% provided the highest yield.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of facilities, product diversity, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Islamic supermarkets (PT. Cepat Versi Arli) Singkawang City. This study consists of independent variables of facilities, product diversity, price and service quality, dependent variables of service decisions. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were customers who had shopped at PT. Cepat Versi Arli Singkawang City. The data collection technique uses the distribution of questionnaires with questions or statements that have been provided and distribution via g-form. The sample taken amounted to 100 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially the facility variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity had a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the variables of facilities, product diversity, price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
