Quality Of Service In Electronic Signature Card (Ktp-El) Service In The Popula-tion And Civil Registration Of Indragiri District. This research is motivated by Analysis of ser-vice quality in the population and civil registration services of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The pur-pose of this study was to analyze the quality of services in electronic population and civil registra-tion services in the Indragiri Hilir district. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method approach. Primary data were obtained directly through interviews from key informants, namely the Head of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency acting as the Head of Section in the Making of KTP-el. which runs within the scope of the organization and is included in their SOP, Implementing Officer for KTP-el Population and Civil Registration Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Indragiri Hiilir Regency (Petitioner) is a party who directly feels the service process in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Second-ary data were obtained from research documents. The results showed that the analysis of human resources was known to be sufficient. The service process provided by officers is known that: The Population and Civil Registry Administration Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency has not yet ful-filled adequate service facilities such as limited service rooms. Administrative administration is still slow. This is due to the limited number of employees. Discipline of employees in carrying out their duties is still not good. There are still employees who come not on time. Still, officers were found to be less consistent in determining rest hours. Regarding the assurance dimension, it can be concluded that the guaranteed time of service and guarantee of service costs is good enough but has not provided satisfaction to the community as service users. There were cases of officers who still collected fees from the applicant. Officers who still provide services also behave unfairly and are still discriminating. Analysis of the satisfaction of the applicant / customer for the services provided by the officers is that the community is still not satisfied with the facilities at the Popula-tion and Civil Registration Administration Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency, and they also reveal the length of KTP-el that leaves them overwhelming in managing other needs

Evaluation of Results of Refreshing Training for Family Planning Field Planning.The purpose of this study was to find out the refreshing training of family planning extensionofficers of the BKKBN Representative Office of Riau Province in 2017. This study used aquantitative descriptive approach. The study population was all trainees totaling 100 people.Primary data is obtained directly by using questionnaires, interviews, observation anddocumentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods based on Likert scale.The results showed that every indicator in the refreshing training program at the Family PlanningField Extension Workers (PLKB) Representative Office of the BKKBN of Riau Province in 2017was good and quite good. Resource persons' activities in refreshing training were good enough,with the average response rate of respondents 3.39. Motivation of participants to take refreshingtraining is good.

Incentives, Training and Performance Education. The purpose of this study is to know how the influence of partial and simultaneous variables from the provision of incentives and training education on the performance of high school teachers in Kampar District Tambang District. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The population of research is SMA / SMK Kecamatan Tambang as many as 140 people. Samples counted 63 people by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the incentives to teachers on the performance of high school teachers in Kampar District Mining Subdistrict and there was also a significant influence between the variables of training education on the performance of high school teachers in Kampar District Tambang District. Simultaneously incentives and training education have an effect on to the performance of high school teachers in Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar with a very significant level of influence. Where from determination test of R2 known that incentive variable and training education have influence equal to 68,6% and rest of 31,4% influenced by variable not examined in this research.

Licensing Services for Trading Business Licenses at the One-stop IntegratedInvestment and Services Office. This study aims to determine the licensing services one-stopservice permit for the city of Pekanbaru. The research method is qualitative. Research informantswere the Head and Secretary of the Pekanbaru DPMPTSP Office, Head of District, communityservice employees and entrepreneurs. Data collection techniques are interviews and observation.Data analysis through data reduction procedures, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Theresults showed that the licensing service for issuing permits and extending SIUP permits inPekanbaru City DPMPTSP can be seen from the attitude of employees who are very responsive inserving the people who come to them, the officers try to know the desires and wishes of serviceusers.

Service Quality and Community Satisfaction on Electronic Identity Cards (KTPel).This study aims to find out and analyze to service quality in the electronic service (KTP-el) ofthe Department of Population and Civil Registration Kampar District. This study uses aquantitative approach. The sample in this study is Front Office employees using Census Techniquethat is safe 20 employees, while for the Community using Incidental Sampling Technique that is asmany as 30 people. Data analysis using Simple Linear Regression with the help of SPSSapplication. The results showed that service quality was significantly positive for communitysatisfaction with the value of t count (5.720)> t table (2.011). The percentage of supply coefficientis determined as 40.5%. While the remaining 59.5% by other variables not examined such asfacilities and infrastructure, discipline, ability and skills of employees.

The Role of DPRD in Planning for Community Participation (Study of Community Participation in Development Planning Deliberations in Bengkalis District in 2018). This research is motivated by the realization of institutional participation represented by the Regional People's Representatives Council in the administration of the government. This is as mandated in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government which states that DPRDs and Regional Heads are domiciled as administering elements of regional governments that are given the people's mandate to carry out government affairs that are delegated to the regions. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the DPRD in community participation planning in the Development Planning Connference in Bengkalis District in 2018. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and observation. The analysis used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis consisting of data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation) and verification (describe conclusions).

Policy Implementation of Regulation of Pelalawan Regent Number 12 Year 2012 About Fostering and Enforcing Employee Discipline. This study aims to determine the implementation of the policy Pelupawan Puppet No. 12 of 2012. This type of research is qualitative. The research informants were taken by purposive sampling consisting of Secretary of Service, Head of Sub Division of General and Personnel, Treasurer, 10 employees of Local Revenue Office of Pelalawan Regency and society. Data collection techniques are interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques use interactive models ranging from data reduction, data testing and conclusion. The result of the research shows that the standard factor and the target of the policy made have not been well executed by the employee as the implementing agent of the policy. This can be seen from the many violations of discipline that occurred.

Performance of Integrated Licensing Services. The study aims to find out how the performance of integrated licensing services in Pelalawan Kabupten as well as to know what constraints faced. Methods in this study using qualitative, ie data obtained in the form of interviews and questionnaires processed through qualitative data analysis. In general, this study can be concluded that the Analysis of Service Performance in Integrated Licensing Service Office and Capital Investment of Pelalawan District The success of permit service at Pelalawan District's Integrated Licensing Service and Licensing Service (BPMP2T) has been "good enough" either because it has reached the medium level.

Analysis of Implementation of Accrual Based Government Accounting Standards. This study aims to analyze the readiness in the application of accounting standards based on government accruals in the District Government of Meranti Islands. The research type is quantitative, with population of unit apparatus in government of Meranti Islands Regency. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and interviews. Samples were taken as many as 80 people with purposive sampling method. Informant Research 5 people. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive. Based on data analysis using Human Resource Indicators, Commitment, Information System and Standard Operating Procedure, it can be concluded that the Regional Government of Meranti Islands Regency is ready to implement the implementation of Government Regulation No. 71 of 2010 on accounting standard of government based on full accrual, but still lack of human resources Which background accounting, especially in the financial section which is also one of the indicators in the readiness of the implementation of PP No. 71 of 2010. Lack of bimtek and training on PP No. 71 Year 2010 is one of the existing human resource constraints are not too understand about the accrual-based accounting is .
