Implementation of Public Policy of Riau Province Regional Regulation Number 6of 2012. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of Riau ProvincialRegulation No. 6 of 2012 concerning Corporate Social Responsibility in Riau Province. Thisresearch is descriptive and explorative qualitative research. The research informants were theDumai City Government bureaucracy, the Industry and Trade Office, the company and thecommunity in Dumai, Buluh Kasab and Datuk Laksamana. Data collection techniques areinterviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive models through theprocess of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing or data verification. From theresults of the study it was found that the implementation of the Riau provincial government policyon the Corporate Social Responsibility and the Environment was not effective.

Competence, Work Discipline, Service Quality, People Satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Competence and Work Discipline on People Satisfaction with Service Quality as an intervening variable At the Tenayan Raya Local Government. This research uses Path Analysis Method using primary data. The data used in this study were obtained from 113 unique respondents that had joined “Gerakan Indonesia Sadar Admindukcapil (GISA)” phase one and two. This study concluded that Work Discipline were statistically significance affect Service Quality. However, there is no significant relation between Competence and Service Quality. Competence, Work Discipline and Service Quality were statistically significance affect People Satisfaction.

Leadership Style, Compensation and Athlete Achievement. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation on Athlete Achievements in the KONI Riau Province. The method used is descriptive and quantitative methods; The sample is 146 KONI achievers. Technique of collecting questionnaire data, observation and interviews. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. The results of the research that has been done, the conclusions are partially known that the leadership style variables have a significant effect on the achievement of the Riau Province KONI athletes. It is known that the existence of a good leadership style for athletes can increase the athlete's achievement because leadership style can shape the athlete's personality better. Partially it is known that compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on the achievement of the Riau Province KONI athletes. This is known if the athlete is compensated according to the achievement and the target will certainly improve the athlete's performance and vice versa. Simultaneously it is known together that the leadership and compensation style variables have a positive and significant effect on the achievement of the Riau Province KONI athletes, this is indicated by the percentage of 58.3% while the remaining 41.7% is an indication of other factors that can improve athletes' achievement but not examined in this study. With leadership style and compensation, it will increase the athlete's ability and will have an impact on improving the athlete's performance.

Effectiveness of Fund Management, Employee Salary Payment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the management of funds, especially salaries made by the Department of Education and Culture of Meranti Regency. Research conducted in the District of Meranti Islands with research subjects are treasurer Department of Education and Culture and Treasurer UPTD Kepualauan District Meranti. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Instruments used to collect data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research can be seen that the treasurer salary and treasurer UPTD in the payroll employee salaries provide a good impact and a real change for employees Education and culture district meranti archipelago.

Regional Asset Management in the context of maintaining Fair Without Exception (WTP) in Kampar Regency. The management of regional fixed assets belonging to the Kampar Regency's Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Office in coordinating the management of regional fixed assets in terms of performance accountability is not optimal, there are still many asynchronous asset values, inventory and reporting and control systems that have not been good.This study aims to Analyze the management of Regional Assets in order to maintain Fair Without Exceptions (WTP) in Kampar District and Analyze the factors that influence the management of Regional Assets in order to maintain Fair Without Exceptions (WTP) in Kampar District. This study uses the Theory of Regional Goods Management according to Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 17 of 2007 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Management of Re-gional Property. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data col-lection method is done by interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study in-dicate that the Management of Fixed Assets / Regional Property carried out by the field of assets in the financial management body and regional assets in order to maintain PAPs in Kampar Regency, as assistant managers have done the maximum and in accordance with the system and procedures for the management of regional property cycles as regulated in PERMENDAGRI No. 19 of 2016 concerning guidelines for the management of regional property but not all have been implemented to the maximum such as late submission of reports at the level of goods users (SKPD), the utiliza-tion of BPKAD's regional belongings Kampar Regency is limited to the use of borrow and use, se-curity carried out by BPKAD Kampar Regency does not do legal safeguards. Factors that influ-ence in maintaining WTP are HR factors because the need for knowledge and understanding of HR in managing fixed assets, leader commitment and asset valuation factors are also constraints, especially valuation of assets for which procurement is unknown.

the Implementation of the Cooperative Development Program at the Office of Cooperatives for Small and Medium Enterprises (Umkm). This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Cooperative Development Program by the Pekanbaru City Cooperative Office and to find out the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Cooperative Development Program Faced by the Pekanbaru City Cooperative Office. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Informants from Employees of Pekanbaru City Cooperative UMKM Office and Communities who have Cooperatives that are Spread in 12 Districts of Pekanbaru City. Data collection techniques by interview, observation, and documentation. All data obtained will be analyzed by the Qualitative Analysis Method. Based on research it is known that the implementation of cooperative development programs by the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Pekanbaru City has been carried out properly. But it is not optimal because there are two factors which become obstacles in the implementation of cooperative development programs faced by the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Pekanbaru City, namely from Internal Factors, namely: limited facilities and inadequate infrastructure, limited resources human resources (HR) coaches inadequate cooperatives, do not have standards / SOPs in the task of implementing cooperative development and from External Factors namely: lack of cooperative capital, poor cooperative management and cooperative businesses are not run professionally.

Management of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes: This study aims toknow management of rurar and urban land and building taxes of of Siak Regency in 2011-2015.Type of Research which is a qualitative approach. Qualitative data which is the result of interviewsand a list of research objects. The data obtained is then analyzed through organizing data,translated into units, compiled into patterns, choosing which data is important and which will bestudied, elaborating in the form of words and sentences and as long as making conclusions.Research informants were section, intensification, extensification and billing sections. The resultsof the study indicate that the PBB P2 which cannot be said maximal because there are stillintersecting, among others update database, inadequate Human Resources and facilities that havenot accommodated PBB P2.

Effectiveness of the Implementation of E-Procurement in Supporting Good Governance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of eprocurement in supporting good governance in Riau Province. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive data analysis. In data collection researchers used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. By using key informants as sources of information and data analysis with triangulation techniques as sources in testing the validity of data. The results of this study by using an e-procurement program in the procurement of goods and services within the Riau provincial government have been carried out very effectively compared to the conventional system for the perpetrators of auction services.

Implementation of Local Regulation About Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes). The purpose of this study is to find out how the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 18 Year 2007 About BUMDEs in Kampung Rempak Kecamatan Sabak Auh Siak Regency and any factors that hinder it. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. The informants in this study are the companion from the sub-district, village head, village secretary, BPD, BUMDes board and some people. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The result of the research shows the implementation of Perda on BUMDes in Kampung Rempak Kecamatan Sabak Auh Siak Regency has not run optimally. BUMDes which is expected to be the motor of the economy in the village has not been able to maximize the potential of the village to develop its business units. Factors that impede the implementation of local regulations on BUMDes are the most prominent is the low competence of the less professional implementers in the management of BUMDes and the participation of the community is still low to contribute to advancing BUMDes.

Organizational Climate, Performance and Organizational Effectiveness. The study intends to find out the extent of the influence of the climate of ogranization and the organization's performance on the effectiveness of deconcentration fund management of government affairs in Riau Province. The method of this research is quantitative method with total population of 53 people. Data collection was done by direct research, interview and questionnaire. Then tested the validity and reliability, classical assumption test of data and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16. The results showed that climate organization and organizational performance influence simultaneously on the effectiveness of deconcentration fund management government affairs with a contribution of 71.6%. While the rest of 28.4% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
