Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi relationship marketing dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Indihome pada PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Riau Daratan Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan model penelitian explanatory research. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan instrumen penelitian melalui uji validitas, uji reliabel, dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa relationship marketing (X1) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y), citra merek (X2) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y), dan relationship marketing (X1) dan citra merek (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna mengetahui pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada café De’piek ujungbatu rokan hulu. Zaman globalisasi sekarang ini, perkembangan dunia bisnis sangat banyak mengalami perubahan yang begitu pesat.Perubahan yang terjadi ditandai oleh beberapa aspek diantaranya yaitu adanya perubahan lifestyle, pola berpikir masyarakat serta kemajuan dan berkembangnya teknologi yang begitu pesat. Jadi, dengan adanya perkembangan dan kemajuan gaya hidup masyarakat sangat dituntut untuk mengimbanginya.Kehadiran Persaingan yang sengit ini mewajibkan para pengusaha untuk meningkatkan performa perusahaan mereka guna tetap bersaing di pasar. Persaingan yang begitu pesat akan membuat pengusaha memiliki banyak keutamaan yang kompetitif supaya dapat mempertahankan bisnisnya dari beberapa pesaing lain Dalam membuat suatu bisnis, mencapai profit atau memperoleh keuntungan ialah sasaran utama dari beberapa perusahaan. Agar tujuan perusahaan terwujud, mereka perlu menambah kualitas pelayanan serta memberi rasa nyaman dan menarik konsumen menjadi faktor dalam mempertahankan kesuksesan bisnis. Variabel independennya adalah Kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan store atmosphere (X2), sementara variabel dependen yakni kepuasan konsumen (Y). Metode yang dipakai ialah metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang dipakai sejumlah 100 responden memakai teknik non probabilitiy sampling berupa accidental sampling pada konsumen café De’piek ujungbatu rokan hulu. Sumber yang dipakai dala penelitian yakni data primer yang didapatkan dengan proses pembagian kuesioner pada Café De’piek ujungbatu, yang kemudian dikumpulkan secara statistik menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian memperlihatkan secara parsial variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap store atmospher (Y), secara parsial  variabel store atmospher (X2) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y). dan secara simultan kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan store atmospher (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influence consumers' willingness to buy on an online platform with research locations on students from the University of Riau, UIR, UIN and UMRI Pekanbaru City and using an explanatory research methodology. This study uses PLS-SEM with Smart-PLS software in analyzing and processing data. Collecting data using a questionnaire using google form with a research sample of 100 consumer students. The results of the study explain that the relationship between perceived reputations (PREP) has no positive and significant effect on the WTB variable with a p-value of 0.093. The t-statistic value is 1.681, the perception of risk (PR) has no positive and significant effect on the WTB variable with a p-value of 0.143. The t-statistic value is 1.469, ease of use (EOU) has no positive and significant effect on the WTB variable with a p-value of 0.198. The t-statistic value is 1.289, the perceived size (PS) has no positive and significant effect on the WTB variable with a p-value of 0.430. The t statistic value is 0.789, the perception of the guarantee system (PSA) has a positive and significant effect on the WTB variable with a p-value of 0.000. The t-statistic value is 7.154, and the Perception of Privacy Information Protection (PPIP) has no positive and significant effect on the WTB variable with a p-value of 0.105. The value of t statistic is 1.623 the perception of the guarantee system (PSA) has a positive and significant effect on the WTB variable with a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

Tata cara lokasi pengganti diatur dalam peraturan pelaksana , yaitu setiap badan yang akan mengurus surat Izin Mendirikan Bangunan wajib membuat sumur resapan. apabila secara teknis diketahui lokasi pembuatan sumur resapan tidak dapat memenuhi persyaratan dikarnakan lokasi tersebut mempunya kedalam kurang dai 1 meter ,Masih lemahnya penerapan Peraturan Daerah tentang kewajiban membuat sumur resapan.Permasalahan banjir yang sering terjadi belum menjadi prioritas utama untuk di selesaikan oleh pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru.Diperlukannya keseriusan dari Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru untuk mengatasi permasalahan banjir, agar pada kemudian hari tidak terjadinya lagi masalah banjir disetiap masuknya musim penghujan.Kurangnya sumur resapan di pekanbaru menjadi penyebab banjir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif,lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Tuahmadani melalui teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, studi literatur dan kelompok fokus, dengan menggunakan teknik analisa data. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Efektivitas Penerapan Peraturan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru Nomor 10 Tahun 2006 tentang Sumuber Daya Air dan Sumur Resapan di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru belum efektif. Belum efektifnya pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru tersebut dapat dilihat dari bangunan-bangunan baik rumah toko (ruko) maupun rumah tempat tinggal yang terdapat di Kecamatan Tampan masih banyak yang tidak memiliki sumur resapan.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the urgency of accessibility for persons with disabilities in buildings used for public services. Accessibility is a right that must be fulfilled by the government for people with disabilities. By providing adequate accessibility, people with disabilities will feel help, convenience and comfort in accessing public services. The purpose of this study was to investigate accessibility for blind and physically disabled persons in Pekanbaru City and identify existing barriers. The research method used is qualitative with an explanatory approach, and data is collected through observation, interviews, and document collection. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. The results of the study show that accessibility for blind and physically disabled persons has not yet reached an optimal level. The obstacle lies in the limitations in the development of accessibility which has not covered everything. These factors are caused by an inadequate budget, socialization that is not yet optimal, and the need for improvement in the guidance provided.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Zanafa Panam Pekanbaru Bookstore. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product availability and shopping experience on repeat purchases of consumers at Zanafa Panam Pekanbaru Bookstore. Product Availability (X1) and Shopping Experience (X2) as independent variables while Repeat Purchase (Y) as dependent variable. The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative statistics. The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative statistics. The population in this study were consumers at the Zanafa Panam Pekanbaru Bookstore. The sample in this study was 96 respondents using the accidental sampling technique. The data used in this study were obtained through the process of distributing questionnaires that were tested statistically through the SPSS program. The results of this study obtained were that product availability had an effect on consumer repeat purchases, shopping experience had an effect on consumer repeat purchases, and product availability and shopping experience had an effect on consumer repeat purchases at the Zanafa Panam Pekanbaru Bookstore. Abstract

This research is motivated by the high population growth in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. This growth has led to various issues, one of which is the daily increase in waste generation. Considering Pekanbaru's limited waste management capacity, a sustainable and environmentally conscious approach is necessary. This study aims to analyze and explore the application of good environmental governance in waste management in Pekanbaru City and to identify the challenges faced. The theoretical framework used is Belbase's good environmental governance theory, which includes seven indicators: rule of law, participation and representation, access to information, transparency and accountability, decentralization, institutions and organizations, and access to justice. The research employs a qualitative approach based on postpositivist philosophy, using data triangulation for data collection. Data analysis in this research involves three stages: data condensation, which is done by selecting key informants; data presentation, which summarizes responses from each informant; and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that waste management in Pekanbaru City does not yet meet the principles of Good Environmental Governance. The challenges include policy changes, lack of environmental awareness, and the absence of a structured waste management system.

Abstract

As an inclusive movement for independent farmers, who constitute the most dominant actors, accounting for 70% of palm oil plantation management in Riau Province in 2023, and supported by Riau Province's status, holding 23% of the largest palm oil plantation area in Indonesia in 2023. The service method employed is CARE's Pathways Approach, which encourages the capacity building of independent farmers through training and mentoring in more efficient and sustainable plantation administration techniques. By facilitating independent farmers' access to new technologies and innovations, CARE’s Pathways Approach can aid independent palm oil farmers in accelerating their participation in smallholder oil palm replanting, ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil), RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil), and maximizing efficiency in resource management, particularly in improving plantation administration skills. This includes the use of technology such as electronics, smartphones, email, and other features that can streamline the data collection process, especially for independent palm oil farmer groups, and simplify the process of applying for STDB (Smallholder Palm Oil Plantation Business Registration) and SPPL (Environmental Management and Monitoring Statement) as initial steps toward obtaining sustainable palm oil plantation certification in Indonesia. The findings indicate that Beringin Jaya Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) as the representative of palm oil farmers in Beringin Indah Village has fully participated in the education and socialization processes. This is evidenced by evaluation results showing the capacity and efficiency of this empowerment, which has had a positive impact on the cooperative.

Abstract

The increasing development of digital technology among the community currently means that the Pekanbaru City government, in particular, is utilizing digital technology in the community complaints process called PEKA (PEKAN ADUAN). This research focuses on the Digital Governance perspective in the community complaints process in Pekanbaru City using qualitative methods and data collection techniques in the form of interviews. The PEKA application has become the main platform for the Pekanbaru government to receive various kinds of complaints coming from the public, but in the implementation process it still has various obstacles ranging from network disruption to functions that are not yet optimal and the number of passive users. Digital Governance, which is the benchmark for the implementation of the PEKA application, has prioritized digital concepts in its implementation but still has several obstacles that must be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of digital marketing and marketing strategies in improving the business performance strategy of the palm oil sector in Merangkai Village, Dayun District, Siak Regency. The study used a quantitative approach where primary data was collected through a survey of 35 respondents, and the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical technique was used to process the data. The study's results confirmed that digital marketing had no significant influence on the business performance of the palm oil sector. The marketing strategy variable impacts the business performance of the palm oil sector. Still, some other factors or variables influence the business performance variable of the palm oil sector in Merangkai Village, Dayun District, Siak Regency.
