Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikam, mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Boombara Waterpark Pekanbaru. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Boombara Waterpark Pekanbaru. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan metode accidental sampling. Untuk sampel pada penelitan ini berjumlah 99 responden. Berdasarkan tanggapan responden, seluruh variabel berada pada kategori setuju, yang berarti kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan fasilitas dinilai cukup baik Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi 60%, Harga Berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi 68,8%, fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi 60%. Secara Simultan kualitas pelayanan, harga dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 77,5%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, Harga dan Fasilitas merupakan faktor yang penting dalam menentukan kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

The increasing development of digital technology among the community currently means that the Pekanbaru City government, in particular, is utilizing digital technology in the community complaints process called PEKA (PEKAN ADUAN). This research focuses on the Digital Governance perspective in the community complaints process in Pekanbaru City using qualitative methods and data collection techniques in the form of interviews. The PEKA application has become the main platform for the Pekanbaru government to receive various kinds of complaints coming from the public, but in the implementation process it still has various obstacles ranging from network disruption to functions that are not yet optimal and the number of passive users. Digital Governance, which is the benchmark for the implementation of the PEKA application, has prioritized digital concepts in its implementation but still has several obstacles that must be improved.

Abstract

Lafera Space is a coffee shop located in Bangau Sakti, Pekanbaru. This study aims to obtain clear information and insights into the implementation of social media marketing strategies at Lafera Space Pekanbaru. The research approach used is a descriptive qualitative method that describes how Lafera Space conducts social media marketing. Data collection was conducted through interviews with seven informants, documentation study, literature review, and data source triangulation. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the dimensions of context, communication, and collaboration in social media marketing at this coffee shop is already well-established. However, for the dimension of connection, consumers still perceive some challenges that need to be addressed and improved by Lafera Space Pekanbaru

Abstract

Oil palm is one of the leading plantation commodities and has a strategic role in the national economy. Indragiri Hilir Regency is one of the areas with the fastest-growing oil palm plantations in Riau Province. The area of oil palm plantations owned by People's Plantations (RA) in Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2022 will be 308,197 Ha with a total production of 912,875 tons. The research objective was to determine institutional governance in the implementation of Palm Oil Replanting in the peat hydrological area in the Indragiri Hilir district and the role of governance in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a relevant literature study approach, using a data analysis technique, namely literature analysis. The results of the study show that the management of the Palm Oil Replanting program in the Indragiri Hilir district has not been maximised because the implementation process is hampered by land status, which raises several challenges for stakeholders. The problem of palm oil governance is not only in the absence of regulations but in policy interventions in the field. Relevant institutional and policy arrangements lead to a balanced and successful implementation of the smallholder palm oil replanting program.

Abstract

This research aims to see how the influence of Brand Trust and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Rotte Bakery Delima Pekanbaru Branch. The type of research conducted in this research is explanatory quantitative. The variables in this study are the independent variables consisting of Brand Trust and Product Quality, as well as the Dependent Variables consisting of Purchasing Decisions. The types and sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data, on the other hand a questionnaire was used to collect information from 100 respondents using an accidental sampling approach. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination test (), significant test with partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). With the SPSS 25.0 program, data is processed for statistical analysis where the statistical test results show that the Brand Trust Variable (X1) partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) then Product Quality Variable (X2) partially has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) at Rotte Bakery Branch Delima and Variables Brand Trust (X1) and Product Quality (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) at Rotte Bakery Branch Delima Pekanbaru. Abstract

Model Pembinaan dalam melakukan Transparansi merupakan suatu cara atau prinsip sehingga menjamin akses bagi setiap masyarakat agar memperoleh informasi atau data terkait penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa dalam pengelolaan dana desa yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Dengan adanya model pembinaan dengan prinsip transparansi diharapkan pemerintah Desa Titi Akar melakukan pengelolaan Dana Desa dengan transparan serta melibatkan masyarakat Desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pembinaan pemerintahan desa agar transparansi didalam pengelolaan Dana Desa dan mekanisme pengelolaan Dana Desa yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Desa Titi Akar Kecamatan Rupat Utara Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model pembinaan pemerintahan desa dalam transparansi pengelolaaan dana desa yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Desa Titi Akar Kecamatan Rupat Utara sudah sesuai dengan peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta melibatkan masyarakat mulai dari tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban sampai dengan penyerahan hasil laporan Pembinaan . Berdasarkan indikator dari model pembinaan transparansi menunjukan bahwa minimnya ketersediaan aksesibilitas dokumen serta adanya kelengkapan, kejelasan dan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi yang tidak bisa diakses secara menyeluruh dengan minimnya pemasangan baliho dan papan informasi di beberapa titik yang menjadi penting. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Desa Titi Akar Kecamatan Rupat Utara sudah menjalankan proses mekanisme pengelolaan Dana Desa secara bertahap dengan melibatkan beberapa unsur terkait termasuk masyarakat Desa Titi Akar Kecamatan Rupat Utara.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that the ship sanitation inspection service carried out by the Dumai Class II port service office is quite easy and simple for ship crews to carry out inspections in accordance with the established SOP. This is what makes the number of publications SSCEC/SSCC certificates and Health Book documents will increase rapidly in 2022.The aim of this research is to determine the quality of service, obstacles and efforts to implement ship sanitation inspections at Dumai Class II KKP. The method used in this research is a qualitative approachwith the data collection process through observation, interviews and documentation. This research also uses triangulation of data sourced from officers and service users of the Dumai KKP. Based on the research results it was found that 1)tangible quality, the KKP has provided a new building that is comfortable for users with the appearance of the officers according to applicable standards, however the service is still not optimal due to unsupported inspection equipment. 2) realiable quality, the KKP has made a picket schedule to maximize service, however, officers are still unable to complete the service according to the SOP. 3) responsiveness quality, namely officers are responsive in serving users. 4) quality of competence, officers have good knowledge and skills in providing services. 5) courtesy quality where officers are able to be kind and friendly in providing services. 6) quality of credibility, officers do not perform services outside the applicable SOP. 7) quality of security, KKP provides guaranteed security and comfort for service users. 8) quality of access, service users can access because services can be provided online. 9) quality of communication, there is good communication so that users are willing to follow directions from officers. 10) quality of understanding the customer, officers can understand service users. Apart from that, there are inhibiting factors in the quality of services provided due to lack of human resources/officers, lack of facilities and infrastructure and the responsiveness of officers. The efforts made by the KKP include adding facilities, adding officers and improving the performance of officers in serving service users at the Dumai KKP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan digital marketing dan inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Rotte Bakery Cabang Bukit Barisan Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan model penelitian explanatory research. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan instrumen penelitian sudah dipastikan kelayakannya melalui uji validitas, uji reliabel, dan uji asumsi klasik. Diperoleh hasil bahwa digital marketing (X1) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), inovasi produk (X2) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), dan digital marketing (X1) dan inovasi produk (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of gamification marketing and influencer marketing on customer loyalty toward the Shopee marketplace platform, focusing on students from the University of Riau as respondents. The research adopts a quantitative approach, involving 384 Shopee users selected through a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis was performed using both simple and multiple linear regression methods with SPSS version 25. The statistical tests conducted in this study include validity and reliability tests, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression, t-test, multiple linear regression, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that both gamification marketing (X1) and influencer marketing (X2) have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). These findings indicate that marketing strategies integrating gamification elements—such as social interaction features, reward systems, and interactive challenges, combined with the strategic implementation of influencer marketing, play a vital role in enhancing customer loyalty on the Shopee platform. Therefore, companies are encouraged to continue innovating and strengthening collaborations with influencers to maintain customer loyalty and competitiveness.
