Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi Pertumbuhan jumlah kendaraan di Pekanbaru menuntut pengelolaan parkir yang efektif untuk mengurangi kemacetan dan memastikan penggunaan ruang publik yang tertib. Kebijakan parkir yang baik membantu dalam pengaturan lalu lintas dan meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi penyelenggaraan perparkiran di Kota Pekanbaru serta apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi implementasi penyelenggaraan perparkiran di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian  deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh langsung melalui wawancara dari informan, yaitu Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kota Pekanbaru, Kepala Bidang Angkutan Kota Pekanbaru, Kepala UPT Perparkiran Kota Pekanbaru, Koordinator Parkir Juru Parkir, dan Masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan implementasi penyelenggaraan perparkiran di Kota Pekanbaru belum mencapai hasil yang diharapkan, dimana dalam pelaksanaannya kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang terampil dan anggaran yang memadai. meskipun ada kemajuan dalam implementasi kebijakan, terdapat beberapa hambatan yang perlu ditangani, seperti kurangnya sosialisasi, penegakan sanksi, dan keterbatasan sumber daya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analize the application of relationship marketing and product diversity on consumer loyalty at PM Collection Pekanbaru.The method used this stud describtive quantitative ith SPSS version 23 program. The population in his stdy ere all consumers ho made purchases at PM Collection who found 10.800 people and the sample of this study as 99 respondents from PM Collection Pekanbaru consumers. The sampling technique through used in this study is accidental sampling. For data collection techniques through questionnaires and the used of a Likert scale, the types and sources of data used primary and secondary data. The data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test of normality,calassic multicollinearity assumption test, classical assumption test of heteroscedasticity, and murtiple linear analisis along with analylisis of the coefficient of deremination (R2), sugnificant test ith with partial test ( T test ), simultaneous test ( F test ). In this study the obtaines are that relationship marketing (X1) has a possitive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y), diversity product (X2) has a positive and significant on consumer loyalty (Y) and relationship marketing (X1) and diversity product (X2) has a possitive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y). Thus, PM Collection Pekanbaru has paid attention to all the factors that make consumers come back and add more complete product brands and sizes, so that consumers are interested in coming and buying at the PM Collection Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide knowledge to the people of Merangkai Village which describes how to improve community business management capabilities in terms of managing, developing and improving economic businesses based on local potential. This information transfer was carried out in several stages, including socialization of the material to discussion sessions containing questions and answers and conveying the obstacles experienced. The application method used in this service is through lecture and discussion methods. In the first session, several materials in the fields of marketing, finance and human resources will be presented which are related to increasing the business management capabilities of village communities in managing, developing and improving economic businesses based on local potential. The next session will be opened with a discussion session in the form of questions and answers and also presenting obstacles so that solutions can be found. Apart from that, active community participation in all stages of activities is also the main focus in assessing the success of service. The results of the service showed a significant increase because the community service activities which were carried out face to face and in direct practice ran smoothly.

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganilis pengaruh dari Store Atmosphere (X1) dan Word Of Mouth (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) pada Coffee Shop padussy Coffee. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada konsumen padussy Coffee, sehingga data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisi secara parsial, Store Atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilat thitung > ttabel (7,251 > 1,984), Word Of Mouth juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (5,913 > 1,984), sedangkan hasil analisis secara simultan menunjukkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (88,372 > 3,09), yang berarti Store Atmosphere dan Word Of Mouth secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil koefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,776 yang berarti 77, 6% Keputusan Pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh variabel Store Atmosphere dan Word Of Mouth, sisanya sebesar 22,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the impact of service quality and the café atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Kafe Pondok DPR Kota Sibuhuan, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with data collection through the distribution of questionnaires to 99 respondents who are consumers of Kafe Pondok DPR Kota Sibuhuan. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Data processing was carried out using SPSS software version 22.0. The analysis results show that service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Additionally, the café's ambiance also proves to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, both variables, namely service quality and café ambiance, have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Kafe Pondok DPR Kota Sibuhuan. Abstract

Mangrove conservation is essential for enhancing coastal resilience with sustainable development, particularly in areas vulnerable to environmental degradation. This study explores the many factors that influence sustainable mangrove management from both a collaborative governance and public administration perspective. Using a quantitative approach with potential analysis and the MICMAC method, data were collected through expert sampling involving stakeholders with extensive knowledge in environmental policy and coastal governance. The analysis revealed four key enabler variables—stakeholder engagement, regulatory framework, economic conditions, and environmental awareness—all of which showed high influence with low dependency, thus positioning these variables appropriately as critical elements for establishing an effective green governance system. In addition, elements such as environmental education, institutional quality, law enforcement, socio-cultural values, technological innovation, and tourism potential were considered to contribute to long-term sustainability, but with less weighting. Integration and strengthening of these planned enablers remain essential to improving mangrove conservation outcomes, as well as ensuring the long-term well-being of coastal communities. This study highlights the importance of how we should foster a collaborative multi-actor governance model. This will support sustainable coastal ecosystem management within a public administration framework.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of shopping enjoyment and sales promotion on impulsive buying of shopee marketplace on students of Riau University. The method used is a quantitative method with a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire responded to by 384 respondents. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. This study uses analysis such as validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (). Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that shopping enjoyment and sales promotion have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying of the Shopee marketplace for students at the University of Riau

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze whether entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation as strategies for building competitive advantage have a positive effect on the marketing performance of Bukit Batu-Bengkalis Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The research method used is the explanatory type, intended to test the research hypothesis. All Bukit Batu Small and Medium Enterprise entrepreneurs were used as the research population, and 36 SMEs were selected as research samples using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation does not have a direct effect on marketing performance. In contrast, market orientation has a direct positive effect on marketing performance. In addition, competitive advantage also has a direct positive effect on marketing performance. Furthermore, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance through the mediation role of competitive advantage, while market orientation also has a positive effect on marketing performance through competitive advantage. The research results prove that entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation as strategies for building competitive advantage have a positive effect on the marketing performance of Bukit Batu-Bengkalis SMEs. It is recommended for Small and Medium Enterprise entrepreneurs to implement entrepreneurial and market-oriented behavior as a company strategy to build competitive advantage, in order to improve the marketing performance of SMEs.

Abstract

Kebijakan pengembangan pariwisata Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi tertuang dalam rencana pembangunan jangka menengah daerah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi yang dituangkan dalam Peraturan Daerah Nomor 1 Tahun 2017. Saat ini komunitas wisata yang ada termasuk kelompok sadar wisata yang sudah mulai terbentuk di berbagai desa. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, berbasis ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) Sasaran adalah kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) khususnya bidang promosi UMKM, total keseluruhan sekitar 75 orang.  Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu; pertama, Koordinasi dan perencanaan Kegiatan Pengabdian dengan mitra Dinas Pariwisata kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, Gerakan Pesona Indonesia (GeNpi) Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, Mahasiswa Kukerta. Kedua, Pembekalan Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan mahasiswa kuliah kerja nyata sebagai supporting system. Ketiga, pola pendampingan dan pelatihan anggota Keempat, monitoring dan evaluasi, Kelima, pembuatan sarana publikasi. metode yang digunakan adalah enthrepreneurship capasity building (ECB) dengan mengidentifikasi permasalahan pariwiata dan UMKM pada masyarakat Kecamatan Singingi dan Singingi Hilir melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, berbasis ICT. Keberhasilan pengabdian tergambar dengan terciptanya media promosi wisata dan UMKM berbasis ITC.

Abstract

Public service is one of the main roles of government, since government has existed to meet the interests and needs of society or its members throughout history. This includes various activities carried out by public bureaucratic institutions to meet the various needs and interests of the user community. In this regard, to improve the quality of service and create a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) in processing passports, the TPI Pekanbaru Class I Immigration Office launched an innovation that can help the public manage services more effectively and efficiently. The innovation is in the form of the M-Paspor application which is designed as an innovation service in mobile form. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the M-Passport service in realizing a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Regional Integrity Zone at the TPI Pekanbaru Class I Immigration Office and to analyze the inhibiting factors in implementing the M-Passport service in realizing a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Regional Integrity Zone TPI Pekanbaru Class I Immigration Office. The theory used is Suwarto's Effectiveness Theory in Ramayanti, 2022. The research method used is qualitative, explanatory. The results of this research are that the M-Passport service implemented by the Pekanbaru City TPI Class I Immigration Office in realizing a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Regional Integrity Zone has been running effectively. However, several improvements are still needed to implement several things so that they run in accordance with the main objective of establishing the service.   Keywords: Effectiveness; Public Services; M-Passport; WBBM; Integrity Zone.
