Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Studi pada penjualan jasa kamar Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru). Citra perusahaan dan Kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel independen (X1X2) sementara itu loyalitas konsumen sebagai variabel dependen (Y). Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah jasa kamar Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru yang mengalami fluktuasi dan cenderung menurun setiap tahunnya, bahkan tidak mencapai target penjualan. Terlihat dari presentasi realisasi penjualan jasa kamar hotel dalam 5 tahun terakhir. Sampel penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 100 responden dari populasi yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil kueisoner dan selanjutnya diolah untuk kemudian diuji dengan statistik melalui program SPSS. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa citra perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (Studi pada penjualan jasa kamar Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru).  Kata Kunci : Citra Perusahaan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Loyalitas Konsumen

Abstract

The world is being hit by a COVID-19 pandemic including Indonesia, to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the government issued policies that affect community activities that impact almost all sectors of life, sector micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as one of the economic sectors affected by this pandemic. In order for the sector to continue to survive, MSMEs players must be able to survive by creating various steps or strategies. The problem seen in this study is how the culinary sector MSMEs survival strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic, while the purpose of this study is to find out the strategies used by MSMEs so that they can survive in the of a pandemic. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The data study technique was through observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The results show that to survive during the pandemic, MSMEs players have the following strategies, namely, using marketing through social media in the form of instagram, facebook, whatsapp, E-Commerce, improving product and service quality,and optimizing, Costumer Relationship Marketing.   Keywords: COVID-19 Pandemic, Survival Strategy, MSMEs

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Country Of Origin and Brand Image on Interest Buy on Samsung Smartphone Products (Study At PT Samsung Elektronic Indonesia Branch Pekanbaru). Country Of Origin is a person's view of a product from the country of origin of the product concerned. Brand Image is one important part in the company because the attitude and actions of consumers against a company brand is determined by the brand image of the company. Country of origin and brand image can have an impact on buying interest. With the influence of country of origin and brand image of buying interest then the product from the country of origin and have a brand image so that consumer buying interest appears. This research was conducted at PT Samsung Elektronic Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch. This study took the number of respondents ie 100 people.Data obtained through questionnaires. The data from the questionnaire is further processed using statistical analysis that is simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis, and significance test with t test (partial), F (simultaneous) test.The results showed that the test results of the first t test hypothesis that is country of origin to buy interest is tcount (19.249)> ttabel (1,984) means country of origin significant effect on buying interest. Both brand image of buying interest is titung (9,982)> ttable (1,984) meaning there is significant influence between brand image to consumer buying interest. F test results of country of origin and brand image of buying interest are F arithmetic (203,142)> F table (3.090). This means that the country of origin and brand image simultaneously significantly influence consumer buying interest.Keywords: Country Of Origin, Brand Image, Buying Interest

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Tong Susu Cafe Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and pricing on purchasing decisions at Cafe Tong Susu Pekanbaru. In this study using quantitative descriptive analysis method and SPSS version 28. The population in this study were all visitors who were visiting Cafe Tong Susu Pekanbaru. Sampling was determined by accidental sampling technique using the Slovin formula and obtained a total sample of 96 respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data.The problem in this study is the decline in sales at the Pekanbaru milk keg cafe in the last one year. It can be seen from the visitor and sales data as well as the value score table given by the consumer. From the results of the tests conducted, it shows that the influence of product quality and pricing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Cafe Tong Susu Pekanbaru.             Keywords: Product Quality, Pricing, Buying Decision

Abstract

Quality of service is how far the difference between the reality and expectations of consumers for the services they receive or earn. Brand image is a way for companies to introduce their companies to customers and to attract customers to the company. Loyalty is described as the customer's desire to subscribe to the company continuously, buying and using the company's products and services repeatedly, and recommending the product to the company to others. This research was conducted on RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru which is located at JL.K.H.Ahmad Dahlan No.163 Sukajadi-Pekanbaru.This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty at RSIA EriaBundaPekanbaru. In this research data analysis used descriptive and quantitative. The sample in this research totaled 100 respondents, with sampling method using a purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are primary and secondary data through observation, interview, and questionnaire. Method of data analysis used simple linear regression analysis method and multiple linear regression.From the results of tests conducted indicate that service quality and brand image have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty in RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru.Keywords : Service Quality, Brand Image dan Patient Loyalty.

Abstract

The problem of this research is declining employee morale PT. Multi Structure Duri. This indicates began to decrease employees' organizational commitment to the company so that employees of PT Multi Structure Duri many who were absent without any reason (alpha).This study aims to determine the application of transformational leadership style, knowing how organizational commitment, and to see the relationship of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment using correlation spreaman. The results showed that there was a very strong relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment at PT. Multi Structure Duri, where the results of calculation of correlation coefficient of 0.828.Thus it can be seen that the transformational leadership style has a very strong relationship with the organization's commitment to the employees of PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia Pekanbaru, located at Sudirman Street 229,Pekanbaru. The study was purpose to determine the influence of differentiation strategy on customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Pekanbaru.Methodology that use in this research are descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, and the population of this study are the customers of PT. Pos Indonesia Pekanbaru. Formula Slovin is used for the sampling, sampling method with accidental sampling as many as 100 people. The form of research data are primary data and secondary data, with the questionnaire as the research instrument.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, simple linear regression, t-test, and the test of determination (R2). The results showed that the strategy of differentiation significantly influence customer satisfaction. It can be seen from the value t count = 10.444 > t-table = 1,984. So that the figures obtained R2 (R Square) of 0.527 or 52.7%. This shows that the percentage contribution of independent variables (differentiation strategy) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction) amounted to 52.7% and strong relationships with a large award is 0.52. While the remaining percentage of 47.3% (100% - 52.7%) influenced by other variables not included in this study variables.Keywords: strategy differentiation, customer satisfaction, PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Suzuki Mobil Pekanbaru, located on SM Amin Street, Simpang Baru, Tampan, Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix and service quality on buying desicion of Suzuki SX4 S-Cross Car at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Suzuki Mobil Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. In this research the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with SPSS program. The population in this study are allconsumers who purchase the SX4 S-Cross Car at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Suzuki Mobil Pekanbaru in the last year of 2019 totaling 95 people. Where the samples in this study are consumers of PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Suzuki Mobil Pekanbaru as many as 95 respondents. To determine the sample using the Census Method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using a Likert scale.From the analysis of data which includes validity, reliability, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test), and f test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that the results of the first t test hypothesis testing, marketing mix on buying desicion is t arithmetic (9.246)> t table (1,6614) means that marketing mix has a significant effect on buying desicion. Second, the service quality on buying desicion is t arithmetic (11.278)> t table (1.6615) means that the service quality significantly influences buying desicion. The f test results of marketing mix and service quality have a significant effect on buying desicion, namely f arithmetic (80.317)> F_ table (3.10). This means that marketing mix and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on buying desicion at PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru located at Jalan HR. Soebrantas Km, 18. Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and business location on consumer satisfaction at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. In this research the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with SPSS program. The population in this study were all visitors staying at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru in the last year of 2018 totaling 16,789 people. Where the samples in this study were Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru consumers as many as 100 respondents. To determine the sample using the slovin formula. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement techniques using a Likert scale.            From the analysis of data which includes validity, reliability, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test), and F test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that the results of the first t test hypothesis testing, service quality on consumer satisfaction is t arithmetic (11,010) > t table (1,6605) means that service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Second, business location on consumer satisfaction is t arithmetic (12,184) > t table (1,6605) means that business location has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. F test Results of service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, namely F arithmetic (84,412) > F table (3,09). This means that service quality and business location simultaneousely have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. Keyword : Service Quality, Business Location, Consumer Satisfaction
