Abstract

This study aimsto evaluate the implementation of the activities of The Program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi MasyarakatPesisir (PEMP) on Micro Finance Institutions in Dumai. This type of research is descriptiveresearch with qualitative approach. Informants in this study are the actors who play a role inPEMP program, in accordance with the Organization’s Program Manager PEMP in Dumai. Resultsof the study concluded that the implementation of the management of the DEP by USP inCooperative Kerapu is seen from the indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, sufficiency, equity,responsiveness and precision, there is still a lot of shortcomings. None of the evaluation indicatorsthat are used can be fulfilled in the implementation of the management of the DEP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispenyelenggaraan pelayanan dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan pelayanan yang diberikan tidakmaksimal pada Kantor Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (KPTSP) Kabupaten Siak. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan, mengklasifikasi, dan mentabulasidata yang diperoleh dari pengamatan maupun dari dokumen-dokumen yang tersedia di lokasipenelitian kemudian menghubungkannya dengan teori lalu mengambil kesimpulan sehinggamenghasilkan sebuah hipotesa dengan cara menarik kesimpulan sementara. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan secara umum pelayanan di KPTSP dapat dikatakan baik dan berjalan dengan lancarmeskipun masih ada yang harus diperbaiki dan masih banyak cara yang berpotensi meningkatankualitas pelayanan yang masih belum digali. Kualitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan oleh KPTSPKabupaten Siak dilihat dari sisi fisik sarana dan prasarana yang ada sudah mulai dirasakan tidakmemadai terutama gedung kantor yang sekarang ditempati.Kata Kunci: pelayanan publik, ISO 9001:2008, kualitas pelayanan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze thequality of public services provided by the health center Bangkinang I Kampar regency. Theapproach taken by this research is a qualitative approach. The data collected is not the form ofnumbers, but the data comes from a script interviews, field notes, personal documents, notes,memos and other resumes, so that is the goal of this qualitative study was to portray the empiricalreality behind the phenomenon in depth, detailed and tutas. The results showed that in manyways the service provided does not seem to satisfy their customers. Still common complaints ofpatients every time they go to there.

Abstract

The research wasmotivated by the placement officer job in question many people, especially those that occur atpositions in the district. This study examined in Pekanbaru city in order to determine competencypenaruh working toward district employees and job placement to determine the employment climateorganisais employees and analyze the influence of organizational climate and job competencies tostaffing districts in the city of Pekanbaru. Survey method used in this study to all employees in thecity of Pekanbaru district and set 64 people in the sample. The results proved that the competenceof district employee positive and significant (0.05 <0.05) on the implementation of the placement ofcivil servants who were executed by the government of the city of Pekanbaru to district employees,which means that the more competent the district employees better placement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis kondisi empirik dan merumuskan kebijakan pembangunan pulau terluar di KabupatenBengkalis Provinsi Riau. Kajian difokuskan untuk memotret kebijakan yang harus dilakukan olehpemerintah terhadap dugaan-dugaan kuat ketidaksejahteraan dan kemungkinan lepas darikedaulatan negara Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatori atau disebutjuga dengan metode Partisipatory Rural Apraisal (PRA). Metode PRA dioperasikan denganmelibatkan orang untuk berpartisipasi dalam menilai, menemu-kenali dan memahami suatu yangdibutuhkan secara cepat dan secara bersama-sama melakukan penilaian serta mencarai solusiatas masalah yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebijakan pembangunan pulau terluardi Kabupaten Bengkalis belum berjalan efektif, karena ketiadaan regulasi yang memadai untukmengatur masalah lintas batas.Kata Kunci: formulasi kebijakan, pembangunan, pulau terluar

Abstract

This research is a problem in any decline in consumer interest for buy a car Toyota Avanza, indicated by decline in sales by 2012 compared with 2011. As for the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of pricing and consumer interest against Toyota Avanza car on PT Agung Automall branch of Soweto as well as to know how the implementation of pricing products of consumer interest buying a car on PT. Supreme Avanza Automall branch of Soweto. Results of the study concluded that implementation of the Avanza car pricing on PT Agung Automall located on Soweto area Branch agree, which means consumers agree with car pricing Toyota Avanza on this present moment. Consumer interest in car Avanza in PT Agung Automall branch of Soweto is the interest, meaning consumers will love the car Toyota Avanza, and selected him to be the primary choice and certain options that ultimately consumers make a purchase the Toyota Avanza car and also recommend it to others. The results of data analysis through SPSS program, note that the independent variable (pricing) have a strong link to the dependent variable (the interest of consumers). Car pricing Toyota Avanza implemented by PT Agung Automall branch of Soweto give a positive and significant effect against the interests of consumers, so if the pricing policy is implemented properly, it will give rise to an increase in the interest of consumers.Key words: Pricing, Consumer Interest, The Toyota Avanza

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity and promotional mix on consumer buying interest at PT. Nusantara Berlian Motor Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 100 consumers of PT. Nusantara Berlian Motor Pekanbaru. Data from the questionnaire was further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 25.0 by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing consisting of t-test (partial) and test F (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that the results of the first hypothesis testing that is brand equity on consumer buying interest show t arithmetic (6.949)> t table (1.984), meaning that brand equity has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. The results of the second hypothesis testing that is the promotional mix on consumer buying interest show t arithmetic (10.861)> t table (1.984), meaning that the promotional mix has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. The results of testing the third hypothesis, namely brand equity and promotion mix on consumer buying interest show F arithmetic (59.993)> F table (3.09), meaning that brand equity and promotional mix have a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Keywords: Brand Equity, Promotion Mix, Consumer Purchase Interest

Abstract

 This research was conducted at the Pekanbaru L'cheese Cake Factory located at Jalan Durian No.28, Sukajadi, Kec. Sukajadi, Pekanbaru City, Riau 28121. The purpose of this study was to study the promotion and pricing of purchasing decisions on consumers of the L'cheese Factory Pekanbaru Cake Shop partially and simultaneously. In this research the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with SPSS program. The population in this study were all consumers of L'cheese Factory Pekanbaru Pastry Shop products in the year 2018 totaling 1,500 people. Where the samples in this study were consumers of the L'cheese Factory Pekanbaru Cake Shop as many as 100 respondents. To determine the sample using the slovin formula, a non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement techniques using a Likert scale.From data analysis using validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test), and F test (simultaneous). The results showed the results of the first t-test hypothesis, the promotion of consumer purchasing decisions, namely t arithmetic (9,557)> t table (1,660), which means a significant promotion of consumer purchasing decisions. second, pricing of consumer purchasing decisions, namely t arithmetic (10,700)> t table (1,660) means that the price setting affects significantly to consumer purchasing decisions. Test F results of promotions and pricing are significant to consumer purchasing decisions, namely F arithmetic (73.738)> F table (3.09). Associated with the promotion and pricing by simultaneous significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions in Pekanbaru L'cheese Factory Cake Shop.Keywords: Promotion, Pricing, Consumer Purchase Decisions

The setting of this problem is the influence the granting of incentives to employeer morale the Department of Marketing at PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the granting of incentives, morale, and know how the granting of incentives to employeer morale the Department of Marketing at PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru.The author uses descriptive quantitative methods of analisys. Data collection using te questionnaire. The sample used is the census.Data sources used are primary data or data obtained directly from the object of research, secondary data and data collected or the outhor of the PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru. The results of this research shown that the granting of incentives influence significant of employeer morale the Department of Marketing at PT.
