Abstract

Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru is one of the 3 (three) star hotels in Pekanbaru and is located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta Kav.148 Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Promotion Implementation and Corporate Image (Case Study at Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru). The population in this study were all consumers who purchased rooms at Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru in the last years, 2019. The sampling technique used the slovin test with the chance sampling method and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. In this research, the method used is descriptive quantitative analysis with SPSS program. Data processing using IBM SPSS 23 statistics. The results of this study indicate that the results of the first t test hypothesis testing, the implementation of promotions on consumer interest is t count (3.775) > t table (1.6605), meaning that the implementation of promotions has a significant effect on consumer interest. Second, the company's image on consumer interest is t count (4,403) > t table (1,6605) meaning that company image has a significant effect on consumer interest. The results of the f test Promotion and company image have a significant effect on consumer interest, namely f count (12.009) > F_table (3.09).Keywords: Implementation of Promotion, Company Image, Consumer Interests

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing and corporate imageon customer loyalty at the Hotel Sapadia Districts Pasir Pengaraian. Relationship marketingas a variable (X1) corporate image as a variable (X2) and customer loyalty as a variable (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS, wheresamples were used that guests staying more than 3 times in the Hotel Sapadia Districts PasirPengaraian with respondents as many 99 people. To determine the number of samples usedslovin formula, as well as a sampling technique by purposive sampling. Data collectionthrough questionnaires and interviews.Results of analysis using multiple linear simple, using multiple linear regression, ttest and f test so that it can be seen that the variable relationship marketing positive effect oncustomer loyalty, that the provision of corporate image significant effect on customer loyaltyand significant relationship marketing and corporate image on customer loyalty.Keywords: Relationship Marketing, Corporate Image and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand equity and brand trust on consumer loyalty Toyota Kijang innova car at PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were taken 72 respondents and the technique used purposive sampling. The data in this study used survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire then processed tested with statistics through the program SPSS16. The results of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), individual significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test) so it can be seen that brand equity variable had a positive effect on consumer loyalty variable, brand trust variable influences variable loyalty Consumers, and a significant influence between brand equity and brand trust variables on consumer loyalty. The results shows R Square is the coefficient of determination and obtained R Square value of 0.747. That is, brand equity and brand trust affect consumer loyalty by 74.7%.Keywords : Brand Equity, Brand Trust, and Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence between Price Discount and Sales Promotion Against Impulse Buying Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru. Price discount is a discount on the agreed sale price if payment is made within a period of time faster than the credit term or cash deductions when viewed from the point of sale (Ismaya, in Kasimin et al 2014: 3). The next variable is Sales promotion, is a company promotion program in order to encourage sales or to increase sales or in order to maintain the interest of customers to keep shopping at it (Ma'ruf, in Kasimin et al 2014: 3). The two variables in this study are thought to have an effect on Impulse Buying. Impulse Buying itself is nothing new in the marketing world, but it is very interesting to research. This research was conducted at Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru. This study took the number of respondents as many as 94 people.Data obtained through questionnaires. The data from the questionnaire is further processed using statistical analysis that is simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis, and significance test with t test (partial), F (simultaneous) test.The results show that the hypothesis of this study is acceptable. Where meaning price discount and sales promotion simultaneously significantly influence impulse buying Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru.Keywords: Price Discount, Sales Promotion, Impulse Buying

Abstract

The research conducted at AZWA Perfume Pekanbaru where located in Jl. Teuku Umar No. 79, Rintis, Lima Puluh. The problem in this study is number of buyers has decreasing, percentage of target achievement has decreased, and  the failure of the company’s sales target has not been achieved, this study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle and promotion on purchase decisions at  AZWA Perfume Pekanbaru. In this study use quantitive descriptive with SPSS program. The population in this is are consumers at  AZWA Perfume Pekanbaru. The sampling technique chosen is slovin Formula with a sample 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple analysis with result showing that lifestyle and pricinghave a positive and significant effect on purchase decisionat  AZWA Perfume Pekanbaru. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) lifestyle on purchase decision  the value of R square is 0,724 or 72,4% and pricing on purchase decision the value of R square is 0,515 or 51,5% and coefficient of determination (R2) lifestyle and pricing on purchase decision the value of R square is 0,747 or 74,7%. This show that the lifestyle and pricinggives an effect of  74,7% on purchase decision  at AZWA Perfume Pekanbaru, while remaining 25,3% is effected by other variables that are not examined in this study. Key words:Lifestyle, Pricing, Purchase Decision

Cerenti Subur - Kuantan Singingi. Thepurpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of the implementationof the working procedures and discipline of work on employee performance in theproduction of PT. Cerenti Subur - Kuantan Singingi.In this study, the methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS. Todetermine the sample using the formula Slovin, methods of sampling withaccidental sampling. Techniques of collecting data through interviews,observation and questionnaires.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, classicalassumptions and multiple linear regression, the implementation of workprocedures in this study included three indicators are situational, maintainingstability and modern and the discipline of work is represented by three indicators,namely on time, adherence to regulations and ability to maintain tools. Abstract

This research aims to know the level of payment of wages and workers’ rights received of labour outsourcing company PT Jawari Sentosa, Tualang, District Siak, under the provisions of the legislation in force, namely the Minister Regulation of Labour No. PER-01/MEN/1999 about Minimum Wage and the Law No. 13 of 2003 about Employment. This research took a number of respondents as many as 61 people.Data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews with key informance then further processed to be tested by the Minister Regulation of Labour No. PER-01/MEN/1999 about Minimum Wage and the Law No. 13 of 2003 about Employment. So we can see the level of the payment of wages and workers’ rights received of labour outsourcing company PT Jawari Sentosa, Tualang, District Siak in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations that are applicable.The results showed that the company has not fully implement policies regarding the payment of wages by the Minister Regulation of Labour No. PER-01/MEN/1999 about Minimum Wage is equal to 73 % that have not been implemented properly and the rights of workers under the Law No. 13 of 2003 about Employment is equal to 66 % that has not been properly implemented.Keyword: Payment of Wages, Workers' Rights, Analysis

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Raya Perdana Inti Pekanbaru, located on HR Street. Soebrantas Km, 18. Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction of transportation services at PT. Raja Perdana Inti Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. In this research the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with SPSS program. The population in this study are all passengers who use transportation services at PT. Rja Perdana Inti Pekanbaru in the last year of 2018 totaling 30,976 people. Where the samples in this study are consumers of PT. Raja Perrdana Inti Pekanbaru as many as 100 respondents. To determine the sample using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using a Likert scale.From the analysis of data which includes validity, reliability, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test), and f test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that the results of the first t test hypothesis testing, service quality on customer satisfaction is t arithmetic (12,879)> t table (1,6605) means that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, the price of customer satisfaction is t arithmetic (12,879)> t table (1.6605) means that the price significantly influences customer satisfaction. The f test results of service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, namely f arithmetic (93,974)> F_ table (3.09). This means that service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Raja Perdana Inti Pekanbaru.Keywords:Service Quality, Price, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted in Trans Metro Pekanbaru, located on Jl. Gatot Subroto, Rintis, Lima Puluh, Pekanbaru City, Riau. The problem in this study is the occurrence of customer fluctuations that are thought to be influenced by customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction using the importance performance analysis method (a study of Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus customers, Corridor III of the Uin Panam- MTQ Route). Samples were taken based on the method using Slovin formula, amounting to 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis method and Importance Performance Analysis analysis with the results showing that service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction on Trans Metro Pekanbaru. With a simple linear regression calculation of 0.333. While the importance performance analysis for service quality obtained 4 service attributes whose suitability value is still below 77.60%. Whereas for customer satisfaction, 5 attributes were obtained whose conformity values were still below 83.63%. This shows that the average number for each dimension has been determined. Even though in reality there are still attribute items whose suitability values indicate interest> assessment level or it can be said that expectations> performance, so it needs to be prioritized its improvement. Keywords : Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Importance Performance Analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of incentives (material incentives and incentives non material) and work environment (physical work environment and work environment non fiisk) on employee job satisfaction (satisfaction with work, satisfaction with the system of rewards and job satisfaction of working conditions) 1912 mortgage Pekanbaru.The population in this study is karyaan in 1912 KPR Pekanbaru with sampling as many as 50 were drawn by using a questionnaire method. measurement techniques using Likert scale and the types and sources of data in the form of primary and secondary data while the data collection techniques with a questionnaire and interviews as research instruments. As well as using multiple linear regression data analysis, determination, t test and f test with SPSS.From the research data that includes test validity, The reliability, and multiple linear regression, the results showed no significant relationship between supervision terhaap employee performance with the calculated t of t test results are known (4.662)> t table (2,012) and Sig. (0,000) <0.05 can be concluded that the incentives variable significant effect on employee job satisfaction in 1912 KPR Pekanbaru and of the t test results are known t arithmetic (5.476)> t table (2,012) and Sig. (0.003) <0, 05 it can be concluded that the work environment variables significantly influence employee satisfaction in 1912 KPR Pekanbaru.And there is significant influence between Incentives and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of employees with the calculated Unknown R squre is the coefficient of determination. And obtained a value of R squre 0.644. What this means is that the contribution of variable influence on the performance of supervision and loyalty of employees amounted to 64.6%. While the remaining 35.4% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the regression analysis.Keywords: Incentives, Work Environment and Employee Satis
