Abstract

Utilization of Indigo as Eco-Friendly Natural Dyes for Zie Batik CraftsmenAbstract. Batik is a cultural identity of Indonesian society which currently developing dynamically. The use of natural dyes by utilizing plants is being developed by several batik artisans. This service activity aims to facilitate partners to be able to utilize indigo as natural dyes of environmentally friendly batik and be able to compete in the international market. The activities are conducted with Batik Zie as partners in Kampung Malon, Gunungpati District, Semarang, by facilitating partners to negotiate and collaborate with suppliers of natural dye raw materials, conduct training and mentoring indigo pasta making. Besides that, it also promotes products through exhibitions and documentation of activities. While the use of Indigofera Tinctoria L extract, Crusia Strobilantes could produce light blue, turquoise blue and dark blue. The collaboration with UKM ISUGA makes the availability of indigo pasta as a natural dye became well maintained. While indigo has a role in staining light blue to dark blue natural dyes. Utilization of natural dyes is eco-friendly and does not harm/pollute the environment. Partner participation in 3 exhibitions, makes the batik products could compete in the international market.Keywords: Natural dye, batik, indigo, eco-friendlyAbstrak. Batik merupakan identitas budaya masyarakat Indonesia saat ini berkembang secara dinamis. Penggunaan pewarna alami dengan memanfaatkan tanaman sedang dikembangkan oleh beberapa pengrajin batik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk  memfasilitasi mitra agar mampu memanfaatkan indigo sebagai pewarna alami batik ramah lingkungan dan mampu bersaing di pasar internasional. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan Mitra Batik Zie yang berada di Kampung Malon, Kecamatan Gunungpati, Semarang, dengan memfasilitasi mitra untuk negosiasi dan kerjasama dengan suplier penyedia bahan baku pewarna alami, melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan pasta indigo. Di samping itu juga mempromosikan produk melalui pameran serta melakukan dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ekstraksi indigo (Indigofera tinctoria L, strobilantes crusia) dapat menghasilkan warna biru muda, biru kehijauan serta biru tua. Adanya kerjasama dengan UKM ISUGA, menjadikan ketersediaan pasta indigo sebagai pewarna alami selalu terjaga. Sedangkan indigo mempunyai peran dalam pewarnaan biru muda hingga biru tua. Penggunaan pewarna alami tersebut bersifat ramah lingkungan dan tidak mencemari lingkungan. Keikutsertaan mitra dalam 3  pameran, menjadikan produk batik mitra turut bersaing di pasar internasional.Kata kunci. Pewarna alami, batik, indigo, ramah lingkungan

Abstract

The target of the Partnership Program's activities is Parereja and Cigadung village, district of Banjarharjo, Brebes regency. Priority issues that be the focus on this partnership program are: (1) Quite a lot of early childhood have not served yet in PAUD; (2) There are school-aged children in primary education level not going to school; (3) The high number of stunting and maternal mortality rate (4) The lack of awareness about nutrition of pregnant women and toddlers; (5) The lack of health services for children in school. The target that has been achieved are: (1) The availability of community-based education data in 2018 as a reference for organizing Cigadung village program in the next year; (2) Formed a POSPAUD model in Parereja; (3) formed PKBM in Parereja; (4) The availability of the health equipment and skills of the UKS and little doctor in Cigadung 01 and Parereja 01 elementary school. The methods that used in this program are the empowerment of the Community (community-based), training approaches, demonstrations, simulations, and practice with assistance. In addition, followed by strengthening community-based human resources who collaborate-participatively with Baperlitbangda and local college to ensure the quality and sustainability of the program

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru dalam menghadapi AKM tahun 2021 dan untuk mengetahui kesiapan dalam menghadapi AKM. Penelitian ini mengguanakn metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD 23 Batara Kota Palopo. Penelitian dilakukan di SD 23 Batara didasarkan atas informasi bahwa guru bahwa pernah mengikuti pertemuan tentang pembahasan AKM di Kota Palopo. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru sudah memahami AKM dilihat dari kemampuan guru membuat komponen-komponen dalam penyusunannya. Kesiapan guru juga sudah cukup dalam menghadapi AKM tahun 2021

Abstract

Minimnya kemampuan siswa dalam berpikir kreatif saat pemecahan masalah matematika menjadi kendala pendidik dalam merealisasikan proses pembelajaran yang efektif di kelas. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis oleh siswa terhadap materi pecahan yang dilakukan dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Selain itu, terdapat penggunaan desain penelitian mixed method bertipe sequential explanatory design yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan sampel 32 siswa yang berada di kelas VI SD Negeri Petompon 01 Semarang sebagai sumber data penelitian kuantitatif. Setelah pelaksanaan penelitian, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut (1) kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang menggunakan gaya kognitif field independent lebih tinggi hasilnya, daripada siswa yang menggunakan gaya kognitif field dependent dalam proses pembelajarannya; (2) siswa yang gaya pembelajarannya menggunakan gaya kognitif field independent dapat mencapai TBKM 3 (kreatif) dan hasilnya dalam pembelajaran matematika siswa terlibat aktif dalam prosesnya; dan (3) gaya kognitif field dependent yang digunakan siswa dalam proses berpikir matematis mencapai TBKM 2 atau siswa kurang kreatif dan kurang terlibat aktif terhadap proses pembelajaran matematika. Gaya kognitif field independent yang digunakan siswa dalam berpikir kreatif matematis lebih tinggi hasilnya daripada siswa yang menggunakan gaya kognitif field dependent. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan melalui penerimaan hasil hipotesis rataan skor kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa bahwa siswa dengan gaya kognitif field independent lebih tinggi dari siswa dengan gaya kognitif field dependent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the assimilation program launched by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in order to overcome the spread of Covid-19 in prisons so that it does not over capacity. The type of research method used is normative juridical. Based on the results of the study, it is known that if assimilation and integration continue to apply, there are at least two additional requirements, namely; The provision of assimilation and integration must involve supervisory judges and observers for their consideration and risk assessment. Furthermore, for the long term, in anticipating overcapacity in correctional institutions, immediately ratify the Draft Criminal Code which has the concept of Criminal Individualization and Criminalization which is expected to be able to provide protection and welfare for the community and still pay attention to the interests of criminal acts.

Gaya kognitif field independent yang digunakan siswa dalam berpikir kreatif matematis lebih tinggi hasilnya daripada siswa yang menggunakan gaya kognitif field dependent. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan melalui penerimaan hasil hipotesis rataan skor kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa bahwa siswa dengan gaya kognitif field independent lebih tinggi dari siswa dengan gaya kognitif field dependent.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the profile of students' metacognitive skills in solving integral calculus problems seen from the aspects of planning, monitoring and evaluation metacognitive skills. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study were 3rd semester students who had taken courses or were taking calculus II courses for the 2020/2021 academic year which were carried out using purposive sampling technique. In this study, the instrument used was a test to measure the ability in solving integral calculus problems in the form of essay questions, unstructured interview guidelines, documentation and observation. Data were analyzed in three stages, namely reduction, presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results in this study were students with high problem solving abilities had met the indicators of metacognitive skills, namely the planning, monitoring and evaluation stages. Students with moderate problem-solving abilities have only reached indicators of metacognitive skills, namely the planning and monitoring stages, but have not reached the evaluation stage, while students with low problem-solving abilities have not measured metacognitive skills indicators both at the planning, monitoring and evaluation stages. So that students with high problem solving abilities are more likely to have good metacognitive skills, because students with high problem solving abilities are well organized from planning, monitoring to the evaluation stage.

Abstract

The l earning whi ch applies s ci entif ic approach emphasizes the process skill. This research aims (1) to find out the teacher’s perception and the implementation of scientific approach; towards the implementation of scientific; (2) to find out and (3) to analyze the implementation of scientific approach in the learning of mathematics, natural sciences, and social sciences at primary school in Semarang in relation to the teacher’s perception towards the implementation of scientific approach in the learning of mathematics, natural sciences, and social sciences at primary school in Semarang. The data of teacher’s perception is gained by using questionnaire, while the data of learning implementation is gained by using observation sheet. The results suggest that the average of teacher’s perception towards the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum is 84.52 (very good), while the average of the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum by the primary school teacher is 72.70 (good). Both of them are significantly different at α = 5%. Reinforcement is needed to strengthen the learning implementation in a form of assistance and motivation such that the implementation of learning can be as good as the teacher’s perception towards learning. The assistance can be done through KKG for elementary school and through MGMP for junior high school.

Abstract

Youth is the backbone of the future of development. Indonesia's youth potential spread from Sabang to Merauke needs integrated management. This is what underlies the Government, through the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora), proclaiming a program of Regency /City Fit for Yotuh which is outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Youth and Sports No. 11 of 2017. The city of Semarang as one of the major cities in Central Java is still in the progress of development, is expected to participate in becoming one of the Cities fit for Youth in Indonesia. Therefore this research was conducted to study the feasibility of Semarang as a City Fit for Youth. This study uses a mixed method, which combines quantitative and qualitative methods. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained by field surveys using data collection methods directly on data sources, through field surveys and interviews. While secondary data is obtained from documents or data from an institution or agency. The results showed that youth activities in Semarang City consisting of youth awareness activities, youth empowerment and youth development were carried out in Semarang City. These activities are the result of the organization agencies (OPD), educational institutions and private companies that target youth, high school students, students and santri and involve various related institutions and are supported by funding from the APBN, APBD, BUMN, Foundation, Private and Communities. From the conditions of the implementation of activities and the availability of youth infrastructure, the City of Semarang was considered quite feasible to become one of the Youthful Cities in Indonesia.x

Abstract

Literasi Statistik yang sudah masuk dalam kurikulum nasional menjadi kebutuhan yang urgen untuk dikuasai mahasiswa prodi PGSD dalam upaya menerapkan dan meningkatkan literasi data pada peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini: menganalisis kemampuan literasi statistik calon guru SD pada mata kuliah Statistik Pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tempat penelitian di Prodi PGSD Universitas Slamet Riyadi. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan mahasiswa semester gasal Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 sebanyak 32 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling untuk menganalisis mahasiswa dengan kategori kemampuan Tinggi, Sedang, dan Rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan soal literasi statistik. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Analisis data model siklus: 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian data, dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil temuan penelitian penelitian literasi statistik pada mahasiswa PGSD dengan latar belakang Pendidikan mayoritas SMA konsentrasi IPS disimpulkan bahwa a) mahasiswa dengan kategori Tinggi mampu menunjukkan 5 indikator literasi statistic, b) mahasiswa dengan kategori Sedang mampu menunjukkan 4 indikator literasi statistic, dan c) mahasiswa dengan kategori Rendah hanya menunjukkan 1 sampai dengan 2 indikator saja. Sehingga, diperlukan penerapan model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan ketiga kategori kognitif mahasiswa Prodi PGSD pada variable literasi statistic.
