Abstract

Sectio caesarea is at risk of complications, one of which is anxiety, anxiety in Sectio Caesrea patients is reported to reach 60% to 92%. One way to overcome anxiety is with sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas. Objective: to determine the effect of sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas on anxiety in Sectio Caesarea patients with spinal anesthesia. Method: This research is quantitative with Pre-experiment research design with one group pretest-posttest. The study population was all Sectio Caesarea patients with accidental sampling technique totaling 35 respondents. The research was conducted on July 09-21, 2024 at RSUD Dr. The research instrument used The Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale (APAIS) questionnaire followed by statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test: Before listening to sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas, 25 respondents (71.4%) experienced moderate anxiety. After listening to sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas, 25 respondents (71.4%) experienced mild anxiety. Wilcoxon test showed that sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas had a significant effect on reducing anxiety scores. As well as a significance value of 0.000 and ? value less than 0.05. Conclusion: there is an effect of sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas on anxiety scores.

Abstract

General anesthesia involves a complete loss of consciousness. General anesthesia can be given to patients by intravenous injection or by inhalation (Royal College of Physicians (UK), 2011). Inhalation anesthesia is a drug in the form of a volatile gas or liquid, which is administered through the patient's respiratory system (Edgington et al., 2018). Hemodynamics is the flow of blood in the body's circulatory system, either through the magna circulation (large circulation) or the parva circulation (circulation in the lungs). Under normal conditions, hemodynamics will always be maintained in physiological conditions with neurohormonal control (Muftilov et al., 2021). The study aims to determine the effect of administering sevoflurane inhalation induction anesthesia on decreased hemodynamics. This research method is quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques using the observation method. The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon test with SPSS 22. The results of the study using 44 respondents were used as research samples to determine the effect of administering sevoflurane inhalation induction anesthesia on decreased hemodynamics. From the results obtained that blood pressure 000, pulse.0-013, respiration 0 .001 and MAP .000 which concluded there is an influence between the administration of sevoflurane on the decrease in patient hemodynamics before induction and after induction, while for oxygen saturation 1,000 which concluded no significant influence between the administration of sevoflurane on the decrease in hemodynamics.

Abstract

The birth of a fetus through an incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen is known as sectio cesarean delivery. The SC process requires anaesthetic management consisting of general and regional anaesthesia. Female celebrities and general citizens are currently having SC deliveries using the Enhanced Recovery After Cesarean Surgery (ERACS) method. Spinal anaesthesia provides several advantages, including keeping the mother awake, reducing aspiration likelihood, and avoiding neonatal depression. It also provides unexpected complications, including haemodynamic changes and the incidence of urinary retention. This study aims to determine the features of intra-anesthetic haemodynamics and postoperative urinary retention in sectio caesarea patients with the Enhanced Recovery After Cesarean Surgery (ERACS) method. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was a purposive sampling of as many as 67 respondents. Data were collected by observing the first 15 minutes after spinal anaesthesia and interviewing the incidence of postoperative urinary retention. The results showed that there were haemodynamic changes and the incidence of postoperative urinary retention.

Abstract

Background : Surgery is akk treatment prosedures that use invasive techniques by opening or displaying body parts, and are generally carried out by making an incisionin the part of the body that will be treated until repair is carried out and ending with closing or suturing the wound.The anesthesiologist researches the reading of thorax X-ray results, especially in general anesthesia patients because X-ray are one of the important indicator for anesthesia, especially general anesthesia, anticipation and so that or does not have abnormalities in the lungs, whether there is cardiomyolysis or not, so the anesthesiologist can be preventive fpr the preparation of drugs or the way of anesthesia techniques.objective: To find out the overview of the result of thorax Posterior Anterior X-ray in preoperative patients with General Anesthesia based on age gender, smoking history and length of surgery in preoperative patients. Method : this study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a retrospective approach carried out only to observe and describe a variable and then examine and explain an event with numerical data without testing a certain hypothesis and measurement is carried out 1 time at a certain time. Results : normal posterior anterior (PA) x-ray results were 42 respondents (52.5%), with bronchitis 24 respondents (30.0%), for pneumonia there were 9 respondents (11.3%), while cardiomegaly there were 4 respondents (5.0%) and respondents with pneumothorax results there were 1 respondent (1.3%).
