The type of research used is research and development (R&D), namely the development of learning materials based on Macromedia Flash. This learning media development model was developed based on the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The subjects of the trial were students of class X SMA Methodist-8 Medan which consisted of small group trials of 15 students and large group trials of 30 students. The instrument used to collect data in this research and development is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the learning media for basic techniques of basketball based on Macromedia Flash for grade X SMA students were feasible to be used as a learning resource for students. This is indicated by several assessments that have been carried out by media experts, material experts and field trials. The final result of the assessment of the media expert shows that the basic basketball technique is declared "very good" with a percentage of 86% and the results of the assessment of the material expert show the category of "very good" with a percentage of 85%. The results of the small group trial got the "Good" category with a percentage of 90.76% and the results of the large group trial got the good category with a percentage of 95.38%.

Based on the results of the needs analysis for soccer course lecturers, 90% and 95% of students taking basic soccer courses stated that it was necessary to develop electronic soccer teaching materials for the needs of basic soccer lectures. The results of the validation of the feasibility of content, media feasibility and material feasibility obtained an average of 77.7% (very good) for content feasibility: 81.7% (very good) for media feasibility: and 80.3 (very good) good) for the feasibility of the material. With the average validation result of the three components is 79.9% (very good). The results of the effectiveness test of electronic soccer teaching materials in small-scale trials obtained an average percentage of 89.6%. In testing the effectiveness of electronic soccer teaching materials in small-scale trials, an average percentage of 91.4% was obtained. The conclusion is that the electronic soccer teaching materials developed can be used in online and offline basic soccer lectures.

This research is development research which is a process or steps to develop a new product or perfect existing product, which can be justified. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach and using the research & development (R & D) development research method with the development design chosen is referring to the development proposed by Borg and Gall. Based on the data obtained from the results of volleyball smash skills based on the pretest and posttest, it was found that the results of volleyball smash skills at the pretest were the lowest score of 4 and the highest score 11. Whereas in the Posttest, the results of volleyball smash ability were lowest scores 6 and the highest score The average score and standard deviation at Pretest are 6.71 and 1.91 respectively, while the Posttest is 9.46 and 1.60. Comparison of the Effectiveness of the Learning Model each learning indicator for the new model (after using a drill machine) is more effective than the old learning model (before using a drill machine). The average effectiveness of the preparation indicators for the old learning model is 60% and the new learning model is 85.71%. The average effectiveness of the implementation indicators in the old model learning is 50% and the learning model is new 70%. The average effectiveness of the follow-up indicators for the old learning model is 57.86% and the learning of the new model is 80.71%. Total learning outcomes (average of all indicators) obtained also increased from 55.59% to 78.81%. So that it can be concluded that learning a new model (after using a drill machine) is more effective than the old learning model (before using a drill machine).
