Abstract

The issue of pollution along the Paser River, caused by the community’s habit of indiscriminately disposing of waste, prompted KKN students to design the Operasi Taman Pinggir Kali (OPETAPIKA) program as a community-based empowerment initiative. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Opetapika by employing the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which actively involves the community in every stage of the program. The findings reveal that Opetapika successfully transformed the riverbanks once filled with waste into a simple, clean, and green riverside park, while simultaneously fostering community participation, a sense of ownership, and collective responsibility for environmental sustainability. Despite challenges in maintaining consistent participation, the direct involvement of residents and students proved effective in encouraging behavioral change. Thus, Opetapika can be concluded as a sustainable environmental empowerment model with strong potential for replication in other regions facing similar challenges.

Abstract

Pernikahan adalah peristiwa signifikan dalam hidup manusia yang memiliki nilai hukum dan juga nilai spiritual. Di zaman digital ini, pemerintah melalui Kementerian Agama telah melakukan inovasi dengan memperkenalkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Nikah (SIMKAH) sebagai upaya digitalisasi layanan publik di sektor pendaftaran pernikahan. Penelitian ini berangkat dari minimnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai penggunaan WEB SIMKAH di KUA Kecamatan Martapura Kota. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap SIMKAH dan juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Metodologi penelitian memanfaatkan pendekatan hukum empiris dan normatif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan petugas KUA dan masyarakat serta observasi langsung terkait proses pendaftaran nikah melalui SIMKAH. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa banyak masyarakat yang masih belum paham cara menggunakan SIMKAH karena kurangnya sosialisasi, rendahnya tingkat literasi digital, dan minimnya akses internet. Lebih jauh, sejumlah masyarakat masih merasa lebih nyaman untuk mendaftar secara langsung di KUA daripada melalui jalur online. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi Web SIMKAH di KUA Martapura Kota belum optimal dan perlu ditingkatkan melalui sosialisasi yang lebih intensif, pelatihan literasi digital, serta penyediaan sarana teknologi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan pendaftaran pernikahan.

Abstract

Abstract: Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) play a crucial role in preparing students to master analytical, evaluative, and creative abilities that are essential in facing the challenges of 21st-century education. This study aims to analyze the implementation of HOTS in the assessment of Fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islam. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis involving the head of the madrasah, Fiqh teachers, and students. The findings reveal a shift from memorization-based assessments (LOTS) to HOTS-oriented evaluations through case studies, project-based assignments, class discussions, and structured rubrics emphasizing critical and contextual reasoning. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including teachers’ limited capacity in developing HOTS instruments, insufficient resources, and students’ difficulties in addressing analytical questions. The novelty of this research lies in its direct exploration of HOTS-based assessments in Fiqh learning and their impact on students’ cognitive development. In conclusion, the integration of HOTS in Fiqh education contributes positively to fostering critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills, while reinforcing the relevance of Islamic education in contemporary contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai-nilai keteladanan Nabi Muhammad SAW yang meliputi jujur, amanah, dan tabligh dalam kegiatan Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) di SMP Negeri 1 Sagalaherang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk memahami secara mendalam proses penerapan nilai keteladanan Rasulullah SAW dalam kegiatan sosial sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru, siswa, serta pihak sekolah selama pelaksanaan program MBG. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai jujur (shidq) tercermin dari perilaku siswa yang mengambil makanan sesuai porsi dan melaporkan kelebihan makanan kepada guru. Nilai amanah tampak dalam tanggung jawab peserta didik saat melaksanakan tugas pembagian makanan, menjaga kebersihan, dan menepati amanah yang diberikan. Sedangkan nilai tabligh terlihat dari cara pendidik dan siswa berkomunikasi santun serta menyampaikan pesan-pesan kebaikan selama kegiatan berlangsung. Kegiatan MBG menjadi media pembelajaran karakter yang efektif karena mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai keteladanan Nabi Muhammad SAW secara nyata dalam kehidupan sekolah. Nilai kebaruan (novelty) penelitian ini terletak pada pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter Islami melalui kegiatan sosial berbasis gizi yang tidak hanya meningkatkan kesehatan siswa, tetapi juga membentuk kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kesantunan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan program pendidikan karakter berbasis keteladanan di sekolah.

Abstract

Learning motivation is a crucial factor in educational success, particularly in Islamic education, which emphasizes a balance between academic achievement and the development of spiritual and moral character. This study aims to analyze students’ learning motivation from a holistic perspective at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islam by examining the interconnection of academic, spiritual, emotional, and social aspects. This research employs a case study method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of learning and religious activities at the madrasah. The findings indicate that students’ learning motivation is influenced by a combination of internal and external factors. Internal factors include learning interest, self-confidence, academic goals, emotional stability, and spiritual awareness. External factors encompass teachers’ roles, parental support, classroom climate, the madrasah’s religious culture, and peer influence. The implementation of a holistic approach integrating religious practices, teacher mentoring, and collaborative learning has been shown to enhance students’ intrinsic motivation, learning engagement, and academic as well as moral responsibility. This study concludes that a holistic educational approach plays a strategic role in enhancing students’ learning motivation in madrasah settings. This approach not only improves academic achievement but also contributes significantly to the development of students’ character and spiritual growth in a comprehensive manner.

Abstract

Rahn (Sharia pawning) is a crucial instrument for mitigating collateral-based financing risk in Fiqh Muamalah, founded on the principles of ta'awun (mutual help) and justice. This study aims to analyze the normative basis of rahn, compare it with conventional pawning, and critically evaluate the implementation of Rahn Bi Ujrah in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) using a normative-comparative literature review approach. The findings indicate that while Rahn Bi Ujrah is jurisprudentially permissible, provided the ujrah (fee) is based on real costs and separated from the loan contract, structural contradictions exist in the practice of Sharia Banks. The determination of ujrah percentages correlating with the loan amount suggests that the fee functions as the price of capital usage, potentially violating the DSN-MUI Fatwa. Conversely, OJK regulations enforce Maqashid Syariah principles during the execution phase, mandating the return of surplus funds from collateral auctions to the customer. The study concludes that stricter regulatory standardization of ujrah is essential to ensure comprehensive compliance and maintain the credibility of the Islamic financial system.

Abstract

Many parents still do not understand the role of the caliph in the context of environmental conservation. Islamic-based environmental education is an effort to instill values of care for nature grounded in the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith. Islamic environmental education can be carried out through the inculcation of religious values relevant to ecological issues, such as living simply, conserving energy, and wisely using resources. The purpose of this community service is to build awareness and active involvement of parents of MI students in Islamic-based environmental education. The implementation method involves initial identification and observation by the community service team, followed by socialization and education on Islamic-based environmental education. The results show significant improvement in parents' understanding of their role in environmental conservation as part of worship and Islamic ethics, reflected in the difference between pretest and posttest scores. This socialization also encourages practical behavioral changes within the family environment, thereby shaping children’s ecological character from an early age. The community service strengthens synergy among schools, families, and communities in fostering a culture of cleanliness, health, and sustainable living in accordance with Islamic values. Thus, this program provides a real contribution to strengthening family education and environmental preservation from an Islamic perspective.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) in Desa Selaawi, Sukaraja District, Sukabumi Regency, implemented four main programs: character education for elementary school students, stunting awareness for pregnant women and mothers with toddlers, the development of Situ Batu Karut tourism, and assistance for MSMEs in online marketing. The activities aimed to improve human resource quality and the local economy. The results showed increased participant understanding of character education and stunting prevention, strengthened tourism identity through the creation of a name sign, and the utilization of digital media to expand MSME product marketing. This program had a positive impact while emphasizing that it requires ongoing support and training to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Abstract

  Gerakan fundamentalis dalam Islam umumnya –khusunya Hizbut Tahrir- berasal dari sejumlah negara di Timur Tengah yang diadaptasi mahasiswa Indonesia yang menempuh kuliah di negara-negara tersebut, meskipun sebagian juga mengambil ide-ide modernis dalam kesesuaiannya dengan Islam. Dalam konteks Indonesia, keberadaan HT sebenarnya sudah mulai ditemukan jauh sebelum jatuhnya Orde Baru. HT Indonesia sudah mulai berkembang di Indonesia sejak tahun 1982 melalui Abdurrahman al-Bagdadi dan Musthofa. Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia tidak secara gamblang menyebut Hizbut Tahrir sebagai gerakan sosial, sebab sejak berdirinya Hizbut Tahrir ini, memang sudah memproklamirkan diri sebagai aktivitas politik, praktis segala sesuatunya senantiasa dikaitkan dengan pemikiran politik, baik itu berbicara masalah ekonomi maupun berbicara tentang aktivitas sosial Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia. Hubungan gerakan HTI dengan pemikiran Taqiyuddin an-Nabhani dalam gerakan sosial di kota Parepare, dapat dikatakan bahwa pemikiran Taqiyuddin sudah tidak terlalu dominan lagi yang digunakan di HTI Parepare, HTI mengembangkan metode tabanni atau yang lazim mereka sebut pengadopsian pemikiran.

Abstract

Technology-based learning is essential in the digital era to create interactive, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences for elementary school students. However, many schools have not fully utilized digital media, resulting in monotonous teacher-centered instruction. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of interactive Smart TV media in improving student learning outcomes at SDN Pangeran 1. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving teachers and students who used Smart TV during learning activities. Data were analyzed through reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that Smart TV effectively enhances students’ conceptual understanding, motivation, and participation through visual-audio presentations, educational videos, and interactive activities using applications such as YouTube, Quizizz, and Ruang Siswa. Teachers also benefit from real-time monitoring through digital assessments. Challenges include unstable internet connectivity and varying student readiness in operating devices, which can be addressed through guidance and offline content preparation. Overall, interactive Smart TV media provides significant contributions to improving learning quality and is recommended for sustainable integration into elementary learning practices.
