Abstract

Universitas Trilogi merupakan pengembangan dari Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Keuangan dan Perbankan Indonesia (STEKPI) yang memiliki tiga pilar sebagai dasar untuk menjadi Universitas yang unggul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) mengidentifikasi dan menyusun proses alignment/harmonisasi antara visi, misi, tujuan dan sasaran strategis yang terdapat di Universitas Trilogi. (2) Merancang peta strategi yang berbasis Human Resource Scorecard (HRSC) di Universitas Trilogi. (3) Merumuskan hasil perhitungan evaluasi kinerja SDM pada Universitas Trilogi. (4)Mengidentifikasi rancangan sistem penilaian kinerja yang ideal bagi dosen dan tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Trilogi berbasis Human Resource Scorecard (HRSC). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode human resource scorecard dengan lima perspektif yakni : stakeholder, financial, research and academic excellent, manajemen internal dan capacity building. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kinerja sumberdaya manusia Universitas Trilogi secara keseluruhan mendapatkan bobot nilai sebesar 75.90% yang berarti bahwa kinerja tersebut masuk ke dalam kategori kinerja baik yang diekspresikan dengan warna hijau.

Abstract

The Organization of Edukasi Untuk Bangsa (EUB), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has the goal of becoming an organization that provides training and certification for Indonesian Migrant Workers in various countries other than Kuala Lumpur. The purposes of this research are (1) To create harmonization / organizational alignment system for the organization of Edukasi Untuk Bangsa (EUB). (2) To arrange the KPI for the organization of Edukasi Untuk Bangsa (EUB). (3) To formulate a strategic map design from the Organization Edukasi Untuk Bangsa (EUB) based on the BSC approach. The sampling method is a nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The method of processing and data analysis are based on BSC using software expert choice. The results of this research indicated that the performance of Organization Edukasi Untuk Bangsa Kuala Lumpur Malaysia has obtained a value of 39.21 percent which can be expressed with red color. This performance can be improved by implementing a program of strategic initiatives, especially at the Key Performance Indicators that were still low.

Abstract

PT XYZ as one of the general insurance companies must have an effective organisation performance to change. The purposes of this study are to analyze the type of realization and expected organization culture and to analyze employee perceptions of the managerial competence of PT XYZ. Data analysis using Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument, Management Skill Assessment Instrument (MSAI) and Improvement Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the research showed that PT XYZ is dominated by the clan and hierarchy culture. While the expected type of culture in PT XYZ is clan and adhocracy culture. The state of managerial competence in PT XYZ is in the "moderate" category, while the expected result in the "high" category. Types of organizational culture that need to be improved are clan and adhocracy culture by increasing the managerial competence of managing the team in the clan culture, managing innovation and managing continuous improvement in the adhocracy culture.

Abstract

Bank Mandiri as a state-owned bank that continues to be demanded to compete competitively requires good human resources management. To achieve the goals of the organization, Bank Mandiri must have a good level of employee engagement and implementation of organizational culture. The aim of the study was to analyze the perceptions of the employee on the organizational cultures and employee engagement of Bank Mandiri Region V Jakarta 3The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and using SEM PLS. The result of descriptive analysis of the perceptions of the employees in Bank Mandiri Region V Jakarta 3 on organizational cultures and employee engagement, indicated that it is considered good implementation. The result of SEM PLS shows that the variables of organizational culture have influences on the employee engagement of Bank Mandiri Region V Jakarta 3. Indicators of organizational culture values and employee engagement aspect that most describe are integrity, customer focus values and vigor aspect.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Kluster kerajinan adalah entitas usaha yang menghasilkan produk-produk yang sangat bergantung pada keahlian tenaga pengrajin yang tersedia. Dengan kata lain, modal insani dan modal sosial memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan kinerja UKM kluster ini. Hasil analisis Diagram Ishikawa menyatakan bahwa permasalahan utama dari rendahnya kinerja UKM berasal dari faktor sumberdaya manusia. Namun, hasil ini bertentangan dengan hasil Importance-Performance Analysis. Pemilik UKM lebih mementingkan sarana prasarana untuk diperbaiki. Oleh karena itu, kesalahan persepsi inilah yang perlu diperbaiki melalui rancangan peningkatan kinerja UKM kluster kerajinan Kota Depok dengan The House Model.Kata kunci : importance-performance analysis, ishikawa diagram analysis, kerajinan, kinerja UKM, the house model

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) makanan dan minuman kota Bogor mampu menyerap banyak tenaga kerja. Tenaga kerja merupakan aset bagi perusahaan dalam bentuk modal insani dan modal sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis secara deskriptif, menganalisis pengaruh modal insani dan modal sosial terhadap kinerja UKM makanan dan minuman Kota Bogor, serta memformulasikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja UKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan antara lain analisis deskriptif, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), fishbone diagram, dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil analisis SEM menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan lain  dan dimensi struktural berpengaruh terhadap modal insani dan modal sosial, di mana modal insani dan modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kinerja pada UKM direkomendasikan melalui beberapa kegiatan penunjang antara lain: membentuk sistem pengendalian mutu dan penyusunan standar pelaksanaan produksi, memperbaiki sarana prasarana yang dimiliki oleh UKM, serta ikut serta dalam pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pekerja UKM.Kata kunci: kinerja UKM, modal insani, modal sosial, partial least squares, structural equation modelling

Abstract

MTs Assa’idiyyah sebagai salah satu madrasah swasta memiliki guru sebagai penggerak utama kegiatan organisasi. Guru merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang rentan terkena burnout atau gejala kejenuhan. Selain itu, setiap guru juga memiliki kepribadian yang berbeda sehingga memiliki respon yang berbeda juga terhadap burnout. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian sebagai bahan evaluasi kepribadian guru dan tingkat burnout yang mungkin mereka miliki. Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) Menganalisis tipe kepribadian DISC yang terdapat pada guru MTs Assa’idiyyah (2) Menganalisis tingkat burnout yang dialami oleh guru MTs Assa’idiyyah (3) Menganalisis perbedaan tingkat burnout antara beragam tipe kepribadian pada guru MTs Assa’idiyyah. Metode analisis data yang digunakan ialah Anova dengan satu arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tipe kepribadian DISC yang mempengaruhi tingkat burnout guru ialah kepribadian yang terdapat pada graph 3 atau kepribadian sebenarnya dengan urutan Dominant, Compliance, Steady, dan Influence.

Abstract

PT. Pertamina (Persero) Shipping as shipping division of PT. Pertamina (Persero) since 1959 is affecting by a new transformation strategy of PT. Pertamina, as holding, to face the oil and gas regulation - UU No. 22 year 2001, which change Indonesian oil market from monopoly into competitive market. As competitiveness strategy, the transformation is a necessary condition to achieve PT. Pertamina goal to be world class Oil Company. Employee commitments to service and performance quality are critical factors to achieve its goal, which human resources quality will be improved by providing employee satisfaction. The research objectives at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Shipping were (1) to identify the level of employee satisfaction, (2) to analyze the Quality of Work Life (QWL) , (3) to identify the factor of QWL which influence employee satisfaction, and (4) to identify the factors need to be improve to achieve employee satisfaction. The primary and secondary data were collected from the company. The primary data was collected using interviewed by likert scale questionnaires. And the research samples are 187 respondents which taken from 323 population of employee at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Shipping by cluster random sampling technique at 5% standard error, and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study showed employee satisfaction level is good, which indicated by 3,70 score of total value of turnover, absenteeism, age, job level and organization size and 3,63 score on average value of all QWL variables. The SEM analysis showed job satisfaction variables such as communication, safety and conflict resolutions are influencing QWL. Other QWL factors were identify to be improve, by order are health, career development, employee participation, adequate compensation, pride and job security.

Abstract

Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) province of DKI Jakarta, Indonesia as the social organization is required to always be ready to meet all the needs of society. However, there are some problems in its implementation, such as fundraising target that has not been achieved, there is no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and there are some jobs that have not been implemented. Hence, workload analysis is required to determine the composition of the right amount of employees. The purposes of this study are: 1) Describing the business process on PMI’s Internal Headquarter Unit and Observer Squad; 2) Composing more accurately job descriptions; 3) Analyzing more efficiently and more effectively the workloads on the Internal Headquarter Unit and Observer Squad; and 4) Giving recommendation about the ideal employee numbers on the Internal Headquarter Unit and Observer Squad. The processing data method which used in this study was Full Time Equivalent (FTE). The result of workload analysis shows that new recruitment is not necessary, but downsizing in storage and pantry staff in general affairs should be conducted.

Abstract

The function of organizational culture is to engage all components of the organization, determining identity, energy injections, motivators, and can be used as guidelines for members of the organization. Organizational Culture is one of the key successes of BPPI in the assessment of PMPRB. The purpose of this research is to answer: (1) How the realization and expected of organizational culture at BPPI Ministry of Industry? (2) How is the leadership style of BPPI leadership of the Ministry of Industry that is analyzed through the perception of leaders and employees by Using Management Skill Assessment Instrument (MSAI)? (3) How recommendations are given regarding managerial implications of organizational culture and leadership style that need to be improved Upgrade to BPPI. The Research results of the organization BPPI Ministry of Industry realization is more likely to dominate to Clan culture and hierarchy. While the expected culture of BPPI Ministry of Industry to be more likely to dominate to Clan culture and Adhocracy.
