Abstract

Artikel ini memiliki tujuan untuk menelisik mengenai perilaku masyarakat peminjam bank keliling serta problematika apa saja yang terjadi akibat keberadaan bank-bank tersebut bagi masyarakat setempat. Di kalangan masyarakat kelas ekonomi menengah kebawah, bank keliling ini cukup populer karena mereka memberikan jasa pinjaman yang mudah serta prosesnya yang cepat. Kemudahan tersebut menjadikan masyarakat mengidolakan bank keliling karena keberadaannya sebagai “penyedia uang darurat” dan disambut baik oleh masyarakat. Untuk itu, artikel ini memuat pembahasan tentang bagaimana perilaku masyarakat kp. Taman sari khususnya bagi para peminjam uang pada bank keliling, serta faktor apa saja yang melatar belakangi ibu-ibu meminjam pada bank keliling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi/pengamatan secara langsung di lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, banyak masyarakat yang terjerat oleh bank keliling ini. Banyak permasalahan yang muncul, mulai dari ekonomi keluarga semakin tercekik, rusaknya hubungan keluarga, hingga hubungan sosial dengan tetangga menjadi kurang baik. Hal ini terjadi karena banyak masyarakat yang meminjam lebih dari satu bank serta menggunakan nama orang lain yang belum pernah meminjam pada bank tersebut. Sehingga banyak masyarakat yang pada akhirnya terjerat oleh praktik gali lubang tutup lubang untuk membayar hutang tersebut.

Abstract

In this era of advanced technology, numerous beauty and cosmetic products are available. The products are sourced from different regions of Indonesia. The review article aims to inform readers of the dangers of using mercury in cosmetic products in several areas in Indonesia. This journal's literature review took five leading journals and ten additional journals. The journals used were direct quantitative research articles using the atomic absorption spectrophotometry method. The results of this review showed that there are five specific areas of concern as containing mercury. ABSTRAK Pada zaman dengan kecanggihan teknologi yang ada saat ini sudah sangat banyak beredar produk kecantikan atau kosmetik di pasaran dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Review artikel bertujuan sebagai media informasi untuk pembaca mengenai penggunaan merkuri pada produk kosmetik di beberapa daerah di Indonesia. Literature review jurnal ini mengambil 5 jurnal utama dan 10 jurnal tambahan, jurnal yang digunakan adalah artikel kuantitatif penelitian langsung dengan menggunakan metode spektrofotometri serapan atom. Abstract

Suplemen Generos adalah suplemen anak yang terbuat dari lima bahan utama yaitu madu hutan, ikan sidat, mengkudu, temulawak, dan daun pegagan. Masing-masing dari kelima bahan ini memiliki manfaat kesehatan karena mengandung vitamin, mineral, dan antioksidan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan vitamin, mineral, dan antioksidan pada produk Suplemen Generos dan membandingkannya dengan Angka Kecukupan Gizi (AKG). Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimental dengan menguji kandungan vitamin (A, C, E), mineral, dan antioksidan pada sampel produk. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kandungan gizi Suplemen Generos mengandung vitamin 12,96 µg vitamin A; 6,07 mg vitamin C; dan 30,41 mg vitamin E. Sedangkan kandungan mineral Generos yaitu 94,02 mg kalsium; 17,098 mg fosfor; 6,6499 mg magnesium; 2,2392 mg zat besi; 0,0166 mg; 0,233 mcg mangan; 38,426 mg kalium; 0,0059 mcg tembaga per 100 gram sampel. Sedangkan, kandungan antioksidan berdasarkan % RSA (Radical Scavenging Activity) diketahui sebesar 38,6577 % dalam konsentrasi 100 ppm. Apabila dibandingkan dengan AKG usia 9 bulan–6 tahun, kandungan vitamin dan mineral berdasarkan anjuran konsumsi harian masih tergolong rendah. Namun, kandungan antioksidan tergolong cukup tinggi. Keterbatasan penelitian ini yaitu masih belum meneliti beberapa vitamin penting lain seperti vitamin B, D, dan beberapa zat biokatif potensial lain yang terkandung di dalam suplemen ini.

Abstract

Language serves as a medium for interpersonal communication. The acquisition of language in children commences during infancy and progresses through exposure and linguistic maturation. The enhancement of linguistic abilities in early childhood is geared towards acquainting and enhancing their linguistic repertoire, enabling effective verbal interaction with their surroundings. The realm of language proficiency encompasses four key components: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. A method employed to foster linguistic proficiency involves the utilization of flashcards. The approach employed in this study involves a review of existing literature. The findings revealed that the utilization of flashcard materials has the potential to enhance linguistic abilities among young children by incorporating visual elements such as images, alphabets, symbols, and colors. This, in turn, captures the attention of children, facilitates easier retention of new words, enables recognition of letter shapes and sounds, enhances listening skills, promotes critical thinking, and encourages verbal expression, as evidenced by their communication proficiency.

Abstract

Surgical site infection (SSI) is an infection at the surgical site which is one of the main complications of surgery which increases morbidity and costs of treating patients in hospital, and even increases patient mortality. Wounds are the main route for infection/reinfection during the healing process. This often occurs in oral wounds caused by increased formation of plaque and food debris. Data from the operating room at the Hermina Opi Jakabaring MOTHER AND CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL in the last 6 months of 2022 recorded that there were 1307 surgical patients, 43.56% of patients who experienced long days in the healing process of surgical wounds were in this age group and 56.93 patients experienced long days in the healing process. Surgical wounds are in the nutritional group and only 1% of patients who experience a long healing process in surgical wounds are in the infection group.

Abstract

Motivation and job satisfaction of employees is a key factor in improving productivity and organizational performance. This study aims to explore the potential of the use of gamification platform as an innovative solution in increasing employee motivation and job satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis of various studies, it was found that gamification can create a more enjoyable and interactive work environment through elements such as rewards, challenges, and healthy competition. Previous studies showed that gamification increases engagement, motivation, and satisfaction in both education and workplace. In addition, motivation plays a mediator that strengthens the relationship between gamification and job satisfaction on employee performance. However, the main challenge faced is how to maintain the positive impact of gamification in the long term. This study concludes that the implementation of a well-designed gamification platform can help the organization increase motivation and job satisfaction of employees, this positively affecting performance and overall productivity. Motivasi dan rasa puas karyawan ialah variabel kunci dalam memperkuat produktivitas maupun kinerja organisasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi penggunaan platform gamifikasi sebagai solusi inovatif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap berbagai studi, ditemukan bahwa gamifikasi dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih menyenangkan dan interaktif melalui elemen-elemen seperti penghargaan, tantangan, dan kompetisi sehat. Studi-studi terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, dan kepuasan baik di bidang pendidikan maupun tempat kerja. Selain itu, motivasi berperan sebagai mediator yang memperkuat hubungan antara gamifikasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana mempertahankan dampak positif gamifikasi dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan platform gamifikasi yang dirancang dengan baik dapat membantu organisasi meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, sehingga berdampak positif pada kinerja dan produktivitas secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The current challenge is the absence of proper attitudes and behaviors in children when it comes to developing discipline in their activities. This issue is influenced by methods or developmental aspects that have not been fully optimized. Some children still struggle to show disciplined behavior, such as not queuing when using the toilet or fighting over toys with others. The goal of this article is to explore how rewards can improve children's discipline habituation. Using rewards as a strategy to foster discipline in children is an effective way to help them develop disciplined behavior. The research approach used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method with a literature review. The data collection involves analyzing primary sources, such as relevant books and journals, and then drawing connections between the issues and the applicable theories. The results from various sources suggest that reward-based strategies to improve children's discipline are highly effective and should be implemented. This method positively affects several developmental aspects, such as promoting responsibility, encouraging self-control, motivating children to improve their activities, and shaping their character for the future.

Abstract

Adaptation is one of the translation methods that emphasizes the culture of the TL (Targeted Language). The use of adaptation methods can overcome the problem of cultural differences between the text and the readers. This study describes the use of adaptation methods in translating cultural aspects in the German fairy tale Der Rattenfänger von Hameln by Bruder Grimm into Indonesian. In addition, this study describes the reader's response to the fairy tale. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources in this research are the SL fairy tales and TL fairy tales, while the data are words, phrases, sentences that show cultural aspects in the SL and TL fairy tales. In addition, the data are also in the form of words, phrases, sentences that show the response of the TL fairy tale readers in the interview to the TL fairy tales, both to the intrinsic and emotional elements. Data analysis in this study used the four stages of the Miles Huberman (1988) analysis model, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion making. The results show that there are four out of five aspects of Newmark's cultural categories in SL fairy tales, namely aspects of ecological culture, material culture, social culture, and socio-political and administrative organizational culture. The reader's response to the TL fairy tales is generally good and shows the Bsa fairy tales can be understood and received well.

Abstract

This thesis investigates the role of female leaders in enhancing customer satisfaction at Honda car dealers in the digitalization era. As technological advances reshape consumer behaviors and expectations, understanding how female leadership can impact customer experiences in the automotive industry becomes crucial. The research employs a quantitative approach, using surveys to collect data from customers of Honda dealers across various locations. Data analysis involves descriptive statistics and regression techniques to assess the relationship between female leadership styles and customer satisfaction levels. Findings reveal that female leaders often adopt more empathetic and collaborative communication approaches, which positively influence customer experiences. Furthermore, their adaptability to technological changes enhances service delivery and responsiveness to customer needs. The implications of this study highlight the importance of increasing female representation in leadership positions within the automotive sector as a strategy to increase customer satisfaction, particularly in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. This research aims to contribute to the development of human resource management practices and marketing strategies in the automotive industry.

Abstract

Nurses are medical personnel who take many important roles in patient care. Not only how to monitor the patient's condition as a whole, ensuring that patients receive services according to standards, nurses also coordinate with other medical personnel, even non-medical units to ensure that patients also carry out their obligations as patients. Seeing that the role of nurses is very large, an adequate number of nursing staff is one of the basics of quality service. Nurses are the spearhead of hospital health services, so the availability of nurses in quantity and quality is an important part in planning the Human Resources unit. RS. Restu Ibu is in the process of transitioning the nursing staff from the Outpatient Installation, most of which are part-time to full time, so it requires an analysis and calculation of the number of nursing staff needed according to the conditions of this unit. This study aims to analyze the availability of nurses in outpatient installations by measuring workload. Workload measurement is carried out through subjective and objective approaches. Subjective measurements use workload questionnaires, while objective measurements use the WISN method. The sample size consisted of 20 people. Data collection methods involve interviews, observation, and document study. Descriptive analysis was applied to interpret the results of both measurement methods. The results of subjective workload measurements show that the nurses' workload is in the medium category, while objective workload measurements require the addition of 3 nursing staff. With the results of this analysis, it is hoped that it can increase the productivity of nurses' performance which will support the quality of hospital services.
