Abstract

In the era of growing digitalization, digital-based marketing strategies have become a key component in increasing the attractiveness and competitiveness of tourist destinations. Penglipuran Tourism Village is one of the tourist destinations in Bali which has potential and is unique and attractive to tourists. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented in Penglipuran Village Tourism and the extent to which the use of digital technology can contribute to increasing tourist visits. The research method used is qualitative by collecting data through observation and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the marketing strategy for Penglipuran Village Tourism involves the use of social media, websites, online advertising, user-generated content (UGC), and Google Business as channels to promote and communicate the attractions and activities in the tourist village. Creative content such as photos, videos, and interesting stories are used to attract tourist interest. Direct interaction with tourists via social media and being responsive to questions and responses is also an important part of the marketing strategy. The use of digital technology in marketing Penglipuran Village Tourism has had a significant positive impact, such as (1) Tourist visits have increased; (2) The use of social media, websites, online advertising, and user-generated content (UGC) has expanded the reach of promotions and (3) increased tourist awareness about the beauty and potential of the Penglipuran Village Tourism. Thus, the combination of the use of digital technology and marketing strategies has become the key to success in marketing the Penglipuran Village Tourism, inviting tourist interest and increasing the number of tourist visits.

Abstract

The progress of the times requires every individual and organization to keep pace. In business, it cannot be separated from marketing which is closely related to sales. Technology that is currently very developed can be used as a means of marketing, for example, social media. Besides being able to advertise for free on social media, the reach of social media is also very wide. In the tourism sector, the perceived benefits of marketing through social media are the knowledge of tourist attractions by many people, thus affecting tourism demand. The purpose of this study is to review and analyze the relevance of social media in terms of marketing, and how much impact social media has on the tourism sector. The research method used is a review of literature studies with conceptual review techniques. In this research, the literature analysis process was carried out by collecting data in the form of relevant scientific articles sourced from Google Scholar published between 2019 and 2023. Furthermore, Vosviewer is used to visualize the most important topics in this subject

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of developing super-priority tourism destinations in Indonesia through human resource planning (HR). In Indonesia, there is still great potential for natural resources, culture, culinary and natural beauty that is not managed properly, and government initiatives supported by local communities can play an important role in developing this potential. Tourism in Indonesia is considered a strategic economic sector that can contribute significantly to economic growth, regional development, and improving community welfare. This article discusses the importance of the role of five types of tourism as a source of foreign exchange for the country, namely cultural, historical, natural, shopping, and religious tourism. Developing human resources in the tourism industry is essential to achieve sustainable tourism development goals and make a positive contribution to the local economy and society. Furthermore, this article highlights some of the leading destinations in Indonesia such as Lake Toba, Borobudur, Mandalika, Labuan Bajo, and Likupang, showing the importance of the role of quality human resource management in increasing the competitiveness of the tourism industry. Human resource management at the national and local levels, as well as the government's role in policy and strategic planning, are highlighted as key factors in maximizing Indonesia's tourism potential. This article contributes to a better understanding of how good human resource management can support the sustainable growth of the tourism industry and provide significant economic benefits to local communities in various tourist destinations in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Indonesia's economic growth strategy in the Digital Culture Era in providing opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which focuses on opportunity strategies in 5 aspects, namely Enablement, Strengthening, Protection, Support, and Maintenance. This is motivated by programs and training held by Batik 16 in Semarang City, Central Java in developing MSMEs in Semarang City. After that, researchers compared what happened to business actors. Marketing and training are the main factors in the development of MSMEs. In addition, the opportunities carried out by Batik 16 must be optimized by increasing competitive and innovative human resources. The results of this study show that MSME opportunities carried out by Batik 16 Semarang City and the programs and training carried out have been effective and beneficial for business actors

Abstract

Changes in consumer behavior through the appetite of the younger generation, lifestyle, digital technology make producers and marketers start thinking about using a superior marketing strategy among their competitors. Increased sales will be achieved if it can create a competitive advantage among chicken restaurants. This study aims to analyze the effects of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage and customer satisfaction. It also investigates the effect of competitive advantage on customer satisfaction. The study was conducted on 150 culinary SMEs (Small-Medium Enterprises) of the Chicken Restaurant in the South Jakarta area. The primary data obtained from interviews with completeness in the form of a questionnaire. While, secondary data is collected from information on SMEs and the internet. We utilized the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of LISREL 8.70 software. Our result found that both market orientation and product innovation together produced a significant effect on competitive advantage. We also found that market orientation, product innovation, and competitive advantage together affected customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya dan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas 8 di SMP IT Al Hijrah Medan melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe send a problem pada materi sistem persamaan linier dua variabel (SPLDV). Jenis penelitian ini yakni Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini yakni 19 orang siswa kelas 8 di SMP IT Al Hijrah Medan. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari tes dan lembar obsrevasi. Hasil analisis data siklus I diperoleh rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yakni 59,21 dan persentase siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar yakni 26,32%. Hasil analisis data siklus II diperoleh rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yakni sebesar 81,14 dan dan persentase siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar yakni 89,47%. Dari data tersebut telihat bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dari tes tersebut. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe send a problem dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP IT Al Hijrah Medan.

Abstract

Report is written with a point to prove the influence of the cost of education, as well as the location of the decision of parents educate their children through groups reference in Tangerang and South Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis related to efforts to increase sales through digital marketing and branding of MSME products in Gadog Village – Cianjur, West Java. Sampling based on Purposeive Sampling technique, as many as 45 respondents using proportional random sampling. The analysis method used statistically-partial least sguare using the SMART PLS 4 software analysis tool.The results showed that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on sales levels, branding has a positive but not significant effect on sales levels

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the characteristics of the board and the quality of the sustainability report moderated by external assurance. The method used in this study is quantitative by analyzing data from annual reports and sustainability reports of all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2017. The results showed that board of directors size and women on board of directors had no relationship with the quality of the sustainability report. This study also indicates that the board of directors meeting negatively affects the quality of the sustainability report. Furthermore, related to external assurance, which is the moderation in this study, the study results show that external assurance services weaken the relationship between the board of directors size and the quality of sustainability reporting. The use of external assurance services and the relationship between the board of directors meetings and women on board of directors on the quality of sustainability reporting found no influence. This research is limited to companies that issue a separate Sustainability Report (stand-alone sustainability report).

benefits. Based on this concept, consumer knowledge is closely related to the discussion of attitudes because consumer knowledge is consumer trust. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which product quality, sales promotion, and price perception applied at Qonita Property affect trust informing purchasing decisions. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis to analyze the data in this study. In this study, there are 21 indicators, with a minimum sample of 105 respondents. The results of this study indicate that product quality, sales promotion, and price perception have a positive effect on trust and purchasing decisions at Qonita Property Depok.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to analysis effect of product quality, quality of service and digital marketing to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. 150 people for sampel from tenant and People who have ever rented on Kemang Apartment Group PT Pudjiadi Prestige Tbk. Data were collected by questionnaires and Structural Equation Model (SEM) were applies as an analysis technique. The results analysis showed that product quality, quality of service and digital marketing positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The Implication is product quality, quality of service and digital marketing need to be increased in order to improve customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
