Abstract

Berkebhinekaan global adalah suatu konsep yang menekankan pentingnya pemahaman dan pengalaman siswa terhadap keberagaman budaya, agama, bahasa, dan pandangan dunia yang ada di seluruh dunia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk: mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila mewujudkan pelajar berkebhinekaan global di SMP Negeri 12 Kota Semarang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian fenomenologis. Desain penelitian kualitatif melalui tiga tahapan yaitu: orientasi, eksplorasi fokus, dan analisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dengan tiga langkah: reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila mewujudkan pelajar berkebhinekaan global dengan melakukan prosedur perencanaan meliputi membentuk tim pelaksana P5, identifikasi kesiapan sekolah, perencanaan dimensi, tema, alokasi waktu, modul P5, Laporan P5 dan sosialisasi program. 2) Pelaksanaan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila mewujudkan pelajar berkebhinekaan global dengan melakukan prosedur pelaksanaan meliputi pengarahan dan motivasi kepala sekolah dan pelaksanaan realisasi implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila mewujudkan pelajar berkebhinekaan global. 3) Evaluasi implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila mewujudkan pelajar berkebhinekaan global dengan melakukan prosedur evaluasi meliputi evaluasi kegiatan P5, supervisi kepala sekolah dan koreksi tindak lanjut. Simpulan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila mewujudkan pelajar berkebhinekaan global melalui tiga langkah kegiatan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the school literacy movement (GLS) in improving students' reading culture based on the reason that many students are less enthusiastic about reading which ultimately aims to improve the education report at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of reading, writing and numeracy literacy to improve the education report at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus which was implemented from October 2024 to February 2025. The subjects of the study were grade XI students at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus. The research informants were the Principal, Deputy Head of Curriculum Affairs, Teachers and students. The research data was obtained through observation, interviews, tests and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using technical triangulation. Data analysis with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: 1) GLS planning at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus Overall has been well planned. However, the researcher considers the need for planning such as completing the library book collection in the coming year. 2) The implementation of GLS at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus has been in accordance with the GLS guidelines, namely by holding socialization, providing materials, teacher guides in class guiding, motivating, providing reinforcement in communicating the objectives of the GLS program, summarizing to providing assessments 3) Evaluation of GLS at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus It can be concluded that the literacy program at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus was successful enough so that this program can be continued by improving some of its weaknesses so that it can be applied elsewhere.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transparency, accountability, and community participation in the management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds on the quality of education in public junior high schools in Cepu District. This research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The study population consists of 191 teachers, with a sample of 129 teachers selected using sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity), and hypothesis testing with simple and multiple linear regression. The results show that transparency has a correlation of 0.715 and contributes 51.2% to education quality. Accountability has a correlation of 0.726 with a 52.7% contribution, while community participation has a correlation of 0.679 with a 53.9% contribution. Simultaneously, transparency, accountability, and community participation influence education quality by 62.9%. This study concludes that enhancing transparency, accountability, and community participation in BOS fund management can improve education quality. The study recommends strengthening information disclosure, improving accountability mechanisms, and encouraging active roles for the community and school committees in monitoring and evaluating BOS fund usage. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) terhadap kualitas pendidikan di sekolah menengah pertama negeri di Kecamatan Cepu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 191 guru, dengan sampel sebanyak 129 guru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat (normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan linearitas), serta uji hipotesis dengan regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi memiliki korelasi sebesar 0,715 dan berkontribusi sebesar 51,2% terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Akuntabilitas memiliki korelasi sebesar 0,726 dengan kontribusi sebesar 52,7%, sedangkan partisipasi masyarakat memiliki korelasi sebesar 0,679 dengan kontribusi sebesar 53,9%. Secara simultan, transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pendidikan sebesar 62,9%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan dana BOS dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan implementasi digitalasi, implementasi digitalisasi proses pembelajaran, implementasi digitalisasi manajemen sekolah, dan implementasi digitalisasi cara kerja terhadap efektivitas sekolah secara sendiri-sendiri maupun simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif desain korelasional dengan responden sebanyak 560 orang yang ditentukan secara acak sederhana. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji validiras, reabilitas, uji prasyarat, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan dan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara varibel bebas terhadap variable terikat, secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara simultan. Hubungan antar variable termasuk kategori lemah dan pengaruhnya rendah. Agar memiliki pengaruh kuat disarankan untuk meningkatkan sarana digital sekolah, memberikan pelatihan digital kepada guru dan kepala sekolah, serta adanya dukungan kebijakan dari pihak berwenang.

Abstract

The relation between legal subjects such as person or legal entity in a case, frequently generates dispute. Along with the complexity of social life, then, the more parties are involved in the dispute, the wider scope of the dispute case. One of the concerned dispute in the society is Industrial Relations Disputes that become the competence of Industrial Relations Court. Since 2015, The Act No. 2/2004 about Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement has enforced effectively, it still has many weaknesses, wether from practical or regulation aspects. The legal problems of its Act cause the settlement of Industrial Relations Dispute become less effective and efficient, also hamper the principle of constante justitite (principle of rapid, fair and easy trial). The research concluded that the practical/operational level of the Judges Panel in examining and adjudicating the cases of Industrial Relations Dispute in Industrial Relations Court of Samarinda, which tend to apply the general civil procedure law, from the examination of legal standing of the parties, exception, interlocutory decision, replik, duplik, writen proof, the witnesses, experts/professional witnesses, conclusion and verdict. This procedures only prolong the examination and trial process to settle the case of Industrial Relations Dispute. Therefore, the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) of the settlement of Industrial Relations Dispute cannot be well-implemented yet as the mandate of the law.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal's role on the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah throughout Lasem District, Rembang Regency. Madrasahs play a strategic role in shaping academically and religiously outstanding generations; however, the quality of education in the region remains low. The study involved 101 teachers from three madrasahs using a quantitative approach and an ex post facto method. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring the variables of the principal's role and education quality. The analysis results indicate a positive and significant influence between the principal's role and education quality, with a correlation coefficient of 0.717 and a significance value of 0.000 in the ANOVA test. This suggests that the principal's role contributes 51.4% to improving education quality. The administrative role dimension was found to contribute the most, whereas the supervisory role has not been optimally implemented. These findings highlight the importance of effective educational leadership in enhancing the quality of education in madrasahs and the need for managerial strategies that can facilitate sustainable improvements in education quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze personnel management to build the quality of education at MIN 3 Kebumen. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, verification, and concluding. Checking the validity of the data through credibility testing (internal validity) with extended observation, increased persistence and triangulation; transferability (external validity); dependability (reliability); and confirmability (objectivity). The quality of MIN 3 Kebumen has been built with personnel management as evidenced by the fulfillment of personnel management steps including planning, organizing, actuating, observing, procuring workers, developing, compensating, integrating, maintaining, and separating.

Abstract

Isu kesetaraan gender di dunia kerja masih menjadi tantangan besar, baik secara global maupun di Indonesia. Perempuan menghadapi hambatan dalam akses ke posisi strategis, kesenjangan upah, dan tanggung jawab domestik yang membatasi partisipasi mereka. Data dari World Economic Forum tahun 2023 menunjukkan perempuan rata-rata memperoleh 23% lebih rendah dari laki-laki, sedangkan di Indonesia, perempuan hanya menerima 78% dari upah laki-laki. Di sektor kepemimpinan, perempuan Indonesia hanya memegang 30% posisi manajerial. Indonesia telah mengadopsi regulasi seperti UU Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang TPKS dan UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja untuk mengurangi diskriminasi berbasis gender. Namun, implementasi regulasi ini sering terhambat oleh lemahnya pengawasan, budaya patriarki, dan minimnya komitmen politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif untuk menganalisis pengaruh politik hukum dalam mendukung kesetaraan gender di dunia kerja. Politik hukum memainkan peran penting dalam menghapus diskriminasi dan mendorong pemberdayaan perempuan. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah perlu memperkuat regulasi, seperti merevisi kebijakan cuti orang tua dan melakukan audit kesetaraan upah. Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan harus memastikan implementasi prinsip anti-diskriminasi, serta partai politik dan legislatif meningkatkan efektivitas kuota representasi perempuan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the finding that teachers are less than optimal in managing learning which contains minimum standards regarding the learning process that must be carried out. This is evidenced by a differentiated learning process, which is learning as recommended in the Merdeka Curriculum which is regulated in policy Number 56 / M / 2022 concerning Guidelines for Curriculum Implementation in the Context of Learning Recovery. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in terms of process standards in learning Pancasila Education class VII SMP Negeri 10 Semarang. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The results showed that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in terms of process standards in learning Pancasila Education class VII SMP Negeri 10 Semarang, namely in lesson planning, the teacher compiles teaching modules that fulfill the components available in the learning and assessment guidebook published by the standards, curriculum, and educational assessment agency of the ministry of education, culture, research, and technology. The teacher's learning implementation predominantly uses the problem-based learning method compared to the differentiated learning method which is a recommended learning method in the independent curriculum. Meanwhile, learning assessment is that teachers use class assessments which include formative and summative assessments. Formative assessment is carried out during the End of Semester Assessment (PAS) and summative assessment is carried out when learning in the classroom is carried out.

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of students’ national defense attitude at SMP Negeri 14 Semarang, this show that there are still students who have not participated in the ceremony solemnly, a small number of students throw rubbish carelessly, do not wear complete attributes, and pay less attention to the teacher when teaching. This purpose of this research is to describe the role of Pancasila Education subject teachers in fostering students’ national defense attitudes at state Junior High School 14 Semarang. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of the data in this research using triangulation of data sources. The data analysis techniques in this research are data collection, drawing conclusions and data validation. The research results show that : 1) the implementation of a national defense attitude in learning is carried out through preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. 2) efforts to foster an attitude of defending the country through learning are carried out through habituation activities, role models and contextual examples. 3) efforts to foster an attitude of defending the country through extracurricular activities are carried out through flag ceremonies, material provision, motivation and example. 4) efforts to foster an attitude of defending the country through habituation activities can be carried out through exemplary and habituation activities.
