Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the internal control system and individual morality on the tendency to fraud in managing village funds in the Kumun Debai sub-district, Sungai Full City. The sample of this study was all employees of the village government head office of Kumun Debai Sub-District, Sungai Full City, totalling 72 people, who were determined by the full sampling method. Testing the research data was analyzed with multiple linear regression. This study found that the internal control system had a negative and significant effect on the tendency to fraud in managing village funds. Meanwhile, individual morality has no significant effect on the tendency of fraud in managing village funds. The magnitude of the influence of the internal control system and individual morality on the tendency of fraud in managing village funds is 40.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Sekolah Penggerak program at SMA Negeri 1 Besuki with a focus on developing teacher human resources (HR) and community involvement in supporting the quality of education. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study collected data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from the principal, teachers, and the community. The results showed that the Sekolah Penggerak program had a significant impact on improving teacher pedagogical competence and professionalism. Most teachers participated in ongoing training that included curriculum development, educational technology, leadership, and classroom management. This training helped teachers integrate innovative and technology-based learning methods, thereby improving the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes. In addition, community involvement, especially parents of students, played an active role in supporting school activities, both through moral and material contributions, and participation in the School Committee. Community participation created collaborative relationships that strengthened the education ecosystem at SMA Negeri 1 Besuki. The Sekolah Penggerak program at SMA Negeri 1 Besuki also encouraged project-based learning and student character development through extracurricular activities and integration of local values. This holistic approach had a positive impact on the quality of education that was more inclusive, innovative, and relevant to the needs of the community.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of the principal's managerial function in improving students' non-academic achievement at SD Negeri 07 Purwoharjo. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used in the study. Data were obtained through interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of respondents. Respondents consisted of the principal, extracurricular teachers, committees, and parents. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results showed that the implementation of the principal's managerial function was effective and collaborative, encompassing four stages: planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. The principal acted as a participatory leader and was able to organize all elements of the school in managing non-academic activities. The increase in non-academic achievement occurred due to strong cooperation and synergy between the principal, teachers, committees, and parents in creating a positive culture and character. The findings of this study emphasize that the effectiveness of the principal's leadership is influenced by the ability to combine managerial values ​​with socio-cultural conditions in the school.

Abstract

Decision making is a human cognitive process that results in selecting beliefs or actions among several available alternative options, either rationally or irrationally. In organizations, decision making is a factor that really determines the success of the organization in achieving its stated goals. Decision making is also one of the functions of a leader, therefore every leader must be aware of his strategic position and at the same time strive to be able to make every decision correctly and with quality. Apart from having to master various decision-making techniques, he must also be able to implement them correctly. Because in the end it is the subordinates who will implement every decision taken, the involvement of subordinates in every decision-making process must always be sought. In reality, the color of the decisions taken by a leader will really depend on the style he adopts, but every leader needs to realize that the situation faced is not always the same for everyone. This is where a leader is important in making decisions.

Abstract

The research objectives are: (1) to determine the application of the Iqra method in learning the Qur'an at the An-Nur TPA in Tresnorejo Village, Petanahan District; (2) to find out the obstacles faced in the application of the Iqra method in learning the Qur'an at the An-Nur TPA in Tresnorejo Village, Petanahan District. This study used qualitative research methods. This research was conducted within three months. The research subjects were students, and Ustadz/Ustadzah at the Al-Qur'an An-Nur Education Park. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and then verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) The application of the Iqro method in Al-Qur'an Learning has been going well. The steps for the Iqra method include: opening activities with kiyaman, handshakes, kungudan, khusyuan, and prayer. The main activity of the ustadz is reading readings from the volume book and the students are imitating, the students are listening to the reading of the ustadz. While the closing activity is with prayers and greetings. The core activity contains: the learning process has also been good. Evaluation is carried out every two months and at the end of the year. His trademark beats and tutor teachers. 2) Obstacles in implementation include lack of human resources and youth's interest in teaching. Abstract

AbstrakLaporan keuangan merupakan sebuah informasi berkaitan keuangan di perusahaan dimana dapat dipakai untuk menganalisa keadaan perusahaan serta menilai kapasitas perusahaan dalam periode tersendiri. Pada siklus akuntansi untuk satu periode dapat dipastikan bulanan, semester atau untuk periode satu tahun. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mempermudah entitas UMKM ketika membuat laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standard yang berlaku. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu Mitra UMKM PT AGROTROPIC NUSANTARAyang bergerak di bidang perdagangan COFEuntuk kehutanan,perkebunan dan tambang. di daerah jakarta dan luar jakarta, untuk menyusun laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK EMKM yang telah ditetapkan IAI per 1 Januari 2018. Kegiatan pengabdian dihadirin pimpinan dan staff akuntansi perusahaan. Mentoring dilaksanakan mulai dari pemahaman kondisi usaha mitra dan pencatatan transaksi yang selama ini dilakukan,dilanjutkan dengan pemberian materi dan pelatihan bagaimana cara menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan Standar akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah(SAK EMKM). Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini, diharapkan perusahaan dapat menyusun laporan keuangan dengan baik dan benar sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi akuntansi yang akurat bagi pimpinan dan pemilik saham. Luaran dari hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah proceeding seminar nasional sebagai pemakalah.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are small business units that can play a role and function as a safety valve both in providing alternative productive business activities, alternative credit distribution, and in terms of employment. The problems that are often faced by MSME actors include product marketing, financial limitations, limited human resources, lack of raw materials, technological limitations, to financial management. Financial management through the application of the accounting cycle is sometimes neglected by SMEs. This study aims to determine the application of the accounting cycle carried out in UKM Dodol Kentang in Kerinci Regency in producing financial reports. This study uses a survey method that takes samples from the population using a questionnaire. The survey was conducted in Kerinci Regency, with 30 MSME respondents using descriptive analysis as an analytical tool. This study produces a weighted score of 0.6 which refers to the Guttman scale. This number is at a low rate of 0.00 to 0.25, there is no association or association (weak association), which indicates that SMEs in Purworejo Regency do not apply the accounting cycle to financial management. company. their business.

Abstract

Berkebhinekaan global adalah suatu konsep yang menekankan pentingnya pemahaman dan pengalaman siswa terhadap keberagaman budaya, agama, bahasa, dan pandangan dunia yang ada di seluruh dunia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk: mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila mewujudkan pelajar berkebhinekaan global di SMP Negeri 12 Kota Semarang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian fenomenologis. Desain penelitian kualitatif melalui tiga tahapan yaitu: orientasi, eksplorasi fokus, dan analisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dengan tiga langkah: reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila mewujudkan pelajar berkebhinekaan global dengan melakukan prosedur perencanaan meliputi membentuk tim pelaksana P5, identifikasi kesiapan sekolah, perencanaan dimensi, tema, alokasi waktu, modul P5, Laporan P5 dan sosialisasi program. 2) Pelaksanaan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila mewujudkan pelajar berkebhinekaan global dengan melakukan prosedur pelaksanaan meliputi pengarahan dan motivasi kepala sekolah dan pelaksanaan realisasi implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila mewujudkan pelajar berkebhinekaan global. 3) Evaluasi implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila mewujudkan pelajar berkebhinekaan global dengan melakukan prosedur evaluasi meliputi evaluasi kegiatan P5, supervisi kepala sekolah dan koreksi tindak lanjut. Simpulan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila mewujudkan pelajar berkebhinekaan global melalui tiga langkah kegiatan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the school literacy movement (GLS) in improving students' reading culture based on the reason that many students are less enthusiastic about reading which ultimately aims to improve the education report at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of reading, writing and numeracy literacy to improve the education report at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus which was implemented from October 2024 to February 2025. The subjects of the study were grade XI students at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus. The research informants were the Principal, Deputy Head of Curriculum Affairs, Teachers and students. The research data was obtained through observation, interviews, tests and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using technical triangulation. Data analysis with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: 1) GLS planning at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus Overall has been well planned. However, the researcher considers the need for planning such as completing the library book collection in the coming year. 2) The implementation of GLS at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus has been in accordance with the GLS guidelines, namely by holding socialization, providing materials, teacher guides in class guiding, motivating, providing reinforcement in communicating the objectives of the GLS program, summarizing to providing assessments 3) Evaluation of GLS at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus It can be concluded that the literacy program at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus was successful enough so that this program can be continued by improving some of its weaknesses so that it can be applied elsewhere.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of principal academic supervision, the role of teacher leaders (Guru Penggerak), and teacher work discipline on the quality of elementary schools in Gunungpati District, Semarang City. Employing a quantitative approach with an ex post facto method and correlational design, the research involved a total population of 270 public elementary school teachers across 32 schools. A sample of 161 teachers was selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire measured on a Likert scale and tested for validity and reliability using SPSS software. Data analysis techniques included prerequisite tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity) and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that principal academic supervision significantly influenced school quality with a contribution of 65.5%; the role of teacher leaders contributed 56.1%; and teacher work discipline contributed 59.2%. Simultaneously, the three variables accounted for 75.5% of the variance in school quality. These results demonstrate that internal school factors play a crucial role in achieving educational quality. The study underscores the importance of optimizing the principal's supervisory role, strengthening teacher leadership capacity, and fostering a disciplined work culture among teachers. The findings provide empirical evidence that can inform policy and strategic decisions to improve school quality at the institutional and systemic levels.
