Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sumbangan pendapatan hutan rakyat dan kelayakan usaha dari tanaman kayu (khususnya albasia/sengon) dan non kayu (hortikultura) di bagian hulu Sub DAS Logawa di Kecamatan Kedungbanteng Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Desa sampel yang terpilih adalah Desa Baseh dan Desa Kalisalak dengan pertimbangan desa tersebut mempunyai wilayah hutan rakyat terluas (43%) dari luas hutan rakyat di bagian hulu Sub DAS Logawa Kecamatan Kedungbanteng. Diperoleh sampel sebanyak 18 responden untuk Desa Kalisalak dan 12 responden untuk Desa  Baseh. Rata-rata luas kepemilikan lahan sekitar 0.80 ha. Total pendapatan petani hutan rakyat sebesar Rp19.841.011,00/thn. Rata-rata pendapatan dari hutan rakyat sebesar Rp13.437.507,00/thn, terdiri dari pendapatan dari kayu sebesar Rp10.227.560,00/thn dan pendapatan dari non kayu sebesar Rp3.209.947,00/thn. Sumbangan pendapatan usaha hutan rakyat terhadap pendapatan petani sebesara 67.72 %. Besarnya NPV usaha kayu sengon dengan umur 8 tahun pada tingkat bunga sebesar 16 persen adalah sebesar Rp17.164.380,00, artinya investasi yang ditanam saat ini akan memberi manfaat sebesar  Rp17.164.380,00. Nilai Net B/C sebesar 1,80, artinya  bahwa usaha hutan rakyat di daerah tersebut memperoleh keuntungan sebesar 1,80 kali dari modal yang dikeluarkan. Nilai IRR menunjukkan sebesar 49.07 persen, di atas suku bunga yang berlaku (16 persen),  artinya bahwa investasi usaha hutan rakyat di bagian hulu Sub DAS Logawa di Kedungbanteng menguntungkan terutama untuk kayu sengon, sehingga layak untuk diusahakan. Kata kunci: hutan rakyat, hulu Sub DAS Logawa, pendapatan, kayu sengon ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the income of private forest farmers from the analysis of financial and feasibility analysis of the wood (especially albizia/sengon ) and non-wood in the upstream sub-watershed in the District Kedungbanteng Logawa Banyumas. The study was conducted by using descriptive analysis. The selected sample villages is the Village and Village Kalisalak Baseh considering the village has the largest private forest areas (43%) of the people of the forest area in the upstream Sub-watershed Logawa District of Kedungbanteng. Obtained a sample of 18 respondents to the Village Kalisalak and 12 respondents to the Village Baseh. Total revenues for private forest growers Rp19.841.011,00/ha/thn. Average income from community forests for Rp13.437.507,00/ha/thn, consists of revenue from the wood of Rp10.227.560,00/ha/thn and income from non-timber for Rp3.209.947,00/ha/thn. Contribution of community forest revenues on the income of farmers sebesara 67.72%. The magnitude of the NPV for 8 years from the timber business sengon at an interest rate of 16 percent for Rp17.164.380,00. This means that investments are planted to 8 years will be net benefits obtained by Rp17.164.380,00. Net value of B/C of 1.80, meaning that the business community forests in the region of 1.80 times the gain of the issued capital. Business IRR of 49.07 percent. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak program kewirausahaan terhadap siswa di sekolah dasar dalam mengembangkan pemahaman mereka tentang kewirausahaan, keterampilan seperti kreativitas, inisiatif, dan kerja tim, serta motivasi mereka untuk mengembangkan ide bisnis di masa depan. Metode penelitian melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner yang diberikan kepada siswa yang mengikuti program kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 85% dari responden menganggap program kewirausahaan telah meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang kewirausahaan. Selain itu, lebih dari 70% siswa merasa terdorong untuk lebih aktif dalam mengembangkan ide-ide bisnis mereka sendiri. Namun, sekitar 20% siswa mengungkapkan bahwa mereka masih merasa kurangnya dukungan dalam mewujudkan ide bisnis mereka. Pembahasan menggarisbawahi pentingnya program kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi siswa, sambil mengakui bahwa ada ruang untuk perbaikan dalam memberikan dukungan lebih lanjut kepada siswa yang bersemangat untuk mengembangkan ide bisnis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa program kewirausahaan dapat berperan penting dalam membekali siswa dengan keterampilan dan pemahaman yang diperlukan untuk merintis usaha mereka sendiri, tetapi perlu ada perhatian lebih lanjut terhadap dukungan praktis yang dapat diberikan kepada mereka dalam mewujudkan ide-ide bisnis mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kemampuan koneksi dan representasi siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika di tingkat sekolah dasar. Terdapat beberapa penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan hubungan antara kedua kemampuan ini dengan pemahaman konsep matematika. Namun, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi tambahan dengan fokus pada siswa sekolah dasar dan menguji pengaruh keduanya secara terpisah maupun bersamaan. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel 50 siswa sekolah dasar dan menggunakan analisis regresi untuk menganalisis data. Tiga model digunakan, yaitu model yang hanya mempertimbangkan kemampuan koneksi, model yang hanya mempertimbangkan kemampuan representasi, dan model yang mempertimbangkan keduanya bersama-sama. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik kemampuan koneksi maupun representasi siswa memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Model yang mempertimbangkan kedua kemampuan ini bersama-sama memiliki tingkat kejelasan (R-squared) sebesar 0.699. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti kuat bahwa kemampuan koneksi dan representasi siswa sekolah dasar memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Implikasinya adalah pentingnya pengembangan kedua kemampuan ini dalam pendidikan matematika di tingkat dasar, dengan perubahan kurikulum, pelatihan guru, dan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi kedua kemampuan ini. Ini akan membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan prestasi siswa serta membuat matematika menjadi lebih relevan dan menarik bagi mereka.

Abstract

This research was intended to identify productivity and income of corn farming in dry land at Sumbawa Regency. It used descriptive analysis method. The research was done with survey technique. Sample was taken using random sampling with 100 respondents. Research site was determined purposively in Labangka district. It used Cobb-Douglas production factor analysis and financial analysis (cost, revenue and income). The result indicated that average productivity was 6.092 ton/ha with average cost of Rp 2,912,994/ha, average revenue or 13,392,755/ha and average profit of 10,479,762/ha. Factors affecting production significantly are seed amount, urea fertilizer amount, insecticide amount, experience in corn farming, and activeness in extension program. R/C ratio of 4.6 means that corn farming in dry land in Labangka district is profitable and feasible to continue.

Abstract

The development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ) has brought significant social and economic changes, influencing the rational choices of the surrounding transition communities, particularly hawkers. This study examines the level of rationality and skill readiness of hawkers affected by the tourism-driven transformation in the Mandalika circuit area and its buffer villages. Employing a qualitative approach through interviews and observations, the analysis reveals that hawkers’ rationality in adapting to economic shifts is shaped by factors such as knowledge, experience, work networks, and access to social and financial capital. The study also integrates Islamic perspectives, highlighting the principles of honesty (sidq), diligence (ijtihad), and responsibility (amanah) as critical values that enable traders to compete more effectively in a dynamic business environment. Findings provide insights into the adaptive strategies of the transitional community in the Mandalika SEZ and serve as a reference for policymakers to design support programs grounded in Islamic values, aimed at enhancing rational decision-making and skill preparedness in response to economic change.

Abstract

Sustainable palm oil management needs to be supported by all oil palm actors, both smallholders and oil palm plantation companies. PT Hari Sawit Jaya through the created share value program empowers independent smallholders around the company to become partner farmers to support a sustainable palm oil program. The present study aimed (1) to find out the factors that influence the intention of farmers to carry out sustainable palm oil management and (2) to determine the effect of intention on the behavior of partner farmers. The population was composed of partner farmers PT Hari Sawit Jaya located in Labuhan Batu district, North Sumatra of whom 90 farmers were sampled using the cluster proportional random sampling method. The research instrument was s questionnaire Data was analyzed by SmartPLS. Results showed that attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, moral norms, and knowledge had a positive effect on farmers' intention to manage sustainable oil palm and the intention had a positive effect on farmers' behavior. However, there are sustainable palm oil management behaviors in accordance with good agricultural practices that have not been carried out by partner farmers to plant oil palm on peatlands and have not used certified seeds.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on employee performance with experience as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at the Public Works Department of Malang City. The type of research used is a quantitative approach research model using data in the form of numbers. The sample used as many as 122 respondents with the technique of taking census research. Two regression tests were carried out; the first was the independent variable test without the moderating variable, the second was carried out on all independent variables and the moderating variable. This study indicates that in the first test simultaneously or partially, all intellectual and emotional intelligence influence employee performance. After being moderated with work experience variables in the second test, intellectual and emotional intelligence variables become insignificant on employee performance. Thus, the moderating variable of work experience is only a moderating predictor variable.

Abstract

Humans are beings whose minds are completely given by Allah. With their minds, humans are able to think so that they can achieve new knowledge to be processed and developed into science. To achieve and gain knowledge, humans must go through educational process, if the potency is not enhanced otherwise it will be less meaningful in life. Thus, it needs to be developed and the development will always be obtained through efforts and educational process. This qualitative paper aims to investigate the nature of humans as beings as well as how humans develop their potencies. It also attempts to depict Ma’rifatul Insan and Humans’ potencies as beings based on Zakiah Daradjat’s concept. The data sources of the library research were elicited and analyzed to be investigated critically and systematically. The results show that the nature of humans as beings is noble. Additionally, Allah bestowed mind that able to differentiate either good or bad if compared with other beings. The human’s development is carried out through efforts and educational process that brings the development of potency for religious instincts. Based on Zakiah Daradjat’s concept, humans’ roles as beings are prayer to Allah, being a caliph on earth and as the servants of Allah, it should be commit toward Islam as a religion.

Abstract

Compliance level Must Tax MSMEs in Regency Karawang still low And continue to experience decline every the year. Study This aim For study The influence of tax sanctions and the use of the e-tax system on MSME taxpayer compliance. The approach used was quantitative with an explanatory research design. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using random sampling techniques from the population. MSMEs Which own Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) active. Analysis data done with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SmartPLS software. The research results show that sanctions tax And utilization e-tax influential positive and significant to compliance must tax, with influence sanctions more dominant taxes. The discussion in this study is based on attribution theory, which states that behavior compliance influenced by factor external like The threat of sanctions and the ease of the e-tax system. This study focuses on MSMEs in Karawang Regency, which have experienced a decline in tax compliance, to analyze the impact of tax sanctions and the use of e-tax on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are: (1) The employment status of women workers in the tofu tempe industry, (2) The workload faced by women workers in the tofu tempe industry, (3) The benefits of the tofu tempe industry for women workers both for themselves and the family economy. This research uses a qualitative approach of the case study method. The types of data in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is qualitative with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study found that: (1) The employment status of women workers in the tofu and tempeh industry is casual workers and hired workers. (2) The workload of women workers in the tofu tempeh industry is productive and reproductive. (3) The benefits of the tempeh tofu industry for women's work both for themselves and the family economy are increasing husband's income and family income, daily family shopping needs, children's school fees, saved for other important family needs.
