Abstract

Riau Province has great potential in ecotourism development, especially in coastal areas, mangrove forests, and tropical peatlands. However, this development is faced with serious challenges in the form of environmental pollution that threatens the sustainability of natural tourism destinations. This study aims to identify the forms of pollution that occur in Riau's ecotourism areas, analyze their impacts on ecosystems and tourism activities, and formulate strategic solutions for sustainable management. The method used is a qualitative approach with case studies in several leading ecotourism locations such as Mangrove Ecotourism in Bengkalis and Zamrud Lake tourism in Siak. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and field documentation. The findings of this study clearly demonstrate that environmental pollution—particularly from domestic waste, peatland fires, and land-use changes—poses a significant threat to the ecological integrity and long-term viability of ecotourism destinations in Riau Province. Without immediate and coordinated intervention, these threats risk undermining the region’s ecotourism potential. Therefore, this study concludes that sustainable ecotourism in Riau can only be achieved through an integrative and participatory management model that involves capacity building for local communities, strict enforcement of environmental regulations, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Such strategic efforts are essential to preserve the natural assets of Riau and ensure that ecotourism continues to provide ecological, social, and economic benefits in the future.

Abstract

The large number of fishing activities around the crossing route is a complaint from ship captains. Shipping lanes should be free from fishing activities in any form, whether it be Gumbang, Rawai and other activities that could disrupt shipping activities. Apart from damaging ships, this activity can also harm fishermen, for example material losses such as damaged fishing gear. If the net is wrapped around the propeller, the engine will heat up and cause damage. Diving will definitely not be possible because of the murky water conditions. In reality, fishing activities disrupt the operation of this transportation, but we need to realize that fishing activities existed long before the operation of the Insit-Pecah Buyung port, Meranti Islands Regency. The research results show that the quality of public services at the Alai Insit-Pecah Buyung Meranti Islands crossing port at this time, in the research, chose to use 5 dimensions of public service quality including: a. Tangible dimensions, paying attention to the appearance of the officers, the comfort of the place where the service is carried out also affect the location of the Insit-Pecah Buyung port, which is not good and hot, making visitors uncomfortable. b. The reliability dimension, many customers do not know about this SPM and the ability and expertise of officers in operating service aids at the Alai Insit-Pecah Buyung crossing port. So far there have been no visible problems from the inability of employees to operate the technology. c. Responsiveness dimension, officers at the port carry out services quickly, precisely and carefully but the service on certain days is not yet effective. All customer complaints are responded to by officers. For customer complaints, we provide a box that is used to enter criticism, complaints or suggestions. d. Assurance dimension, the officer provides a guarantee of cost certainty, a guarantee of legality in the service. e. The empathy dimension, the service system at the Alai Insit-Pecah Buyung Meranti Islands crossing port does not yet use a number system for every customer who requests service so that there is no discrimination. Meanwhile, the overall supporting and inhibiting factors show good things with the supporting factors involving officers with various services that can be provided to customers with the officers' expertise in doing everything needed at the port, almost all dimensions of this transportation service are carried out professionally and competent. The obstacles that occur do not have a big influence on this service system, some deficiencies occur due to certain factors such as weather, or the productivity of passengers or vehicles is different every day.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that the ship sanitation inspection service carried out by the Dumai Class II port service office is quite easy and simple for ship crews to carry out inspections in accordance with the established SOP. This is what makes the number of publications SSCEC/SSCC certificates and Health Book documents will increase rapidly in 2022.The aim of this research is to determine the quality of service, obstacles and efforts to implement ship sanitation inspections at Dumai Class II KKP. The method used in this research is a qualitative approachwith the data collection process through observation, interviews and documentation. This research also uses triangulation of data sourced from officers and service users of the Dumai KKP. Based on the research results it was found that 1)tangible quality, the KKP has provided a new building that is comfortable for users with the appearance of the officers according to applicable standards, however the service is still not optimal due to unsupported inspection equipment. 2) realiable quality, the KKP has made a picket schedule to maximize service, however, officers are still unable to complete the service according to the SOP. 3) responsiveness quality, namely officers are responsive in serving users. 4) quality of competence, officers have good knowledge and skills in providing services. 5) courtesy quality where officers are able to be kind and friendly in providing services. 6) quality of credibility, officers do not perform services outside the applicable SOP. 7) quality of security, KKP provides guaranteed security and comfort for service users. 8) quality of access, service users can access because services can be provided online. 9) quality of communication, there is good communication so that users are willing to follow directions from officers. 10) quality of understanding the customer, officers can understand service users. Apart from that, there are inhibiting factors in the quality of services provided due to lack of human resources/officers, lack of facilities and infrastructure and the responsiveness of officers. The efforts made by the KKP include adding facilities, adding officers and improving the performance of officers in serving service users at the Dumai KKP.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation was to evaluate the impact of e-student worksheets and the PjBL (Project Based Learning) paradigm on fifth-grade elementary school students' scientific learning results. A single group pretest-posttest is used in the research's quasi-experimental design. Purposive sampling is used in the sampling process, and Class V A is the experimental class. Research instruments up to 20 multiple-choice questions that have undergone validity and reliability testing. The experimental class has consistent and frequent distribution of data on learning outcomes. The Paired Sample T-test was utilized to analyze the data. The outcomes of the data analysis revealed 0.00. If the Sig level. < 0.05 then 0.00 < 0.05. These findings may lead to the conclusion that project-based learning (PjBL), which is supported by e-worksheets, has an effect on students' learning outcomes in science as Ho is declined and Ha is approved

Abstract

Interpersonal intelligence is important for achieving learning goals and learning outcomes are the output of the teaching and learning process. This research aimed to examine the impact of the problem-based learning paradigm on students' achievement in science classes and their development of social skills. The participants in this study were fifth graders. 45 pupils were selected at random using a cluster sampling technique methods of information collection that make use of examinations and polls. Quantitative descriptions were used in the data analyses. The significance value (2-tailed) for the study's findings regarding interpersonal IQ, based on the independent sample t-test, was 0.005 < 0.05. The (2-tailed) significance level of the learning outcomes is 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that Ho is refuted and Ha is accepted in terms of the criteria used to make judgments while testing a hypothesis. In order to increase interpersonal intelligence and student learning outcomes, problem-based learning approaches are used.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of audiovisual hypnoteaching learning models given in science learning at SDN Jatiranggon II Bekasi for the 2021/2022 academic year. This study consists of qualitative experimental research using nonequivalent control group design. The test subjects involved 25 students from class IV A as the control class and 26 students from class IV B as the experimental class. Pretest–posttest techniques are used to collect data in each class and the data was quantitatively analyzed. The results of using the audiovisual hypnoteaching learning model on force material obtained an N-Gain score of 0.65 in the control class and an N-Gain score of 0.80 in the experimental class with very high category. The pretest–posttest results of the control class and experimental class are normal. In conclusion, the fourth-grade students' achievement in science on force material are significantly impacted by the audiovisual-based hypnoteaching model.

Abstract

Kolaborasi merupakan proses kerjasama yang di lakukan oleh pemerintah, swasta maupun masyarakat untuk menyelesakan masalah dengan tujuan mencapai tujuan bersama. Peremajaan kelapa sawit merupakan Salah satu Program Strategis Nasional, yang dilakukan pemerintah dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kelapa sawit dan penyelesaian masalah legalitas. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kolaborasi kelembagaan dalam Percepatan Implementasi Peremajaan Sawit Rakyat (PSR) dengan Pola Kemitraan di Kabupaten Kampar, dan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang menjadi penghambat kolaborasi kelembagaan dalam percepatan implementasi peremajaan sawit rakyat (PSR) dengan pola kemitraan di Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus bentuk deskriptif dan data-data yang di perlukan baik data primer maupun sekunder yang di peroleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kolaborasi kelembagaan dalam Percepatan Implementasi Peremajaan Sawit Rakyat (PSR) dengan Pola Kemitraan di Kabupaten Kampar sudah berjalan tetapi belum optimal, namun ada beberapa masalah penurunan produktivitas kelapa sawit karena usia tanaman yang sudah tidak produksi lagi atau sudah tua, belum tercapainya realisasi peremajaan sawit rakyat (PSR) di karenakan kurangnya minat petani dalam peremajaan kebunnya. Untuk melihat beberapa faktor-faktor penghambat seperti rendahnya komunikasi dan waktu dalam penyelesaian program atau dokumen masih lambat untuk melakukan kolaborasi dalam percepatan Implementasi Peremajaan Sawit Rakyat (PSR) dengan Pola Kemitraan di Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

The parking levy management in Pekanbaru city being held for regulate parking area and to increase local revenue Pekanbaru city. However, in it’s implementation still have a discrepancy with the valid provision and the attainment of total parking levy still far from the target. As a goverment institution that manages the parking levy in Pekanbaru city, Departement of Transportation of Pekanbaru be liable for manage parking levy and support to increase local revenue. The purpose of research is to find out how the parking levy management being manage by Departement of Transportation of Pekanbaru City. In the theory of George R. Terry, there are four functions of management i.e. planning, organizing, directioning, and observating. The research used descriptive qualitative method with the purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study are the Departement of Transportation Pekanbaru City, Parking Coordinator officer, Parking officer, and the users of parking area. The results of research of qualitative descriptive analysis can be concluded, Parking Levy Management by Departement of Transportation Pekanbaru Cityn did not function maximally because there are still unit of work that did not carry out theirs duties and authority appropriate provisions and did not achieve the target of parking levy. Factors that affect the parking levy management in Pekanbaru city was consciousness factor, time factor, and service factor. Keyword : Management, Parking Levy

Abstract

The background of this research is how the implementation of guidance that done by Department of culture and Tourism Pekanbaru city to the art institutions that registered . Art intitution that are mean here are art galleries. There are four kinds of art gallery in Pekanbaru town which is art gallery of dance, music, theater, and painting. If we observe From what has been done by Department of culture and Tourism Pekanbaru town, the guidance that do can not accepted by all gallery , because the Department of culture and Tourism Pekanbaru only look from saveral gallery. Although all kind of studio responsibility of the Department to be given guidance. But as for factor-factor that affects provide guidance on the formulationart performance this weekend Thursday institutions and has been addressed here is the source of the men that are power has risen and other, communication between the Department of Tourism and Culture in Pekanbaru with sanggar who were coached and the budget a mount of money needed for their activities is financed the training is. From this results can be seen that there are still many studio can not guidance. Even though the studio has been registered in Department of Culture and Tourism. Abstract

Karaoke Bar in Pekanbaru is currently growing very rapidly. Karaoke is a place of entertainment that provides places, equipment, and facilities to sing along with music. With the rapid development of karaoke bar can have a negative impact. So it is necessary to disciplining the karaoke bar that violates. The problem of this research is how the performance of Civil Service Police in disciplining karaoke bar in Pekanbaru and what the factors are affecting the performance of Civil Service Police in disciplining karaoke bar in Pekanbaru.The concept of theory that researchers use is organization and performance. This research type is qualitative research with descriptive method. The selection of informants of this research using purposive sampling technique, which this informant has been predetermined and the determination of informants based on the consideration that the informants selected are the people who know and involved. Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation.The results of this study, the performance of the Civil Service Police Pekanbaru in disciplining karaoke bar votes yet. By looking at the many karaoke bar that violates the content Provisions of Regulation Number 3 Year 2002 of public entertainment, still finding a karaoke bar open over 10 hours a night even until the early hours, selling liqour, became a place of gambling and place of drug use. The factors that affect the performance of the Civil Service Police in Pekanbaru to disciplining karaoke bar is the lack of number of personeel, equipment or facilities have been inadequate as well as the Backing which affect the implementation of disciplining karaoke bar in Pekanbaru.Keywords: Disciplining, Performance, Organization, Karaoke
